自净、防火型吸排油烟机是由风机(2)、金属壳体 (1)和自净、防火装置组成，其特征是，在风机(2)下 侧，有导烟板(4)、水槽(5)、水泵(6)和喷嘴(8)构成自 净、防火装置，水泵(6)不断喷射含有除油剂的水，确 保机内干净，免除清洗劳累，不积聚油垢，安全防火， 即使爆炒时油雾爆燃，明火进入机内，也会被立刻熄 灭，进入机内油烟，经水喷溅，能得到净化。此外，导 烟板(4)也使噪音有所降低。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种家用厨房吸排油烟机。
家用厨房吸排油烟机存在这样的问题，无论排油系统怎样完善，即使可以绝对避免往机外漏油，但都不能避免机内油垢积聚，而清理油垢是一件十分讨厌的事，机内积油在所难免。这样，就存在导致风机的叶轮重量增加，引起风量减少，噪声增大，甚至电动机过载烧毁等毛病，遇到炒锅起火爆燃时，可能引起机内燃烧，存在火灾危险。国内外已有多起这种火灾实例，引起消防部门的注意。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种自净、防火型吸排油烟机，它能在运行时自行洗净，不沾油不积垢，既不用频繁拆洗，并且可以避免火灾发生。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在排烟机的风机下侧，装一块导烟板、一个水槽、水泵和喷咀，构成油烟清洗、防火装置。水泵装在水槽内，由导管连接水泵与喷咀，将加有除油剂的水不断喷射，水由叶片溅向机壳，然后由风机入口落入导烟板，流回水槽，循环清洗，确保机内干净，进入机内油烟，经水喷溅，得到净化，即使油烟里有明火进入机内，也会被立刻熄灭，安全防火。
本实用新型只增加一块导烟板、一个水槽、水泵和喷咀，水泵随机装在水槽内，结构紧凑。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及附图1（剖面图）给出。
吸排油烟机的风机（2）装在壳体（1）内，风机下侧装有导烟板（4）和水槽（5），泵（6）置水槽（5）内，导管（7）连接喷咀（8）和泵（6）。风机（2）启动时，泵（6）同时启动，烟气自导烟板（4）前方和后方吸入机内，水泵（6）将有压水经喷咀（8）由风机（2）入口处向机内喷射，并由叶轮甩到风机壳体（3）内部再落至水槽板（4）流回水槽（5）。水将风机（2）和导烟板（4）洗净，油烟也与水充分接触而脱油。

1、自净、防火型吸排油烟机，由壳体、风机、照明灯具和油烟清洗、防火装置组成，其特征在于风机下侧装有油烟清洗，防火装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述装置，其特征是油烟清洗、防火装置由导烟板、水槽、水泵和喷咀组成；
3、根据权利要求1所述装置，其特征是水泵和喷咀由导管连接起来；
4、根据权利要求1、2和3所述装置，其特征是水泵随机装在水槽内。
