The electronic control board assembly 10 can control the on or off of the circuit of the light emitting element 20, i.e., the light emitting element can be turned on or off as needed, thereby intermittently providing light to the outside. Wherein each light emitting element 20 may be composed of a light guide plate 21 and an LED lamp 22 connected to the light guide plate 21.
The PVC plate layer 30 is printed with at least one pattern, and the PVC plate layer 30 is disposed opposite the light emitting element 20. For example, in the case of the beverage machine or the net dispenser equipped with the display device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the PVC plate layer 30 is printed with a plurality of patterns, each pattern corresponding to a shape of a type of use container, each function that the beverage machine or the net dispenser can perform corresponds to one of the patterns, and a user can control the beverage machine or the net dispenser to perform a different function by touching or approaching one of the patterns. For example, the PVC sheet 30 is printed with both a bottle and a cup, the beverage or drink purifier may perform a first temperature of water to the outside when the user selects the bottle, the beverage or drink purifier may perform a second temperature of water to the outside when the user selects the cup, and so on, and the beverage or drink purifier may output a greater variety of different temperatures of water to the outside when the PVC sheet 30 is printed with a greater variety of container patterns.

The light shielding layer 40 is disposed on the PVC plate layer 30, and the light shielding layer 40 has a light transmitting area 41 corresponding to the pattern, and when one of the patterns is touched, the light emitting element 20 will illuminate, so that at least one of the patterns is brightly displayed. That is, the light shielding layer 40 plays a role of partially shielding light, so that the light generated by the light emitting element 20 can partially penetrate through a specific area, thereby dividing the PVC plate layer 30 into an open area and a dark area, forming an effective light difference, and facilitating the selection and operation of a user.
It should be noted that, when the light emitting element 20 is triggered to illuminate, the illumination range thereof may be determined according to different use periods, only one pattern may be illuminated when the user touches the pattern during the daytime, and all patterns may be illuminated when the user touches the pattern during the nighttime, so that the user can recognize and use more conveniently. That is, the light emitting element 20 may control only the brightness or darkness of a single pattern, and the light emitting element 20 may also control the brightness or darkness of a plurality of patterns.
The specific location of the light shielding layer 40 is not particularly limited, as long as the light shielding effect is achieved, and the light shielding layer 40 may be provided on the front surface of the PVC plate layer 30, that is, the surface facing the user; the light shielding layer 40 may be separately disposed on the back side of the PVC plate layer 30, i.e., the side facing away from the user; or the light shielding layer 40 is provided at both the front and back sides of the PVC plate layer 30. Further, referring to fig. 5, the operation flow of the display device 100 is approximately as follows: the pattern touching the PVC plate layer 30 generates a touch signal, and after the electronic control board assembly 10 receives the touch signal, the light emitting element 20 is controlled to be lighted, so that the pattern of the PVC plate layer 30 is lighted.
Therefore, the household appliances are controlled to perform different functions through the patterns which can emit light, so that the display device is operated more vividly, thereby being beneficial to the operation and use of the old and children.
In short, according to the display device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the pattern is printed on the PVC plate layer 30, and the PVC plate layer 30 is partially transparent through the light shielding layer 40, so that the pattern is clearly and brightly displayed when the pattern is touched, thereby facilitating the user to recognize and use.
In some alternative embodiments, the light shielding layer 40 is a black film disposed on the patterned side of the PVC plate layer 30. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the black film is provided with a plurality of light-transmitting areas 41, and the shape of each light-transmitting area 41 is the same as the shape of the pattern printed on the PVC plate layer 30, so that when the light-emitting element 20 is lightened, the pattern of the PVC plate layer 30 is completely displayed and illuminated, the display effect of the display device 100 is effectively improved, and a clearer and brighter display interface is provided for a user.
Characters, symbols and numbers can be arranged on the periphery of each light transmission area 41 of the black film, so that the black film is more beneficial to user identification and use. As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the lower side of the light transmission area 41 is provided with corresponding hollowed-out characters, i.e. light rays can pass through the hollowed-out characters to illuminate outwards.
In other alternative embodiments, the light shielding layer 40 is an ink layer that is applied to the surface of the PVC plate layer 30. I.e., the ink layer may be uniformly applied to the front and/or back of the PVC plate layer 30 to provide a light shielding effect. The color of the ink layer may be tailored to design requirements, for example, by coating the front and/or back of the PVC plate layer 30 with black ink.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the display apparatus 100 may further include: a transparent waterproof layer 50. The transparent waterproof layer 50 is provided on the side of the PVC plate layer 30 remote from the light emitting element 20. That is, the transparent waterproof layer 50 is provided on the side of the PVC plate layer 30 facing the user, so that liquid can be prevented from entering the internal structure of the display device 100, the circuit safety of the display device 100 can be improved, and the overall appearance quality of the display device 100 can be improved. It should be noted that, the "transparent waterproof layer 50" herein refers to a transparent waterproof layer 50 made of a completely transparent material or a semitransparent material, as opposed to an opaque material. Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing a use state of the PVC plate layer 30 provided with the black film 40 and the transparent waterproof layer 50.
In an alternative embodiment, the transparent waterproof layer 50 is made of ABS material. The ABS material has better light transmittance, and the pattern can be clearly shown from the transparent waterproof layer 50, which is convenient for use.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the electronic control board assembly 10 may include: a PCB board 11 and a conductive sponge 12. Wherein, the conductive sponge 12 is disposed on the PCB 11, and the light emitting element 20 is disposed opposite to the conductive sponge 12. When a user touches or approaches the pattern, the conductive sponge 12 sends out a touch signal to the PCB 11, and after the PCB 11 receives the touch signal, the luminous element 20 is controlled to emit light, so that the pattern of the bright PVC sheet layer 30 is illuminated.
In some embodiments, the light-emitting elements 20 may include a plurality, and accordingly, the conductive sponge 12 may include a plurality, with each light-emitting element 20 corresponding to each pattern on the PVC plate layer 30. That is, each pattern is illuminated by one light emitting element 20, and each light emitting element 20 feeds back a touch signal to the PCB board through one conductive sponge 12.
In a further alternative embodiment, the electronic control board assembly 10 may further include: a substrate 60. The plurality of light emitting elements 20 are integrally disposed on the substrate 60. The plurality of light emitting elements 20 may be previously disposed on the substrate 60, and then the substrate 60 of the assembled light emitting elements 20 is disposed on the PCB such that each light emitting element 20 is disposed opposite to the corresponding conductive sponge 12. Thereby, the assembly efficiency of the display device 100 is effectively improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the plurality of light emitting elements 20 are regularly arranged on the PCB board 11. I.e. the light emitting elements 20 are arranged in a certain order on the PCB board 11. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the light emitting elements 20 are arranged in two rows and two columns on the PCB board 11. It will be appreciated that the conductive sponge 12 and the pattern may also be arranged in two rows and two columns corresponding to the light emitting elements 20. In one embodiment of the present invention, the pattern is printed on the PVC plate layer 30 by a color-register printing process.
