本实用新型涉及一种建筑机械辅助设备，具体涉及一种水泥灌浆设备。
背景技术
目前的建筑施工作业中，钻孔过程同时需要通过钻杆往桩孔内灌入水泥浆，灌入水泥浆的工作一般由水泥搅拌站来完成。缺点是，在完成灌浆作业后，需要将水泥搅拌桶内的水泥浆倒掉，然后再加入清水进行钻杆内部的水清洗，不仅浪费水泥浆并且污染环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是在于提供一种专用于建筑施工的桩基灌浆，同时方便进行钻杆内部的自动水清洗，避免水泥浆浪费及环境污染的水泥灌浆设备。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实施的：
水泥灌浆设备，其特征在于：包括上水泥搅拌桶和下储浆桶，上水泥搅拌桶、下储浆桶内均设有搅拌装置，上水泥搅拌桶设有底部出料口对着下储浆桶的顶部进料口，下储浆桶的一侧设有泥浆泵，泥浆泵的进浆管与下储浆桶的出浆管相通，进浆管与出浆管之间设有冲洗接头，冲洗接头与出浆管的相接部位设有第一控制阀，冲洗接头与进水管相接，冲洗接头与进水管的相接部位设有第二控制阀。
上述技术方案的水泥灌浆设备，是这样进行灌浆工作的：水泥、沙子和水在水泥搅拌桶内进行搅拌后，被放到下储浆桶进行储存，下储浆桶设有搅拌装置防止水泥浆冻结，然后在泥浆泵的作用下，下储浆桶内的水泥浆通过出浆管、冲洗接头、进浆管进入泥浆泵并被泵入到钻杆内（此时第一控制阀处于打开状态，而第二控制阀处于关闭状态），并通过钻杆内部进入桩孔；当完成钻孔施工作业后，关掉第一控制阀，打开第二控制阀，断开出浆管与进浆管的接通，使清水通过冲洗接头进入进浆管，在水泥泵的作用下，清水会被泵入到钻杆内，对钻杆内部进行自动清洗，而此时的下储浆桶内的水泥浆不需倒料，只需继续进行搅拌不被冻结即可，等待下一次的灌浆时间。
作为优选，第一、第二控制阀均为蝶阀。
作为优选，所述泥浆泵设有并排多台，分别通过各自的进浆管与冲洗接头相通。上述设计可使水泥灌浆设备能够为多钻杆钻机的多条钻杆同时进行水泥浆的供应。

如图所示，本实用新型的水泥灌浆设备，包括上水泥搅拌桶1和下储浆桶2，上水泥搅拌桶1、下储浆桶2内均设有搅拌装置，上水泥搅拌桶1设有底部出料口对着下储浆桶2的顶部进料口，下储浆桶2的一侧设有泥浆泵3，泥浆泵3的进浆管6与下储浆桶2的出浆管8相通，进浆管6与出浆管8之间设有冲洗接头5，冲洗接头5与出浆管8的相接部位设有第一控制阀7，冲洗接头5与进水管9相接，冲洗接头5与进水管9的相接部位设有第二控制阀4，第一、第二控制阀均为蝶阀。泥浆泵3设有并排两台，分别通过各自的进浆管6与冲洗接头5相通。
