Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,包括螺杆本体,所述螺杆本体的表面设有螺纹牙,所述螺杆本体内部设有沿长度方向贯穿螺杆本体的第一通孔。所述螺杆本体一端设有挡板,所述挡板的直径大于螺杆本体的直径,所述挡板上设有与第一通孔相对应的第二通孔。在制作现浇混凝土夹心保温墙板过程中,螺杆可以穿过连接件直接拧入保温板内部,将连接件卡在保温板和挡板之间,可以快速的将连接件与保温板连接,防倒退齿保证螺杆与保温板牢固不脱落,可以防止螺杆从保温板内脱出,可以在工厂将连接件安装在保温板上,减少现场安装工序,减少工期;螺杆本体的第一通孔以及挡板上的第二通孔可以供连接杆穿过。

本实用新型涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆。
背景技术
近几年来,现浇混凝土夹心保温外墙板技术开始在国内兴起并迅速普及,现浇混凝土夹心保温外墙板是由外页板、保温板、内页板三部分组成,其中保温板置于内、外页板混凝土中间,三者通过保温板连接件可靠连接,现有的保温板连接件没有使用螺杆与保温板连接的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,包括螺杆本体,所述螺杆本体的表面设有螺纹牙,所述螺杆本体内部设有沿长度方向贯穿螺杆本体的第一通孔。
更进一步的技术方案是,所述螺纹牙上设有防倒退齿。
更进一步的技术方案是,所述螺杆本体一端设有挡板,所述挡板的直径大于螺杆本体的直径,所述挡板上设有与第一通孔相对应的第二通孔。
更进一步的技术方案是,所述挡板上还设有旋拧部。
更进一步的技术方案是,所述旋拧部为对称设置于挡板上的两个开口槽。
更进一步的技术方案是,所述螺杆本体另一端设有一圈掘进头。
更进一步的技术方案是,所述螺纹牙的截面大小从靠近挡板的一端至远离挡板的一端逐渐变小。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本实用新型所提供的保温墙板连接件用螺杆,在制作现浇混凝土夹心保温墙板过程中,螺杆可以穿过连接件直接拧入保温板内部,将连接件卡在保温板和挡板之间,可以快速的将连接件与保温板连接,防倒退齿保证螺杆与保温板牢固不脱落,可以防止螺杆从保温板内脱出,可以在工厂将连接件安装在保温板上,减少现场安装工序,减少工期;螺杆本体的第一通孔以及挡板上的第二通孔可以供连接杆穿过。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不能用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,包括螺杆本体1,所述螺杆本体1的表面设有螺纹牙2,所述螺纹牙2上设有防倒退齿4。所述螺杆本体1内部设有沿长度方向贯穿螺杆本体1的第一通孔3。所述螺杆本体1一端设有挡板5,所述挡板5的直径大于螺杆本体1的直径,所述挡板5上设有与第一通孔3相对应的第二通孔6。所述螺杆本体1另一端设有一圈掘进头8。所述掘进头8呈锥形,方便螺杆钻进保温层内。
所述挡板5上还设有旋拧部。所述旋拧部为对称设置于挡板5上的两个开口槽7。通过工具插入两个开口槽7内带动螺杆旋转,所述呈锥形的掘进头8,方便螺杆钻进保温层内。
所述螺纹牙2的截面大小从靠近挡板5的一端至远离挡板5的一端逐渐变小。
如图3和图4所示,所述保温墙板连接件,包括卡板9和连接杆10,所述卡板9一侧设有交叉设置的第一顶板11和第二顶板12,第一顶板11和第二顶板12的交叉处开设有钢丝网片安装卡槽13,所述卡板9上开设有螺杆安装孔14,所述螺杆安装孔14用于插所述螺杆。所述连接杆10一端设有与钢丝网片安装卡槽13相适配的钢丝网片压杆16。
使用方法:在工厂先将多个卡板9放置在保温板15上,将螺杆放在螺杆安装孔14处,通过工具插入两个开口槽7内带动螺杆旋转拧入保温板15内,如图5所示。运输到施工现场,将钢丝网片13安装在钢丝网片安装卡槽5,并通过第一卡勾18固定。在保温板15另一侧摆放好内叶混凝土钢筋架然后将连接杆1一端从第一通孔3和第二通孔6穿过,再穿过保温板15,最后安装内侧模板和外侧模板,顶板和连接杆10安装有钢丝网片压杆16的一端顶到外侧模板,连接杆10另一端顶到内侧模板固定。

1.一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:包括螺杆本体(1),所述螺杆本体(1)的表面设有螺纹牙(2),所述螺杆本体(1)内部设有沿长度方向贯穿螺杆本体(1)的第一通孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺纹牙(2)上设有防倒退齿(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆本体(1)一端设有挡板(5),所述挡板(5)上设有与第一通孔(3)相对应的第二通孔(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:所述挡板(5)上还设有旋拧部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:所述旋拧部为对称设置于挡板(5)上的两个开口槽(7)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆本体(1)另一端设有一圈掘进头(8)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温墙板连接件用螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺纹牙(2)的截面大小从靠近挡板(5)的一端至远离挡板(5)的一端逐渐变小。
