The operation panel 220 may be fixed to the cover body by means of a fastener or a snap-fit. The shape of the operation panel 220 may correspond to the formation of the receiving portion 111.
In another embodiment, not shown, the operation panel 220 is formed on the cover, which is a portion of the cover corresponding to the electric control device 210. Specifically, the operation panel 220 is formed on the face cover, which is a portion of the face cover corresponding to the electric control device 210. In other words, a portion of the face cover is configured to be used to operate the electronic control device 210.
Further, the electric control device 210 may include a light emitting element 211. In order to allow the light emitted from the light emitting element 211 to pass through the operation panel 220, as shown in fig. 3, the operation panel 220 includes a light-transmitting portion 221 corresponding to the light emitting element 211, and the operation panel 220 is locally thinned at the light-transmitting portion 221 so that the light of the light emitting element 211 is transmitted through the light-transmitting portion 221. In this embodiment, the user can easily observe the light of the light emitting element 211 through the operation panel 220, thereby knowing a light signal or a light identifier such as a character or a pattern.
The light-transmitting portion 221 may be provided with a blocking wall 222 extending inwardly or downwardly. The blocking wall 222 can be disposed around the light emitting element 211. The blocking wall 222 can block the light of the light emitting device so that the light of the light emitting device 211 is not exposed. With this embodiment, the lamp cover frame can be eliminated, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
The barrier walls 222 correspond one-to-one to the light emitting elements 211. In other words, each of the barrier walls 222 receives one of the light emitting elements 211. In the embodiment in which at least two light emitting elements 211 are provided, the lights of the light emitting elements 211 may not interfere with each other. The barrier wall 222 encloses a region closed inward and around the opening through which the light emitting element 211 protrudes into the region. In the present embodiment, the light emitting element 211 can be received in the area enclosed by the barrier wall 222 after the control assembly 200 is assembled, and the barrier wall 222 blocks light of the light emitting element 211 in the area.
The light-transmitting portions 221 may correspond one-to-one to the blocking walls 222, so that the light-transmitting portions 221 also correspond one-to-one to the light-emitting elements 211. In other words, the operation panel 220 is locally thinned at a portion corresponding to each light emitting element 211. Thereby, the structural strength of the operation panel 220 can be maintained above a predetermined level. The blocking wall 222 may be disposed at the outer circumference of the light-transmitting portion 221. As shown in fig. 3, the blocking wall 222 is provided along the outer circumference of the light-transmitting portion 221, because the thickness of the outer circumference of the light-transmitting portion 221 is greater than the thickness of the middle portion of the light-transmitting portion 221, whereby the structural strength of the operation panel 220 at the light-transmitting portion 221 can be improved.
The operation panel 220 may be recessed outward from the inner surface or inward from the outer surface to form a partially thinned structure. In the illustrated embodiment, the operating panel 220 is recessed outward from the inner surface. Specifically, the light-transmitting portion 221 has a groove 223 recessed outward, and the outer surface of the light-transmitting portion 221 and the outer surface of the remaining portion of the operation panel 220 are formed as one smooth surface. The light emitting element 211 may be partially received in the groove 223. With this embodiment, it is possible to facilitate expansion of the installation space of the light emitting element 211, thereby reducing the installation distance between the operation panel 220 and the electric control device 210; and the appearance of the operation panel 220 can be maintained neat. The thickness L1 of the light transmitting portion 221 may be 0.2mm to 1.2 mm. E.g., 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, etc.
The blocking wall 222 may be formed as one piece with the light-transmitting portion 221, and in particular, the blocking wall 222 is formed as one piece with the operation panel 220. The blocking wall 222 may be formed during the molding of the operating panel 220. The operation panel 220 may be a plastic member having light transmittance, in other words, the operation panel 220 may be made of a plastic material having light transmittance, such as a combined plastic of polycarbonate + ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymers), ABS plastic, polycarbonate plastic, polypropylene plastic, or the like. The operating panel 220 is usually made of plastic, and the conventional plastic has light transmittance within a certain thickness range, and the light transmittance is better when the thickness is smaller.
The blocking wall 222 may be a continuous wall of one turn disposed around the light emitting element 211. The blocking wall 222 is a downwardly extending cylinder. A sectional shape of the blocking wall 222 taken in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the blocking wall 222 may correspond to a shape of the light emitting element 211.
In the illustrated embodiment, the light emitting element 211 includes an indicator light 212 and a display screen 213. The operation panel 220 is provided with a first light-transmitting portion 224 corresponding to the indicator lamp 212, and a second light-transmitting portion 225 corresponding to the display screen 213. The first light-transmitting portion 224 is provided with a first blocking wall 226, and the second light-transmitting portion 225 is provided with a second blocking wall 227. The indicator lamp 212 is illustrated as a cylindrical shape such that the thinned region at the first light-transmitting portion 224 is circular and the cross-sectional shape of the first barrier wall 226 is also circular. The display screen 213 is shown as a rectangular parallelepiped so that the thinned region at the second light transmitting portion 225 is rectangular and the cross-sectional shape of the second blocking wall 227 is also rectangular.
Alternatively, the distance L2 between the blocking wall 222 and the light emitting element 211 in a state where the light emitting element 211 is received by the region may be 0.5mm to 5mm in consideration of a mounting gap of the control assembly 200 or a manufacturing error of the component. E.g., 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, etc.
The embodiment of the control assembly 200 disposed on the cooker body is substantially the same as the embodiment disposed on the cover 100, and for brevity, the detailed description is omitted.
The utility model provides a cooking utensil, including lid, a kind of deep pot body and above-mentioned control assembly. By locally thinning the operation panel of the control assembly, light emitted by the light-emitting element on the electric control device of the control assembly can be transmitted out from the thinned part of the operation panel, so that a user can observe a light signal or a light identifier such as characters or patterns conveniently. Compared with the existing operation panel, the operation panel does not need to be provided with a decorative film layer, so that the manufacturing procedures of the operation panel are reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
And through set up the barrier wall around the light-emitting component on the operating panel, can obstruct the light of the light-emitting component, make the light of the light-emitting component not exposed, do not interfere with each other. Thus, the lamp cover frame is not needed, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
