The utility model provides a dish washing machine.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the dishwasher 10 includes a body 200 and a first basket support 300. The body 200 has a washing chamber 200 a. A first basket support 300 is disposed within washing chamber 200a for supporting dishes.
In this embodiment, the housing 200 can clean the dishes placed in the first basket 300, that is, the housing 200 further has functional components for cleaning the dishes, which may be the same as the existing functional components for cleaning the dishes, and therefore, the detailed description of the functional components will not be provided herein.
Generally, the space above the racks is limited in the dishwasher, and when a large-sized dish is required to be placed, the limitation of the space results in that the racks are difficult to accommodate, or, in the dishwasher having a double-layered rack, the space between the two racks is limited, and the dish cannot be placed with an oversized dish, but in the embodiment, the dishwasher 10 has a first rack 300 located above and a second rack 500 located below, and the depth of the first rack 300 can be adjusted. Thus, when the tableware 20 with a slightly larger size is placed in the second basket 500, the depth of the first basket 300 can be adjusted according to the size of the tableware 20, so that the situation that the tableware 20 cannot be placed in the second basket 500 due to the oversize can be avoided. In addition, when the tableware needs to be placed in the first basket 300, the depth of the first basket 300 can be adjusted according to the size of the tableware, so that the condition that the tableware cannot be effectively placed in the first basket 300 due to the fact that the size of the tableware is too small or too large is avoided. Therefore, the first bowl basket 300 has strong applicability. Because the depth of the first basket 300 can be adjusted, the space utilization of the dishwasher 10 can be improved compared with the dishwasher provided with the first basket with a smaller depth, that is, the dishwasher 10 also has the characteristic of high space utilization.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-8, the first bowl basket 300 includes a fixed frame 310, a movable frame 320, and a bearing frame 330. The fixing frame 310 has a hollow structure with two open ends, and the fixing frame 310 includes a top end 312 and a bottom end 314 in the depth direction of the first bowl basket 300. The movable frame 320 is a hollow structure with two open ends, and the movable frame 320 includes a top end 322 and a bottom end 324 in the depth direction of the first bowl and basket support 300.
Wherein the fixing frame 310 is coupled with the inner wall of the washing chamber 200a to enable the user to pull out or push in the washing chamber 200 a. The movable frame 320 is movably connected to the fixed frame 310 to move along the depth direction of the first basketball frame 300, and the bearing frame 330 is disposed on the bottom end 324 of the movable frame 320 for bearing dishes. In this way, it is achieved that the distance between the carrier 330 and the end face of the top end 312 of the fixed frame can be adjusted when the movable frame 320 is moved. In this manner, it is highly convenient to achieve that the depth of the first bowl basket 300 can be adjusted.
For example, at least two fixing positions spaced apart from each other are disposed in the depth direction of the fixing frame 310, and the movable frame 320 is provided with a positioning structure matched with the fixing positions, such as a protrusion and a projection, a protrusion and a groove, a magnetic adsorption structure, and the like, so that the positioning structure is connected with the corresponding fixing positions to fix, that is, to move in the depth direction, by moving the movable frame 320.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the movable frame 320 may be omitted, and in this case, the first bowl basket 300 includes the fixed frame 310 and the bearing frame 330. The plurality of bearing frames 330 (greater than or equal to two) are disposed in the fixing frame 310 at intervals along the depth direction of the first basket frame 300, and the plurality of bearing frames 300 are detachably connected to the fixing frame 310. Thus, by increasing or decreasing the carrier 330 on the frame 310, the distance between the end surface of the carrier 330 at the top end 312 of the frame, i.e., the depth of the first bowl basket 300, can be adjusted. The bearing frame 300 and the fixing frame 310 can be detachably connected through the cooperation of a screw and a nut, the cooperation of a buckle and a clamping groove, the cooperation of a magnet and an iron block and the like.
In the present embodiment, the movable frame 320 is sleeved with the fixed frame 310. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the movable frame 320 is sleeved in the fixed frame 310. It is understood that in other embodiments, the frame 310 may be nested within the active frame 320.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the movable frame 320 and the fixed frame 310 may be inserted. For example, the end surface of the bottom end 314 of the fixed frame is recessed to form a circular slot, and the top end 322 of the movable frame 320 is inserted into the circular slot.
In this embodiment, the first bowl basket 300 can be switched between a first state and a second state, when the first bowl basket 300 is in the first state, the movable frame 320 is located in the fixed frame 310 (as shown in fig. 4); when the first bowl basket 300 is in the second state, the top end 322 of the movable rim is located inside the fixed rim 310, and the bottom end 324 of the movable rim is located outside the fixed rim 310 (as shown in fig. 6 and 8). When the first bowl basket 300 is in the first state, the movable frame 320 is located in the fixed frame 310, that is, the movable frame 320 can be completely received in the fixed frame 310. In this manner, the first bowl basket 300 in the first state can be made smaller in size. When the first bowl basket 300 is in the second state, the top end 322 of the movable frame is located inside the fixed frame 310, and the bottom end 324 of the movable frame is located outside the fixed frame 310, i.e. the depth of the first bowl basket 300 can be adjusted.
It should be noted that the second state may only include one state, or may include a plurality of different states. When the second state includes a plurality of different states, the length of the bottom end 324 of the movable frame protruding out of the fixed frame 310 is different for each second state.
In the present embodiment, when the first bowl basket 300 is in the first state, the end surface of the top end 322 of the movable frame is flush with the end surface of the top end 312 of the fixed frame, and the end surface of the bottom end 324 of the movable frame is flush with the end surface of the bottom end 314 of the fixed frame. Thus, the movable frame 320 has a larger dimension in the depth direction of the first bowl basket 300, so that the adjustable range of the dimension of the first bowl basket 300 in the depth direction can be larger, and the first bowl basket can adapt to more dishware with different dimensions.
In this embodiment, the first basketball stand 300 further includes a fastener. The fixing member detachably connects the fixed frame 310 and the movable frame 320. Thus, not only the first bowl basket 300 can be switched between the first state and the second state, but also the first bowl basket 300 can be stably in the first state or the second state.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fixing frame 310 is provided with a first through hole. The first through hole is one and is in a strip shape. The first through hole extends along the depth direction of the first bowl basket 300. Alternatively, a plurality of (greater than or equal to two) first through holes are arranged at intervals along the depth direction of the first bowl basket frame 300. The movable frame 320 is provided with a second through hole.
The fixing piece comprises a screw and a nut, and the screw penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole. The nut is screwed with the screw, so that the movable frame 320 and the fixed frame 310 are clamped between the nut and the nut of the screw, and the fixed frame 310 and the movable frame 320 are fixedly connected, thereby the first bowl basket frame 300 is stably in the first state or the second state.
When the number of the first through holes is two, the second state only comprises one state; when the number of the first through holes is more than or equal to three, the second state comprises two or more states.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the fixing member is not limited to the screw and the nut, and the fixing member may also be detachably engaged with the fastener and the slot, the magnet and the iron block, and the like.
In this embodiment, the first basketball stand 300 further includes a limiting member 340. The limiting member 340 is disposed on the end surface of the bottom end 324 of the movable frame 320 and extends outward. When the first bowl basket 300 is in the first state, the limiting member 340 abuts against the end surface of the bottom end 314 of the fixing frame 310. In this manner, the first state of the first basketball stand 300 is more easily adjusted.
In the present embodiment, the fixed frame 310 is one, and the movable frame 320 and the bearing frame 330 are provided in a plurality and correspond to each other. When the first bowl basket 300 is in the first state, the movable frames 320 are located in the fixed frame 310, and the loading frames 330 are located on the same plane (as shown in fig. 4). When the first bowl basket 300 is in the second state, the bottom end 324 of the at least one movable frame 320 is located outside the fixed frame 310 (as shown in fig. 6 and 8). In this way, not only can the depth of first bowl basket 300 be adjusted, but also first bowl basket 300 can have at least two areas with different depths at the same time, so that at least two kinds of tableware with different sizes can be placed in first bowl basket 300 at the same time.
In this embodiment, when the first bowl basket 300 is in the first state, there is at least one connected group. The connected group includes two movable frames 320 that are connected. Thus, when the bearing frames 330 of the two linked movable frames 320 are located on the same plane, two ends of the same dishware can be respectively located in the two linked movable frames 320, so that dishware with longer length can be placed in the arrangement direction of the two linked movable frames 320.
In the present embodiment, in the connected group, the two connected movable frames 320 are the first movable frame 320a and the second movable frame 320b, respectively. The first communication port 326a is formed by the first movable frame 320a being absent on the side close to the second movable frame 320b, the second communication port 326b is formed by the second movable frame 320b being absent on the side close to the first movable frame 320a, and the first movable frame 320a and the second movable frame 320b communicate with the second communication port 326b through the first communication port 326 a.
In this embodiment, the carrier 330 disposed on the first movable frame 320a is a first carrier 330a, and a first partition block 332a is disposed at an end of the first carrier 330a close to the first communication opening 326 a. The first partition block 332a is used to partition two adjacent dishes. The second frame 330 provided on the second movable frame 320b is a second frame 330b, and a second partition block 332b is provided at one end of the second frame 330b near the second communication port 326 b. Each second partition block 332b is disposed opposite to a first partition block 332a for partitioning two adjacent dishes. The first and second partitions 332a and 332b are preferably arranged to support dishes.
In the present embodiment, the movable frame 320 and the carrying frame 330 are two. The two movable frames 320 are arranged in the left and right direction of the dishwasher 10.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the body 200 is formed with a first opening 202, and the first opening 202 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 200 a. First bowl basket 300 can slide out of or into wash chamber 200a through first opening 202. The dishwasher 10 further includes a first door panel 400. The first door 400 is disposed on the body 200 and can open or close the first opening 202. It is understood that in other embodiments, when dishes can be directly placed in first bowl basket 300 through first opening 202, first bowl basket 300 may not slide out of or into washing chamber 200a through first opening 202, i.e., first bowl basket 300 may be secured in washing chamber 200 a.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the left side plate 210 and the right side plate 220 of the machine body 200 are both provided with the first sliding slot 204, and the first sliding slot 204 extends along the front-back direction of the machine body 200. The outer wall of the fixing frame 310 is provided with a slide rail 316. The slide rail 316 is inserted into the first sliding groove 204 and can slide in the first sliding groove 204. Thus, it is highly convenient for first bowl basket 300 to be able to slide out of or into wash chamber 200a through first opening 202.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, 9 and 10, the body 200 further has a second opening 206, and the second opening 206 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 200 a. The dishwasher 10 further includes a second basketball stand 500 and a second door 600. Second bowl basket 500 can slide out of or into wash chamber 200a through second opening 206. The second door 600 can open or close the second opening 206. Meanwhile, the first and second baskets 300 and 500 are provided, so that the tableware can be conveniently placed on the first and second baskets 300 and 500 according to the size of the tableware, and the tableware can be stably supported on the first and second baskets 300 and 500.
In the present embodiment, the first opening 202 and the second opening 206 are both located on the front side of the body 200. The first opening 202 is located above the second opening 206 in a direction from the lower side to the upper side of the body 200. The first opening 202 is located above the second opening 206, that is, the first basket 300 is located above the second basket 500, so that larger-sized dishes such as bowls, plates, dishes, etc. can be placed on the second basket 500, and smaller-sized dishes such as chopsticks, forks, spoons, etc. can be placed on the first basket 300. The adjustable depth of the first basket 300 is more favorable for stably loading smaller tableware on the first basket 300.
In the present embodiment, the first opening 202 is inclined from front to rear. When the first basket frame 300 and the second basket frame 500 are located in the washing chamber 200a, the first door 400 is in a state of opening the first opening 202, and the second door 600 is in a state of closing the second opening 206, the tableware 20 can be placed on the second basket frame 500 through the first opening 202. When the second door 600 is in a state of opening the second opening 206 and the second basket 500 slides out of the washing chamber 200a from the second opening 206, the dishes 20 can be taken and placed on the second basket 500.
Thus, the dishwasher 10 can not only access the dishes 20 on the second basket 500 through the first opening 202, but also access the dishes 20 on the second basket 500 sliding out of the washing chamber 200a from the second opening 206. The dishes 20 are easily accessible in the vertical direction by the first opening 202 on the second basket 500, and the dishes 20 are easily accessible in the horizontal direction by the second basket 500 sliding out of the washing chamber 200a from the second opening 206.
In the present embodiment, the first door panel 400 can slide back and forth in the inclined direction of the first opening 202, that is, the first door panel 400 can slide back and forth substantially in the up-down direction of the machine body 200.
In this manner, the first door panel 400 may slide up or down to open the first opening 202. When the dishwasher 10 is placed on a counter top of a cabinet, the first door panel 400 sliding upward to open the first opening 202 may be located above the machine body 200, and the first door panel 400 sliding downward to open the first opening 202 may be located below the counter top of the cabinet, that is, when the first opening 202 is opened, the first door panel 400 occupies a space of a kitchen in an up-down direction, but does not occupy a space of the kitchen in a left-right direction, thereby being more advantageous to improve a space utilization rate of the kitchen.
Moreover, since the first door panel 400 can slide back and forth in the inclined direction of the first opening 202, that is, the first opening 202 can be opened or closed, when the first door panel 400 needs to be opened or closed, a force can be directly applied to the outer surface of the first door panel 400 (for example, an upward or downward force is directly applied to the outer surface of the first door panel 400), and the first opening 202 can be opened or closed very conveniently without providing a handle structure protruding outward or inward on the first door panel 400. Therefore, the surface of the first door panel 400 of the dishwasher 10 may be more flat.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the first door panel 400 may also slide back and forth along the left and right direction of the machine body 200.
In the present embodiment, the opening width of the first opening 202 in the direction in which the first opening 202 is inclined is 20cm or more. In this manner, a majority of the dishware within the washing chamber 200a may be accessed through the first opening 202. It is understood that the opening width of the first opening 202 in the oblique direction of the first opening 202 is greater than or equal to 30cm, so that more dishes can be accessed through the first opening 202.
In the present embodiment, the opening width of the first opening 202 in the direction of inclination of the first opening 202 is 50cm or less. An excessively large opening width of the first opening 202 in the direction of inclination of the first opening 202 may result in an excessively large first door panel 300, which is disadvantageous for opening and closing the first door panel 300. Moreover, the opening width of the first opening 202 in the oblique direction of the first opening 202 is too large, and the first opening 202 may occupy the position of other components, which is not favorable for the arrangement of other components. In combination with the above-described factors, the opening width of the first opening 202 in the direction in which the first opening 202 is inclined is set to 50cm or less.
In the present embodiment, the first opening 202 is inclined 30 to 75 from front to back, i.e., α in fig. 1 is 30 to 75. On the premise that the opening width of the first opening 202 is not changed, the angle α of the first opening 202 inclining from the front to the back is too small or too large, which is inconvenient for the user to put and take the dishes 20 on the second basket frame 500. Further, when the first door panel 400 is reciprocally slid in the inclination direction of the first opening 202, the angle α of the first opening 202 inclined from the front to the rear is too small on the premise that the opening width of the first opening 202 is not changed, the first door panel 400 requires a high space in the up-down direction of the body 200 when opening the first opening 202, the angle α of the first opening 202 inclined from the front to the rear is too large, and the first door panel 400 requires a high space in the front-rear direction of the body 200 when opening the first opening 202. Combining the above factors, the first opening 202 is provided with an angle α of 30 ° to 75 ° from the front to the rear.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first opening 202 is inclined 45 ° -60 ° from front to back. Therefore, the tableware 20 can be conveniently placed on the second basket 500, and the space requirement for the machine body 200 in the vertical direction and the front-back direction is relatively low, so that the tableware is more convenient to use in a kitchen with limited space.
In the present embodiment, the front side of the left plate 210 and the front side of the right plate 220 of the body 200 are exposed from the first opening 202. The front side of the left plate 210 and the front side of the right plate 220 are respectively opened with a second sliding slot 208. The second chute 208 extends in the oblique direction of the first opening 202. The first door panel 400 is provided with a sliding block 402, and one end of the sliding block 402, which is far away from the first door panel 400, is inserted into the second sliding groove 208 and can slide in the second sliding groove 208. Thus, the stable sliding of the first door panel 400 is greatly facilitated.
The front side of the left plate 210 and the front side of the right plate 220 of the body 200 are both exposed from the first opening 202, that is, the front plate of the body 200 at the first opening 202 is completely absent. Therefore, the first opening 202 has a larger size in the left-right direction, which is more beneficial to taking and placing the tableware.
It is understood that in other embodiments, at least one of the front side of the left side plate 210 and the front side of the right side plate 220 of the machine body 200 is not exposed from the first opening 202, and at this time, the machine body 200 has a front panel at the first opening 202, and the second sliding slot 208 can be opened on the front panel of the machine body 200.
In this embodiment, the first door panel 400 can also rotate, so that the first door panel 400 is stacked on the outer surface of the machine body 200 in a state where the first door panel 400 is in the state of opening the first opening 202. Thus, when the first door panel 400 is in a state of opening the first opening 202, the requirement of the first door panel 400 on the kitchen space can be effectively reduced.
In the present embodiment, the first door panel 400 is stacked on the top plate 230 of the body 200 in a state where the first door panel 400 is in a state of opening the first opening 202. Thus, the requirement of the first door panel 400 on the kitchen space can be effectively reduced, and the first door panel 400 can be stably positioned in the state of opening the first opening 202. It is understood that, in other embodiments, when the first door panel 400 can slide back and forth along the left and right direction of the machine body 200, the first door panel 400 may also be stacked on the left side plate 210 or the right side plate 220 of the machine body 200 in a state where the first door panel 400 is in the state of opening the first opening 202.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the second chute 208 has a right-angled trapezoid shape in a cross section parallel to the left side plate 210. The inner wall of the second sliding groove 208 includes an upper bottom surface 2082 and a lower bottom surface 2084 which are arranged in parallel, and a right-angle surface 2086 connecting the upper bottom surface 2082 and the lower bottom surface 2084.
The slider 402 is arcuate. When the first door panel 400 is stacked on the top plate 230 of the machine body 200, one end of the slider 402 located in the second sliding groove 208 abuts against the right-angle surface 2086 and/or the concave side 3022 of the slider 402 abuts against the front side of the upper bottom surface 2082. Thus, the position limitation is facilitated, and the first door panel 400 is stably positioned in a state of opening the first opening 202.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, one end of the sliding block 402 located in the second sliding groove 208 abuts against the right-angle surface 2086, and the concave side 4022 of the sliding block 402 abuts against the front side of the upper bottom surface 2082. Thus, the position limitation is more convenient, and the first door panel 400 is more conveniently and stably positioned in the state of opening the first opening 202.
When the first opening 202 needs to be opened, the first door panel 400 is controlled to slide upwards along the inclined direction of the first opening 202, when the concave side 4022 of the slider 402 abuts against the front side of the upper bottom surface 2082 of the sliding chute 204, the first door panel 400 is controlled to rotate and is stacked on the top plate 230 of the machine body 200, and at this time, one end of the slider 402, which is located in the second sliding chute 208, abuts against the right-angle surface 2086 of the second sliding chute 208.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the second sliding groove 208 may have a polygonal shape such as a pentagon, a hexagon, etc. or a meniscus shape in a cross section parallel to the left side plate 210, so as to provide a space for the rotation of the first door 400.
In the present embodiment, a sealing groove 209 is formed at a lower side of the first opening 202, and the first door panel 400 is provided with a sealing block 404 corresponding to the sealing groove 209. In a state where the first door 400 closes the first opening 202, the sealing block 404 is inserted into the sealing groove 209. As such, the first door panel 400 is advantageously used to seal the first opening 202. And the first door panel 400 can close the first opening 202 accurately, so as to avoid the alignment deviation when the first door panel 400 closes the first opening 202.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the sealing slot 209 may be disposed on the first door panel 400 and the sealing block 404 may be disposed on the underside of the first opening 202.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a side of the sealing groove 209 close to the cleaning chamber 200a communicates with the cleaning chamber 200a, that is, the sealing groove 209 penetrates through an inner wall of the sealing groove 209 close to the side of the cleaning chamber 200 a. In this manner, sealing slot 209 may be more easily mated with sealing block 404.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, 9 and 10, the first opening 202 and the second opening 208 are communicated with the front side of the host 200. In this way, when it is required to make the second door panel 600 in the state of opening the second opening 208, the first door panel 400 may be first made in the state of opening the first opening 202, and then a force may be applied to the second door panel 600 through the first opening 202 (for example, a finger is inserted into the first opening 202 first, and then the second door panel 600 is pulled to be close to one side of the first opening 202), so that the second door panel 600 is made in the state of opening the second opening 208. Thus, it is not necessary to provide a handle structure protruding outward or inward on the second door panel 600, and it is also very convenient to open or close the second opening 208. Therefore, the surface of the second door 600 of the dishwasher 10 may be more flat.
In this embodiment, the upper side of the second door 600 is the lower side of the first opening 202. The sealing groove 209 is located on an upper side of the second door panel 600.
In this embodiment, the second door 600 is connected to the front end of the second basketball goal stand 500. At this time, the second door 600 is linked with the second bowl basket 500, and the second bowl basket 500 can slide out or into the washing cavity 200a through the second opening 208 by applying a force to the second door 600. In this way, when the second door 600 opens the second opening 208, the requirement of the second door 600 for the space of the kitchen may be reduced.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, one of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the inner wall of the cleaning cavity 200a, and the other of the slide rail and the slide groove is disposed on the second bowl basket frame 500, and the slide rail is in sliding fit with the slide groove.
In other embodiments, the second door 600 may also be rotatably connected to the body 200. At this time, the second door 600 and the second bowl basket 500 may be independent from each other, and after the second door 600 opens the second opening 208, the second bowl basket 500 slides out or into the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 208.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second door 600 is rotatably coupled to the lower side of the second opening 208. In this way, the second door 600 can open the second opening 208 outward and downward, and after the second door 600 opens the second opening 208, the second door 600 can carry the second basketball stand 500 which slides out of the washing chamber 200a through the second opening 208.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the second door 600 may be pivotally coupled to either the left or right side of the second opening 208.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second bowl frame 500 is provided with a pulley, and the second bowl frame 500 slides out or into the washing chamber 200a through the pulley.
In the present embodiment, the height of the body 200 in the up-down direction is greater than the length of the body 200 in the left-right direction, and is greater than the width of the body 200 in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the height space of the kitchen can be well utilized, and the requirement of the machine body 200 on the horizontal space of the kitchen can be reduced on the premise that the volume of the machine body 200 is not changed.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the height of the body 200 in the up-down direction is greater than the length of the body 200 in the left-right direction, and the length of the body 200 in the left-right direction is greater than the width of the body 200 in the front-rear direction. In this manner, the dishwasher 10 is more easily mounted on a cabinet countertop.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
