In this embodiment, the preposed oil draining device 100 includes a frame 110, a tray 130, a lifting assembly 150 and a purging assembly 170, wherein the tray 130 is disposed at the bottom of the frame 110 and is used for bearing a workpiece; the lifting assembly 150 is disposed at the bottom of the tray 130 and is used for supporting one side of the tray 130 so that the tray 130 is in an inclined state, and the purging assembly 170 is connected to the rack 110 and disposed above the tray 130 for purging the surface of the workpiece. Specifically, the housing 110 has opposite feed and discharge sides, with workpieces entering the housing 110 for cleaning from the feed side, and a cleaning machine is disposed on the discharge side of the housing 110 and coupled to the tray 130 for receiving and cleaning the workpieces.

Claims (10)
1. A leading oil drain device, characterized by, includes:
a frame;
the material tray is arranged at the bottom of the rack and used for bearing workpieces;
the lifting assembly is arranged at the bottom of the material tray and used for supporting one side of the material tray so as to enable the material tray to incline;
and the purging component is connected with the rack, arranged above the material tray and used for purging the surface of the workpiece.

The front oil draining device of claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a bottom frame and a first lifting driving member, the bottom frame is arranged at the bottom of the rack, the tray is arranged above the bottom frame, and the first lifting driving member is arranged at one side of the bottom frame and corresponds to the bottom of one side of the tray.

The front oil draining device of claim 2, wherein the lifting assembly further comprises a second lifting driving member, the first lifting driving member and the second lifting driving member are respectively disposed on two sides of the bottom frame, the second lifting driving member corresponds to a bottom of a side of the tray away from the first lifting driving member, and the first lifting driving member and the second lifting driving member select one to lift the tray.

The front oil draining device of claim 3, wherein the first lifting driving member comprises a first cylinder and a first backing plate, the first cylinder is arranged on one side of the bottom frame, and the first backing plate is connected with the first cylinder and abuts against the bottom of one side of the material tray and is used for jacking the material tray under the driving of the first cylinder;
the second lifting driving part comprises a second cylinder and a second base plate, the second cylinder is arranged on the other side of the bottom frame, and the second base plate is connected with the second cylinder and supported at the bottom of the other side of the material tray and used for jacking the material tray under the driving of the second cylinder.

The front oil leaching device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the purging assembly comprises an air supply pipe and a plurality of purging nozzles, the air supply pipe is connected with the frame and is positioned above the material tray, the plurality of purging nozzles are uniformly arranged on the air supply pipe, and the plurality of purging nozzles are used for spraying gas to the surface of the workpiece to clean the surface of the workpiece.
6. The pre-draining device as set forth in claim 5, wherein said air supply pipe is C-shaped and is arranged to surround said workpiece.
7. The front-mounted oil draining device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a driving assembly is disposed on the frame, and the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the air supply pipe and is used for driving the air supply pipe to move relative to the frame.
8. The preposed oil draining device of claim 7, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving member, a ball screw and a mounting seat, a bearing seat is arranged on the frame, the ball screw is rotatably connected with the bearing seat, the driving member is connected with the ball screw and used for driving the ball screw to rotate relative to the bearing seat, a mounting hole matched with the ball screw is formed in the mounting seat, the mounting seat is sleeved on the ball screw and used for moving along the ball screw under the driving of the ball screw, and the air supply pipe is connected with the mounting seat.
9. The front oil draining device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a fan is arranged on the top of the rack and is opposite to the tray and used for blowing air to the top of the workpiece.
10. A cleaning apparatus comprising a cleaning machine and a pre-positioned oil drain as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, said cleaning machine being disposed on the discharge side of said frame and being connected to said tray for receiving and cleaning said work pieces.
