A rehabilitation training device for neurology comprises a sickbed (1) and is characterized in that first mounting plates (2) are fixedly mounted on two side plates of the sickbed (1), height adjusting mechanisms are fixedly mounted on the tops of the two first mounting plates (2), and an exercise mechanism is fixedly mounted between the tops of the two height adjusting mechanisms; the height adjusting mechanism comprises first bearings (3), first worms (5), second stepping motors (21), threaded cylinders (8) and second bearings (22), the first bearings (3) are fixedly mounted at the tops of the first mounting plates (2), the threaded cylinders (7) are fixedly sleeved on the inner rings at the tops of the first bearings (3), the threaded cylinders (8) are sleeved on the tops of the threaded cylinders (7), an exercise mechanism is fixedly mounted between the threaded cylinders (8), first worm wheels (4) are fixedly sleeved on the outer walls at the bottoms of the threaded cylinders (7), the first worm gears (4) are respectively meshed with the first worms (5), first mounting boxes (6) are fixedly mounted on two side faces, close to the first mounting plates (2), of a headboard of the sickbed (1), the second stepping motors (21) are fixedly mounted on inner bottom plates of the first mounting boxes (6), the two first worms (5) respectively movably penetrate through a side plate of the corresponding first mounting box (6) close to the first mounting plate (2) through second bearings (22) and are fixedly connected with the output end of the corresponding second stepping motor (21); the exercise mechanism comprises a fourth bearing (26), a second worm (23), a second worm wheel (24), a rotating wheel (12) and a pull rope (13), wherein a second installation box (9) and a third installation box (10) are fixedly installed on one side face, far away from each other, of the two threaded columns (8), a first stepping motor (20) is fixedly installed on a bottom plate inside the two second installation boxes (9), a rotating shaft (11) is horizontally and rotatably installed on the two third installation boxes (10) through two third bearings (25), two ends of the two rotating shafts (11) movably penetrate through two side plates of the corresponding third installation boxes (10) respectively and extend to the outside of the corresponding third installation boxes (10), the two ends, located at the outside, of the two rotating shafts (11) are fixedly sleeved with the rotating wheel (12), the outer wall of the four rotating wheels (12) is wound with the pull rope (13), the outer walls of the two rotating shafts (11) inside the third installation box (10) are fixedly sleeved with second worm wheels (24), the two second worm wheels (24) are respectively meshed with corresponding second worms (23), the bottom ends of the two second worms (23) movably penetrate through the bottom plate of the corresponding third installation box (10) and the top plate of the second installation box (9) through fourth bearings (26) respectively and are fixedly connected with the output ends of corresponding first stepping motors (20), connecting columns (19) are welded between the tops of the two threaded columns (8), the outer walls of the centers of the connecting columns (19) are fixedly sleeved with limiting cylinders (15), the outer walls of the two sides of the connecting columns (19) are movably sleeved with sliding sleeves (14) and extension springs (16), and the two ends of the extension springs (16) are fixedly connected with one side face of the limiting cylinders (15) and one side face of the sliding sleeves (14) close to each other respectively, two equal fixedly connected with stretch cord (27) in sliding sleeve (14) bottom, two equal fixedly connected with pull ring (28) in stretch cord (27) bottom, four the one end that corresponding runner (12) was kept away from in stay cord (13) is kept away from a side level fixed connection of spacing section of thick bamboo (15) with sliding sleeve (14) that is close to mutually respectively.

The rehabilitation training device for neurology department according to claim 1, wherein the bottoms of the two second stepping motors (21) and the first stepping motor (20) are fixedly mounted on the inner bottom plates of the first mounting box (6) and the second mounting box (9) through anti-vibration rubber pads respectively.
7. The rehabilitation training device for neurology department according to claim 1, wherein soft pads are fixedly mounted on the inner walls of the two pull rings (28).
8. The rehabilitation training device for neurology department according to claim 1, wherein the outer walls of the two pull rings (28) are coated with a non-slip coating.
