Alternatively, an adjusting member is disposed on each of the first side pressing base 12 and the second side pressing base 13, so as to adjust the distance between the first side pressing base 12 and the second pressing assembly 20 and the distance between the second side pressing base 13 and the second pressing assembly 20 at the same time.
It should be added that the adjusting member may also be a tapered adjusting rod, and an annular truncated cone is disposed at an end of the adjusting rod away from the second press-fit assembly 20, and the limiting end surface is disposed at a side surface of the annular truncated cone facing the second press-fit assembly 20. At this time, the lower pressing plate 102 and the second pressing assembly 20 are both provided with adjusting holes 100, and the adjusting rods are inserted into the adjusting holes 100, so that the limiting end surface is pressed against the first side pressing base 12.

With continued reference to fig. 3-5, the second pressing assembly 20 of the present embodiment includes a base 22 and a pressing cover 23, the pressing cover 23 can be pressed on the base 22, and the pressing channel is disposed between the pressing cover 23 and the base 22. That is, in actual use, when the pressing cover 23 is pressed against the base 22, the sealing ring and the adhesive at the fracture of the sealing ring in the pressing passage can be pressed, and the fracture of the sealing ring can be bonded.
In the present embodiment, the pressing passage includes a third groove 211 and a fourth groove 212, the third groove 211 and the fourth groove 212 are recessed in opposite directions, the third groove 211 is disposed on a side of the pressing cover 23 facing the base 22, and the fourth groove 212 is disposed on a side of the base 22 facing the pressing cover 23.
Specifically, the third groove 211 and the fourth groove 212 are each configured as a semi-arc groove structure so as to be press-fitted with the outer side wall of the seal ring. Wherein the third groove is upwardly concave along the zz 'direction, and the fourth groove is downwardly concave along the zz' direction. When the pressing cover 23 is pressed on the base 22, the third groove 211 is opposite to the fourth groove 212, and the groove cavity of the third groove 211 is opposite to the groove cavity of the fourth groove 212 to jointly form a pressing channel. In practical use, both sides of the fracture of the sealing ring can be embedded into the third groove 211, then the pressing cover 23 is pressed on the base 22, pressing force is applied to the sealing ring through the pressing cover 23, and then the operation of clamping the sealing ring through the pressing cover 23 and the base 22 is achieved.
The number of the pressing channels is multiple, each pressing channel is composed of a group of third grooves 211 and fourth grooves 212, the pressing channels are arranged at intervals along the xx' direction, the diameters of any two adjacent pressing channels are different, and the diameter of each pressing channel is the same as that of the corresponding clamping channel 11, so that the sealing ring repair device is suitable for repairing sealing rings with different diameters. In the present embodiment, the plurality of pressing passages are arranged at intervals of decreasing diameter from the x direction to the x' direction.
The third groove 211 may be disposed on a side of the base 22 facing the gland 23, and at this time, the third groove 211 is recessed downward along the zz' direction; the fourth groove 212 is disposed on a side of the pressing cover 23 facing the base 22, and the fourth groove 212 is recessed upward along the zz' direction.
It should be added that the clamping channel 11 may also be composed of the first groove 111 and the fourth groove 212, in which case the second side pressing base 13 may also be a separate side pressing plate, the bottom surface of which can be pressed against the base 22. The bottom surface of the side pressure plate is provided with a first groove 111, and the first groove 111 can be matched with a fourth groove 212 on the base 22 to clamp the sealing ring.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the repairing device further includes a heating element, the second pressing assembly 20 is provided with a heating hole 24, and the heating element is mounted on a wall of the heating hole 24. The setting of heating member can be to compressing tightly the passageway heat transfer, and then is favorable to the solidification of adhesive, improves solidification efficiency. Wherein, the heating member adopts a heating rod.
In practical use, the number of the heating holes 24 is two, the two heating holes 24 are arranged in a mirror image mode along the axis of the pressing channel, and the axis of each heating hole 24 is arranged at an angle with the axis of the pressing channel. That is, the extended length of the pressing passage is disposed in the yy 'direction, the extended length of the heating hole 24 is disposed in the xx' direction, and the heating hole 24 is disposed at the center of the pressing passage. During the in-service use, one of them heating hole 24 sets up in gland 23, and another heating hole 24 sets up in base 22, and then makes the top and the below that compress tightly the passageway all have the heat for the sealing ring is heated evenly, is more convenient for the adhesive solidification.
Of course, the number of the heating holes 24 may be one, three, or the like, as long as the curing rate of the adhesive can be increased.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the repairing apparatus further includes a temperature probe disposed on the second pressing assembly 20 for detecting a temperature of the pressing channel.
In actual use, the second pressing assembly 20 is provided with a probe hole 25 to facilitate the installation of the temperature probe. Wherein, the quantity of probe hole 25 is two, and two probe holes 25 correspond a heating hole 24 setting respectively, promptly: one of the probe holes 25 is provided in the gland 23 and the other probe hole 25 is provided in the base 22. Such an arrangement further facilitates detection of the amount of heat dissipated by each heating element by the temperature probe. The repairing device further comprises a controller, the temperature probe and the heating element are electrically connected with the controller respectively, the temperature probe can convert detected temperature signals into electric signals to be transmitted to the controller, the controller receives the temperature signals, processes and analyzes the temperature signals, and then sends instruction signals to the heating element to control the heating temperature of the heating element.
It should be noted that how the heating element is heated, how the temperature probe detects the temperature, and how the controller controls the heating element and the temperature probe belong to the existing mature technology, and do not belong to the improvement point of the present application, and therefore, the details are not described again.
As can be seen from the above, the repairing device of the present application is actually used as follows:
before the sealing ring is bonded, the repairing device is disassembled, and the matching surfaces of the repairing device are cleaned by using Weidil detergent (or ethanol), so that each matching surface is clean and free of impurities. And cleaning two sections at the fracture of the sealing ring by using a cleaning agent, coating a vulcanizing agent after cleaning, and standing for a period of time.
After the preparation work is completed, the lower press plate 102 is fixed relative to the base 22, so that the axis of the second groove on the lower press plate 102 coincides with the axis of the fourth groove 212 on the base 22, and a certain gap is provided between the lower press plate 102 and the base 22, so as to facilitate the distance adjustment through the adjusting member. The left fracture side of the sealing ring is embedded into the second groove and the fourth groove 212, and then the upper pressure plate 101 is pressed against the lower pressure plate 102, so that the first groove 111 is opposite to the second groove, and the left fracture side of the sealing ring is pressed by the groove wall of the first groove 111 and the groove wall of the second groove. Next, the right fracture side of the seal ring is inserted into the other side of the fourth groove 212, and then the second side press seat 13 is pressed against the base 22, so that the first groove 111 on the second side press seat 13 is opposite to the fourth groove 212 on the base 22, so as to clamp the right fracture side of the seal ring through the second side press seat 13 and the base 22. Then, the gland 23 is buckled on the base 22, so that the third groove 211 on the gland 23 and the fourth groove 212 on the base 22 form a pressing channel, so as to press the left side and the right side of the fracture of the sealing ring in the pressing channel through the gland 23 and the base 22. Finally, the adjusting member is adjusted to cause the lower press plate 102 to move towards the base 22, and the upper press plate 101 moves synchronously with the lower press plate 102, so that the lower press plate 102 and the upper press plate 101 can be pressed against the base 22 and the gland 23, respectively. At this time, both fracture ends of the seal ring located in the pressing passage can be sufficiently contacted with the adhesive. After the above-described structural assembly is completed, the heating element is inserted into the heating hole 24, and the temperature probe is inserted into the probe hole 25, so that the heating element is electrically energized to heat the adhesive for curing. After the heating is finished, all parts of the repairing device are disassembled, the bonding position of the sealing ring is checked, and the repairing operation of the sealing ring is realized.
In the whole repairing process, the repairing device is only assembled and disassembled to repair the fracture of the sealing ring, the sealing ring is not required to be disassembled relative to equipment, so that the labor and time cost are effectively saved, and the safety risk is reduced. Particularly in emergency, and when no new sealing ring replacement part exists, the repairing device can repair the broken part of the sealing ring, and the purchasing time and purchasing period are obviously reduced.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

the sealing component comprises a first pressing component (10), wherein the first pressing component (10) is provided with a clamping channel (11), and the clamping channel (11) can be clamped at two ends of a fracture part of a sealing element;
the second pressing component (20), the second pressing component (20) is provided with a pressing channel, and the first pressing component (10) can be pressed on the second pressing component (20) so that the clamping channel (11) is communicated with the pressing channel; two ends of the broken part of the sealing element can respectively penetrate through two ends of the clamping channel (11) and are butted in the pressing channel, and the pressing channel is used for pressing the butted sealing element.
2. The prosthetic device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first press-on assembly (10) comprises a first lateral press-on seat (12) and a second lateral press-on seat (13);
the first lateral pressing seat (12) and the second lateral pressing seat (13) are opposite and arranged at two sides of the second pressing component (20) at intervals, the first lateral pressing seat (12) and the second lateral pressing seat (13) can be pressed on the second pressing component (20), and two ends of the clamping channel (11) respectively penetrate through the first lateral pressing seat (12) and the second lateral pressing seat (13);
at least one of the first side pressing seat (12) and the second side pressing seat (13) can move close to and away from the second pressing component (20).

The prosthetic device according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one of said first lateral pressure seat (12) and said second lateral pressure seat (13) comprises an upper pressure plate (101) and a lower pressure plate (102), and said upper pressure plate (101) is pressable against said lower pressure plate (102), said clamping channel (11) being provided between said upper pressure plate (101) and said lower pressure plate (102).

The prosthetic device according to claim 3, characterized in that said clamping channel (11) comprises a first groove (111) and a second groove, said first groove (111) and said second groove being recessed in opposite directions, said first groove (111) being provided on the side of said upper platen (101) facing said lower platen (102), said second groove being provided on the side of said lower platen (102) facing said upper platen (101).
5. The prosthetic device of claim 2, characterized in that the first press-on assembly (10) further comprises an adjustment member;
the adjusting piece penetrates through the first side pressing seat (12) to be connected to the second pressing component (20), and the adjusting piece is used for adjusting the distance between the first side pressing seat (12) and the second pressing component (20); and/or the adjusting piece penetrates through the second side pressing seat (13) to be connected to the second pressing component (20), and the adjusting piece is used for adjusting the distance between the second side pressing seat (13) and the second pressing component (20).
6. The prosthetic device according to claim 5, characterized in that the adjustment element has a limiting end surface which abuts against a side of the first lateral pressure seat (12) and/or the second lateral pressure seat (13) facing away from the second press-on assembly (20).
7. The prosthetic device of claim 1, wherein the second compression assembly (20) comprises a base (22) and a gland (23);
the gland (23) can be pressed on the base (22), and the pressing channel is arranged between the gland (23) and the base (22).

Prosthetic device according to claim 7, characterized in that the compacting channel comprises a third groove (211) and a fourth groove (212), the third groove (211) and the fourth groove (212) being recessed in opposite directions, the third groove (211) being provided on the side of the gland (23) facing the base (22), the fourth groove (212) being provided on the side of the base (22) facing the gland (23).
9. Mending apparatus according to any of the claims 1-8, further comprising a heating element, wherein said second pressing assembly (20) is provided with a heating hole (24), and wherein said heating element is mounted at a wall of said heating hole (24).
10. The prosthetic device according to claim 9, characterized in that said heating holes (24) are two in number, two heating holes (24) being arranged in mirror image with respect to the axis of said compression channel, and the axis of each heating hole (24) being arranged at an angle with respect to the axis of said compression channel.
11. The prosthetic device of claim 9, further comprising a temperature probe disposed at the second compression assembly (20), the temperature probe being configured to detect a temperature of the compression channel.
12. A repaired seal ring for repairing by the repair device of claims 1-11, the seal ring comprising a ring body (30):
the ring body (30) is provided with a first cross section (31) and a second cross section (32), the first cross section (31) and the second cross section (32) are arranged oppositely and at intervals, at least one of the first cross section (31) and the second cross section (32) is coated with a vulcanizing agent layer (40), and an adhesive layer (50) is arranged between the first cross section (31) and the second cross section (32).
