5. The front license plate mounting assembly of claim 2 wherein a plurality of the locating portions are spaced apart along the periphery of the first aperture location.
6. The front license plate mounting assembly of claim 2 wherein a plurality of the positioning portions are integrally formed with the fixing bracket and a plurality of the attachment portions are integrally formed with the license plate bracket.
7. The front license plate mounting assembly of claim 1 wherein the mounting bracket is provided with a flange extending perpendicularly from an edge of the first aperture location.
8. The front license plate mounting assembly of any one of claims 1-7 wherein the second aperture location is located above the first aperture location, the camera being secured to the second aperture location by means of a camera mount.
