2. An efficient heating cooking utensil as claimed in claim 1 wherein the pressure boost cover plate is provided with a return cavity below, the top surface of the return cavity being provided with the return holes.
3. An efficient heating cooking utensil as claimed in claim 2 wherein the backwater chamber includes a chamber sidewall and a chamber bottom wall with a one-way valve on the chamber bottom wall.
4. A high efficiency heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 3 wherein the one way valve is adapted to prevent steam from escaping from the heating chamber and to allow return water to flow into the heating chamber.
5. A high efficiency heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 3 wherein said one way valve comprises a perforation in the bottom wall of the cavity and a seal disposed on the perforation that is movable up and down.
6. A high efficiency heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 5 wherein the sealing member comprises an upper sealing surface, a lower sealing surface and a connecting section connecting the upper and lower sealing surfaces, the connecting section passing through the perforations and having a cross section smaller than the perforations, the upper and lower sealing surfaces each having an area greater than the area of the perforations.
7. A high efficiency heating cooking utensil as claimed in claim 6 wherein the lower sealing surface seals the perforations when steam is generated in the heating chamber so that the steam cannot escape from the perforations.
8. An efficient heating cooking utensil as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the pressure cover plate is provided with a raised portion, the raised portion is provided with a steam outlet, and the heating chamber generates steam which enters the inner cooking chamber through the steam outlet.
9. The efficient heating cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the pot body is further provided with a water tank, and the water tank supplies water into the heating chamber through a water pipe.
10. The efficient heating cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the concave portion is located at the lowest of the upper surface of the pressure-increasing cover plate.
