In one embodiment, the visible color icon may be printed directly on the first side 111 of the fully transparent substrate 101. In some embodiments, the background layer 102 is formed on the substrate 101 by screen printing. The screen printing method is suitable for various base materials, is not limited by the surface shape and the area size of the base materials, and is high in flexibility and applicability. The printing can be performed on both a soft substrate and a hard substrate by screen printing, and can also be performed on a substrate which is flat or non-flat (for example, curved surface or spherical surface). As shown in fig. 1 (2), a background layer 102 is formed by screen printing in an area of the base material 101 other than the color mark layer 103.
In one embodiment, the background layer 102 includes opaque light blocking layers formed over the colored icons A, B, C, D, the light blocking layers not allowing light to pass therethrough, making the colored icons A, B, C, D more visible under light. The substrate 201 may be a fully transparent substrate, and the bottom color layer 208 may be formed on the surface of the substrate 201 by screen printing using a translucent ink. The bracket 401 may form one or more through holes 410 and 413, and the number of the through holes 410 and 413 may be the same as the number of the color icons A, B, C, D of the color icon layer 103, and may correspond to each other.
The through holes 410 and 413 give way to the backlight lamps 420 and 423 and the color icon A, B, C, D, so that the light emitted from the backlight lamps 420 and 423 can be irradiated onto the color icon A, B, C, D, and the color icon A, B, C, D is lighted. The through holes 410 and 413 can be separated from each other to separate the backlights 420 and 423, so that the lights emitted from the backlights 420 and 423 can be irradiated onto the corresponding color icons A, B, C, D to avoid mutual influence.
In one embodiment, the display 400 further includes a circuit board 402, the circuit board 402 is fixed to one side of the bracket 401, the backlight 420 and 423 are installed on the circuit board 402, and the display film 100 is located on one side of the bracket 401 opposite to the circuit board 402. The circuit board 402 stabilizes the structure of the backlight 420 and 423, so that the flat cable is neat. The flat cable may be arranged on the circuit board 402 or directly formed on the circuit board 402, so that the flat cable is neat. The circuit board 402 and the display film 100 are located on opposite sides of the support 401, and the support 401 may serve as a support fixture. In one embodiment, circuitry (not shown) may be disposed on circuit board 402 to control backlight 420 and 423.
In some embodiments, the home appliance display screen 400 includes a panel 403 on a side of the bracket 401 facing away from the circuit board 402, and the display film 100 is positioned between the panel 403 and the bracket 401. The back of the display film 100 faces the support 401, and the panel 403 covers the front of the display film 100. The panel 403 may protect and support the display film 100, facilitating the secure assembly of the display film 100. The substrate of display film 100 may be a flexible film. The panel 403 is translucent or fully transparent. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, the panel 403 comprises a translucent PC (Polycarbonate) panel. The translucent PC panel may obscure some components behind the PC panel, leaving the color icons displayed in clear. The PC panel has good light transmission and high light transmittance, so that the color icons are clear.
In some embodiments, the display film 100 is affixed to the support 401. The display film 100 may be adhered to a side of the support 401 facing the panel 403. The display film 100 is adhered to the support 401, so that the adhesion is convenient, and is not influenced by the shape of the panel 403, and the shape of the panel 403 can be a plane or a non-plane. In another embodiment, the display film 100 is adhered to the panel 403. The display film 100 may be adhered to the side of the panel 403 facing the support 401. The display film 100 is attached to the panel 403, more clearly. The display film 100 is attached to the panel 403 of the non-planar panel 403 so as to be as close as possible to the non-planar panel 403, thereby making the color icons more visible from the side of the panel 403 opposite to the display film 100.
The display film in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be the display film 100 shown in fig. 1. In other embodiments, the display film of the display screen 400 of the home appliance may be the display film 200 or 300 shown in fig. 3 or 4, or the display film of other embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, the display film is the display film 100 of fig. 1 and the colored icon A, B, C, D is a visible colored icon. When the backlight 420-423 is not energized and not lit, the colored icon A, B, C, D is visible but not lit, as shown in FIG. 7. In one embodiment, when the backlight 420 and 423 are turned on, the corresponding color icon A, B, C, D transmits light and turns on. In some embodiments, one or more of the backlights 420 and 423 may be controlled to illuminate or flash such that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D illuminates or flashes indicating that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D is selected. As shown in fig. 8, the backlight 420 (shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the color icon a is turned on, and the color icon a is turned on, indicating that the color icon a is selected. In one embodiment, the illumination of the color icon a may indicate that the home appliance is performing a function corresponding to the color icon a. In another embodiment, the colored icon A may blink. In some embodiments, the colored icon A, B, C, D can be illuminated to indicate one operational state of the appliance, such as one of selected function but not started, end, and working, and the colored icon A, B, C, D can be illuminated to indicate another operational state, such as another one of selected function but not started, end, and working.
In another embodiment, the display film of the display screen 400 of the home appliance is the display film 200 shown in fig. 3, and the colored icon A, B, C, D is a hidden colored icon. When the backlight 420-423 is not powered and not lit, the colored icon A, B, C, D is not visible, as shown in FIG. 9. When the backlight 420 and 423 are powered on, the corresponding color icon A, B, C, D is lit. In some embodiments, one or more of the backlights 420 and 423 may be controlled to illuminate or flash such that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D illuminates or flashes indicating that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D is selected. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of backlights 420 and 423 are illuminated and a plurality of colored icons A, B, C and D are illuminated. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, backlight 420 for color icon A blinks, and color icon A blinks, indicating that color icon A is selected. In another embodiment, the selected colored icon may light up or flash, and the other colored icons may not light up.
In another embodiment, the display film of the home appliance display screen 400 is the display film 300 shown in fig. 4, the colored icons A, B are visible colored icons, and the colored icons C, D are hidden colored icons. When the backlight 420-423 is not powered and not lit, the color icon A, B is visible and the color icon C, D is not visible, as shown in fig. 12. When the backlight 420 and 423 are turned on, the corresponding color icon A, B, C, D transmits light and is turned on, and the hidden color icon appears. In some embodiments, one or more of the backlights 420 and 423 may be controlled to illuminate or flash such that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D illuminates or flashes indicating that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D is selected. In one embodiment, upon selection of the visible colored icon A, B, the corresponding backlight 420, 421 is controlled to light up. Upon selection of the hidden colored icon C, D, the backlights 422, 423 are controlled to flash. In another embodiment, upon selection of the visible colored icon A, B, the corresponding backlight 420, 421 is controlled to flash. In another embodiment, the visible colored icon A, B can light up and flash, and the visible colored icon A, B lights up and flashes to indicate different operating states, respectively.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, after the display 400 of the household appliance is powered on, the backlight 422 and 423 (shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the hidden color icon C, D is lit, so that the hidden color icon C, D appears, and the user can see the color icon A, B, C, D and make a selection. When the visible color icon A is selected, the color icon A lights up, as shown in FIG. 14. In another embodiment, upon selection of visible color icon A, color icon A blinks. In one embodiment, when hidden color icon C is selected, hidden color icon C blinks, as shown in fig. 15.
Fig. 16 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a display screen 500 of a home appliance. Fig. 17 is a side exploded view of the display 500 of the home appliance shown in fig. 16. The home appliance display screen 500 shown in fig. 16 and 17 is similar to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 5 and 6. In comparison with the home appliance display screen 400 shown In fig. 5 and 6, the display film 100 of the home appliance display screen 500 shown In fig. 16 and 17 is formed on the injection-molded part 503 by In-Mold Decoration (IMD). The injection molded part 503 may support the display membrane 100. The assembling process of the display film is omitted, and the assembling process is simplified. In one embodiment, the display membrane 100 is located on a side of the injection molded part 503 facing away from the support 401, and the injection molded part 503 and the display membrane 100 are assembled together to the support 401. The injection molded part 503 is completely transparent or translucent.
In other embodiments, the display film of the home appliance display screen 500 may be the display film 200, 300 described above or the display film of other embodiments. The operating state of the display screen 500 of the household appliance can be referred to as described above.
Fig. 18 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 600. The home appliance display screen 600 shown in fig. 18 is similar to the home appliance display screen 500 shown in fig. 16 and 17. Compared to the display screen 500 of the home appliance shown in fig. 16 and 17, the display film 100 of the display screen 600 of the home appliance shown in fig. 18 includes a PVC substrate or a glass substrate, has a certain strength and thickness, and is not easily bent or deformed. In one embodiment, the display film 100 may be directly assembled to one side of the bracket 401, and a panel may be omitted.
Fig. 19 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a display screen 700 of a home appliance. The home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 19 is similar to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 5 and 6. Compared with the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 5 and 6, the home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 19 includes the touch switch member 724 and 727 electrically connected to the circuit board 702, so that the home appliance display screen 700 can perform display and touch operations, thereby facilitating the user operations. The touch control of the backlight 720 and 723 can be realized by touching the touch switch member 724 and 727 from the surface of the home appliance display screen 700. The corresponding backlight 720 and 723 may be lit, flashed, or extinguished by touching the surface of the home appliance display screen 700 at a location corresponding to the colored icon A, B, C, D.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 19, the touch switch member 724-727 may include an elastic member extending from the circuit board 702 toward the display film 100. In one embodiment, the elastic member extends from the circuit board 702 to the display film 100 through the through hole 410 and 413 of the bracket 401, and presses the surface of the display screen 600 of the household appliance, so as to press the elastic member, and change the state of the backlight 720 and 723. The elastic member is low in cost and easy to implement, and can implement touch operations on surfaces (planar or non-planar) of different shapes of the display screen 600 of the home appliance. When the panel of the display 600 is flat or non-flat, or the rigid substrate (e.g., glass substrate or PVC substrate) of the display 600 is flat or non-flat, the elastic member may be applied, and the end of the elastic member may abut or be close to the color icon A, B, C, D, and the color icon A, B, C, D may be pressed to touch the elastic member. The size of the colored icon A, B, C, D is larger than the size of the end of the elastic member near the colored icon A, B, C, D.
In one embodiment, the circuit board 702 is provided with a switch (not shown) connected to the backlight 720 and 723, the elastic member may be connected to the switch, and the switch may be triggered by pressing the elastic member, thereby controlling the backlight 720 and 723. The elastic member may correspond to the backlight 720-723 and the color icon A, B, C, D, and pressing the color icon A, B, C, D may control the corresponding backlight 720-723. In one embodiment, the elastic member comprises a spring surrounding the backlight 720 and 723 to prevent the light from blocking the backlight 720 and 723 to the display film 100.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 19, the front surface of the display film 100 is covered with the panel 403, and the detailed description is referred to above and will not be repeated herein. In other embodiments, the display film may be the display film of display film 200, 300 or other embodiments above.
Fig. 20 is a perspective exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 800. The home appliance display screen 800 shown in fig. 20 is similar to the home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 19. The display screen 800 of the household appliance shown in fig. 20 includes a touch switch member 724-727 electrically connected to the circuit board 702, similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 19, and will not be described herein again. In contrast to the home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 19, the display film 100 of the home appliance display screen 800 shown in fig. 20 is formed on the injection-molded part 503 by the in-mold decoration technique, and the related description is referred to above.
In another embodiment, the display film is a display film wherein the substrate is a PVC substrate or a glass substrate, as described above.
Fig. 21 is a side exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 900. The home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 21 is similar to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 5 and 6. In contrast to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 5 and 6, the home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 21 includes a touch switch member electrically connected to the circuit board 402. In the embodiment shown in fig. 21, the touch switch member includes the touch film 905, and is sensitive to response and good in touch effect, the touch film 905 transmits light, the color icon is less shielded from light, and the size of the color icon is not limited. The touch film 905 is electrically connected to the circuit board 402, an electrical signal generated after the touch film 905 touches the circuit board 402 can be transmitted to the circuit board 402, and the circuit board 402 generates a corresponding control signal to control the backlight lamps 420 and 422.
In one embodiment, the touch film 905 is located on the side of the display film 100 facing away from the backlight 420, 422. The touch film 905 is located on the front surface of the display film 100. The touch film 905 can sense a touch more sensitively. The touch film 905 is located on the side of the display film 100 facing away from the support 401. The display film 100 is positioned between the touch film 905 and the support 401. In the embodiment shown in fig. 21, one side of the touch film 905 covers the panel 403. In one embodiment, the touch film 905 can be adhered to the panel 403. The display film 100 may be adhered to the support 401. In another embodiment, the touch film 905 is positioned on the side of the display film 100 facing the backlight lamps 420, 422. The touch film 905 is located on the back surface of the display film 100. The touch film 905 is located between the support 401 and the display film 100. The touch film 905 has a short connection line with the circuit board 402, thereby facilitating wire arrangement. In one embodiment, the touch film 905 and the display film 100 are independently formed on different substrates.
In other embodiments, the display film may be the display film of display film 200, 300 or other embodiments above.
Fig. 22 is a side exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 1000. The home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 22 is similar to the home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 21. Compared to the home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 21, the touch film 1005 and the display film 1010 of the home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 22 share a substrate, so that material, cost, assembly, and thickness can be saved. A color mark layer of the display film 1010 and the like are formed on one surface of the substrate, and a conductive layer of the touch film 1005 and the like are formed on the other surface of the substrate. In one embodiment, display film 1010 is on the side of touch film 1005 that faces away from the backlight. In another embodiment, touch film 1005 is on the side of display film 1010 facing away from the backlight.
Fig. 23 is a side exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 1100. The home appliance display screen 1100 shown in fig. 23 is similar to the home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 22. In contrast to the home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 22, the display film 100 of the home appliance display screen 1100 shown in fig. 23 is formed on the injection-molded part 503 by the in-mold decoration technique, and the related description is referred to above. Touch film 905 is located between injection molded part 503 and support 401. In one embodiment, the touch film 905 may be adhered to the side of the support 401 facing the injection molded part 503. In another embodiment, the touch film 905 may be adhered to the side of the injection molded part 503 opposite to the display film 100.
In another embodiment, the display film is a display film wherein the substrate is a PVC substrate or a glass substrate, as described above. The touch film 905 is located between the display film and the support 401.
Fig. 24 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the household appliance 10. In one embodiment, the household appliance 10 comprises a food processor. In some embodiments, the food processor may include at least one of a blender, an electric rice cooker, a pressure cooker, a water kettle, a coffee maker, a grill, and a microwave oven. The blender can include at least one of broken wall cooking machine, soybean milk machine, juice extractor and complementary food machine. The pressure cooker may include at least one of a pressure cooker and an induction cooker. In other embodiments, the processor may also include other food preparation devices. In other embodiments, the household appliance 10 may include a refrigerator, a washing machine, an air conditioner, a range hood, and the like.
The household appliance 10 comprises a household appliance display screen 13. The home appliance display 13 may be the home appliance display of the above-described embodiment. The household appliance 10 may interact with a user via the household appliance display 13.
In the illustrated embodiment, the household appliance 10 is a food processor, and includes a main body 11 and a food processor 12. The host 11 can control the operation of the food processor and can provide the electric energy required by the operation of the food processor. The food can be contained in the food processor 12, and the food can be processed in the food processor 12. The cooking appliance 12 may include a cup assembly and/or a cooking pot. In some embodiments, the main frame 11 is in the form of a stand, and the cooking utensil 12 can be placed on the main frame 11. The home appliance display 13 may be provided to the host 11. In some embodiments, the food processor 10 includes a lid assembly 14 that can be placed over the food processor 12.
In other embodiments, the host 11 may be located within the lid assembly 14. In other embodiments, the home appliance display screen 13 may be provided to the cover assembly 14.

Claims (34)

1. A display film for a display screen of a household appliance, comprising:
a substrate (101) that is fully transparent or translucent and comprises a first side and a second side opposite to the first side; and
at least one colored icon disposed on the first side of the substrate (101), at least one of the colored icons comprising a plurality of different colors.
2. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the display film includes a light diffusing layer (104) formed on the colored icon.
3. The display film of claim 2, wherein: the light-diffusing layer (104) is translucent.
4. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the color icons include visible color icons formed on the first side of the substrate (101), the visible color icons appearing on the second side of the substrate (101) in the absence of illumination by light.
5. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the colored icons include hidden colored icons formed on the first side of the substrate, and on the second side of the substrate, the hidden colored icons are hidden under no light illumination and appear under light illumination.
6. The display film of claim 5, wherein: the display film comprises a semitransparent bottom color layer (208) formed on the first side of the substrate, and the hidden color icons are formed on the side, opposite to the substrate, of the bottom color layer (208).
7. The display film of claim 6, wherein: the display film includes a background layer formed on the base color layer (208) in an area outside the color icons.
8. The display film of claim 6, wherein: the display film comprises a background layer formed between the base color layer and the substrate, and the color icons and the background layer are staggered.
9. The display film of claim 6, wherein: the display film comprises a background layer formed on the substrate, and the base color layer and the color icons are staggered with the background layer.
10. The display film of claim 5, wherein: the hidden color icon is formed on the translucent substrate.
11. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the display film comprises a background layer (102), wherein the background layer (102) is arranged on the base material (101) and is positioned outside the area of the colored icon.
12. The display film of claim 11, wherein: the background layer (102) includes an opaque light-blocking layer formed outside the color icon.
13. The display film of claim 11, wherein: the background layer (102) is formed on the base material (101) by screen printing.
14. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the color icon layer (103) is formed on the base material (101) in a printing mode.
15. The display film of claim 14, wherein: the color icon layer is formed on the base material (101) through four-color printing.
16. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the substrate (101) comprises at least one of a PET substrate, a PVC substrate, and a glass substrate.
17. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the colored icon includes a plurality of regions, at least two of the regions being different in color and being translucent.
18. The display film of claim 17, wherein: the regions of the colored icon are all translucent.
19. A display screen for a household appliance, comprising:
a backlight (420-423); and
the display film of any one of claims 1-18.
20. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 19, wherein: the display screen of the household appliance comprises a support (401), wherein the support is provided with a through hole (410-.
21. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 20, wherein: the display screen of the household appliance comprises a panel (403), and the display film is positioned between the panel (403) and the bracket (401).
22. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 21, wherein: the display film is adhered to the bracket; or the display film is adhered to the panel (403).
23. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 21, wherein: the panel (403) comprises a translucent PC panel.
24. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 20, wherein: the display screen of the household appliance comprises a circuit board (402), the circuit board (402) is fixed on one side of the support (401), the backlight lamp (420) is installed on the circuit board (402), and the display film is located on one side, opposite to the circuit board (402), of the support (401).
25. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 19, wherein: the display screen of the household appliance comprises a circuit board and a touch switch piece electrically connected with the circuit board.
26. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 25, wherein: the touch switch member includes an elastic member extending from the circuit board toward the display film.
27. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 25, wherein: the touch switch member includes a touch film (905).
28. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 27, wherein: the touch film is positioned on the side of the display film opposite to the backlight lamp.
29. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 27, wherein: the touch film is positioned on a side of the display film facing the backlight.
30. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 27, wherein: the touch film and the display film share a substrate.
31. A display screen for a domestic appliance according to claim 19, wherein: the display screen of the household appliance comprises an injection molding part (503), and the display film is formed on the injection molding part (503) through an in-mold decoration technology.
32. A household appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
a domestic appliance display screen as claimed in any one of claims 19 to 31.
33. The household appliance of claim 32, wherein: the household appliance comprises a food processor.
34. The household appliance of claim 33, wherein: the food processor comprises at least one of a stirrer, an electric cooker, a pressure cooker, a kettle, a coffee machine, a frying and baking machine and a microwave oven.
