Description

本实用新型涉及一种热回收装置,特别涉及一种热管换热器。
热管换热器具有传热效率高、结构紧凑、冷热流体不掺混及工作可靠等优点,已广泛应用于石油化工、冶金、动力和轻纺等工业部门各种炉窑的烟气余热回收,成为节能的重要手段之一。热管换热器通常有叉排和顺排两种布置方式,叉排的传热效率比顺排高约15%,但叉排的阻力却比顺排大近50%。在许多工业炉窑和加热炉中,由于受排烟侧流动阻力的限制,置于烟道中的热管换热器的热端翅片管束常常需要顺排布置,此时置于被加热空气中热管换热器的冷端翅片管束,亦为顺排布置。由于鼓风机的压头常常富余量较大,空气侧流动阻力无太大限制,因此可充分利用这些富余压头,在热管换热器的空气侧采取强化传热措施,以进一步提高热管换热器的传热效率。
本实用新型的目的是在工业用各种炉窑和加热炉烟气余回收的顺排热管换热器的空气侧加装扰流件,提供一种具有高效、紧凑等特点,带扰流件的热管换热器,实现顺排热管换热器的最佳匹配。
本实用新型的带扰流件的热管换热器的技术解决方案是:在顺排列的热管组合换热器壳体3与换热器中隔板4之间,矩形交叉点上固定扰流件2。扰流件2可以有圆管、角钢及扭带几种形状。由于烟侧阻力的限制,只能采用顺排结构,置于烟侧热管热端受到烟气加热,热管内工作介质蒸发并在置于空气道的冷凝端冷却,为提高热能回收,利用叉排形成紊流强化传热效率的原理,在冷凝端加扰流件使空气侧形成紊流,尽可能多地带走热量。这种带扰流件的高效热管换热器具有在热管顺排情况下,比不加扰流件的换热器提高热能回收7.1%,在雷诺数低时,效果更为显著。

实施例:在组装热管换热器之前,在隔板4和换热器冷端3之间、在热管矩形交叉点上,焊接或螺栓固定扰流件2。扰流件2可以制成管状、角钢或纽带状,然后插入热管1,将其冷端置于扰流件2之间,再安上弹簧、背帽,完成换热器组装。
该实用新型的带扰流件的热管加热器还可用于各种流体的强化换热。

1、一种带扰流件的热管换热器,包括热管1、隔板2和换热器壳体3,其特征在于热管管束采用顺排布置,在热管间矩形交叉点上固定有扰流件2。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带扰流件的热管换热器,其特征在于所述的扰流件2可以是纽带5、圆管6及角钢7形状,可用钢或合金铝等金属材料制成。
