Abstract

In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the thickness of the first bottom wall 113a is 0.4mm-0.7mm, for example, the thickness of the first bottom wall 113a may be 0.5mm, 0.58mm, 0.65mm, etc.
In this embodiment, when the thickness of the first bottom wall 113a is too large, for example, greater than 0.7mm, the strength of the first bottom wall 113a is improved but the deformability is reduced, so that a user needs to use a large force to press the first bottom wall 113a, the sensitivity of the push switch 121 is reduced, and the user experience of the cooking appliance is reduced; when the thickness of the first bottom wall 113a is too small, for example, less than 0.4mm, the strength of the first bottom wall 113a is reduced, which easily causes damage to the first bottom wall 113 a. Therefore, the first bottom wall 113a has a high strength when it has a thickness of 0.4mm to 0.7mm, and also has a high sensitivity when the switch 121 is pressed.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the switch 121 includes at least one contact 121a, and a top of the contact 121a abuts against the first bottom wall 113 a.
In this embodiment, the top of the contact 121a abuts against the first bottom wall 113a, so that the movement stroke of the first bottom wall 113a when the contact 121a of the switch 121 is pressed can be reduced, the deformation amount of the first bottom wall 113a can be reduced, the first bottom wall 113a is prevented from being deformed too much to cause failure, the movement stroke of the first bottom wall 113a is reduced, and the sensitivity of the key assembly 1 can be improved.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the key assembly 1 further includes a key body 13, the key body 13 is located outside the sealing case 11 and is used for pressing the switch 121, at least a portion of the key body 13 is located in the key slot 113, the key slot 113 includes a sidewall 113b, and a sealing member 14 is disposed between the sidewall 113b and the key body 13.
In this embodiment, at least a portion of the key body 13 is located in the key slot 113, so that when the user presses the key body 13, the key body 13 can move along the key slot 113, and thus the contact 121a of the push switch 121 is pressed, that is, the key slot 113 can limit the moving direction of the key body 13, so as to prevent the pressing direction of the key body 13 from deviating from the direction of the contact 121a, and further improve the sensitivity of the push switch 121. The sealing member 14 between the side wall 113b and the key body 13 can improve the sealing performance between the key body 13 and the key groove 113, and reduce the risk of moisture entering the key groove 113, thereby improving the waterproof effect of the key assembly 1.
Specifically, the sealing member 14 may be a silicon rubber material or a rubber material, and has a good deformability, and the sealing member 14 can sufficiently fill a gap between the side wall 113b and the key body 13, so as to improve the sealing reliability between the key body 13 and the side wall 113 b.
