一种热缩性永久线号,其特征是印有文字或数字 的线号为圆形、椭圆形、异形等管状物体,该管状体为 热缩性塑料,可套用在电器设备所使用的不同规格, 不同形状导线上,均匀加热后,线号自行收缩与导线 结合为一体,紧箍坚固,且文字保持长久清晰。

本发明属于电器器件的改进。
在本发明以前,电器设备所用的线号是套在或卡在导线上,比较松动,使用时非常容易脱落。特别是在接线密集的地方使用更不方便,如:端子箱、信号盘等处。而且线号上的文字或数字,如“英文、中文或阿拉伯数字等因多采用热印法印制或手写。热印设备操作比较复杂常带来困难,手写字迹不清易退色。
本实用新型目的是提供一种永久线号,它不仅与导线结为一体,紧箍坚固,永不脱落,而且文字保持长久清晰。
本实用新型是实样实现的:印有文字或数字的线号是园形、椭园形、异形等管状物体,该管状物体为热缩性塑料,线号长度与所印文字或数字相应。使用时将线号套在导线上,均匀加热即可。热缩性永久线号则自行收缩同导线紧密的结合为一体。
由于采用上述方案,线号与导线可保持永久,字迹清晰免除线号脱落,文字退色模糊不清楚等弊端。

热塑性永久线号的加热工具可使用热风枪、电吹风等。加热温度随热缩塑料而不同,一般控制在100-130℃之间,最高不超过150℃。加热过程也是冷印文字的染料渗透过程,故字迹清晰持久。
