When the electrostatic powder is conveyed into the charging bucket 1 along the discharging pipe 92, the electrostatic powder is positioned above the second discharging plate 101, after the electrostatic powder is conveyed to a proper amount, the electrostatic powder applies gravity to the second discharging plate 101, so that the second discharging plate 101 moves downwards along the connecting disc 107, the reset spring 108 is compressed, meanwhile, the second discharging plate 101 drives the first wedge-shaped rod 102 to move downwards, the first wedge-shaped rod 102 moves to be in contact with the diagonal rod 105, the diagonal rod 105 is extruded by the first wedge-shaped rod 102, the diagonal rod 105 drives the blocking piece 104 to move outwards along the guide rod 103, the return spring 106 is compressed, the blocking piece 104 moves outwards to pass through the charging bucket 1 to block the discharging pipe 92, the discharging pipe 92 stops discharging the electrostatic powder, meanwhile, the second discharging plate 101 drives the rotating shaft 109 to move downwards, the rotating shaft 109 drives the baffle 1010 to move downwards, the baffle 1010 moves to be in contact with the second wedge-shaped rod 1012, the second wedge-shaped rod 1012 extrudes the baffle 1010, so that the baffle 1010 drives the rotating shaft 109 to rotate, the torsion spring 1011 deforms, the static powder on the second blanking plate 101 moves to the first blanking plate 100 through the blanking hole, then moves from the first blanking plate 100 into the charging barrel 1, after the static powder on the second blanking plate 101 continuously blanking, the static powder continuously decreases, then the second blanking plate 101 moves upwards along the connecting disc 107 under the reset action of the reset spring 108, the second blanking plate 101 drives the first wedge-shaped rod 102 to move upwards, the first wedge-shaped rod 102 moves out of contact with the diagonal rod 105, under the reset action of the return spring 106, the blocking 104 moves inwards along the guide rod 103 to reset, the blocking 104 is out of contact with the blanking pipe 92, the diagonal rod 105 moves inwards to reset, and simultaneously the second blanking plate 101 drives the rotating shaft 109 to move upwards to reset, the rotating shaft 109 drives the baffle 1010 to move upwards to move and reset, the baffle 1010 moves to be separated from contact with the second wedge-shaped rod 1012, the baffle 1010 drives the rotating shaft 109 to rotate reversely and reset under the reset action of the torsion spring 1011, the baffle 1010 blocks the blanking hole on the second blanking plate 101, and finally, after the electrostatic powder is conveyed to a proper amount, the blanking pipe 92 is blocked, so that the blanking pipe 92 stops conveying the electrostatic powder, and quantitative conveying is performed on the electrostatic powder.
As shown in fig. 2 and 13, the electrostatic powder stirring device further comprises a stirring mechanism 11, wherein the stirring mechanism 11 comprises a servo motor 110 and stirring blades 111, the servo motor 110 is mounted in the middle of the bottom in the charging barrel 1 through bolts, and the stirring blades 111 are arranged on the output shaft of the servo motor 110 and are used for uniformly stirring the electrostatic powder in the charging barrel 1.
After the static powder and anticorrosive paint are placed for a long time, the static powder is easy to block due to damp, at this moment, people just start servo motor 110, control servo motor 110 output shaft corotation, servo motor 110 output shaft drives stirring leaf 111 and rotates, stirring leaf 111 rotates and just stirs the static powder in charging basket 1 evenly, prevent the static powder caking, when not needing to stir the static powder, people just close servo motor 110 for stirring leaf 111 stops rotating, finally alright realize stirring the static powder, prevent that the static powder from blocking because of damp, make the better use of static powder.
As shown in fig. 1, 14 and 15, the anti-leakage device further comprises an anti-leakage mechanism 12, the anti-leakage mechanism 12 comprises a first connecting ring 120, a second connecting ring 121 and a collecting frame 122, the first connecting ring 120 is rotatably arranged at the top of the corrugated tube 4, the second connecting ring 121 is connected to the bottom of the first connecting ring 120 through bolts, and the collecting frame 122 is arranged at the bottom of the second connecting ring 121 and used for collecting the dropped anti-corrosion paint.
After the anti-corrosion paint is sprayed on the spray head 6, the anti-corrosion paint is easy to miss on the spray head 6, the anti-corrosion paint drops into the collecting frame 122, the collecting frame 122 collects the dropped anti-corrosion paint, when the bellows 4 is pulled by people to move, people can adjust the positions through rotating the first connecting ring 120 and the second connecting ring 121, the second connecting ring 121 drives the collecting frame 122 to adjust the positions, the collecting frame 122 is convenient to collect the dropped anti-corrosion paint, after the anti-corrosion paint in the collecting frame 122 is collected, people rotate bolts on the first connecting ring 120 and the second connecting ring 121, the bolts are separated from the first connecting ring 120 and the second connecting ring 121, the people detach the first connecting ring 120 and the second connecting ring 121, so that the collecting frame 122 is removed, then people can collect the redundant anti-corrosion paint, the collected anti-corrosion paint is reused, and resources are saved.

the upper part of the connecting disc (107) is provided with the second blanking plate (101) in a sliding manner, and the second blanking plate (101) is connected with the charging barrel (1) in a sliding manner;
a return spring (108), wherein the return spring (108) is arranged between the connecting disc (107) and the second blanking plate (101); the left side and the right side of the top of the second blanking plate (101) are provided with first wedge-shaped rods (102); the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the charging barrel (1) are respectively provided with two guide rods (103);
the blocking blocks (104) are arranged between the inner side surfaces of the two guide rods (103) on the same side in a sliding mode, and the two blocking blocks (104) move outwards to penetrate through the charging barrel (1) to block the discharging pipe (92) on the same side;
