The same-layer drainage and water collection device as in claim 1, wherein the drainage and water collection tank comprises a drainage joint and a tank body, the top side and the bottom side of the drainage joint are both open, the side wall of the drainage joint is provided with at least one water inlet branch pipe, the top side of the tank body is open, the bottom of the tank body is closed, the side wall of the tank body is provided with the drainage branch pipe, the drainage joint is connected with the top side of the tank body, the step is arranged on the inner wall of the drainage joint, and the overflow-stopping valve is arranged in the tank body.

The same-layer drainage water collecting device as the claim 2, wherein the edge of the bottom side of the drainage joint extends inwards to form the step, the outer wall of the top side of the overflow-stopping valve extends outwards to form a fixing part, and the fixing part is overlapped or fixed on the step.

The same-layer drainage water collecting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom side of the drainage joint is matched with the top side of the cylinder body in shape, and a vertically and downwardly extending inserting sheet is arranged at the bottom side of the drainage joint and is attached to the inner wall of the cylinder body.

The same-layer drainage and water collection device as in claim 3, wherein the overflow-preventing valve comprises an outer cylinder and an inner core, the inner core is arranged in the outer cylinder, the inner wall of the outer cylinder is provided with a supporting part, the top side of the inner core is lapped on the supporting part, and the outer wall of the top side of the outer cylinder is provided with the fixing part.

The same-floor drainage and water collection device as in claim 5, wherein the outer barrel is funnel-shaped, the top side and the bottom side of the outer barrel are both open, the top side of the inner core is open, and the bottom side or the bottom side of the inner core is open or provided with a bottom cover which can be opened and closed.
7. The same-floor drainage and water collection device as in any of claims 2-6, further comprising a grate cover plate connected to the top side of the drainage connector.

The same-layer drainage and water collection device as in claim 7, wherein an adjusting cover plate is arranged between the grate cover plate and the drainage joint, the adjusting cover plate comprises a plate body with a through hole and an annular side wall connected with the bottom side of the plate body, the outer diameter of the annular side wall is equal to the inner diameter of the top side of the drainage joint, the grate cover plate is arranged on the top side of the plate body, and the plate body is overlapped or clamped on the top side of the drainage joint.
9. The same-layer drainage and water collection device as in any one of claims 2-6, wherein a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the bottom side of the drainage joint and the top side of the barrel.
10. The same-layer drainage and water collection device as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer surface of the drainage and water collection cylinder is provided with grid ribs and/or the bottom of the drainage and water collection cylinder is provided with supporting legs.
