一种地毯刷
技术领域
本实用新型属于地毯清洁用品的技术领域，尤其涉及一种地毯刷。
背景技术
家庭、宾馆等场所的地毯上，不可避免地要散落上一些纤维、毛发及线头。这些杂物与地毯的绒毛粘联在一起，用吸尘器不容易吸起来。用普通的刷子刷，需要人蹲下进行操作，费时费力，效果也不理想，而且扬起的灰尘易进入口鼻，影响清洁工的身体健康。为此有人发明了如一专利号为ZL92223341.1(公告号为CN21149821U)的中国实用新型专利《能除去纤维、生发的地毯刷》披露了这样一种地毯刷，其由把手和刷子所组成，刷子的刷毛一端固定，另一端呈弯钩状。这种地毯刷将刷子连接在把手的下端，这样清洁工就可以站立对地毯清洁，操作相对轻松，且扬起的灰尘相对不易进入口鼻。然这种刷子都为硬性连接，即刷地毯时，刷毛吃入地毯的深度较深且不能改变，众所周知，刷毛的吃入深度越深，刷毛所受阻力越大，刷起来就越费劲，因此现有这种带把手的地毯刷操作起来还是比较费劲，还可作进一步改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种刷毛吃入地毯的深度可改变的地毯刷，该地毯刷使得清洁地毯操作更轻顺省力。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种地毯刷，包括把手及连接在把手下端的刷子部分，其特征在于：所述刷子部分包括刷架及带有刷毛的刷棍，所述刷架连接在把手的下端，刷架的左右两端各设有支撑滚轮，刷架内具有下端开口的容置腔，所述刷棍约束在容置腔内并能上下滑移，所述容置腔内还设有作用于刷棍的弹性件，该弹性件使刷棍保持下移趋势以让刷棍上的刷毛向外显露出支撑滚轮的外周面，刷毛的最下端与支撑滚轮的外周面之间有一个间距。
作为优选，上述容置腔的左右内壁开有竖向设置的导向槽，所述刷棍的左右端面设有插入所述导向槽内并能上下滑移的导向筋，导向槽的下端设有用以对导向筋进行下限位的搁置部。通过导向槽与导向筋的导向配合，确保刷棍仅能上下滑移，当然也可采用其它类似的约束结构。
为方便刷棍装入容置腔并使导向筋置于导向槽内，上述容置腔的左右壁具有一定塑性变形能力，所述搁置部的底面为导向斜面，所述导向筋的顶部为与所述第一导向斜面配合的第二导向斜面。安装时，只需将刷棍自下而上挤入容置腔内即可完成安装。
进一步改进，上述刷棍的顶部具有开口朝上的凹腔，凹腔内底面具有两根向上凸起的立柱，立柱上开有导向孔，所述刷架的内顶面具有两根向下延伸的导向柱，导向柱插入导向孔内并能上下滑移。导向柱与导向孔的导向配合进一步确保刷棍仅能上下滑移。
作为选择，上述弹性件为弹簧，套设在导向柱外，弹簧的上端抵靠在刷架的内顶面，弹簧的下端抵靠在立柱的顶部周面。当然弹簧还可设于导向孔内弹簧的上端顶持在导向柱的底面，弹簧的下端顶持在导向孔的底面。
作为优选，上述刷棍呈圆柱状，所述刷毛布置在刷棍的下半部周面上，这样刷棍可以在前后方向上均可刷地毯，且刷毛呈圆周方向布置，使得圆周面上的刷毛与地毯的吃入深度有所不同，更利于刮刷地毯。
进一步改进，上述刷棍的上部固定有沿刷棍垂直于地面方向上的中轴面前后对称设置的两个用以遮挡灰尘的遮盖。遮盖的设置有效防止从地毯上刷起的赃物飞溅，使用更卫生，遮盖还起到装饰作用。
更进一步改进，上述刷棍上的刷毛分为两种不同硬度的刷毛，两种不同硬度的刷毛沿刷棍垂直于地面方向上的中轴面前后对称设置。不同硬度的刷毛可以适应不同材质的地毯。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：本地毯刷将刷棍设置成浮动结构，如在刷棍最外伸状态下(此时刷毛外露的长度最长)，刷毛吃入地毯的深度最深，刮刷地毯操作会很费力，这时，只需下压把手，让支撑滚轮与地毯接触，促使刷棍相对刷架上移(此时刷毛外露的长度变短)，即刷毛吃入地毯的深度变浅，让地毯的刮刷更轻松。

以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1～5所示，为本实用新型的一个优选实施例。
一种地毯刷，包括把手1及连接在把手1下端的刷子部分。
本实用新型的主要改进点在于：刷子部分包括刷架2及带有刷毛31的刷棍3，刷架2采用螺纹连接的方式连接在把手的下端，刷架2的左右两端面的轴上各设有一能滚动的支撑滚轮4。
刷棍3呈圆柱状，刷毛31布置在刷棍的下半部周面上。刷棍3的上部固定有沿刷棍垂直于地面方向上的中轴面前后对称设置的两个用以遮挡灰尘的遮盖6。刷棍3上的刷毛31分为两种不同硬度的刷毛，两种不同硬度的刷毛31沿刷棍3的垂直于地面方向上的中轴面前后对称设置。
刷架2内具有下端开口的容置腔21，所述刷棍3约束在容置腔21内并能上下滑移。容置腔21的左右内壁开有竖向设置的导向槽22，所述刷棍3的左右端面设有插入所述导向槽22内并能上下滑移的导向筋32，导向槽22的下端设有用以对导向筋32进行下限位的搁置部23。容置腔21的左右壁具有一定塑性变形能力，搁置部23的底面为导向斜面231，导向筋32的顶部为与所述第一导向斜面231配合的第二导向斜面321。
容置腔21内还设有作用于刷棍3的弹性件5，该弹性件5使刷棍3保持下移趋势以让刷棍3上的刷毛31向外显露出支撑滚轮4的外周面，刷毛31的最下端与支撑滚轮4的外周面之间有一个间距d，该间距d为刷毛吃入地毯的深度。
刷棍3的顶部具有开口朝上的凹腔33，凹腔33内底面具有两根向上凸起的立柱34，立柱34上开有导向孔341，刷架2的内顶面具有两根向下延伸的导向柱24，导向柱24插入导向孔341内并能上下滑移。本实施例中的弹性件5为弹簧，套设在导向柱外，弹簧的上端抵靠在刷架的内顶面，弹簧的下端抵靠在立柱的顶部周面。
刷棍3的垂直于地面方向上的中轴面与立柱34的中轴线所确定的平面为同一平面。
本地毯刷将刷棍3设置成浮动结构，如在刷棍3最外伸状态下(此时刷毛31外露的长度最长)，刷毛31吃入地毯的深度最深，刮刷地毯操作会很费力，这时，只需下压把手1，让支撑滚轮4与地毯接触，促使刷棍3相对刷架2上移(此时刷毛31外露的长度变短)，即刷毛吃入地毯的深度变浅，让地毯的刮刷更轻松。

1.一种地毯刷，包括把手(1)及连接在把手(1)下端的刷子部分，其特征在于：所述刷子部分包括刷架(2)及带有刷毛(31)的刷棍(3)，所述刷架(2)连接在把手的下端，刷架(2)的左右两端各设有支撑滚轮(4)，刷架(2)内具有下端开口的容置腔(21)，所述刷棍(3)约束在容置腔(21)内并能上下滑移，所述容置腔(21)内还设有作用于刷棍(3)的弹性件(5)，该弹性件(5)使刷棍(3)保持下移趋势以让刷棍(3)上的刷毛(31)向外显露出支撑滚轮(4)的外周面，刷毛(31)的最下端与支撑滚轮(4)的外周面之间有一个间距(d)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述容置腔(21)的左右内壁开有竖向设置的导向槽(22)，所述刷棍(3)的左右端面设有插入所述导向槽(22)内并能上下滑移的导向筋(32)，导向槽(22)的下端设有用以对导向筋(32)进行下限位的搁置部(23)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述容置腔(21)的左右壁具有一定塑性变形能力，所述搁置部(23)的底面为第一导向斜面(231)，所述导向筋(32)的顶部为与所述第一导向斜面(231)配合的第二导向斜面(321)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述刷棍(3)的顶部具有开口朝上的凹腔(33)，凹腔(33)内底面具有两根向上凸起的立柱(34)，立柱(34)上开有导向孔(341)，所述刷架(2)的内顶面具有两根向下延伸的导向柱(24)，导向柱(24)插入导向孔(341)内并能上下滑移。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述弹性件(5)为弹簧，套设在导向柱外，弹簧的上端抵靠在刷架(2)的内顶面，弹簧的下端抵靠在立柱(34)的顶部周面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述弹性件(5)为弹簧，设于导向孔内弹簧的上端顶持在导向柱(24)的底面，弹簧的下端顶持在导向孔(341)的底面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述刷棍(3)呈圆柱状，所述刷毛(31)布置在刷棍(3)的下半部周面上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述刷棍(3)的上部固定有沿刷棍(3)垂直于地面方向上的中轴面前后对称设置的两个用以遮挡灰尘的遮盖(6)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的地毯刷，其特征在于：所述刷棍(3)上的刷毛(31)分为两种不同硬度的刷毛，两种不同硬度的刷毛(31)沿刷棍(3)垂直于地面方向上的中轴面前后对称设置。
