Through the arrangement of the ultrasonic washing tank 32 and the ultrasonic washing handle 33, the ultrasonic washing device 3 can wash various objects to be washed such as cloth objects and ornaments in a micro-loss washing mode of ultrasonic washing, can adapt to the objects to be washed with various sizes and shapes in two modes of containing the objects to be washed by fixing the objects to be washed (the ultrasonic washing tank 32) and moving the objects to be washed (the ultrasonic washing handle 33), is more suitable for the local quick washing of the objects to be washed, can adapt to various emergency situations of a user (such as the objects to be washed or the suddenly and locally stained stains on the clothes), increases the washing diversity of the comprehensive washing equipment, and is practical and convenient to operate.
In a preferred embodiment, ultrasonic cleaning handle 33 includes a handle base 331, an ultrasonic vibrator assembly (not shown) disposed within handle base 331, an inlet fluid conduit (not shown), and a drain fluid conduit (not shown). The head of the handle base 331 is provided with a liquid passing port 332 communicated with the outside (the "outside" refers to the environment close to the head operation end of the ultrasonic washing handle 33 and close to the handle/the object to be washed), one end of the liquid inlet pipe is communicated to the liquid passing port 332, and the other end is communicated with the detergent putting component 31, so that the washing liquid in the detergent putting component 31 can flow out from the liquid passing port 332 to the outside through the liquid inlet pipe and flow to the surface of the object to be washed, and the ultrasonic vibrator component can be combined with the washing liquid to efficiently wash the dirt position on the object to be washed, so that the dirt on the object to be washed can be dissolved or shaken down more quickly. One end of the liquid discharge pipe is communicated with the liquid passing port 332, and the other end of the liquid discharge pipe is communicated with the outside (the outside refers to the outside of the ultrasonic washing handle 33 and is far away from the liquid passing port 332/the environment of the object to be washed), so that the washing liquid staying on the surface of the object to be washed can enter the liquid discharge pipe through the liquid passing port 332 and is discharged out of the handle base body 331 through the liquid discharge pipe, the dirty liquid mixed with stains on the surface of the object to be washed can be removed, the stains are prevented from being left on the object to be washed, the washing liquid acting on the surface of the object to be washed can always keep cleanness, and the washing efficiency of the stains is ensured. More preferably, the ultrasonic vibrator assembly is disposed near the head of the handle base 331, so that the ultrasonic vibration effect generated by the ultrasonic vibrator can be better applied to the object to be washed, and the washing effect is better.
Further, the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid discharge pipe are hoses arranged in the handle base 331, so that the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid discharge pipe can be bent, wound and stored, the moving range of the handle base 331 is guaranteed, and the occupied space of the ultrasonic washing handle 33 is reduced. Preferably, the ultrasonic washing handle 33 further includes a cord winder (not shown) disposed inside the handle base 331, through which at least a portion of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe is received into the handle base, so that the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe can satisfy the moving requirement of the handle base 331 and do not get entangled and get tangled to interfere with the movement of the handle base 331 when the user holds the handle base 331 to move. Of course, the reel can be disposed at other positions, such as the outside of the tail end of the handle base 331, the inside of the second drawer 12, etc., as long as the position of the reel can satisfy the hose storage requirement, does not interfere with the movement of the handle base 331, and does not affect the head of the handle base 331 to perform the washing operation.
Referring to fig. 3 with continued reference to fig. 2, fig. 3 is a second structural schematic diagram of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus of the integrated cleaning device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ultrasonic washing device 3 preferably further comprises a containing member 34 capable of containing the laundry and the washing liquid. The receiving member 34 is provided with a charging port 341 and a first drain port 343. The receiving space in the receiving member 34 is exposed to the outside through the input port 341 so that the user can input laundry through the input port 341. The accommodation member 34 is selectively communicated to the outside of the accommodation member 34 through the first drain opening 343 so that the washing liquid inside the accommodation member 34 can be drained through the first drain opening 343. Through the arrangement, the accommodating component 34 can be used as a workbench of the ultrasonic washing handle 33, namely when a user holds the ultrasonic washing handle 33 to wash the articles to be washed, the user can place the articles to be washed in the accommodating component 34 without holding the articles to be washed by the user, so that the user can carry out washing operation with both hands and can contain the washing liquid flowing out of the ultrasonic washing handle 33, and the situation that part of the washing liquid which is not removed by the ultrasonic washing handle 33 flows to other positions of the comprehensive washing equipment or the ground is avoided. Of course, the accommodating member 34 may not be used in cooperation with the ultrasonic washing handle 33, and it can also only exert the accommodating effect, so that the user can wash the laundry, hands, etc. by hand in the accommodating member 34, increasing the practicability of the comprehensive washing apparatus of the present invention.
More preferably, the accommodating member 34 is further provided with a first water inlet 342, and the accommodating member 34 is selectively communicated to the detergent putting component 31 through the first water inlet 342, so that the washing liquid in the detergent putting component 31 can enter the accommodating member 34, a user does not need to add the washing liquid manually, the soaking requirement of part of the objects to be washed is met, and the cleaning efficiency is higher when the objects to be washed are washed by the ultrasonic washing handle 33. As an example, the first water inlet 342 in the above embodiment is a strip-shaped water inlet switch disposed on the sidewall of the accommodating member 34, and the first water outlet 343 is a strip-shaped water outlet switch disposed on the bottom of the accommodating member 34, wherein the water inlet switch and the water outlet switch may be a mechanical switch (such as a rotary switch, a push switch, etc.) or an electric switch disposed at the position of the water inlet or the water outlet.
In a specific embodiment, a limiting groove 333 is provided in the second drawer 12, and the volume of the limiting groove 333 is adapted to the volume of the ultrasonic cleaning handle 33, so as to serve as a receiving groove for the ultrasonic cleaning handle 33 to receive the ultrasonic cleaning handle 33, and prevent the ultrasonic cleaning handle 33 from rolling freely in the second drawer 12 when the second drawer 12 is pulled. The limit groove 333 is disposed near the accommodating member 34, so as to reduce the distance between the ultrasonic washing handle 33 and the object to be washed placed in the accommodating member 34, and ensure the moving space of the ultrasonic washing handle 33.
Referring again to FIG. 4 and with continued reference to FIG. 3, FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus of the integrated cleaning device of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the ultrasonic sink 32 includes a sink 322 and an ultrasonic oscillator (not shown). A washing tank accommodating groove 321 is further formed in the second drawer 12, and the washing tank 322 is disposed in the washing tank accommodating groove 321. Specifically, the washing tank 322 is provided with a second water inlet 3221 and a second water outlet 3222, and the washing tank 322 is selectively communicated to the detergent putting component 31 through the second water inlet 3221, so that the washing liquid can enter the washing tank 322 through the second water inlet 3221. The washing tub 322 is selectively communicated to the outside of the washing tub 322 through the second drain port 3222 so that the washing liquid in the washing tub 322 can be drained through the second drain port 3222. The ultrasonic oscillator is arranged close to the bottom of the washing tank 322 so as to be close to the objects to be washed (especially ornaments) in the washing tank 322, thereby ensuring the washing efficiency and the washing effect. As an example, the second water inlet 3221 and the second water outlet 3222 in the above embodiments are both disposed at the bottom of the washing tub 322. The type of the switch disposed at the positions of second water inlet 3221 and second water outlet 3222 is not limited, as long as the selective communication function is provided.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32 further includes a fixing member 323 for fixing the washing tank 322 into the washing tank accommodation groove 321. Specifically, the fixing member 323 includes a first fixing frame fixed to the top of the notch of the sink receiving groove 321 and a second fixing frame snap-fitted with the first fixing frame. The notch of the washing tank 322 is provided with a flange, which is just clamped on the first fixing frame under the condition that the washing tank is accommodated in the washing tank accommodating groove 321. The second fixing frame compresses the flange of the washing tub 322 to the first fixing frame and is in clamping fit with the first fixing frame, so that the flange can be clamped and fixed between the two fixing frames, and the washing tub 322 is fixed. The fixing member 323 is not limited in structure and fixing manner, and for example, the first and second fixing frames may fix the washing tub 322 by bonding, welding, screwing, or the like, or the fixing member 323 may be a fastener for screwing the washing tub 322 to the second drawer 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the detergent dispensing assembly 31 comprises in particular a first base 311 and a detergent dispensing box 312 arranged inside the second drawer 12. The first base 311 is formed with an accommodating cavity (not shown), a liquid inlet channel (not shown), and a liquid outlet channel (not shown), and the detergent putting box 312 is provided with a cavity for accommodating detergent therein, and the cavity is communicated with the accommodating cavity through the liquid inlet channel, so that the detergent can flow into the accommodating cavity. The containing cavity is also communicated with the water inlet pipe assembly, so that water can enter the containing cavity and be mixed with detergent in the containing cavity to form washing liquid. The ultrasonic wave washing tank 32 and the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 are selectively communicated to the accommodating cavity through a liquid discharging channel respectively, so that the washing liquid in the accommodating cavity can flow into the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32 or the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 when the washing mode is operated.
Further, the detergent dispensing assembly 31 further comprises a limiting assembly (not shown). The first base 311 is further provided with a dispensing cartridge accommodating groove 3111 capable of accommodating the detergent dispensing cartridge 312. A through hole is formed in the dispensing box accommodating groove 3111, one end of the through hole is communicated with the detergent dispensing box 312, and the other end of the through hole is communicated with the liquid inlet channel, so that the detergent dispensing box 312 is communicated with the accommodating cavity through the through hole. The above-mentioned spacing subassembly sets up and puts in between box 312 and the above-mentioned box holding tank 3111 of puting in the detergent to put in box 312 with the detergent and restrict in this box holding tank 3111 of puting in a detachable manner, thereby satisfy the dismantled and assembled demand that the box 312 was put in to the detergent, be convenient for the user wash the detergent and put in box 312. As an example, the limiting component comprises a first clamping component connected with the putting box holding groove 3111, a second clamping component connected with the detergent putting box and an elastic component. In the case that the detergent dispensing box 312 is limited in the dispensing box receiving groove 3111, the elastic member is disposed between the detergent dispensing box 312 and the dispensing box receiving groove 3111 in a compressed manner, and the first and second engaging members engage with each other. Wherein, two joint components are in the joint together or the joint cooperation is relieved with pressing mode joint. The detergent dispensing assembly further comprises a button 313, wherein the button 313 is connected with at least one of the two clamping members, so that a user can release the clamping fit of the two clamping members by pressing the button 313, the detergent dispensing box 312 is ejected by the stretched elastic member, and the detergent dispensing box 312 can be taken out quickly by the user. When the putting box needs to be put back, the detergent putting box 312 is only required to be put into the putting box accommodating groove 3111 and pressed downwards, so that the two clamping components are clamped together.
Illustratively, the detergent dispensing box 312 is a rectangular box body, and a box cover 3121 is detachably fixed to the top of the box body. Further, a detergent input port is provided on the box cover 3121, and the input port is closed by the input port cover 3122 in a snap-fit manner. When the user needs to put in the detergent, the user only needs to open the putting-in cover 3122. When the user needs to clean the inside of the detergent dispensing box 312, the box cover 3121 may be integrally removed to completely expose the inside of the detergent dispensing box 312.
Furthermore, the limiting groove 333 and the detergent putting box 312 are integrally arranged, that is, two chambers are provided in the box body of the detergent putting box, one chamber is a putting cavity of detergent, the putting cavity is communicated with the accommodating cavity of the first base 311, the putting opening is closed by the box cover 3121, and the other chamber is an open chamber capable of accommodating the ultrasonic washing handle 33. As an example, the first base 311, the accommodating member 34, and the second drawer 12 are integrally provided.
In a preferred embodiment, the arrangement of the line system of the ultrasonic cleaning device 3 is: the ultrasonic washing device 3 includes a drain pipe assembly and the above-described water inlet pipe assembly (both shown in the drawings). As for the water inlet pipe assembly, the water inlet pipe assembly specifically includes a main water inlet pipe connected to the accommodating cavity of the first base 311, a first water inlet branch, a second water inlet branch, a third water inlet branch and a water inlet valve connected to the main water inlet pipe, the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32 is communicated to the first water inlet branch through the second water inlet 3221, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 is communicated to the second water inlet branch through the liquid inlet pipe, and the accommodating member 34 is communicated to the third water inlet branch through the first water inlet 342, so as to realize independent water inlet of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 and the accommodating member 34. The water inlet valve is provided to enable any one of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 and the accommodation means 34 to be selectively supplied with water. Specifically, the water inlet valve is a multi-way valve disposed on the main water inlet pipe, or the water inlet valve includes one-way valves respectively disposed on the first water inlet branch, the second water inlet branch and the third water inlet branch, so that the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 and the accommodating member 34 can be respectively selectively communicated with the detergent putting component 31; as for the drain pipe assembly, the drain pipe assembly specifically includes a main drain pipe communicated with the outside, a first drain branch, a second drain pipeline, a third drain branch and a drain valve connected with the main drain pipe, the washing tank 322 is communicated to the first drain branch through the second drain port 3222, the ultrasonic washing handle 33 is communicated to the second drain branch through the drain pipe, and the accommodating member 34 is communicated to the third drain branch through the first drain port 343, so as to realize independent drainage of the ultrasonic washing tank 32, the ultrasonic washing handle 33 and the accommodating member 34. The drain valve is provided to enable any one of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33, and the accommodation member 34 to selectively drain water. Specifically, the drain valve is a multi-directional valve disposed on the main drain pipe, or the drain valve includes check valves disposed on the first, second, and third drain branches, respectively, so as to selectively communicate the ultrasonic washing tank 32, the ultrasonic washing handle 33, and the receiving member 34 with the outside, respectively.
In the above embodiments of the pipe system, it should be noted that the pipe distribution of any one of the water inlet pipe assembly and the water outlet pipe assembly of the pipe system is not limited. For example, when the pipeline system of the ultrasonic washing device 3 is communicated with the pipeline system of the laundry device 2 or the shoe washing device 4, the water inlet pipe assembly of the ultrasonic washing device 3 may further include a fourth water inlet branch communicated with the laundry device 2 or the shoe washing device 4. Secondly, the pipe composition scheme of any one of the water inlet pipe assembly and the water discharge pipe assembly of the pipe system is not limited to the above example. For example, a water inlet pump may be provided in each of the three water inlet branches to facilitate water inlet of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33, and the housing member 34, or a water discharge pump may be provided in each of the three water discharge branches to facilitate water discharge of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33, and the housing member 34. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the (multi/one-way) water inlet valve or the (multi/one-way) water outlet valve may be any valve member capable of communicating or closing the pipeline, such as a solenoid valve or a mechanical valve, as long as the requirement of selective communication between the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 and the accommodating member 34 and the detergent dispensing assembly 31/outside can be satisfied.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the arrangement of the detergent dispensing assembly 31, the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32 and the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 in the second drawer 12 is not limited to the illustrated example, and the specific distribution area, distribution position, etc. of the three components can be set according to the actual washing requirement. Further, the specific structures of the detergent dispensing assembly 31, the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, and the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 are not limited to the above preferred examples. For example, the shape of the washing tub 322 or the receiving member 34 may be a receiving structure of other shapes than a rectangular tub; the handle base 331 may have a shape other than a cylindrical shape, such as a disk shape or a conical shape. Variations in the specific shapes, arrangement, and dimensional parameters described above may be made without departing from the principles and scope of the invention.
In summary, the integrated washing apparatus of the present invention includes a cabinet 1, a washing device 2, an ultrasonic washing device 3, and a shoe washing device 4 disposed in the cabinet 1, wherein the washing device 2, the ultrasonic washing device 3, and the shoe washing device 4 are disposed in a first drawer 11, a second drawer 12, and a third drawer 13 of the cabinet 1, respectively. The ultrasonic washing device 3 includes an ultrasonic washing tank 32, an ultrasonic washing handle 33, and a receiving member 34. The ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 and the accommodating member 34 are respectively communicated to the detergent putting assembly 31 through a water inlet pipe assembly, so that any one of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33 and the accommodating member 34 can be supplied with water in a washing mode. The ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33, and the accommodating member 34 are also communicated to the outside through a drain pipe assembly, respectively, so that any one of the ultrasonic wave washing tank 32, the ultrasonic wave washing handle 33, and the accommodating member 34 can drain water in a drain mode. Through the arrangement, the comprehensive washing equipment can wash clothes or shoes through the ultrasonic washing device 3 besides the washing device 2 and the shoe washing device 4, and the total washing amount of the comprehensive washing equipment for one time is increased. In addition, the ultrasonic washing device 3 can also wash the unconventional objects to be washed, such as ornaments, special-shaped objects to be washed, large-volume objects to be washed and the like, so that the adaptability of the comprehensive washing equipment to various objects to be washed is greatly improved, the operation is convenient and the practicability is high.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A comprehensive washing device is characterized by comprising a box body, a washing device, an ultrasonic washing device and a shoe washing device, wherein the washing device, the ultrasonic washing device and the shoe washing device are vertically arranged in the box body, the ultrasonic washing device comprises a detergent putting component, an ultrasonic washing tank and an ultrasonic washing handle,
the ultrasonic washing tank can carry out ultrasonic washing on the objects to be washed in the tank, the ultrasonic washing handle can carry out ultrasonic mobile washing on the objects to be washed in a holding mode, and the ultrasonic washing tank and the ultrasonic washing handle are respectively and selectively communicated with the detergent feeding component.
2. The integrated washing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic washing handle comprises a handle base, an ultrasonic vibrator assembly disposed in the handle base, a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, the head of the handle base is provided with a liquid outlet communicated with the outside, one end of the liquid inlet pipe is communicated with the liquid outlet, the other end of the liquid inlet pipe is communicated with the detergent dispensing assembly, one end of the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the liquid outlet, the other end of the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the outside, and the ultrasonic vibrator assembly is disposed near the head of the handle base.
3. The integrated washing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are hoses disposed in the handle base, the ultrasonic washing handle further comprises a cord winder, and at least a portion of the hose is received in the handle base through the cord winder.
4. The integrated washing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the ultrasonic washing device further comprises a receiving member capable of receiving the laundry and the washing liquid, the receiving member is provided with a feed opening through which a receiving space in the receiving member is exposed to the outside and a first drain opening through which the receiving member is selectively communicated to the outside.
5. The integrated washing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the receiving member is further provided with a first water inlet through which the receiving member is selectively communicated to the detergent dispensing assembly.
6. The integrated washing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic washing tank comprises a washing tank and an ultrasonic oscillator, the washing tank is provided with a second water inlet and a second water outlet, the washing tank is selectively communicated to the detergent dispensing assembly through the second water inlet, the washing tank is selectively communicated to the outside through the second water outlet, and the ultrasonic oscillator is disposed near the bottom of the washing tank.
7. The integrated washing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detergent dispensing assembly comprises a first base and a detergent dispensing box, the first base having a receiving cavity, a liquid inlet channel and a liquid discharge channel formed thereon, the detergent dispensing box being communicated to the receiving cavity through the liquid inlet channel, the ultrasonic washing tank and the ultrasonic washing handle being selectively communicated to the receiving cavity through the liquid discharge channel, respectively.
8. The integrated washing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the detergent dispensing assembly further comprises a limiting assembly, the first base body is further provided with a holding tank capable of accommodating the detergent dispensing box, the holding tank is provided with a through hole, the detergent dispensing box is communicated to the liquid inlet channel through the through hole, and the limiting assembly is arranged between the detergent dispensing box and the holding tank so as to detachably limit the detergent dispensing box in the holding tank.
9. The integrated washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a first drawer, a second drawer and a third drawer respectively slidably engaged with the cabinet, wherein the washing device, the ultrasonic washing device and the shoe washing device are sequentially disposed in the first drawer, the second drawer and the third drawer.
10. The integrated washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the ultrasonic washing device further comprises a water inlet pipe assembly, the water inlet pipe assembly comprises a main water inlet pipe connected to the detergent dispensing assembly, a first water inlet branch and a second water inlet branch connected to the main water inlet pipe, and a water inlet valve, the ultrasonic washing tank and the ultrasonic washing handle are sequentially communicated to the first water inlet branch and the second water inlet branch, and the water inlet valve is disposed on the main water inlet pipe or the first water inlet branch and the second water inlet branch, so that the ultrasonic washing tank and the ultrasonic washing handle are selectively communicated with the detergent dispensing assembly respectively; and/or
The ultrasonic washing device further comprises a drain pipe assembly, the drain pipe assembly comprises a main drain pipe communicated with the outside, a first drain branch and a second drain pipeline which are connected with the main drain pipe, and a drain valve, the ultrasonic washing tank and the ultrasonic washing handle are communicated to the first drain branch and the second drain branch in sequence, and the drain valve is arranged on the main drain pipe or the first drain branch and the second drain branch so as to enable the ultrasonic washing tank and the ultrasonic washing handle to be selectively communicated with the outside respectively.
