when the ambient temperature is higher than 27 ℃, the direct exhaust mode of the oil smoke and the dirty wind can be selected, and the direct exhaust mode of the oil smoke and the dirty wind is as follows: opening a fresh air fan (not shown in the figure), opening the range hood 6, opening the oil smoke direct exhaust valve 1101, and closing the oil smoke purification air valve 1102 to directly exhaust oil smoke polluted air by the range hood 6 according to the following route: the range hood 6, the oil smoke outlet pipe 7, the oil smoke direct exhaust valve 1101, the oil smoke direct exhaust pipe 2 and outside the kitchen.
As shown in fig. 3-2, the oil smoke and dirty air is discharged in an oil smoke purification and discharge mode, when the temperature is lower than 27 ℃, the discharged oil smoke can generate condensed oil inside and outside the kitchen, and the oil smoke and dirty air in the kitchen can be discharged in the oil smoke purification and discharge mode; the oil smoke purification and emission mode is as follows: opening smoke ventilator 6, closing the direct exhaust valve 1101 of oil smoke, opening oil smoke purification air valve 1102, opening the new trend system, opening new trend clarifier 13 and constant temperature dehumidification heat pump refrigerating system's deoiling cigarette heating mode, the oil smoke dirty wind that produces in the kitchen this moment can be under the nursing of new trend air curtain, go on according to the following route: the smoke exhaust ventilator 6, the oil smoke outlet pipe 7, the oil smoke purifying air valve 1102, the oil smoke purifying exhaust pipe 8 are discharged to an outdoor unit 9 of an air conditioner oil remover for oil removal treatment.

As shown in fig. 10-1, 10-2, 15-1, and 15-2, the fresh air-lampblack exhaust-lampblack removal mode, i.e., the oil removal mode, needs to operate in three modes simultaneously to achieve the oil removal effect, and operates in the oil removal mode and the lampblack exhaust function under the condition that the fresh air introduction function is normal; the fresh air-oil smoke exhaust-oil smoke removal mode is an oil removal mode, and comprises an oil removal operation mode of the oil removal mode and an oil melting operation mode of the oil removal mode;
the oil removing operation of the oil removing mode is started when the kitchen stove is operated in one day, the oil melting operation of the oil removing mode is started after the stove is used up all day, and the oil removing mode is automatically closed after the oil melting operation is finished, so that the kitchen stove is converted into the fresh air mode; when the oil removing mode is used for oil removing operation, although the indoor evaporator 105 has a little refrigerating effect, the cold quantity only has natural convection cooling effect because the indoor unit fan B103 is closed, and the indoor evaporator is only used for balancing heat generated by a stove;

the outdoor unit of the oil remover of the air conditioner consists of a heat pump air conditioning system and a heat pump oil removing system, the heat pump air conditioning system and the heat pump oil removing system share one compressor, an evaporator, a condenser and an oil remover, and the refrigerating condensate oil and the heating melt oil of the oil remover are subjected to conversion control by two four-way electromagnetic reversing valves A, a four-way electromagnetic reversing valve B, an electromagnetic valve A, an electromagnetic valve B and two sets of throttling systems; the whole machine system is a split type double heat pump air conditioner, an evaporator is arranged in a kitchen, a condenser and an oil remover are arranged in an outdoor unit, oil smoke polluted air is led to the oil remover in the outdoor unit outside the kitchen, the low-temperature polluted air after oil removal is mixed with outdoor fresh air to cool the condenser, and the low-temperature energy of the oil smoke polluted air is recovered;
the air conditioner oil remover system is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner constant-temperature dehumidification and oil removal system, namely an oil fume dirty air purification and constant-temperature dehumidification heat pump refrigeration system;
the functional operation modes of the air conditioner oil remover system comprise an air conditioner refrigeration dehumidification mode, namely a refrigeration mode, an air conditioner heating dehumidification mode, namely a heating mode, an oil removal operation mode of an oil removal mode, an oil melting operation mode of the oil removal mode, an oil removal operation mode of the refrigeration oil removal mode, an oil melting operation mode of the refrigeration oil removal mode, an oil removal operation mode of the heating oil removal mode and an oil melting operation mode of the heating oil removal mode.

the fresh air purifier adopts a high-efficiency filtering purifier or a micro-electrostatic purifier;
the fresh air curtain outlet is arranged at the periphery of the range hood, the air port is downward, and an air curtain air deflector which is inclined outwards by 0-30 degrees is arranged at the inner side of the fresh air curtain outlet.

The combined fresh air and lampblack purifying air conditioning unit for the kitchen as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the oil smoke direct-exhausting pipe penetrates through the outer wall, the indoor end of the oil smoke direct-exhausting pipe is connected with the oil smoke direct-exhausting air valve, and the outdoor end of the oil smoke direct-exhausting pipe extends out of the kitchen; oil smoke and dirty air are discharged in a direct exhaust mode;
