The counting optical fiber module 402 is arranged at the top of the air suction turntable of the second vacuum transmission module and used for counting the number of qualified product injection tubes.
In one embodiment, four sets of inspection cameras 403 and four sets of light sources 404 for inspecting the top, bottom, front left and front right sides are disposed on the suction turntable of the first vacuum transport module between the fiber optic module 401 to the splice station; the first camera is used for detecting the top of the injection tube, is vertically arranged at the top of the air suction turntable, and is provided with a downward lens; the second camera is used for detecting the left front side of the injection tube and is horizontally arranged at the side end of the air suction turntable, the lens horizontally faces the edge of the air suction turntable, the second light source is a strip-shaped light source and is arranged at the top of the lens, and light rays face the direction of the injection tube; the third camera is used for detecting the right front side of the injection tube and is horizontally arranged at the side end of the air suction turntable, the lens horizontally faces the edge of the air suction turntable, the third light source is a strip-shaped light source and is arranged at the top of the lens, and light rays face the direction of the injection tube; the fourth camera is used for detecting the bottom of the injection tube, is vertically arranged at the bottom of the air suction turntable, the lens faces upwards, the fourth light source is an annular light source and is arranged on the outer edge of the lens, and light rays face the direction of the injection tube. Two groups of detection cameras 403 and two groups of light sources for detecting the left back side and the right back side are arranged on an air suction turntable of the second vacuum transmission module and are connected between a station and the counting optical fiber module 402; the fifth camera is used for detecting the left back side of the injection tube and is horizontally arranged at the side end of the air suction turntable, the lens horizontally faces the edge of the air suction turntable, the fifth light source is a strip-shaped light source and is arranged at the top of the lens, and light rays face the direction of the injection tube; the sixth camera is used for detecting the right rear side of the injection tube, the horizontal setting is at the side end of the air suction turntable, the lens horizontal orientation is at the edge of the air suction turntable, the sixth light source is a strip light source and is arranged at the top of the lens, and light rays face the direction of the injection tube. The injection tube is comprehensively detected by 6 groups of detection cameras 403, and the detection result is transmitted to the industrial personal computer as the waste kicking basis.
The sorting apparatus comprises a reject collection module 501 and a finished product collection module 502.
The reject collection module 501 is disposed at the edge of the suction turntable of the second vacuum transfer module and between the video detection module and the counting fiber module 402. The waste collecting module 501 comprises a waste kicking channel, a waste air jet and a defective product receiving barrel; the waste kicking channel is arranged at the top of the unqualified product receiving barrel, a waste port is formed in one side, close to the air suction rotating disc, of the waste kicking channel and used for receiving a waste injection tube, and an opening is formed in the bottom of the waste kicking channel and communicated with the unqualified product receiving barrel; the waste air jet is arranged at the waste opening and used for blowing the waste injection tube into the waste kicking channel through the air suction turntable; the unqualified product collecting barrel is arranged at the bottom of the waste kicking channel and is used for collecting the waste injection tube.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, the waste opening of the waste kicking channel is concave, when the injection tube which is detected is rotated to the position of the waste opening through the air suction turntable, the injection tube completely enters the waste kicking channel, the industrial personal computer sends a detection signal to the high-frequency electromagnetic valve through a photoelectric technology control signal, the air suction turntable is removed from the injection tube with the defect through the air injection device, and the injection tube enters the waste kicking channel and enters the unqualified product receiving barrel. Because the injection tube is soft and elastic, when the air injection device kicks the unqualified product into the inner wall of the channel, the injection tube can rebound and possibly rebound to the outside of the channel, so that the side surface of the waste kicking channel, which is horizontally opposite to the waste port, is a downward inclined surface, and the injection tube blown horizontally rebounds towards the vertical lower part; the silica gel pad is installed to inclined plane department inboard, fixes the silica gel pad with stainless steel bolt and pushes down it on playing useless passageway inboard inclined plane, because the silica gel pad material is softer, and air jet system blows in the passageway to the injection tube in, touches the silica gel pad and plays the effect of buffering, and unqualified injection tube just can not pop out like this and play useless passageway.
The product collection module 502 is positioned at the edge of the suction turntable of the second vacuum transfer module and after the counting fiber optic modules 402. The finished product collection module 502 includes a finished product channel, a finished product air vent, and a finished product receiving bucket; the product channel and the finished product receiving barrel in the finished product collecting module 502 have the same structure as the waste kicking channel and the unqualified product receiving barrel in the waste product collecting module 501. When the injection tube is driven by the air suction turntable to rotate and pass through the counting optical fiber, the injection tube with no defect is detected to be counted, and meanwhile, when the injection tube passes through the position of a finished product opening, the industrial personal computer sends a detection signal to the high-frequency electromagnetic valve through a photoelectric technology control signal, so that the finished product air jet opening for the injection tube with no defect is kicked out of the air suction turntable, enters a finished product channel and smoothly enters the finished product receiving barrel.
