Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A display device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the display device 1 includes an electronic control board 10, a touch control member 20, and a light-diffusing board 30.
Specifically, the electronic control board 10 is provided with a first light emitting member 11 and a light guide plate 12, a second light emitting member 121 is provided on the light guide plate 12, and in a case where the second light emitting member 121 emits light, a front surface of the light guide plate 12 forms a surface light source. The touch device 20 is disposed on the front surface of the light guide plate 12. The light diffusion plate 30 is disposed at the front side of the electronic control plate 10, the light diffusion plate 30 is provided with a status indication pattern 31 and an operation indication pattern 32, the status indication pattern 31 is disposed corresponding to the first light emitting element 11, and the operation indication pattern 32 is disposed corresponding to the touch assembly 20.
The display device 1 according to the embodiment of the present application can be applied to various household appliances, for example, household appliances having a water heating function, such as a water heater, a water dispenser, and a wall-mounted stove. It should be understood that the foregoing is only illustrative and is not to be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application, and the display device 1 of the embodiments of the present application may also be applied to other household appliances, such as a refrigerator or a washing machine.
Exemplarily, the electronic control Board 10 includes a PCB (Printed Circuit Board), and the first Light Emitting part 11 may be an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lamp. The electric control board 10 is provided with a mounting groove 13, and the first light emitting component 11 is mounted in the mounting groove 13 and electrically connected with the electric control board 10. Here, the first light emitting members 11 may be a plurality of light emitting members 11 arranged regularly, and the plurality of first light emitting members 11 are arranged in a shape corresponding to the state indicating pattern 31.
Illustratively, the light guide plate 12 may be made of optical grade acrylic or PC material, and has a very high refractive index and does not absorb light. The shape of the light guide plate 12 may correspond to the shape of the operation indication pattern 32 of the light diffusion plate 30, and may be, for example, a rectangular shape in the drawing, or may be specifically set according to the actual shape of the operation indication pattern 32. The light guide plate 12 is provided with a plurality of light guide points, the light guide points receive the light emitted by the second light emitting member 121 and form reflected light, and the plurality of reflected light is diffused along each angle, and finally the plurality of reflected light forms an even surface light source and is emitted from the front surface of the light guide plate 12 through a plurality of light guide points with different densities and sizes. The front surface of the light guide plate 12 may be a surface facing a user, i.e., a surface facing away from the electric control board 10.
The second light emitting member 121 is electrically connected to the electronic control board 10, and the second light emitting member 121 can be controlled to emit light, extinguish, flash, color, brightness, and the like through the electronic control board 10.
For example, the light diffusion plate 30 may be disposed on the front side of the electric control board 10 and attached to the electric control board 10. The thickness of the light diffusion sheet 30 may be 0.1-2 mm. The light diffusion plate 30 may be made of PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), and has a light diffusion function, and a uniform surface light source is formed on the front surface (i.e., the surface facing away from the electronic control board 10).
Further, the light-diffusing plate 30 may be provided with a light-shielding layer in a region other than the state indication pattern 31 and the operation indication pattern 32, so that the light source formed by the first light-emitting member 11 or the second light-emitting member 121 can only transmit through the state indication pattern 31 and the operation indication pattern 32 when passing through the light-diffusing plate 30, and thus only the state indication pattern 31 and the operation indication pattern 32 can be observed and illuminated on the front surface of the light-diffusing plate 30, thereby forming an indication pattern display effect. The shading layer can be a coating made of shading materials and has a certain shading effect, so that light cannot penetrate through the shading layer.
The touch device 20 is disposed corresponding to the operation indication pattern 32. The touch assembly 20 may include a plurality of touch members 22, and a user may control the household appliance to perform corresponding operations by operating the corresponding touch members 22. By controlling the second light emitting element 121 to emit light, the light guide plate 12 can form a corresponding surface light source, and the surface light source projects the operation indication pattern 32 on the light diffusion plate 30 disposed corresponding to the surface light source, so that the operation indication pattern 32 is illuminated, and thus a user can recognize the operation indication pattern 32 on the front surface of the light diffusion plate 30 to touch the touch control assembly 20.
The state indicating pattern 31 may be used to indicate a current working state and working parameters of the home appliance, and the operation indicating pattern 32 may be used to indicate a touch area having a man-machine interaction function and capable of implementing a corresponding operation.
In order to improve the recognition ability of the user, the state indicating pattern 31 and the operation indicating pattern 32 may be provided in other patterns having a certain meaning, such as a number pattern, a character pattern, a symbol pattern, and a pattern.
In one specific example, the display device 1 may be applied to a water heater. The status indication pattern 31 may include a temperature indication pattern, a water amount indication pattern, and an operation mode indication pattern. Wherein, the temperature indication pattern can be constructed as a combination pattern of a figure and a 'DEG C' representing a temperature unit, and the current output water temperature of the water heater can be displayed to a user by displaying a specific figure. The water quantity indicating pattern may be constructed as a combined pattern of numbers and "L" representing a unit of capacity, and the user can be given a share of displaying the current quantity of water in the water tank of the water heater by displaying a specific number. The operation mode indication pattern may include a heating mode indication pattern and a safety mode indication pattern, and the heating mode indication pattern may be configured in a shape of a flame to display a current operation mode of the water heater as a heating mode to a user; the safety mode indicating pattern may be configured in a shield shape to display the current operation mode of the water heater as the safety mode to a user. The operation indication pattern 32 may include a cooling key indication pattern, a warming key indication pattern, a kitchen washing key indication pattern, and a switch key indication pattern, and accordingly, the touch assembly 20 includes a cooling touch key, a warming touch key, a kitchen washing touch key, and a switch key. Wherein, the cooling key indication pattern may be configured as a downward arrow symbol, the warming key indication pattern may be configured as an upward arrow symbol, the kitchen washing key indication pattern may be configured as a sink pattern, and the switch key indication pattern may be configured as a switch symbol.
It is to be understood that the above is only an exemplary description, the arrangement manner of the state indicating patterns 31 and the operation indicating patterns 32 is not limited to the above, and the specific shapes and the number of the state indicating patterns 31 and the operation indicating patterns 32 may be specifically set according to the kind and the actual use requirement of the home appliance.
In order to further improve the recognition ability of the user, characters, symbols or numbers can be arranged on the periphery of the pattern, and a combined mark of the pattern and one of the characters, the symbols or the numbers is formed. For example, in the example shown in fig. 4, corresponding characters may be printed below each operation indication pattern 32, so that the user can more clearly and clearly identify the key function specifically indicated by each operation indication pattern 32.
The following describes a workflow of the display device 1 according to the embodiment of the present application as an example. In the case where the household appliance is not powered on, both the first light emitting member 11 and the second light emitting member 121 are turned off, and there is no light passing through the state indicating pattern 31 and the operation indicating pattern 32, i.e., the light-diffusing plate 30 has no display pattern. When the household appliance is powered on and enters a standby state, the second light emitting member 121 emits light, and the front surface of the light guide plate 12 forms a surface light source, which irradiates the light diffusion plate 30 and causes the corresponding operation indication pattern 32 to be illuminated, so that the corresponding operation indication pattern 32 is displayed on the front surface of the light diffusion plate 30. When the household appliance is turned on, the first light emitting member 11 and the second light emitting member 121 are both illuminated, and at this time, the status indication pattern 31 is illuminated by the light source emitted from the first light emitting member 11, and the operation indication pattern 32 is illuminated by the surface light source emitted from the light guide plate 12, so that the status indication pattern 31 and the operation indication pattern 32 are respectively displayed on the front surface of the light-diffusing plate 30.
According to the display device 1 of the embodiment of the application, by arranging the first light emitting element 11 corresponding to the state indicating pattern 31 and the light guide plate 12 corresponding to the operation indicating pattern 32, the state indicating pattern 31, or the state indicating pattern 31 and the operation indicating pattern 32 can be displayed on the light diffusion plate 30 individually or simultaneously by controlling the first light emitting element 11 and the second light emitting element 121 to emit light individually or collectively in different working states of the household appliance, which is beneficial for a user to identify the current working state of the household appliance and is beneficial for improving the diversity of the display effect of the display device 1.
In one embodiment, a light guide plate may be further disposed on the PCB, and the light guide plate covers the mounting groove 13 and is disposed corresponding to the plurality of first light-emitting members 11. The light guide sheet may be made of the same material as the light guide plate 12, that is, an optical acrylic or PC plate, and may be formed into a surface light source by refracting the linear light sources emitted from the plurality of first light-emitting members 11. The shape of the light guide plate may be the same as the arrangement shape of the plurality of first light-emitting members 11, that is, the shape of the light guide plate may be the same as the shape of the state indicating pattern 31. Thus, by controlling at least part of the plurality of first light emitting members 11 to emit light, it is possible to form a surface light source having a predetermined shape and uniform brightness on the light guide sheet and to illuminate the corresponding status indication patterns 31.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the second light emitting member 121 is disposed on a sidewall of the light guide plate 12. Exemplarily, the light guide plate 12 may be a side-entry light guide plate 12. The second light emitting members 121 may be LED lamps, and the LED lamps are disposed on the sidewall of the light guide plate 12 at equal intervals. By disposing the second light emitting member 121 on the sidewall of the light guide plate 12, the second light emitting member 121 can be prevented from occupying the installation space in the thickness direction of the light guide plate 12, thereby preventing the thickness of the light guide plate 12 from being increased, facilitating the improvement of the structural compactness between the light guide plate 12 and the electronic control board 10, and facilitating the reduction of the overall thickness of the display device 1.
Alternatively, the brightness of the second light emitting member 121 may be adjusted. Illustratively, in a standby state of the home appliance, the second light emitting member 121 emits light with low brightness, so that the operation indication pattern 32 is displayed with low brightness in front of the light diffusion plate 30. When the household appliance is turned on, both the first light emitting member 11 and the second light emitting member 121 emit light, and the brightness of the second light emitting member 121 is high, so that the operation indication pattern 32 is displayed at high brightness in front of the light diffusion plate 30.
Therefore, on one hand, the brightness of the second light emitting element 121 can be correspondingly adjusted according to the working state of the household appliance, so that the user can conveniently identify the current working state of the household appliance through the display brightness of the operation indication pattern 32; on the other hand, by reducing the brightness of the second light emitting member 121 in the standby state, it is advantageous to improve the energy saving effect of the display device 1, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the household appliance.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the touch device 20 includes a semiconductor film 21 and touch members 22, the semiconductor film 21 is electrically connected to the electronic control board 10, the touch members 22 are disposed on the semiconductor film 21 at intervals, and the touch members 22 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the operation indication patterns 32. The semiconductor film 21 may be disposed on the front surface of the light guide plate 12 and between the light guide plate 12 and the light-diffusing plate 30.
In one example, the semiconductor film is an ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) thin film, and the touch member 22 is a conductive foam. Wherein, the thickness of the ITO thin film can be 0.1-0.2mm, and the ITO material has high electric conductivity, high visible light transmittance, high mechanical hardness and good chemical stability. By using the ITO thin film, the surface light source emitted from the light guide plate 12 can be irradiated to the operation indication pattern 32 of the light diffusion plate 30 through the semiconductor film, which is advantageous in improving the display effect of the operation indication pattern 32. The conductive foam has high conductivity, can improve the touch sensitivity of the touch control member 22, and has low material cost.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the light diffusion plate 30 includes a state indicating region 30a, the state indicating region 30a is provided with a light shielding layer and a first semi-transparent layer, and the state indicating pattern 31 is formed of the first semi-transparent layer.
Illustratively, the status indication region 30a may be provided in an upper half region of the light diffusion plate 30. Accordingly, the first light emitting member 11 may be provided at the upper half region of the electric control board 10 corresponding to the upper half region of the light diffusion plate 30.
In one example, the light-shielding layer may be a black film, a first semi-transparent layer is disposed on the black film, and the first semi-transparent layer may be processed and formed in a hollow manner. The first translucent layer is the state indicating pattern 31, and light is transmitted through the first translucent layer to display the corresponding state indicating pattern 31 on the front surface of the light-diffusing plate 30.
In another example, the light shielding layer may be an ink layer applied to the upper half area of the light diffusion plate 30. That is, the ink layer can be uniformly coated on the front and/or back of the light-diffusing plate 30 to shield light. The color of the ink layer can be adjusted according to design requirements, for example, black ink can be coated on the front and/or back of the light-diffusing plate 30. The first semi-transparent area can be formed by a hollow area on the ink layer.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the light diffusion plate 30 further includes an operation indication region 30b, the operation indication region 30b is provided with a second semi-transparent layer, and the second semi-transparent layer is printed with an operation indication pattern 32 and a background pattern.
For example, the operation indication region 30b may be provided in a lower half region of the light diffusion plate 30. Accordingly, the light guide plate 12 may be provided at a lower half region of the electric control board 10 corresponding to a lower half region of the light diffusion plate 30.
Illustratively, the operation indicating pattern 32 may be printed on the light diffusion plate 30 by a process of color register printing. The process of chromatography printing allows for fast and high quality printing of different types of patterns. The color of the pattern can be adjusted according to the design requirement, and the pattern can be a single color or a mixed color. For example, the background pattern may be a mixed-color pattern, and the operation instruction pattern 32 may be a single-color pattern, so that the display pattern can be more beautiful, and the visibility of the operation instruction pattern 32 can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the display device 1 further comprises a panel 40. The panel 40 is disposed on the front side of the light-diffusing plate 30 and attached to the front surface of the light-diffusing plate 30, and the panel 40 has a semi-transparent layer.
Illustratively, the panel 40 may be made of glass, and the thickness of the panel 40 may be 1-4 mm. The semi-light transmitting layer may be a black metal film plated on the front and/or rear surface of the panel 40, so that the panel 40 has semi-light transmitting property and appears black.
As another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a home appliance including a display device 1 according to the above-described embodiments of the present application and a control device. The control device is electrically connected to the first light emitting element 11, the second light emitting element 121 and the touch control element 20.
Illustratively, in the state that the household electrical appliance is powered on and enters a standby state, the control device controls the first light emitting element 11 to be turned off and the second light emitting element 121 to emit light, and the brightness of the second light emitting element 121 is low, at this time, the front surface of the light guide plate 12 forms a surface light source which irradiates the light diffusion plate 30 and causes the corresponding operation indication patterns 32 to be illuminated, so as to respectively display the operation indication patterns 32 on the front surface of the light diffusion plate 30, and the display brightness of the operation indication patterns 32 is low. When the household appliance is turned on, the control device controls the first light emitting element 11 and the second light emitting element 121 to emit light, and the brightness of the second light emitting element 121 is high, at this time, the status indicating pattern 31 is illuminated by the light source emitted from the first light emitting element 11, the operation indicating pattern 32 is illuminated by the surface light source emitted from the light guide plate 12, so that the status indicating pattern 31 and the operation indicating pattern 32 are respectively displayed on the front surface of the light diffusion plate 30, and the display brightness of the operation indicating pattern 32 is high.
Other configurations of the household appliance of the above embodiments can be adopted in various technical solutions known by those skilled in the art now and in the future, and will not be described in detail herein.
By adopting the above scheme, the display device 1 of the embodiment of the present application can display the operation indication pattern 32 on the light diffusion plate 30 alone, or display the state indication pattern 31 and the operation indication pattern 32 simultaneously, which is beneficial for the user to identify the current working state of the household appliance, and is beneficial for improving the diversity of the display effect of the display device 1.
