The device comprises a fresh air purifying shell 1, an air inlet 2, a cleaning solution 3, a cleaning fan 4, a cleaning water pump 5, a cleaning nozzle 6, a cleaning air outlet 7, a fresh air purifying air outlet pipe 8, a gas-water separating device 9, a dustproof filter 10, an electric heater 11, an outdoor rainproof air inlet 12, an outdoor air inlet pipe 13, an outdoor dustproof air inlet filter 14, an outdoor air quantity adjusting valve 15, a tap water injection valve 16, a sewage discharge valve 17, a water source heat pump unit 23, a refrigeration compressor 24, a condenser 25, an expansion valve 26, an evaporator 27, a heat pump output circulating water pump 28 and a heat pump output end device 29. Wherein, one end of the water side of the evaporator 27 is connected with at least one washing nozzle 6, and the other end is communicated with the bottom of the fresh air purifying shell 1 through a washing water pump 5;
when the heat pump is used for refrigeration and heating, the heat pump output end device 29 can be a fan coil or a radiator;
when the heat pump is used for producing domestic hot water, the heat pump output end device 29 may be a water storage tank.
The embodiment of fig. 6 utilizes the principle of the fresh air purification process and the heat exchange action between the washing water and the air, and the fresh air purification system has the function of extracting air energy, provides heat source water source operation for the water source heat pump, and then supplies heat for room heating through the water source heat pump. In this embodiment, if the water source heat pump is used for heating, the heat pump output end device 29 can be a fan coil or a radiator; if domestic hot water is needed, the heat pump output end device 29 can be a heat preservation water tank. The embodiment is very suitable for places without heating facilities. The rest is exactly the same as in fig. 3.
Fig. 7 shows a new air purifying device with a cold and hot air heat pump according to the present invention. The device comprises a fresh air purifying shell 1, an air inlet 2, a cleaning solution 3, a cleaning fan 4, a cleaning water pump 5, a cleaning nozzle 6, a cleaning air outlet 7, a fresh air purifying air outlet pipe 8, a gas-water separating device 9, a dustproof filter 10, an electric heater 11, an outdoor rainproof air inlet 12, an outdoor air inlet pipe 13, an outdoor dustproof air inlet filter 14, an outdoor air quantity adjusting valve 15, a tap water injection valve 16, a sewage discharge valve 17, a refrigeration compressor 24, an expansion valve 26, a cold and hot air type heat pump unit 30, a cold and hot air output heat exchanger 31, an indoor air conditioner fan 32 and a condensation evaporation heat exchanger 33. Wherein, one end of the water side of the condensation and evaporation heat exchanger 33 is connected with at least one washing nozzle 6, and the other end is communicated with the bottom of the fresh air purifying shell 1 through a washing water pump 5.
Fig. 7 is identical to fig. 6 except for the heat pump output mode. The embodiment outputs cold air and hot air to carry out air conditioning operation indoors. The rest is exactly the same as in fig. 3.
Fig. 8 shows a heat pump heating washing water type air purifying fresh air device according to the present invention. The device comprises a purified fresh air shell 1, an air inlet 2, a cleaning solution 3, a purification fan 4, a washing water pump 5, a washing nozzle 6, a purified air outlet 7, a purified fresh air outlet pipe 8, a gas-water separation device 9, a dustproof filter 10, an electric heater 11, an outdoor rainproof air inlet 12, an outdoor air inlet pipe 13, an outdoor dustproof air inlet filter 14, an outdoor air quantity adjusting valve 15, a tap water injection valve 16, a sewage discharge valve 17, a water source heat pump unit 23, a refrigeration compressor 24, a condenser 25, an expansion valve 26, an evaporator 27, a heat pump output circulating water pump 28, a heat pump output end device 29, a washing water heating heat exchanger 34 and a washing water heating circulating pump 35.
Wherein, one end of the water side of the evaporator 27 is connected with at least one washing nozzle 6, and the other end is communicated with the bottom of the fresh air purifying shell 1 through a washing water pump 5;
the two ends of the primary side of the washing water heating heat exchanger 34 are both communicated with the bottom of the purified fresh air shell 1, and the two ends of the secondary side of the washing water heating heat exchanger 34 are connected in series in an output loop of the water source heat pump unit 23.
The embodiment of fig. 8 is configured with a washing water heating heat exchanger 34 and a washing water heating circulation pump 35 in the water source heat pump output circuit, and heats the washing water using the heating water, which aims to heat the washing water using the high-efficiency energy-saving heating water instead of the electric heater 11 because the heat pump heating saves energy compared with the electric heating. The rest is exactly the same as in fig. 6.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of the structure and assembly of a washing nozzle assembly according to the present invention. The water washing type air purification fresh air system comprises a nozzle 6 for spraying water mist to the horizontal direction and a nozzle 6 for spraying water mist downwards. The specific arrangement of the nozzles 6 is shown in fig. 9, which is illustrated in fig. 9-1, wherein a corresponding number of washing nozzles 6 are arranged horizontally in a spray header to form a horizontal spray washing zone. In FIG. 9-1, the washing nozzles (a), (g) arranged horizontally and axially opposite to each other are symmetrically arranged, the washing nozzles (b), (f) are symmetrically arranged, the washing nozzles (c), (e) are symmetrically arranged, and the washing nozzles (d), (h) are symmetrically arranged. In FIG. 9-2, the fan-shaped water mist sprayed from the nozzles (i), (j), (k), (l), (m) and (n) is sprayed downward to seal the space opposite to the vertical downward vertical surface, so that no water mist cavity can appear, and the polluted air can not escape from the washing. If the spray angle of the water mist cannot be fully covered due to the arrangement of the washing nozzles, and the water mist holes appear, the number of the washing nozzles can be properly increased to realize the full coverage of the water mist, so that the horizontal and downward washing effects are improved. At least one group of washing nozzle assemblies 6 shown in FIG. 9 are installed from top to bottom according to the requirement of purification precision, and when the requirement of purification precision is higher, multiple groups of washing nozzle assemblies 6 can be installed for realization.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A water washing type air purification fresh air system is characterized by comprising a purification fresh air shell (1), an air inlet (2), a cleaning solution (3), at least one purification fan (4), a cleaning water pump (5), at least one cleaning nozzle (6) and a purification air outlet (7);
the purification air outlet (7) is arranged at the upper part of the purification fresh air shell (1), the air inlet (2) is arranged at the lower part of the purification fresh air shell (1), and the at least one purification fan (4) is used for providing power for air to circulate from the air inlet (2) to the purification air outlet (7);
the washing water pump (5) is communicated with at least one washing nozzle (6) through a pipeline, and the washing liquid (3) is circulated under the action of the washing water pump;
the lower end of the inner cavity of the purified fresh air shell (1) is provided with an electric heater (11);
an air inlet pipeline interface is arranged at the air inlet (2), an air inlet pipeline is connected to the air inlet pipeline interface, and an outdoor rainproof air inlet or curtain (12), an outdoor air inlet pipe (13), an outdoor dustproof air inlet filter (14) and an outdoor air volume adjusting valve (15) are arranged in the air inlet pipeline;
the indoor air-conditioning system also comprises a fresh air snakelike finned tube surface cooling type heat recovery heat exchanger (18), an indoor exhaust fan (19), an indoor exhaust air pipe (21), an indoor rainproof louver type exhaust outlet or curtain (20) and an indoor exhaust filter (22); one half of the snakelike finned tube surface-cooled heat recovery heat exchanger (18) is an indoor air discharge channel, and the other half is an outdoor fresh air inlet channel;
a shell is arranged outside the fresh air snakelike finned tube surface cooling type heat recovery heat exchanger (18), an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity which are mutually independent are formed inside the shell, an indoor air exhaust pipe (21) is arranged at one end of the air outlet cavity, and an indoor rainproof louvered air outlet or curtain (20) is arranged at the other end of the air outlet cavity; one end of the air inlet cavity is provided with an outdoor rainproof air inlet or curtain (12), and the other end of the air inlet cavity is connected with an outdoor air volume adjusting valve (15) through an outdoor air inlet pipe (13);
one end of the water side of the fresh air snakelike finned tube surface cooling type heat recovery heat exchanger (18) is connected with at least one washing nozzle (6), and the other end of the fresh air snakelike finned tube surface cooling type heat recovery heat exchanger is communicated with the bottom of the purified fresh air shell (1) through a washing water pump (5).

The water washing type air purification fresh air system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the purification fresh air shell (1) is provided with at least one purification fresh air outlet pipe (8), the purification fresh air outlet pipe (8) is communicated with the inner cavity of the purification fresh air shell (1), and the purification air outlet (7) is arranged at the end of the purification fresh air outlet pipe (8).
3. The water washing type air purification fresh air system according to claim 2, characterized in that: the upper end of the inner cavity of the fresh air purifying shell (1) is provided with a gas-water separation device (9);
a dust removal filter is arranged at the air inlet (2);
the purification fresh air outlet pipe (8) is internally provided with a plurality of air outlet branch pipes which are arranged side by side.
4. The water washing type air purification fresh air system according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the indoor air exhaust pipes (21) are correspondingly provided with a plurality of air exhaust pipes according to the number of rooms, and the tail ends of the air exhaust pipes are provided with air exhaust openings.
5. The water-washing type air purification fresh air system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: comprises a nozzle (6) for spraying water mist towards the horizontal direction and a nozzle (6) for spraying water mist downwards.
