Generally, a cooking appliance such as an electric rice cooker includes a pot body and a lid. The pot body is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical inner pot accommodating portion. The control device assembly 10 may be provided on the lid and/or the pot body. The following description will be given taking an embodiment in which the control device unit 10 is provided on a cover body as an example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The cover may include a face cover 20 and an inner liner (not shown) located below or inside the face cover 20. The face cover 20 may be removably attached to the liner, such as by snapping, and the face cover 20 may cover and partially receive an upper portion of the liner. The face cover 20 and the inner liner are two members that can be separated. The control device assembly 10 may be disposed above the face cover 20.

It should be noted that directional terms used herein in describing the respective components in the cover and the positional relationship thereof, such as "upper", "lower", "above", "below", "upper side", "lower side", "upward", "downward", and the like, are relative to the cover in a horizontally placed state.

Specifically, the control device assembly 10 may include a decorative sheet 110, a panel 120, and a control panel 130. The panel 120 can be disposed above the decorative sheet 110 and cover a portion of the decorative sheet 110, for example, may cover approximately half of the decorative sheet 110. The control board 130 can be disposed under the decorative sheet 110. The panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 can be vertically aligned. The decorative sheet 110 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape with rounded corners corresponding to the shape of the face cover 20. The face cover 20 may be provided with a receiving groove 21 opened upward, and the receiving groove 21 is depressed downward from the upper surface of the face cover 20. The control board 130 can be received in the receiving groove 21. The control board 130 may be provided thereon with a light emitting element 131 for providing a light signal or a light indication such as a letter or a pattern.

The panel 120 may be a separate member, separately manufactured from the decorative sheet 110. The material of the panel 120 may be different from that of the decorative sheet 110, so that the panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 may be manufactured separately by selecting appropriate materials according to needs. For example, the panel 120 may be made of a material such as PC (Polycarbonate). The decorative sheet 110 may be made of a material such as PP (polypropylene) having a lower cost than that of the panel 120. As such, not only can the cost be reduced, but also the colors of the panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 can be configured to be different, thereby improving the decorative effect and the degree of freedom in design of the control device assembly 10. The color of the face cover 20 may be different from the color of both the face plate 120 and the decorative sheet 110 to meet different needs of the design and/or the consumer's requirements.

The decorative sheet 110 may include an exposed decorative portion 111 and a key frame portion 112 for receiving the panel 120. The key frame portion 112 is provided on one side of the decoration portion 111 and connected to the decoration portion 111. The key frame portion 112 and the decoration portion 111 may be molded as an integral member by a mold. The panel 120 can correspond to the key frame portion 112 and be connected to the key frame portion 112. In this embodiment, the panel 120 can be disposed on the key frame portion 112 to form an assembly with the decorative sheet 110, which facilitates the assembly and the installation of the panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110, simplifies the assembly process, and has a firm and reliable installation structure. For example, the panel 120 may be first adhered to the upper surface of the key frame portion 112, and then the decorative sheet 110 is directly assembled to the key frame portion 112. Since the decorative sheet 110 is positioned between the panel 120 and the cover 20, the phenomenon that the ground color on the cover 20 is exposed does not occur when viewed from above the cover, thereby improving the decorative effect.

The decorative portion 111 can protrude from the upper surface of the key frame portion 112. For the illustrated embodiment, the decorative sheet 110 is configured in a stepped structure, and the upper surface of the key frame portion 112 may be lower than the upper surface of the decorative portion 111. The panel 120 can cover the key frame portion 112 from above the key frame portion 112. The upper surface of the panel 120 is substantially flush with the upper surface of the decorative part 111, thereby ensuring a compact overall structure and ergonomics.

The control board 130 can correspond to the key frame part 112, and further, the key frame part 112 is disposed between the panel 120 and the control board 130. For the illustrated embodiment, the key frame portion 112 may be approximately half of the decorative sheet 110. The shape of the key frame portion 112 corresponds to the shape of the panel 120, and for example, the panel 120 is substantially rectangular with rounded corners, and the key frame portion 112 is also substantially rectangular with rounded corners. The panel 120 can substantially entirely cover the key frame portion 112.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, the key frame part 112 is provided with a through hole 113 for corresponding to the control board 130 and a blocking wall 114 extending downward. The blocking wall 114 can be disposed around the through-hole 113. The blocking wall 114 can block the light of the light emitting element 131, so that the light of the light emitting element 131 is not exposed and does not affect each other. With this embodiment, it is possible to form the key frame on the decorative sheet 110, so that the key frame is not separately provided, simplifying the assembly process and reducing the manufacturing cost.

The blocking wall 114 may enclose a receiving area communicating with the through hole 113 and having an opening. The light emitting element 131 extends through the opening into the receiving area enclosed by the barrier wall 114. The blocking wall 114 blocks light of the light emitting element 131 in this area. The receiving areas surrounded by the barrier walls 114 can correspond to the through holes 113 one by one, and further, the light emitting elements 131 can correspond to the receiving areas one by one, so that the light of the adjacent light emitting elements 131 does not interfere with each other.

The barrier wall 114 may be a continuous wall of one turn disposed around the light emitting element 131. The blocking wall 114 is a downwardly extending cylinder. The shape of the barrier wall 114 may correspond to the shape of the light emitting element 131. In the illustrated embodiment, light emitting element 131 includes an indicator light 132 and a display screen 133. The decorative sheet 110 is provided with a first blocking wall 114a corresponding to the indicator 132, and a second blocking wall 114b corresponding to the display screen 133. Indicator light 132 is shown as being cylindrical in shape, such that first blocking wall 114a is hollow and cylindrical in shape. The display screen 133 is shown as a rectangular parallelepiped shape, so that the shape of the second blocking wall 114b is also a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape.

For the convenience of assembly, the key frame portion 112 may be further provided with a stopper wall 115, and the stopper wall 115 is disposed at the outer circumference of the through hole 113 and surrounds in a ring shape. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the key frame portion 112 may be further provided with a water blocking wall 116 extending downward. The water blocking wall 116 is provided at the periphery of the key frame portion 112. The water blocking wall 116 may be directly abutted to the upper surface of the face cover 20. For the illustrated embodiment, the control device assembly 10 may also include a seal ring 140. The gasket 140 can be disposed below the decorative sheet 110, particularly below the water dam 116. The control plate 130 is disposed inside the sealing ring 140, that is, the sealing ring 140 is disposed around the control plate 130 and is disposed at the outer circumference of the control plate 130. The seal 140 can be clamped between the dam 116 and the face cap 20. The dam wall 116 can abut to the seal ring 140. In the present embodiment, the sealing ring 140 and the water blocking wall 116 form a water blocking structure, which can prevent impurities, such as liquid, steam, oil, etc., between the decorative sheet 110 and the face cover 20, such as a cover body, from entering the control panel 130, and damaging the control panel 130 or affecting the normal operation of the control panel 130.

The face cover 20 may be further provided with a peripheral wall 25 extending upward, the peripheral wall 25 being able to protrude from the upper surface of the face cover 20. The outer peripheral wall 25 forms a receiving area for receiving the decorative sheet 110 and can abut against the peripheral side of the decorative sheet 110 to confine the decorative sheet 110 within the receiving area formed by the outer peripheral wall 25. According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance comprising a pot body, a lid and a control device assembly 10 according to any of the above aspects, the lid being openably and closably disposed on the pot body, the control device assembly 10 being disposed on the lid and/or the pot body. The technical effects of the cooking appliance with the control device assembly 10 have been fully described above and will not be described in detail for the sake of brevity.

A decorative sheet for a cooking appliance including a panel (120) and a control board (130), characterized in that the decorative sheet (110) includes a decorative portion (111) and a key frame portion (112) for receiving the panel (120), the key frame portion (112) being connected with the decorative portion (111), the key frame portion (112) being provided with a through hole (113) for corresponding to the control board (130) and a blocking wall (114) extending downward, the blocking wall (114) being provided around the through hole (113).

2. The decorative plate according to claim 1, wherein the key frame portion (112) is provided on a side of the decorative portion (111), and the decorative portion (111) protrudes from an upper surface of the key frame portion (112).

A control device assembly, comprising a panel (120), a control panel (130) and a decorative sheet (110) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the panel (120) being arranged above the decorative sheet (110) and corresponding to the key frame portion (112), the control panel (130) being arranged below the decorative sheet (110) and corresponding to the key frame portion (112), the control panel (130) being provided with a light emitting element (131), the light emitting element (131) extending into a receiving area enclosed by the barrier wall (114).

7. The control device assembly of claim 6, further comprising a seal (140), the seal (140) being disposed below the decorative sheet (110), the control panel (130) being disposed within the seal (140).

8. The control device assembly of claim 6,

the material of the panel (120) is different from the material of the decorative sheet (110); and/or

The panel (120) is adhered to an upper surface of the key frame portion (112).

9. Cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises a pot body, a lid openably and closably arranged on the pot body, and a control assembly according to any one of claims 6 to 8, the control assembly (10) being arranged on the lid and/or on the pot body.

The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the control device assembly (10) is disposed on the cover body, the cover body face cover (20) is provided with a downwardly recessed groove (22), a seal ring (140) of the control device assembly (10) is received and retained in the groove (22), and the water retaining wall (116) of the key frame portion (112) is positioned above the seal ring (140) and abuts against the seal ring (140).

11. The cooking appliance of claim 10,

the decoration part (111) is provided with a buckle (117), the surface cover (20) is provided with a clamping hole (23) corresponding to the buckle (117), and the buckle (117) is inserted into and clamped in the clamping hole (23); and/or

The key frame portion (112) is provided with a screw hole (118), the face cover (20) is provided with a receiving groove (21) for receiving the control panel (130), and a face cover screw column (24) corresponding to the screw hole (118) is arranged in the receiving groove (21) so as to be connected through a screw.
