For convenience of description, the first side wall 423 of the inner container 42 serves as a first inner container side plate 423, the second side wall 424 serves as a second inner container side plate 424, the back wall 422 serves as a inner container back plate 422, and in this embodiment, a side wall opening 427 is formed between the first inner container side plate 423 and the top wall 426. The corresponding cabinet 41 includes a first cabinet side plate 411, a second cabinet side plate 412 and a cabinet back plate 413.
A guide plate 414 is disposed at the bottom end of the first cabinet side plate 411, the guide plate 414 is bent toward the inner container 42 relative to the first cabinet side plate 411, and when the inner container 42 is slidably inserted into the cabinet 41, the first cabinet side plate 411 blocks the side wall opening 427, and the guide plate 414 abuts against the first inner container side plate 423. Furthermore, insertion slots 428 are formed in the second liner side plate 424 and the liner back plate 422, the guide plate 414 is further formed at the bottom end of the second cabinet body side plate 412 and the bottom end of the cabinet body back plate 413, and the guide plate 414 is inserted into and plugged in the insertion slots 428. In this embodiment, the cabinet body 41 is attached to the inner container 42, and for the convenience of pulling out or pushing back the cabinet body 41 from the inner container 42, the insertion slots 428 are provided, and the water path backflow is realized through the design of the guide plate 414 for the connection seams at the insertion slots 428, so that the sealing is realized, and the seepage is avoided.
In order to clean the devices in the placing space 43, a spraying pipe 44 is further disposed in the inner container 42, the spraying pipe 44 is rotatably disposed relative to the inner container 42, and a plurality of spraying holes (not shown) are further disposed on the spraying pipe 44, so that the cleaning liquid can be sprayed to each corner of the placing space 43.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the shower pipe 44 is inserted between the front wall 421 and the back wall 422, and the cleaning surface of the general implement is disposed toward the bottom wall so that the cleaned oil can be separated from the implement, and therefore, the shower pipe 44 is also disposed near the bottom wall 425 and does not exceed the first liner side plate 423.
Further, the number of the shower pipes 44 is at least two, and the shower pipes are arranged around the placing space 43, similar to the cooking utensil cleaning cabinet 100 of the previous embodiment, the placing space 43 of the cleaning cabinet 400 of this embodiment can be used for placing the cooking utensils in a standing state, and can also be of a narrow-high type, and the inner container 42 can be provided with at least three shower pipes 44, the structure is similar to the cooking utensil cleaning cabinet 100, and details are not repeated.
The washing cabinet 400 of the present embodiment can be used in the dishwasher 10 described above, for example, as a cooker washing cabinet, so that it is more convenient for a user to place a cooker.
For the dish washer or the cleaning cabinet, a spraying system is arranged in the washing machine or the cleaning cabinet, so that the washing of liquid and the drying operation of gas are realized. Please refer to fig. 11, wherein fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the cleaning assembly of the present application.
The cleaning assembly 500 of the present embodiment includes a shower pipe 51, a water passage pipe 52, an air passage pipe 53 and a connection valve 54, wherein the shower pipe 51, the water passage pipe 52 and the air passage pipe 53 are respectively communicated with the connection valve 54. The connection valve 54 is used to connect the water line pipe 52 and the shower pipe 51, or to connect the gas line pipe 53 and the shower pipe 51.
The water pipe 52 is used for providing cleaning liquid in the embodiment, the air pipe 53 is used for providing drying gas, a heating plate can be further arranged in the air pipe 53, the gas entering the air pipe 53 through air draft of the fan is heated, and hot air drying is achieved.
The cleaning liquid and the drying gas supplied from the water passage pipe 52 and the air passage pipe 53 are sprayed through the shower holes 511 in the shower pipe 51. The connection valve 54 is used for realizing the communication between the water path pipe 52 and the spray pipe 51 or the communication between the air path pipe 53 and the spray pipe 51, namely, the communication between the water path pipe and the spray pipe 51 can be realized during the cleaning operation, and the communication between the air path pipe and the spray pipe can be realized during the drying operation.
Generally speaking, the cleaning operation is performed first, and then the drying operation is performed, so that the gas for drying can dry the residual liquid in the spraying pipe 51. The drying of the spray pipe is ensured, and the service life of the spray pipe is prolonged.
Different passages can be designed in the connecting valve 54 to respectively communicate with the water path pipe 52 and the spray pipe 51 and communicate with the air path pipe 53 and the spray pipe 51. Or a valve is designed in the channel of the connecting valve 54, and the valve is controlled to realize that only the water path pipe 52 is communicated with the spray pipe 51 during the cleaning operation, and only the air path pipe 53 is communicated with the spray pipe 51 during the drying operation.
Furthermore, the valve can be controlled by the power of the cleaning liquid or the drying gas, for example, the liquid flowing from the water path pipe 52 to the shower pipe 51 makes the connection valve 54 block the air path pipe 53, and the water path pipe 52 and the shower pipe 51 are conducted. The gas flowing from the gas line pipe 53 to the shower pipe 51 causes the connection valve 54 to block the water line pipe 52, thereby communicating the gas line pipe 53 and the shower pipe 51.
Specifically, referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a connecting valve in the cleaning assembly shown in fig. 11.
The connection valve 54 has a connection passage 544 formed therein, the connection valve 54 has a first through hole 541, a second through hole 542, and a third through hole 543 formed on a surface thereof to communicate with the connection passage 544, the water passage 52 communicates with the connection passage 544 through the first through hole 541, the air passage 53 communicates with the connection passage 544 through the second through hole 542, and the shower pipe 51 is connected to the connection passage 544 through the third through hole 543.
A valve plate 545 is rotatably disposed inside the connecting valve 54, and the valve plate 545 can rotate relative to the connecting valve 54 to block the first through hole 541 or rotate to block the second through hole 542. The valve plate 545 is movably and rotatably connected in the connecting valve 54, under the impact of flowing cleaning liquid, the valve plate 545 can rotate to block the second through hole 542, at the moment, the first through hole 541 is opened, and the communication between the water path pipe 52 and the spray pipe 51 is realized. Under the blowing of the drying gas, the valve plate 545 can rotate to block the first through hole 541, and at the moment, the second through hole 542 is opened, so that the air passage pipe 52 is communicated with the spray pipe 51. Referring specifically to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of the cleaning assembly shown in fig. 11.
The valve plate 545 is installed in the connection valve 54, needs to be rotated frequently, contacts the cleaning liquid and the drying gas, and has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and the like. The valve plate is only required to plug the second through hole, so the shape is not limited, and the design size is larger than that of the through hole in order to effectively plug the first through hole 541 and the second through hole 542.
The connecting valve 54 in this embodiment is generally square and includes a rotating post 546, first and second side walls 547, 548 connected to the rotating post 546, and a third side wall 549 opposite the first side wall 547. A first via 541 is formed on the first sidewall 547, a second via 542 is formed on the second sidewall 548, and a third via 543 is formed on the third sidewall 549. The valve plate 545 is rotatably connected to the rotating column 546, and the valve plate 545 is rotated to be attached to the first sidewall 547 to close the first through hole 541 or rotated to be attached to the second sidewall 548 to close the second through hole 542.
In this embodiment, the shower pipe 51 is tubular and is inserted into the inner container of the dishwasher. The number of shower pipes 51 is generally set to at least two to realize a large area shower. At least two shower pipes 51 are each connected to a connecting valve 54.
To facilitate the connection of a plurality of showers 51, the cleaning assembly 500 further comprises a connection tube 55, the connection tube 55 comprises a first tube head 551 and at least two second tube heads 552, the first tube head 551 is connected to the connection valve 54, and each second tube head 552 is connected to one shower 51.
The spray pipe 51 is provided with a plurality of spray holes, and the plurality of spray holes at least comprise two orientations, so that the spray in a plurality of directions is realized. Referring specifically to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of a shower pipe in the cleaning assembly shown in fig. 11.
In the case where the washing assembly 500 is applied to a dishwasher or a washing cabinet, as shown in fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of the washing assembly shown in fig. 11 applied to the dishwasher. In fig. 15, the dishwasher 600 includes an inner tub 61, and a housing (not shown) is provided to correspond to the outside.
The shower pipe 51 of the washing assembly 500 is disposed in the inner container 61, and the water passage pipe 52 and the air passage pipe 53 are disposed between the housing and the inner container 61.
The dishwasher 600 further includes a rotation mechanism disposed between the housing and the inner container; the spraying pipe 51 is rotatably arranged in the inner container 61 in a penetrating way, one end of the spraying pipe is connected with the connecting valve 54, and the other end of the spraying pipe is connected with the rotating mechanism, so that rotating spraying is realized during cleaning.

Claims (19)

1. A dish washing machine is characterized by comprising a cooker cleaning cabinet, a bowl cleaning cabinet and a bowl storage cabinet, wherein the bowl cleaning cabinet and the bowl storage cabinet are arranged in a stacking mode in the vertical direction, and the stacked bowl cleaning cabinet, the bowl storage cabinet and the cooker cleaning cabinet are arranged in the horizontal direction; in the vertical direction, the height of the cooker cleaning cabinet is greater than the height of any one of the bowl cleaning cabinet and the bowl storage cabinet.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the height of the cookware wash rack is less than or equal to the sum of the heights of the dishware wash rack and the dishware storage rack.
3. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein a width of the cooker wash cabinet is smaller than a width of any one of the tableware wash cabinet and the tableware storage cabinet in the horizontal direction.
4. The dishwasher of claim 3, wherein the width of the dish washing cabinet and the width of the dish storage cabinet are the same, and the depth of the cooker washing cabinet, the depth of the dish washing cabinet and the depth of the dish storage cabinet are the same.
5. The dishwasher of claim 3, wherein the width of the cooker washing cabinet is equal to or greater than 100mm and equal to or less than 300 mm.
6. The dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein a cooker placing space for placing the cooker in a standing state is formed inside the cooker washing cabinet, and an angle between a plane in which the opening of the cooker is formed and the left-right arrangement direction is 45 ° or more and 90 ° or less.
7. The dishwasher of claim 6, wherein a cooker support is provided in the cooker placing space to support the cooker in an erected state.
8. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the cooking utensil washing cabinet is provided therein with a cooking utensil spraying system, the tableware washing cabinet is provided therein with a tableware spraying system, and the cooking utensil spraying system and the tableware spraying system are independent of each other.
9. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishware storage cabinet includes a dishware spray system for washing dishware.

The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the cooking utensil wash cabinet comprises a cooking utensil cabinet and a cooking utensil liner slidably connected to the cooking utensil cabinet, the cooking utensil liner being slidably inserted into or pulled out of the cooking utensil cabinet; the cooker placing space is formed in the cooker inner container.
11. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein a sliding rail is arranged between the bottom wall of the cooker liner and the cooker cabinet body to enable the cooker liner to be slidably connected with the cooker cabinet body; and a sliding support piece is arranged between the side wall of the cooker inner container and the cooker cabinet body.
12. The dishwasher of claim 11, wherein a distance of the sliding support to a top wall of the cooker liner is less than a distance of the sliding support to a bottom wall of the cooker liner.
13. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein the top wall of the cooker liner is provided with a top wall opening, the cooker wash tank further comprising a cooker lid, the cooker lid closure being provided at the top wall opening.
14. The dishwasher of claim 13, wherein a guide is provided between the side wall of the inner container and the cabinet, and a guide groove is provided on the guide; the side edge of the cooker cover plate is provided with a guide post which is embedded in the guide groove; under the condition that the cooker liner is slidably embedded into the cooker cabinet body, the guide column slides to the first end of the guide groove to guide the cooker cover plate closing cover to be arranged on the top wall opening; and under the condition that the cooker liner is pulled out of the cooker cabinet body in a sliding manner, the guide column slides to the second end of the guide groove to guide the cooker cover plate to move towards the pulling-out direction of the cooker liner and the direction close to the top wall of the cooker cabinet body.
15. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein at least three shower pipes are provided in the cooker liner, the at least three shower pipes being provided around the cooker placing space.
16. The dishwasher of claim 15, wherein the cooker liner comprises opposing front and back walls, two side walls connecting the front and back walls, the front wall being oriented in the same direction as the cooker liner is slidably inserted into the cooker cabinet; the at least three spray pipes are arranged between the front wall and the back wall in a penetrating mode.
17. The dishwasher of claim 16, wherein the cooker liner further comprises a bottom wall connecting the front wall, the back wall and the two side walls; a first spray pipe in the at least three spray pipes is close to the side wall, a second spray pipe is close to the bottom wall, and a third spray pipe is close to the bottom wall.
18. The dishwasher of claim 15, wherein the shower pipe is provided with a plurality of shower holes, and the shower pipe is rotatably disposed with respect to the cooker liner.
19. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein the sidewall of the cooker liner is provided with a sidewall opening for allowing the cooker to be put into the cooker placing space in a state where the cooker liner is slidably drawn out of the cooker cabinet.
