The utility model provides a dish washing machine.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dishwasher 10 includes a body 200 and a water tank 300.
The body 200 has a washing chamber 200 a. The housing 200 can wash the dishes 20 placed in the washing chamber 200a, that is, the housing 200 further has functional components for washing the dishes 20, which may be the same as those of the conventional dish washing machine 20, and thus, a detailed description thereof will not be provided herein.
The body 200 also has a mounting cavity 200 b. The body 200 has a first opening 202 communicating with the mounting cavity 200 b.
The water tank 300 is drawably disposed in the installation cavity 200 b. The water tank 300 can be switched between a first state and a second state, when the water tank 300 is in the first state, the water tank 300 is positioned in the installation cavity 200b and communicated with the cleaning cavity 200a, so that the water in the water tank 300 is delivered into the cleaning cavity 200 a; when the water tank 300 is in the second state, the water tank 300 is separated from the body 200.
It is understood that the water tank 300 is used as a container for water, and mainly used for supplying water to the washing chamber 200a, for example, by providing a water pump in the body 200, and pumping water in the water tank 300 to the washing chamber 200a by the water pump, that is, the communication between the water tank 300 and the washing chamber 200a may be direct communication or indirect communication (hereinafter, the communication may also be direct communication or indirect communication).
In the dishwasher 10, the water tank 300 is drawably disposed in the mounting cavity 200b, so that the first state and the second state of the water tank 300 can be conveniently and rapidly switched, and the water tank 300 can be conveniently and rapidly disassembled. Since the water tank 300 can be switched between the first state and the second state, when the water in the water tank 300 is used up, the water tank 300 can be detached from the machine body 200, and the water tank 300 can be moved under a faucet to add water. Thus, the installation position of the dishwasher 10 may not be limited to the position of the water tap, and it is not necessary to use an additional container for adding water, thereby facilitating the installation of the dishwasher 10.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the water tank 300 includes a tank body 310 and a joint 320. The tank 310 has a water storage chamber 312, and a water inlet 314 and a water outlet 316 communicated with the water storage chamber 312. The joint 320 is provided at the water outlet 316.
The body 200 has a water inlet end 210 communicating with the washing chamber 200 a.
When the water tank 300 is in the first state, the water inlet end 210 pushes the connector 320 open, so that the water inlet end 210 is communicated with the water storage cavity 312, and water in the water storage cavity 312 can be delivered to the washing cavity 200 a. When the water tank 300 is in the second state, the joint 320 blocks the water outlet 316, so that water in the water storage cavity 312 can be prevented from leaking out.
In the present embodiment, the joint 320 includes a core 322, a sealing member 324, and an elastic member 326. Core 322 includes stem 3222, first flange 3224, and second flange 3226. The core rod 3222 is inserted into the water outlet 316. The first and second flanges 3224 and 3226 are respectively sleeved on two ends of the core rod 3222. The first flange 3224 is located inside the water storage cavity 312 and the second flange 3226 is located outside the water storage cavity 312. The outer diameter of the core rod 3222 is smaller than the inner diameter of the water outlet 316, and the outer diameters of the first and second flanges 3224, 3226 are both larger than the inner diameter of the water outlet 316. The sealing member 324 is disposed on the stem 3222 and located between the first flange 3224 and the second flange 3226. A seal 324 is located within the water storage cavity 312. The outer diameter of the seal 324 is larger than the inner diameter of the outlet 316. The elastic element 326 is sleeved on the stem 3222 and located outside the water storage cavity 312. The resilient member 326 is compressed between the outer wall of the housing 310 and the second flange 3226. So that the sealing member 324 abuts against the inner wall of the tank body 310 under the action of the elastic member 326 to block the water outlet 316.
The water inlet end 210 may be formed at the end of a tube, for example, including an outer tube 212 and an inner tube 214. The inner tube 214 is disposed within the outer tube 212 and has a height difference from the outer tube 212. When the water tank 300 is in the first state, the inner tube 214 abuts against the stem 3222 and separates the sealing member 324 from the inner wall of the tank body 310, and the outer tube 212 is sleeved outside the joint 320 and abuts against the outer wall of the tank body 310. Thus, water in the water storage cavity 312 can enter the outer tube 212 through the water outlet 316.
In the present embodiment, the first opening 202 is located at the front side of the body 200. Thus, it is more convenient to pull the water tank 300. It should be noted that the first opening 202 is located at the front side of the machine body 200, which means that when the dishwasher 10 is installed, the side of the machine body 200 close to and opposite to the user is the front side of the machine body 200.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the outer wall of the water tank 300 includes a lower side 310a, and the lower side 310a of the water tank 300 is a slope inclined from front to rear in the front to rear direction of the body 200. The shape of the installation cavity 200b is adapted to the shape of the water tank 300, that is, the inner wall of the installation cavity 200b includes a lower side, and the lower side of the installation cavity 200b is an inclined surface inclined from front to rear in the direction from the front side to the rear side of the body 200. The water outlet 316 is provided on the rear side plate of the water tank 300.
The first opening 202 is located at the front side of the body 200, and the water outlet 316 is located on the rear side plate of the water tank 300, so that the water inlet pipe 210 can push the joint 320 open. And the lower side 310a of the water tank 300 is inclined from front to rear in a front-to-rear direction of the body 200, facilitating the water in the water tank 300 to be completely transferred into the washing chamber 200 a.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the water outlet 316 may be provided on the lower side plate of the water tank 300.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a hand-pulling position 300a is disposed at an end of the water tank 300 close to the first opening 202. Thus, it is more convenient to pull the water tank 300.
In this embodiment, the water tank 300 further includes a shielding plate 330. The case 310 has a groove 318 at an end thereof adjacent to the first opening 202. The shielding plate 330 is disposed in the middle of the groove 318, and divides the groove 318 into a first finger position 3182 and a second finger position 3184 which are communicated with each other. The hand positions 300a include a first finger position 3182 and a second finger position 3184. Thus, it is more convenient to pull the water tank 300.
In the present embodiment, the water tank 300 is plural (two or more). The water tank 300 generally has an amount of water sufficient for one dish washing. When one water tank 300 is provided, the water tank 300 filled with water has a large weight, which is inconvenient for a user to take and install the water tank 300 in the installation cavity 200 b. And when there are a plurality of water tanks 300, the weight of a single water tank 300 filled with water is small, which is convenient for a user to take, and which is convenient for the user to install the water tank 300 in the installation cavity 200 b.
In this embodiment, the installation cavities 200b and the first openings 202 are all multiple, and the installation cavities 200b, the first openings 202 and the water tanks 300 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Compared with the arrangement of a plurality of water tanks 300 in one installation cavity 200b, the alignment assembly is more facilitated. It is understood that in other embodiments, there may be one installation cavity 200b, and a plurality of water tanks 300 are disposed in one installation cavity 200 b.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, there are two installation cavities 200b and two water tanks 300.
In this embodiment, the dishwasher 10 further includes a first door panel 400, the first door panel 400 being capable of opening or closing the first opening 202. The first door panel 400 may protect the water tank 300 from the external environment.
In this embodiment, one side of the first door 400 is connected to the body 200 through the elastic buckle, and the side of the first door 400 away from the elastic buckle is rotatably connected to the body 200. Thus, the first door 400 can be opened by pressing the elastic buckle, which is very convenient for operation. The first door panel 400 is connected to the upper side of the first opening 202 by means of a snap, and the first door panel 400 is rotatably connected to the lower side of the first opening 202. Specifically, in the present embodiment, there is one first door panel 400, and one first door panel 400 simultaneously opens or closes the plurality of first openings 202. In other embodiments, the number of the first door panels 400 is the same as the number of the first openings 202, and the first door panels are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. I.e., a first door panel 400, for opening or closing a first opening 202.
In some embodiments, the first door panel 400 may also be provided at the outer end of the water tank 300. The number of the first door panels 400 is the same as that of the water tanks 300 and is provided in a one-to-one correspondence. Thus, the two ends of the first door 400 extending to the outside of the water tank 300 can be used as the hand-pulled positions 300 a. At this time, the shielding plate 330 and the groove 318 may be omitted.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-8, the body 200 further defines a second opening 204, and the second opening 204 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 200 a. The dishwasher 10 also includes a main bowl basket 500 and a second door 600. The main bowl basket 500 can slide out of or into the wash chamber 200a through the second opening 204. The second door 600 can open or close the second opening 204. The first opening 202 and the second opening 204 are located on the front side of the machine body 200, and the second opening 204 is located above the first opening 202 in the direction from the lower side to the upper side of the machine body 200. Thus, it is more convenient to pull the water tank 300.
In this embodiment, the body 200 further defines a third opening 206, and the third opening 206 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 200 a. The third opening 206 is located at the front side of the body 200 and above the second opening 204. And the third opening 206 is inclined from front to rear in a direction from the lower side to the upper side of the body 200, so that the dishes can be easily taken and placed on the main basket 500 through the third opening 206. It should be noted that taking and placing the dishes on the main basket 500 through the third opening 206 means that the dishes 20 to be washed can be placed into the main basket 500 through the third opening 206, and the washed dishes 20 can be taken out from the main basket 500 through the third opening 206.
The dishwasher further includes a third door panel 700, and the third door panel 700 is disposed on the body 200 and can open or close the third opening 206.
Since the third opening 206 is located at the front side of the body 200, and the third opening 206 is inclined from front to rear in a direction from the lower side to the upper side of the body 200, the user can take out the main basket 500 through the third opening 206 even though the main basket 500 does not slip out of the second opening 204.
When the main bowl basket 500 is located in the washing chamber 200a, the third door 700 is in a state of opening the third opening 206, and the second door 600 is in a state of closing the second opening 204, the tableware 20 can be placed on the main bowl basket 500 through the third opening 206. That is, in the dishwasher 10, when the tableware 20 needs to be taken in and out of the main basket 500, the third door panel 700 may be controlled to open the third opening 206, and the tableware 20 may be taken in and out of the main basket 500 through the third opening 206, and when the dishwasher 10 needs to perform a washing operation, the third door panel 700 may be controlled to close the third opening 206, so as to wash the tableware 20.
When the second door 600 is in a state of opening the second opening 204, and the main bowl basket 500 slides out of the washing chamber 200a from the second opening 204, the dishes 20 can be taken and placed on the main bowl basket 500.
Thus, the dishwasher 10 can not only access the dishes 20 on the main basket 500 sliding out of the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 204, but also access the dishes 20 on the main basket 500 through the third opening 206. Furthermore, access to the dishes 20 through the third opening 206 on the main basket 500 is very convenient for access to the dishes 20 in the up-down direction, while access to the dishes 20 on the main basket 500 sliding out of the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 204 is very convenient for access to the dishes 20 in the horizontal direction. The tableware is taken and placed up and down, the space in the height direction of the kitchen can be fully utilized, the requirement on the space in the horizontal direction of the kitchen is low, and the dishwasher 10 is favorably applied to the kitchen with limited space in the horizontal direction.
In the present embodiment, the third opening 206 and the second opening 204 are communicated with the front side of the host 200. In this way, when it is required to make the second door panel 600 in the state of opening the second opening 204, the third door panel 700 may be first made in the state of opening the third opening 206, and then a force may be applied to the second door panel 600 through the third opening 206 (for example, a finger is inserted into the third opening 206 first, and then the second door panel 600 is pulled to be close to one side of the third opening 206), so that the second door panel 600 is made in the state of opening the second opening 204. Thus, it is not necessary to provide a handle structure protruding outward or inward on the second door panel 600, and it is also very convenient to open or close the second opening 204. Therefore, the surface of the second door 600 of the dishwasher 10 may be more flat.
In this embodiment, the second door 600 is connected to the front end of the main bowl basket 500. At this time, the second door 600 is linked with the main bowl basket 500, and the main bowl basket 500 can slide out or into the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 204 by applying a force to the second door 600. In this way, when the second door 600 opens the second opening 204, the requirement of the second door 600 on the space of the kitchen can be reduced.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, one of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the cleaning cavity 200a, and the other of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the main bowl basket 500, and the slide rail is in sliding fit with the slide groove.
In other embodiments, the second door 600 may also be rotatably connected to the body 200. At this time, the second door 600 and the main bowl basket 500 may be independent from each other, and after the second door 600 opens the second opening 204, the main bowl basket 500 slides out or into the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 204.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second door 600 is rotatably coupled to the lower side of the second opening 204. In this way, the second door 600 can open the second opening 204 outward and downward, and after the second door 600 opens the second opening 204, the second door 600 can carry the main bowl basket 500 which slides out of the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 204.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the second door 600 may be rotatably coupled to the left or right side of the second opening 204.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the main bowl basket 500 is provided with a pulley, and the main bowl basket 500 slides out or into the washing chamber 200a through the pulley.
In this embodiment, dishwasher 10 also includes a secondary basket rack 800. Auxiliary bowl basket 800 can slide out of or into wash chamber 200a through third opening 206. When the dish 20 is placed in and out of the main basket 500 through the third opening 206, the auxiliary basket 800 is located in the washing chamber 200 a.
As such, auxiliary basket 800 does not interfere with the access of dishes 20 to main basket 500 through third opening 206. And auxiliary basket 800 can slide out of or into washing chamber 200a through third opening 206, so that dishes 20 can be placed on auxiliary basket 800 sliding out of washing chamber 200a through third opening 206, which is very convenient for placing and placing dishes 20 in a horizontal direction. The provision of the auxiliary bowl basket 800 may more fully utilize the third opening 206 such that the third opening 206 may serve multiple functions.
And the main bowl basket frame 500 and the auxiliary bowl basket frame 800 are arranged at the same time, so that tableware with larger sizes such as bowls, plates and dishes can be placed on the main bowl basket frame 500, and tableware with smaller sizes such as chopsticks, forks and spoons can be placed on the auxiliary bowl basket frame 800, so that the tableware can be conveniently placed on the main bowl basket frame 500 or the auxiliary bowl basket frame 800 respectively according to the sizes of the tableware, and the tableware can be stably borne on the main bowl basket frame 500 or the auxiliary bowl basket frame 800.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, one of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the cleaning cavity 200a, and the other of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the auxiliary bowl basket frame 800, and the slide rail is in sliding fit with the slide groove.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-11, the third door panel 700 can slide on a plane parallel to the third opening 206 to open or close the third opening 206.
Since the third door panel 700 slides on the plane parallel to the third opening 206, the third opening 206 can be opened or closed, so that when the third door panel 700 needs to be opened or closed, an acting force can be directly applied to the outer surface of the third door panel 700 (for example, an acting force in the directions of upward, downward, leftward, rightward, etc. is directly applied to the outer surface of the third door panel 700), and the third opening 206 can be opened or closed very conveniently without arranging a handle structure protruding outward or inward on the third door panel 700. Therefore, the surface of the third door panel 700 of the dishwasher 10 may be more flat.
In the present embodiment, the third door panel 700 can slide back and forth in the direction of the inclination of the third opening 206, that is, the third door panel 700 can slide back and forth substantially in the up-down direction of the machine body 200. As such, the third door panel 700 may slide up or down to open the third opening 206. When the dishwasher 10 is placed on a counter top of a cabinet, the third door panel 700 sliding upward to open the third opening 206 may be located above the machine body 200, and the third door panel 700 sliding downward to open the third opening 206 may be located below the counter top of the cabinet, that is, when the third opening 206 is opened, the third door panel 700 occupies a space of a kitchen in an up-down direction, but does not occupy a space of the kitchen in a left-right direction, thereby being more advantageous to improve a space utilization rate of the kitchen.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the third door panel 700 may also slide back and forth along the left and right direction of the machine body 200.
In the present embodiment, the opening width of the third opening 206 in the direction in which the third opening 206 is inclined is 20cm or more. As such, a majority of the dishware 20 within the washing chamber 200a may be accessed through the third opening 206. It is understood that the opening width of the third opening 206 in the direction of the inclination of the third opening 206 is greater than or equal to 30cm, so that more dishes 20 can be accessed through the third opening 206.
In the present embodiment, the opening width of the third opening 206 in the direction in which the third opening 206 is inclined is 50cm or less. An excessively large opening width of the third opening 206 in the direction of inclination of the third opening 206 may result in an excessively large third door panel 700, which is disadvantageous for opening and closing the third door panel 700. Moreover, the opening width of the third opening 206 in the direction in which the third opening 206 is inclined is too large, and the third opening 206 occupies a position of another member, which is disadvantageous for the arrangement of another member. In view of the above, the opening width of the third opening 206 in the direction in which the third opening 206 is inclined is set to 50cm or less.
In this embodiment, the third opening 206 is inclined 30 to 75 from front to back, i.e., α in fig. 1 is 30 to 75. On the premise that the opening width of the third opening 206 is not changed, the angle α of the third opening 206 inclined from the front to the rear is too small or too large, which makes it inconvenient to take and place the dishes 20. When the third door panel 700 is slid back and forth in the direction of inclination of the third opening 206, the angle α at which the third opening 206 is inclined from the front to the rear is too small, and the third door panel 700 requires a large space in the vertical direction of the machine body 200 when opening the third opening 206, and the angle α at which the third opening 206 is inclined from the front to the rear is too large, and the third door panel 700 requires a large space in the front-rear direction of the machine body 200 when opening the third opening 206, on the premise that the opening width of the third opening 206 is not changed. Combining the above factors, the third opening 206 is provided with an angle α of 30-75 ° from the front to the rear.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third opening 206 is inclined 45 ° -60 ° from front to back. Therefore, the tableware 20 can be taken and placed more conveniently, and the requirements on the space in the vertical direction and the space in the front-back direction of the machine body 200 are relatively low, so that the tableware is more favorably used in a kitchen with limited space.
In the present embodiment, the front side of the left side plate 220 and the front side of the right side plate 230 of the body 200 are exposed from the third opening 206. The front side of the left side plate 220 and the front side of the right side plate 230 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 207. The slide groove 207 extends in the oblique direction of the third opening 206. The third door panel 700 is provided with a sliding block 702, and one end of the sliding block 702 away from the third door panel 700 is inserted into the sliding groove 207 and can slide in the sliding groove 207. As such, stable sliding of the third door panel 700 is greatly facilitated.
The front side of the left side plate 220 and the front side of the right side plate 230 of the body 200 are both exposed from the third opening 206, that is, the front panel of the body 200 at the third opening 206 is completely absent. In this way, the third opening 206 can have a larger size in the left-right direction, which is more convenient for accessing the tableware 20.
It is understood that in other embodiments, at least one of the front side of the left side plate 220 and the front side of the right side plate 230 of the machine body 200 is not exposed from the third opening 206, in this case, the machine body 200 has a front panel at the third opening 206, and the sliding groove 207 may be opened on the front panel of the machine body 200.
In this embodiment, the third door panel 700 is also rotatable, so that the third door panel 700 is stacked on the outer surface of the machine body 200 in a state that the third door panel 700 is in the state of opening the third opening 206. Thus, when the third door panel 700 is in the state of opening the third opening 206, the requirement of the third door panel 700 for the kitchen space can be effectively reduced.
In the present embodiment, the third door panel 700 is laminated on the top plate 240 of the body 200 in a state where the third door panel 700 is in a state of opening the third opening 206. In this way, the third door panel 700 can be stably in a state of opening the third opening 206. It is understood that, in other embodiments, when the third door panel 700 is capable of sliding back and forth in the left-right direction of the machine body 200, the third door panel 700 may also be stacked on the left side plate 220 or the right side plate 230 of the machine body 200 in a state where the third door panel 700 is in the state of opening the third opening 206.
In the present embodiment, the chute 207 has a right-angled trapezoid shape in a cross section parallel to the left side plate 220. The inner wall of the sliding slot 207 includes an upper bottom surface 2072 and a lower bottom surface 2074 which are arranged in parallel and a right-angle surface 2076 connecting the upper bottom surface 2072 and the lower bottom surface 2074.
The slider 702 is arcuate. When the third door panel 700 is stacked on the top plate 240 of the machine body 200, one end of the sliding block 702 located in the sliding groove 207 abuts against the right-angle surface 2076 and/or the concave side 7022 of the sliding block 702 abuts against the front side of the upper bottom surface 2072. Thus, the position limitation is facilitated, and the third door panel 700 is conveniently and stably positioned in a state of opening the third opening 206.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, one end of the sliding block 702 located in the sliding slot 207 abuts against the right-angled surface 2076, and the concave side 7022 of the sliding block 702 abuts against the front side of the upper bottom surface 2072. Thus, the third door panel 700 is more easily positioned and stably positioned in a state of opening the third opening 206.
When the third opening 206 needs to be opened, the third door panel 700 is first controlled to slide upwards along the inclined direction of the third opening 206, and when the concave side 7022 of the slider 702 abuts against the front side of the upper bottom surface 2072 of the sliding slot 207, the third door panel 700 is controlled to rotate and is stacked on the top plate 240 of the machine body 200, and at this time, one end of the slider 702 located in the sliding slot 207 abuts against the right-angle surface 2076 of the sliding slot 207.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the sliding groove 207 may have a polygonal shape such as a pentagon, a hexagon, etc. or a crescent shape in a cross section parallel to the left side plate 220, which may provide a space for the rotation of the third door panel 700.
In the present embodiment, a sealing groove 208 is formed below the third opening 206. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the upper side of the second door 600 is the lower side of the third opening 206. The seal groove 208 is located on an upper side of the second door panel 600.
The third door panel 700 is provided with a seal block 704 corresponding to the seal groove 208. In a state where the third door panel 700 is closing the third opening 206, the sealing block 704 is inserted into the sealing groove 208. As such, third door panel 700 is highly advantageous in sealing third opening 206. And the third door panel 700 can close the third opening 206 accurately and unmistakably, so that the alignment deviation of the third door panel 700 when closing the third opening 206 is avoided.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the seal groove 208 may be disposed on the third door panel 700 and the seal block 704 may be disposed below the third opening 206.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a side of the sealing groove 208 adjacent to the washing chamber 200a communicates with the washing chamber 200a, that is, the sealing groove 208 penetrates through an inner wall of the sealing groove 208 adjacent to the side of the washing chamber 200 a. In this manner, it is further facilitated to seal groove 208 to mate with seal block 704.
In some embodiments, the third door panel 700 may also be rotatably connected to the body 200 by a crank hinge. In a state where the third door panel 700 is in a state of opening the third opening 206, the third door panel 700 is stacked on the top plate 240 of the body 200.
In the present embodiment, the height of the body 200 in the up-down direction is greater than the length of the body 200 in the left-right direction, and is greater than the width of the body 200 in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the height space of the kitchen can be well utilized, and the requirement of the machine body 200 on the horizontal space of the kitchen can be reduced on the premise that the volume of the machine body 200 is not changed.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the height of the body 200 in the up-down direction is greater than the length of the body 200 in the left-right direction, and the length of the body 200 in the left-right direction is greater than the width of the body 200 in the front-rear direction. In this manner, the dishwasher 10 is more easily mounted on a cabinet countertop.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
