In the illustrated embodiment, one display screen 111 and a plurality of indicator lamps 112 arranged at intervals are provided, but of course, the number of the display screens 111 and the indicator lamps 112 is not limited and may be set as needed. The light panel assembly 100 of the illustrated embodiment has the touch spring thereon schematically shown as a cylinder with the touch spring in an uncompressed state.
An operation panel 200 provided by the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the operation panel 200 may include a panel body 210. The upper surface of the panel body 210 can be provided with a pattern 212 and/or letters 213 formed by a laser etching process. The patterns 212 and/or letters 213 may be arranged at corresponding positions on the panel body 210 as desired. In the illustrated embodiment, the panel body 210 is shown with a pattern 212 and text 213, and the pattern 212 may include warning signs, circles, and rectangles. The pattern 212 and the text 213 may be arranged individually or in combination.
Thus, the pattern 212 and/or the letter 213 can be directly engraved on the panel body 210 through the laser engraving process, so that on one hand, the pattern 212 and/or the letter 213 can be attached to the operation panel 200 without using a polymer film such as a PC film, which is high in cost, thereby saving material cost; on the other hand, the pattern 212 and/or the text 213 can have concave and convex surfaces, so that not only can a stereoscopic visual effect be presented, but also a user can feel the pattern 212 and/or the text 213, and the user experience can be improved; on the other hand, the pattern 212 and/or the text 213 can be kept durable, and are not easily affected by friction, scratch and the like to fall off or wear, so that the service life of the operation panel 200 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the panel body 210 may be provided with a plurality of light-transmitting portions 231. Light-transmitting portion 231 may correspond to a light emitting element on the lamp panel, specifically, be located above the light emitting element, and correspond to the light emitting element in the vertical position.

This allows the panel body 210 to be made without selecting a light-transmissive material, thereby further avoiding the need to cover the panel body 210 with a light-opaque film.
The operation panel 200 of the embodiment can combine the laser etching process with the thin-wall light-transmitting process, so that the created operation panel 200 has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, good sensory effect, lasting use and the like.
In the present embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 231 can correspond to the indicator lamp, specifically, can be positioned above the indicator lamp 112, and can correspond to the vertical position of the indicator lamp 112. For example, the light-transmitting portions may correspond one-to-one to the indicator lamps. Several of the indicator lamps 112 are arranged in a row, and several of the light-transmitting portions 231 are also arranged in a row. The shape of the light-transmitting portion 231 corresponds to the shape of the indicator lamp 112. For example, the indicator lamp 112 has a round head shape, and the light-transmitting portion 231 has a substantially circular shape, that is, the region of the light-transmitting portion 231 has a circular shape.
The thickness L2 of the light-transmitting portion 231 can be smaller than the thickness L1 of the panel body 210, in other words, the panel body 210 is formed to be thin at the light-transmitting portion 231. Thus, the light of the indicator lamp 112 can be transmitted through the light-transmitting portion 231 to display the light signal of the indicator lamp 112. The light-transmitting portion 231 may be recessed upward from the lower surface of the panel body 210 to reduce the thickness. By way of example, the thickness L1 of the panel body 210 may be about 2.0mm to 3.0mm, e.g., 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.4mm, 2.6mm, 2.8mm, 3.0 mm. The thickness L2 of the light-transmitting portion 231 may be about 0.5mm to 1.5mm, for example, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.5 mm.
Light-transmitting portion 231 may correspond to different positions of characters 213 of the indication information. Specifically, one light-transmitting portion 231 corresponds to a character 213 indicating one kind of information.
The operation panel may further include a light-transmitting sheet 220. The panel body 210 can be provided with a light hole 211. The light transmission hole 211 can be located above the display screen 111 and corresponds to the up-down position of the display screen 111. The shape of the light-transmitting hole 211 corresponds to the shape of the display screen 111. For example, the display panel 111 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the light transmission hole 211 has a rectangular shape, that is, the cross-sectional shape of the light transmission hole 211 is rectangular. The display screen 111 light-transmitting sheet 220 can cover the light-transmitting hole 211 and be adhered to the panel body 210 from the upper side of the panel body 210.
It should be noted that directional terms used herein to describe various parts, portions, and the like of the operation panel 200, such as "upper", "lower", "above", "below", "upward", "downward", and the like, are relative to the operation panel 200 illustrated in the drawings.
The size of the light-transmitting sheet 220 can be adapted to the size of the light-transmitting hole 211. Specifically, the light-transmitting sheet 220 is not designed to be large in size, and is designed to cover the light-transmitting hole 211 and a portion of the panel body 210 surrounding the same. The light-transmitting sheet 220 can be adhered to a portion of the panel body 210 surrounding the light-transmitting hole 211. The pattern 212 and/or the letters 213 are formed on a portion of the panel body 210 that is not covered by the light-transmitting sheet 220.
In the present embodiment, the operation panel 200 is provided with different structures so that the light of the display panel 111 and the light of the indicator lamp 112 can pass through, specifically, by providing the light-transmitting hole 211 and covering the light-transmitting hole 211 with the light-transmitting sheet 220, the light emitted from the display panel 111 can pass through the operation panel 200, and the operation panel 200 is formed to have a thin wall by the thin wall, so that the light emitted from the indicator lamp 112 can pass through the operation panel 200.
In this embodiment, the light-transmissive sheet 220 can be designed to be small enough in size, and the light-transmissive sheet 220 can be made of a light-transmissive material at low cost, both of which enable material cost reduction.
Moreover, the product quality of the operation panel 200 can be ensured, the phenomenon that the position of the panel body 210 corresponding to the display screen 111 shrinks due to the thin wall is avoided, and the experience of the user is improved.
The light-transmitting sheet 220 may be formed of a film having light-transmitting properties. The film may be a low-cost general film such as a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) film.
As shown in fig. 4, the panel body 210 may be provided with a receiving recess 232 depressed downward. The bottom wall surface 233 of the receiving recess 232 is opened with a light transmitting hole 211, and the light transmitting sheet 220 can be adhered to the bottom wall surface 233 of the receiving recess 232. The light-transmitting sheet 220 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the receiving recess 232 so as to completely cover the receiving recess 232. The receiving recess 232 has a side wall surface 234 extending upward from the bottom wall surface 233. At least one of the side wall surfaces 234 is a straight wall surface 235. Thus, the light transmitting sheet 220 can be positioned by the straight wall surface 235, so that the position of the light transmitting sheet 220 can be prevented from being misaligned, and the attaching operation can be easily performed.
In the illustrated embodiment, the light transmissive sheet 220 has an arcuate peripheral surface that forms a major arc and a flat peripheral surface that is continuous with the arcuate peripheral surface. The side wall 234 includes a curved wall 236 having a major arc shape and a straight wall 235 connected to the curved wall 236. The arcuate peripheral side can abut the arcuate wall surface 236 and the straight peripheral side can abut the straight wall surface 235. The light-transmitting portion 231 may be disposed adjacent to the receiving recess 232, for example, at both sides of the receiving recess 232.
Alternatively, the upper surface of the panel body 210 may be higher than the upper end of the sidewall surface 234, and the upper surface of the panel body 210 and the sidewall surface 234 may be connected by an annular slope 237. The slope 237 can face the side of the receiving recess 232. Thus, the design hierarchy of the panel body 210 can be improved, thereby improving the experience of the user. Of course, if needed and/or desired, the upper surface of the panel body 210 can be flush with the upper end of the sidewall surface 234, with the upper surface of the panel body 210 being connected to the sidewall surface 234.
