An exemplary embodiment according to the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to fig. 2 to 10.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, a pot body 120 of a preferred embodiment of the present invention has a mounting part 140 for mounting a control device such as a panel 130, a display panel 160, etc. In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 140 is located above the pot body 120 and at the front side of the inner pot mounting cavity 141 (or at the end of the pot body 120 away from the pivot axis) for the convenience of the user to operate the panel 130.
The mounting portion 140 has a mounting cavity 141 therein, and the inner wall of the mounting cavity 141 is provided with a plurality of support ribs 152, and the display panel 160 is mounted in the mounting cavity 141 and is overlapped on the support ribs 152. The panel 130 is disposed on the mounting portion 140 and at least partially covers the display panel 160 such that the relevant area on the panel 130 corresponds to the relevant area on the display panel 160. For example, a viewing window 137 is provided on the panel 130, a display element 161 is provided on the display panel 160, and the display element 161 may extend into the viewing window 137 when the panel 130 is mounted to the mounting portion 140. And, enabling the operation regions on the panel 130 to correspond to the control buttons on the display panel 160.
The panel 130 is preferably connected to the mounting portion 140 by a snap-fit structure. In the present embodiment, the bottom of the panel 130 is provided with a clamping portion 138, and the inner sides of the first wall 142 and the second wall 143 of the mounting portion 140 near the mounting cavity 141 are further provided with an engaging portion 151 corresponding to the clamping portion 138, so that when the panel 130 is mounted to the mounting portion 140, a clamping engagement is formed between the clamping portion 138 and the engaging portion 151.
Preferably, the pot body 120 further has a decorative sheet 170 disposed on the panel 130 and at least partially covering the panel 130 for decoration and protection. In the illustrated embodiment, the top surface of the panel 130 is provided with a sunken platform, and the decoration sheet 170 is disposed in the sunken platform and completely covers the viewing window 137, so as to completely seal the display element 161 and prevent the entry of foreign matter such as liquid. Optionally, the mounting portion 140 is downwardly inclined in a direction away from the inner pot receiving cavity 121.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 7 and fig. 8. The mounting cavity 141 is surrounded by a first wall 142 and a second wall 143, the first wall 142 being closer to the inner pot receiving cavity 121 than the second wall 143. In the present embodiment, the first wall 142 may be configured in a linear shape, and the second wall 143 may be configured in an arc shape. The support ribs 152 are disposed on the inner sides of the first wall 142 and the second wall 143 near the mounting cavity 141. Herein, the side of the first and second walls 142 and 143 close to the mounting cavity 141 is referred to as an inner side, and the side thereof away from the mounting cavity 141 is referred to as an outer side.
The panel 130 has a shape similar to the outline of the mounting portion 140. Preferably, the panel 130 has a first edge 131 corresponding to the first wall 142 and a second edge 132 corresponding to the second wall 143. That is, when the panel 130 is mounted to the mounting portion 140, the first edge 131 is located at the first wall 142, and the second edge 132 is located at the second wall 143.
Wherein the top of the second wall 143 is provided with a step structure 144, the step structure 144 has a first step 145 and a second step 146 higher than the first step 145, and the second step 146 is preferably higher than the first step 145 by more than 2mm (the height is not enough to play a blocking role as described below). The first step 145 is located on the outer side edge of the second wall 143, and the second step 146 is located on the inner side of the first step 145 near the mounting cavity 141.
The edge of the second edge 132 has a blocking rib 133 bent downwards, wherein the blocking rib 133 is located on the outer side of the second step 146 far away from the mounting cavity 141, and the blocking rib 133 abuts against the upper surface of the first step 145 to form a structure similar to edge covering. Also, the edge of the mounting portion 140 distal from the mounting cavity 141 extends beyond the edge or edges of the rib 133 distal from the mounting cavity 141 to be flush. Alternatively stated, the edge of the stop rib 133 that is distal from the mounting cavity 141 does not extend beyond the edge of the mounting portion 140 that is distal from the mounting cavity 141. This can expose the blocking rib 133 of the panel 130, so that the design of the pot body 120 has a layered feeling and the design selectivity is higher.
Thereby, a gap between the panel 130 and the mounting part 140 is exposed to the side rather than the top, so that foreign materials are not easily introduced into the gap when the user wipes the panel 130. Also, since the second step 146 is higher than the first step 145, the second step 146 forms a barrier to the gap, which can prevent foreign materials entering the gap from entering the mounting cavity 141 further. That is, the above structure can improve the waterproof sealing performance of the pot body 120.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8, the top of the first wall 142 of the mounting part 140 is provided with a fitting groove 147, and the first edge 131 of the panel 130 is overlapped on the side wall of the fitting groove 147. As shown, the mounting slot 147 is generally elongated and may extend substantially the entire length of the first wall 142. The fitting groove 147 has two side walls, i.e., an inner side wall 148 and an outer side wall 149. Wherein the inner sidewall 148 is disposed proximate the mounting cavity 141 and the outer sidewall 149 is disposed distal the mounting cavity 141. In this case, the first edge 131 of the panel 130 preferably overlaps the top surface of the outer sidewall 149 of the mounting groove 147.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 8. The panel 130 is provided with a rib 134 at a position corresponding to the fitting groove 147. In other words, the bead 134 is located near the edge of the first edge 131 of the panel 130. Thus, the rib 134 can extend into the fitting groove 147 to be positioned conveniently at the time of installation.
Also, due to the overall inclination of the mounting portion 140, the inner sidewall 148 of the fitting groove 147 is preferably lower than the outer sidewall 149, thereby leaving a gap between the panel 130 and the inner sidewall 148 to prevent an increase in the distance between the outer sidewall 149 and the panel 130 caused by interference of the inner sidewall 148 with the panel 130. Thus, the possibility of liquid or foreign matter or the like entering from the gap between the outer sidewall 149 and the panel 130 can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, both end portions of the fitting groove 147 are adjacent to the second wall 143, respectively, and optionally, at least one of the end portions is provided with a water leakage hole 150. Thereby, the liquid entering the fitting groove 147 can be discharged through the drain hole 150. Preferably, the water leakage holes 150 are provided at both ends in the extending direction of the fitting groove 147.
In addition, referring to fig. 4 to 8, the bottom surface of the panel 130 is also provided with a stopper rib 135 protruding downward. The stopper rib 135 is located at inner sides of the first and second walls 142 and 143 near the mounting cavity 141 to sandwich the second step 146 of the stepped structure 144 between the stopper rib 135 and the stopper rib 133 and sandwich the inner side wall 148 of the fitting groove 147 between the stopper rib 135 and the rib 134. In this way, the position can be quickly aligned during installation, and the production efficiency is high. The stopper rib 135 may be continuously provided or intermittently provided in the circumferential direction of the panel 130. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the restricting rib 135 is interrupted by the engaging portion 138.
Please refer to fig. 9 and 10. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first wall 142 of the mounting portion 140 is also provided with a step structure 144 similar to that at the second wall 143. And the edge of the first edge 131 of the panel 130 is also provided with a downwardly bent stopper rib 133 like the first edge 131. The rib 133 preferably abuts an upper surface of the first step 145 on the first wall 142. In addition, the spacing rib 135 on the panel 130 is located inside the second step 146 of the step structure 144 in the whole circumferential direction.
According to the arrangement, the step structures 144 are arranged on the whole circumference of the mounting part 140, the blocking ribs 133 are arranged on the circumference of the panel 130, gaps between the panel 130 and the mounting part 140 in the whole circumferential direction are exposed at the side instead of the top, and the sealing performance is further improved.
