本实用新型涉及一种电气辅助安全用具的设计领域,更具体地说,它涉及用橡胶做成的一种新的电气辅助安全用具。
背景技术
绝缘鞋是从事电气工作的人必须穿戴的一种电气辅助安全用具,本实用新型采用绝缘鞋垫来弥补或取代绝缘鞋的作用。
现有的绝缘鞋与绝缘鞋垫比较,绝缘鞋存在以下几点弊端:费材料、不经济、使用不灵活。
发明内容
本实用新型涉及的绝缘鞋垫,它由防滑层、绝缘层、耐磨防滑层组成;使用时用于垫在同鞋码的鞋子内部,其中绝缘鞋垫的防滑层材料为丁苯橡胶或天然橡胶;绝缘鞋垫的绝缘层,其材料为天然橡胶或丁苯橡胶,厚度按:防低压500V对应5mm厚、防高压10kV对应8mm 厚两种;绝缘鞋垫的耐磨防滑层,其材料为天然橡胶或丁苯橡胶。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示绝缘鞋垫由防滑层3、绝缘层2、耐磨防滑层1组成;其中绝缘鞋垫的绝缘层的厚度按:防低压500V对应5mm厚、防高压10kV对应8mm厚;绝缘鞋垫的防滑层和耐磨防滑层的材质与绝缘层相同,采用天然橡胶或丁苯橡胶为材料;使用时,根据需要选择合适尺码的绝缘鞋垫,垫于鞋子内部。
