driven by the exhaust fan 6, fresh air enters the fresh air channel 13 of the three-way ventilator 15 from the fresh air inlet 9, a condenser 16 of a cooling air conditioner is adopted to heat the fresh air, exhaust oil smoke and dirty air are heated, oil smoke does not generate grease in the environment, the exhaust channel 1501 of the three-way ventilator 15 is mixed with kitchen dirty air entering the exhaust channel 1501 from an oil smoke and dirty air inlet pipe 1502 in three times, the dirty air is desalted and heated, and then the mixture is exhausted from an oil smoke and dirty air exhaust pipe 3;
the control system comprises a control panel 19, a temperature controller (not shown in the figure) and a lampblack controller (not shown in the figure); the control panel 19 is arranged on the left side of the front panel of the case 1, and the oil smoke controller is arranged in the oil smoke dirty air inlet pipe 1502, so that the oil smoke controller is adopted to control the operation time of the oil smoke heating full-discharge function, and the energy-saving effect of purifying oil smoke consumed energy is reduced to the maximum extent;

(2) as shown in fig. 7-1 to 12 and 19, the fresh air conditioner refrigeration and dehumidification structure comprises a compressor outlet 2001, a four-way reversing valve lower part 2101, a four-way reversing valve left part 2102, a condenser air inlet shunt 1602, a condenser lower outlet 1601, a capillary tube 22, an evaporator return air shunt 2301, an evaporator exhaust pipe 2302, a four-way reversing valve right part 2103, a four-way reversing valve middle part 2104, a compressor return air port 2002, a compressor 20 and a temperature controller (not shown in the figure), which are connected in sequence;
the fresh air conditioner refrigeration structure has a fresh air introducing function, an air curtain closed type oxygen supply combustion-supporting function, a kitchen fresh air oxygen supply function, an indoor dirty air and oil smoke dirty air desalting function, a purified dirty air discharging function and an air conditioner refrigeration function; the air-conditioning refrigeration technology and the full-sealed air curtain 24 realize the combined use of the oil smoke and dirty air full-discharge technology, so that the full-discharge of the kitchen oil smoke and dirty air and the constant-pressure environment for purifying kitchen air are created, an application environment is created for an air conditioner applying constant-temperature dehumidification in a kitchen, and simultaneously, the conditions for the pollution-free full-discharge and cooling dehumidification simultaneous energy-saving use of a fresh air oil smoke conditioning system are provided;
(3) the fresh air exhaust dirty air structure and the fresh air conditioning heating and dehumidifying structure form a fresh air conditioning heating structure, as shown in fig. 8 to fig. 12 and fig. 20, the air conditioning heating and dehumidifying structure is sequentially connected with a compressor outlet 2001, a four-way reversing valve lower part 2101, a four-way reversing valve right part 2103, an evaporator exhaust pipe 2302, an evaporator return air shunt pipe 2301, a capillary tube 22, a condenser 16 lower part, a condenser inlet shunt pipe 1602, a four-way reversing valve left part 2102, a four-way reversing valve middle part 2104, a compressor return air inlet 2002, a compressor 20 and a temperature controller (not shown in the figure);
the fresh air conditioner heating structure has the functions of heating and dehumidifying a kitchen, introducing fresh air and discharging dirty air;
(4) as shown in fig. 8 to 12 and 19, the fresh air-conditioning refrigeration oil smoke exhaust structure is the fresh air-conditioning refrigeration structure + the oil smoke controller;
the cooling air conditioner condenser 16 is adopted to heat the fresh air to heat the exhausted oil smoke and dirty air, so that the oil smoke does not generate grease in the environment, and the concentration of the oil smoke and dirty air can be greatly reduced by heating the fresh air which is 3-10 times of the exhausted oil smoke and dirty air, so that the exhausted outdoor dirty air does not pollute the environment, secondary pollution of the condensed oil is avoided, a re-treatment process of the condensed oil is also avoided, and the problem of kitchen pollution can be completely solved;
the device has the functions of fresh air introduction, air curtain closed oxygen supply combustion supporting, fresh air supply for a kitchen, desalination treatment of indoor dirty air and oil smoke dirty air, purification and discharge of heating dirty air, cooling and dehumidification of cold air and the like;
(5) as shown in fig. 8 to 12 and fig. 20, the fresh air conditioner heating and oil smoke exhausting structure is the fresh air conditioner heating structure plus the oil smoke controller; because the heating function has no heating function on the oil smoke and dirty air, when the oil smoke controller detects that oil smoke is generated during heating operation, the air-conditioning heating operation is changed into cooling operation, and only when the air-conditioning cooling operation is performed, the oil smoke and dirty air heating function is realized;
the device has the functions of fresh air introduction, air curtain closed oxygen supply and combustion supporting, kitchen fresh air supply and oxygen supply, indoor dirty air and oil smoke dirty air desalination, dirty air heating purification and emission and warm air heating and dehumidification; in the heating operation, when the oil smoke is detected to be generated, the four-way reversing valve 21 is powered on, the air-conditioning cooling operation is changed, and the condenser 16 can heat, desalt and discharge the oil smoke polluted air;
(6) as shown in fig. 8 to 12 and fig. 19 to 20, the automatic control structure is a fresh air exhaust structure, a fresh air conditioning refrigeration dehumidification structure, a fresh air conditioning heating dehumidification structure, a temperature controller and a lampblack controller, and is actually a complete structure of a kitchen fresh air conditioning range hood;
fresh air conditioner refrigeration dehumidification structure forms fresh air conditioner refrigeration mode A, fresh air conditioner heats dehumidification structure and forms fresh air conditioner heating mode B, fresh air blowdown wind structure forms fresh air exhaust air mode C, fresh air conditioner refrigeration oil extraction cigarette structure forms fresh air conditioner refrigeration oil extraction cigarette mode D, and fresh air conditioner heats the oil extraction cigarette structure and forms fresh air conditioner heating oil extraction cigarette mode E, and the automatic control structure forms automatic mode F.
The working mechanism is shown in fig. 21 and 22, and specifically includes:
(1) generation of kitchen pollution: the combustion of a kitchen stove, the oxygen consumption of the respiration of a chef, the pollution of volatile gas generated by building materials and furniture, the high heat pollution of oil fume steam generated by heating food and the pollution of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and carbon ash generated by combustion;
(2) the kitchen wind curtain 24 type fresh air introducing oxygen supply device is characterized in that a compressor 20 is not opened, and fresh air enters a kitchen from a fresh air inlet 9 through a fresh air channel 13 and then respectively enters a fresh air outlet 11 and an air curtain outlet 12 to supply oxygen under the drive of a fresh air fan 10;
(3) the dirty wind of pollution such as the kitchen cooking utensils 31 is totally exhausted in the closed type, the compressor 20 is not opened, under the drive of the exhaust fan 6, the dirty wind produced in the kitchen cooking utensils 31, in the channel of the closed type wind curtain, through the oil smoke cover 4, enter the dirty wind inlet pipe 1502 through the blast gate 7, pass the exhaust channel 1501, discharge by the oil smoke dirty wind calandria 3;
(4) the condensing and heating fresh air of the air conditioner heats and neutralizes and desalts the exhausted oil smoke and dirty air, wherein the compressor 20 is opened, the oil smoke controller is opened, the fresh air is driven by the exhaust fan 6 to heat the fresh air from the fresh air inlet 9 and the condenser 16 of the cooling air conditioner is adopted in the fresh air channel 13, the exhausted oil smoke and dirty air are heated, the oil smoke does not generate grease in the environment, the grease is mixed with the kitchen dirty air entering the exhaust channel 1501 through the dirty air inlet pipe 1502 in three times, the dirty air is desalinized, and the oil smoke and dirty air is exhausted through the oil smoke and dirty air exhaust pipe 3; the concentration of the desalted oil smoke, namely the polluted air oil smoke is reduced, the air quality emission standard is achieved, and the influence on human health is avoided. The heating oil smoke and dirty air can be discharged remotely, and the diluted oil smoke and dirty air is discharged into the atmosphere in the kitchen for continuous dilution and desalination, is easy to be absorbed by the atmosphere or deposited in the field, and has no pollution capability.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the oil smoke dirty air discharging system, the partition plate 5 is transversely disposed at the middle lower part of the air discharging cylinder 2, the exhaust fan 6 is disposed in the air discharging cylinder 2 and above the partition plate 5, the air valve 7 includes an air valve electromagnetic valve 701 and an air valve blade 702, the electromagnetic valve is disposed at one side of the oil smoke dirty air inlet pipe 1502, and the air valve blade 702 is disposed in the oil smoke dirty air inlet pipe 1502 and at the dirty air inlet; the air exhaust channel 1501, the exhaust fan 6 and the oil fume and dirty air exhaust pipe 3 are shared by an air conditioning condenser 16 heated air external circulation system and an oil fume and dirty air exhaust system;
the oil smoke sewage air inlet pipe 1502 forms oil smoke sewage air flow; the partition plate 5 blocks the oil smoke dirty air from entering air, the oil smoke dirty air can only pass through the oil smoke dirty air inlet pipe 1502 and the electric air valve 7, and the electric air valve 7 has the functions of adjusting the air inlet amount of the oil smoke dirty air and closing an oil smoke dirty air channel in the oil smoke dirty air inlet pipe 1502 and can also prevent the oil smoke dirty air from polluting an electromagnetic controller of the air valve 7;
the fresh air heated by the air conditioner condenser 16 is mixed with the exhausted oil smoke exhaust air in the exhaust channel 1501, the diluted oil smoke exhaust air flow is formed in the oil smoke exhaust air pipe 3, and the diluted oil smoke exhaust air flow is exhausted to the outside through the oil smoke exhaust air pipe 3 under the action of the exhaust fan 6; the cooling fresh air volume of the air conditioning condenser 16 is compatible with the oil smoke discharge air volume, and the air volume difference is controlled by an electric air valve 7.

a large amount of fresh air enters the range hood through the heating of the air conditioner condenser 16 under the action of the exhaust fan 6, and meanwhile, the fresh air assists in combustion to generate carbon dioxide, water vapor, high temperature, oil smoke and other polluted gases, under the action of the external air curtain 24, the high temperature polluted air can only rise to the port of the range hood in a closed manner, and enters the exhaust channel 1501 from the oil smoke polluted air inlet pipe 1502 and the air valve 7 to be converged with the fresh air entering the exhaust channel 1501, the fresh air desalts the polluted air by 300 percent to form a diluted oil smoke polluted air flow which passes through the exhaust fan 6, and under the action of a chimney effect and the exhaust fan 6, the diluted oil smoke polluted air flow is exhausted to the exhaust pipe 32 of the kitchen through the; the concentration of the oil smoke of the polluted air is reduced by desalting treatment, and the ratio of the concentration content difference to the original concentration of the oil smoke is equivalent to the purification efficiency of the air purifier. (2) the fresh air conditioner refrigeration and dehumidification structure comprises a compressor outlet, a four-way reversing valve lower part, a four-way reversing valve left part, a condenser air inlet flow dividing pipe, a condenser lower outlet, a capillary pipe, an evaporator return air dividing pipe, an evaporator exhaust pipe, a four-way reversing valve right part, a four-way reversing valve middle part, a compressor return air port, a compressor and a temperature controller which are connected in sequence;

(3) the fresh air exhaust dirty air structure and the fresh air conditioning heating and dehumidifying structure form a fresh air conditioning heating structure, and the air conditioning heating and dehumidifying structure is sequentially connected with a compressor outlet, the lower part of a four-way reversing valve, the right part of the four-way reversing valve, an evaporator exhaust pipe, an evaporator return air shunt pipe, a capillary pipe, the lower part of a condenser, a condenser inlet air shunt pipe, the left part of the four-way reversing valve, the middle part of the four-way reversing valve, a compressor return air port, a compressor and a temperature controller;
the fresh air conditioner heating structure has the functions of heating and dehumidifying a kitchen, introducing fresh air and discharging dirty air;
(4) the fresh air conditioner refrigeration oil fume exhaust structure is a fresh air conditioner refrigeration structure and an oil fume controller;
the device has the functions of fresh air introduction, air curtain closed oxygen supply combustion supporting, fresh air supply for a kitchen, desalination treatment of indoor dirty air and oil smoke dirty air, heating dirty air purification and discharge, and cooling and dehumidifying;
