The cover plate assembly 220 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 201 and can move between a sealing position and a unsealing position, wherein the sealing position seals the air suction channel 202 and the air outlet channel 203, and the unsealing position unseals the air suction channel 202 and the air outlet channel 203. The cover plate driving assembly 230 is used for driving the cover plate assembly 220 to move from the sealing position to the unsealing position. A locking assembly 240 is connected to the cover assembly 220 and the housing 210, respectively, for maintaining the cover assembly 220 in a sealed position. For the sake of understanding, the detailed structure of the housing 210, the cover assembly 220, the cover driving assembly 230 and the locking assembly 240 will be described in turn. Next, a specific structure of the case 210 will be described in detail.
Referring to the box 210, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the box 210 includes a box 211 and a box cover 212. The box 211 is a box-shaped structure with no top, and includes a bottom wall 2111 and a side wall 2112 extending from an edge of the bottom wall 2111. The cover 212 covers the opening of the box 211 and encloses the storage chamber 201 together with the box 211, that is: the bottom wall 2111 forms a bottom wall of the case 210, the side walls 2112 form side walls of the case 210, and the lid 212 forms a top wall of the case 210. In this embodiment, the cover 212 has a first connecting portion 2121 and a second connecting portion 2122, the first connecting portion 2121 is rotatably connected to the box 211, and the second connecting portion 2122 is connected to the box 211 by a snap-fit connection, so that the cover 212 is tightly covered on the box 211. The user can open the receiving chamber 201 by separating the second connecting portion 2122 from the case 211, thereby cleaning up the dirt in the receiving chamber 201. Alternatively, the cover 212 is a flat rectangular parallelepiped, and the first connecting portion 2121 and the second connecting portion 2122 are respectively disposed on two opposite side surfaces of the cover 212; it is understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first connecting portion 2121 and the second connecting portion 2122 may be disposed on two adjacent side surfaces of the case cover 212.
Further, in order to enhance the sealing effect between the box cover 212 and the box 211 and prevent the sewage in the storage chamber 201 from overflowing from the joint between the box cover 212 and the box 211, the storage box 200 further includes a box sealing ring 213, and the box sealing ring 213 is disposed at the joint between the box cover 212 and the box 211 and seals the joint. The case seal 213 may be a sealing rubber ring, or may be a sealing layer formed by sealing glue, such as UV-curable glue.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the cover 212 has a mounting groove 2123 formed on a surface facing the box 211, the mounting groove 2123 is adapted to the top of the box 211, the top of the box 211 is inserted into the mounting groove 2123, and the box sealing ring 213 is inserted between the top of the box 211 and a wall of the mounting groove 2123. In this embodiment, the box sealing ring 213 is fixed on the top surface of the box 211, i.e. the surface facing the box cover 212, and extends in a closed ring shape along the contour of the top surface of the box 211; when the case cover 212 covers the case 211, the case packing 213 seals a joint between the two. It should be understood that the location of the box sealing ring 213 is not limited to the top surface of the box 211, and it can also be located at other locations, so long as it can seal the connection between the box 211 and the box cover 212; for example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the box sealing ring 213 is fixed to the outer surface of the top of the box 211 and extends in a closed ring shape along the contour of the top surface of the box 211; for another example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the box sealing ring 213 is fixed to the inner surface of the top of the box 211 and extends in a closed ring shape along the contour of the top surface of the box 211; for example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the box sealing ring 213 is fixed to the wall of the mounting groove 2123 and extends in a closed ring shape along the contour of the top surface of the box 211.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the box 210 further has an air suction channel 202 and an air outlet channel 203. Wherein, the suction channel 202 has a first outer port 2022 and a first inner port 2021, the first outer port 2022 penetrates the bottom wall 2111 of the box 211 and communicates with the external environment, the first outer port 2022 is a suction end of the box 210 during the process of containing dirt, and corresponds to the cleaning roller 300; the first inner port 2021 is provided between the bottom wall of the box 211 and the cover 212 and communicates with the housing chamber 201. The outlet duct 203 has a second inner port 2031 and a second outer port 2032, the second inner port 2031 is provided between the bottom wall 2111 of the box 211 and the box cover 212 and communicates with the housing chamber 201, and the second outer port 2032 communicates with the external environment and is an outlet of the air flow in the housing chamber 201. In this embodiment, the box 211 is formed with an air suction portion 2113 and an air outlet portion 2114 accommodated in the accommodating chamber 201. The air suction portion 2113 is fixed to the bottom wall of the box 211, one end of the air suction passage 202 penetrates the end of the air suction portion 2113 away from the bottom wall 2111 to form the first inner port 2021, and the other end penetrates the bottom wall 2111 to form the first outer port 2022. The air outlet portion 2114 is also fixed to the bottom wall 2111 of the box 211, one end of the air outlet channel 203 penetrates through the air outlet portion 2114 and is far away from the bottom wall 2111 to form a second inner port 2031, and the other end penetrates through the bottom wall 2111 to form a second outer port 2032. Optionally, the second inner port 2031 comprises a plurality of small sized vents to allow airflow therethrough on the one hand, while preventing the passage of large volumes of dirt thereon on the other hand. Further optionally, the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031 both protrude from the bottom wall 2111 of the box 211 and are disposed flush with each other. Preferably, the cross-sectional profile of the suction channel 202 gradually tapers from the first outer port 2022 to the first inner port 2021; the portion of the suction channel 202 near the first external port relative to the bottom wall of the box 210 is disposed at an obtuse angle, which can make the airflow enter the suction channel 202 more smoothly from the outside of the box 210 to a certain extent, and reduce the air loss caused by over-turning (i.e. over-turning angle) of the airflow. In addition, the specific location of the second external port 2032 depends on the layout of the components inside the robot main body 100; in other embodiments of the present invention, the second external port 2032 may also be disposed on the side wall 2112 of the box 211.
Next, a detailed description will be given of the cap plate assembly 220.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in conjunction with other figures, the cover plate assembly 220 includes a cover plate 221, the cover plate 221 is a flat plate-shaped structure and is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 201, and the cover plate 221 is movable between a sealing position and an unsealing position to seal or unseal the air suction channel 202 and the air outlet channel 203. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the cleaning robot 1 further includes a blower assembly 700 having an air inlet 710 connected to the second external port 2032, preferably, a sealing ring is disposed at a connection between the second external port 2032 and the air inlet 710 to prevent air leakage; at the sealing position, the cover plate 221 integrally covers and seals the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031, and at this time, the sewage in the accommodating cavity 201 cannot overflow to the outside of the box body 210 through the air suction channel 202 and the air outlet channel 203, so that safety accidents caused by overflow of the sewage are avoided; in the unsealing position, the cover plate 221 unseals the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031, and the fan assembly 700 can exhaust air from the box 210, so that the first outer port 2022 is in a negative pressure state, which is convenient for sucking dirt on the ground and the cleaning roller 300.
In this embodiment, the cover 221 is rotatably coupled to the housing 210, i.e., the cover 221 is rotatable between a sealed position and an unsealed position. Specifically, the bottom wall and the sidewall of the box 211 are recessed to form a boss 2115, one end of the cover 221 is rotatably connected to the upper surface of the boss 2115, and the other end can pivot around the end to seal or unseal the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031. Alternatively, the direction of the first inner port 2021 pointing to the second inner port 2031 is parallel to the rotation axis X of the cover plate 221, so that the free end of the cover plate 221 can move up and down in the illustrated direction to synchronously seal or unseal the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the cover plate 221 may be designed to rotate about the illustrated Y-axis, Z-axis, or other directions. Preferably, the first inner port 2021 is flush with the second inner port 2031, such that when the cover 221 is in the sealed position, one end is carried by the boss 2115 and the other end is carried by the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031. Preferably, in order to enhance the sealing effect of the cover plate 221 on the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031, an elastic sealing element (not shown), such as a rubber sheet or a sealing ring, is fixedly disposed at an end of the cover plate 221 facing the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031, so as to seal the connection between the cover plate 221 and the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031. It is understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the cover plate 221 can also be connected to the box 210 by other means, such as sliding connection, only by ensuring that it can move back and forth between the sealing position and the unsealing position to seal or unseal the suction channel 202 and the air outlet channel 203, but not limited to the rotating connection in this embodiment.
Further, in order to avoid that in the process of exhausting air from the storage box 200 by the fan assembly 700, the sewage, garbage and other contaminants entering the storage cavity 201 from the air suction channel 202 directly enter the air outlet channel 203 and move to the inside of the robot main body 100 through the second external port 2032, thereby causing a safety accident to occur to the floor cleaning robot 1, the cover plate assembly 220 further includes a partition plate 222. Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 5 and other figures, one end of the partition 222 is fixed to the cover 221, and the other end extends toward the bottom 2111 of the box 211, and the partition 222 is at least partially located between the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031; dirt such as sewage and garbage entering the receiving cavity 201 from the air suction channel 202 falls into the bottom of the receiving cavity 201 under the blocking action of the partition 222, and the air flow passes over the edge (e.g. bottom and side) of the partition 222 and flows to the fan assembly 700 through the air outlet channel 203. It should be noted that the partition 222 not only can block dirt, but also can accelerate the airflow in the storage cavity 201, thereby enhancing the adsorption force of the storage box 200 on the dirt on the floor and the dirt on the cleaning roller. Preferably, the air outlet channel 203 is further provided with a filter for preventing passage of dirt, while it allows passage of an air flow, preferably a filter cotton.
The cover plate driving assembly 230 will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 5, in conjunction with other figures, the cover driving assembly 230 is mounted to the box 211 of the housing and is used for driving the cover 221 to move from the sealing position (not shown) to the unsealing position shown in fig. 5. Specifically, the cover plate drive assembly 230 includes a push rod 231 and a seal 232. The push rod 231 is arranged below the cover plate 221, the other end of the push rod penetrates through the bottom wall of the box body and extends out of the box body, and the push rod can move relative to the box body and move between a first position and a second position; wherein, in the first position, the cover 221 is in a sealed position, i.e., the free end of the cover 221 is carried by the first inner port 2021 and the second inner port 2031; in the second position, the pushing rod 231 pushes the cover 221 to the unsealing position, and the pushing rod 231 is closer to the top wall of the box 210 in the second position than in the first position. In this embodiment, the case 210 is formed with a through hole (not shown) that penetrates through the boss 2115 and the bottom wall 2111 of the case 211 and communicates with the receiving cavity 201, and the push rod 231 is disposed in the through hole and can at least partially penetrate through the through hole to move between the first position and the second position to push the cover 221; it should be understood that the installation manner of the push rod 231 is not limited to the above manner, for example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, it may be rotatably installed on the box body 210, and it is ensured that it can push the cover plate 221 to the unsealing position. It is worth mentioning that the process of the cover 221 moving from the unsealing position to the sealing position may be reset under the action of gravity; the cover plate 221 may also be reset by the pulling action of the push rod 231, and at this time, the push rod 231 and the cover plate 221 are actually connected, and how to reset the cover plate 221 is not specifically limited in the present invention. The sealing member 232 is embedded between the outer wall of the push rod 231 and the inner wall of the through hole, and is used for sealing the connection between the push rod 231 and the box 210, so as to prevent sewage from overflowing from the connection. In other embodiments of the present invention, the push rod 231 may be disposed at a side of the first inner port (or the second inner port) away from the boss 2115; however, in contrast, the push rod 231 is disposed between the connection end of the cover 221 (the end of the cover connected to the box, hereinafter referred to as the connection end) and the first inner port 2021 (or the second inner port) so that the push rod 231 can push the cover 221 to open at a larger angle with a smaller pushing distance, and therefore, in this embodiment, the push rod 231 is preferably disposed on the boss 2115, i.e., between the connection end and the first inner port 2021. Preferably, the push rod 231 is disposed near the connection end of the cover plate, which has a better effect of lifting the other end of the cover plate 221. In addition, it should be noted that the through hole penetrates through the boss 2115 and the bottom wall of the box 210, and since the boss 2115 is formed by recessing the bottom wall of the box 211 in the present embodiment, the through hole actually penetrates through the bottom wall of the box 210 in the present embodiment; of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the boss 2115 may not be formed by an indent of the bottom wall of the box 210, but may be a solid structure, in which case, the boss 2115 and the bottom wall of the box 210 are independent from each other, and the through holes actually penetrate through the boss 2115 and the bottom wall of the box 210.
In this embodiment, the cleaning robot 1 drives the push rod 231 from the first position to the second position by the driving wheel assembly 600. For ease of understanding, the specific structure of the drive wheel assembly 600 will be described first. Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with other figures, the driving wheel assembly 600 includes a wheel arm 610, wherein the wheel arm 610 is rotatably mounted to the robot body 100 and at least partially extends out of the bottom of the robot body 100. Specifically, the wheel arm 610 includes a base arm 611 and a driving wheel 612 rotatably mounted to the base arm 611. Wherein, an end of the base arm 611 far from the driving wheel 612 is rotatably installed inside the robot main body 100 through a rotating shaft, and both ends of a tension spring, not shown, are respectively connected with the base arm 611 and the robot main body 100, so that the wheel arm 610 can be kept stable relative to the robot main body 100 in a stationary state. The bottom of the robot body 100 is disposed away from the driving wheel 612, so that the bottom of the driving wheel 612 at least partially extends out of the robot body 100. When the cleaning robot 1 falls to the ground, the free end of the wheel arm 610 rotates clockwise in the figure relative to the robot main body 100, that is, the robot main body 100 sinks a set distance relative to the free end of the wheel arm 610; conversely, when the cleaning robot 1 lifts off the floor, the free end of the wheel arm 610 rotates counterclockwise in the figure with respect to the robot main body 100, that is, the robot main body 100 is lifted a set distance above the free end of the wheel arm 610.
The free end of the wheel arm 610 is provided with a protruding part 613, and the protruding part 613 is specifically arranged on the base arm 611 and can have a separation position and an engagement position along with the movement of the wheel arm 610; in the disengaged position, the push rod 231 is in the first position; in the engaged position, the protrusion 613 drives the push rod 231 to the second position by driving the bottom of the push rod 231. In the state where the wheel arm 610 is located at the separated position, the wheel arm 610 protrudes further from the bottom of the robot main body 100 than the state where the wheel arm 610 is located at the engaged position where the protruding portion 613 is located.
Further, to facilitate the installation of the wheel arm 610, the driving wheel assembly 600 further includes a wheel bracket 620, and the wheel bracket 620 is fixed inside the housing 110 and receives the base arm 611 and the top portion of the driving wheel 612, so as to prevent the rotation of the driving wheel 612 from interfering with the lines, pipes, etc. inside the robot main body 100. One end of the wheel arm 610 is rotatably mounted to the wheel bracket 620, and the wheel bracket 620 is provided with a space through which the protrusion 613 passes, so that the protrusion 613 can move with the wheel arm 610 to have the engaging position and the disengaging position.
Further, in consideration of a certain gap between the wheel arm 610 and the push rod 231, if the push rod 231 is directly contacted by the protrusion 613, the protrusion 613 needs to be designed to be long enough, which makes the detachment and installation of the driving wheel assembly 600 extremely difficult, and to overcome this defect, the cover driving assembly 230 further includes the rotating member 233. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the rotating member 233 is integrally formed in a plate-like structure, and is disposed below the push rod 231 and the through hole, one end of the rotating member 233 is rotatably mounted in the robot main body 100, and the other end is supported by the protrusion 613. When the protruding portion 613 is located at the engaging position, the protruding portion 613 drives the rotating member 233 to rotate, so that the rotating member 233 pushes the push rod 231 to the second position, thereby driving the cover plate 221 to move to the unlocking position. It should be noted that, when the push rod 231 is located at the first position, the connection relationship between the push rod 231 and the rotating member 233 and the protruding portion 613 is not specifically limited; when the push rod 231 is located at the first position, the push rod 231 may be supported by the housing 210, for example, the boss 2115 is formed with a supporting slot, and the outer wall of the push rod 231 is formed with a supporting flange which is supported and supported in the supporting slot, at this time, the push rod 231 and the rotating member 233 may have no connection relation; the push rod 231 may also be supported by the sealing member 232, and at this time, the push rod 231 may have a connection relationship with the rotating member 233; the push rod 231 may also be supported by the rotating member 233, in which case there is always a physical connection between the push rod 231 and the rotating member 233, such as an abutment, a hinge, a sliding connection, etc.
The locking assembly 240 is described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the locking assembly 240 is connected to the cover assembly 220 and the housing 210 to maintain the cover 221 in the sealing position. In this embodiment, the locking assembly 240 includes a first magnetic member 241 and a second magnetic member 242. The first magnetic member 241 is mounted on the cover 221, and the second magnetic member 242 is mounted on the box 210 and disposed near the first inner port 2021 or the second inner port 2031; the first magnetic member 241 and the second magnetic member 242 are used for attracting each other to maintain the cover plate 221 in the sealing position. Of course, the first magnetic member 241 may be disposed on the partition 222. Furthermore, it should be understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the locking assembly 240 may have other structures as long as it can maintain the cover plate 221 in the sealing position; for example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the locking assembly 240 includes a compression spring, which is disposed between the cover 221 and the top wall of the box 210, and one end of the compression spring abuts against the cover 221 and the other end abuts against the top wall of the box 210; for another example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the locking assembly 240 includes a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the pivot of the box 210 and the connecting end of the pivoting cover 221, and one end of the torsion spring abuts against the cover 221 and the other end abuts against the box 210; for example, in still other embodiments of the present invention, the locking assembly 240 may further include at least two of the first magnetic member 241 and the second magnetic member 242, the compression spring and the torsion spring, which are paired with each other, so as to enhance the resetting effect of the cover plate 221 during moving from the unsealing position to the sealing position, so as to overcome the defect that the cover plate 221 cannot be successfully reset to the sealing position due to the locking of the push rod 231 during descending in some cases.
Referring to fig. 11, the cleaning roller 300 is shown in an exploded view, and referring to fig. 4 to 6, the cleaning roller 300 is mounted in the housing 110 and located below the storage box 200, the bottom wall of the first groove 101 is provided with a through clearance groove at a position corresponding to the cleaning roller 300, and the cleaning roller 300 at least partially penetrates through the clearance groove and extends into the first groove 101. The bottom 2111 of the housing 210 is at least partially recessed to form an accommodating groove 204 extending along the setting direction P, and the top of the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller 300 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 204 and disposed adjacent to the wall of the accommodating groove 204. Alternatively, the set direction P is parallel to the axial direction of the cleaning roller 300; preferably, the groove wall of the storage groove 204 has an arc shape in a cross section perpendicular to the setting direction P, and the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller 300 is fitted to the groove wall of the storage groove 204. In this embodiment, the cleaning roller 300 includes a rotating shaft 310 and a flannelette 320 sleeved on the rotating shaft 310; the rotation shaft 310 is rotatably mounted to the robot main body 100.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the roller power assembly 400 includes a base 410, a rotating mechanism 420 and an output terminal 430, and the roller power assembly 400 is shown in a perspective view of the cleaning robot 1 with the storage box 200, the storage box 500, and a part of the housing 110 hidden therein, and in an exploded view of the roller power assembly 400. Wherein, the base 410 is installed in the robot main body 100, and is used for installing the rotating mechanism 420; the rotation mechanism 420 is used for providing a rotation output through an output shaft (not shown); the output terminal 430 is fixed to the output shaft, and is used for being meshed with a matching part (not shown in the figure) matched with the output terminal 430 on the end part of the rotating shaft 310 of the cleaning roller 300 so as to realize circumferential fixation, and further, the cleaning roller 300 is driven to rotate so as to realize cleaning of the ground. In this embodiment, the output terminal 430 is in a cross shape, and the matching portion on the rotating shaft 310 is a cross-shaped groove.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to mount and dismount the cleaning roller 300 without directly contacting the hand with the cleaning roller 300, the cleaning robot 1 further includes a roller handle 330. Specifically, referring back to fig. 11 and 12, in conjunction with other figures, the roller handle 330 is disposed at an end of the cleaning roller 300 away from the output terminal 430, and is fastened to the robot main body 100, and an end of the cleaning roller 300 away from the output terminal 430 is rotatably mounted to the roller handle 330 through a bearing 340. Then, the user only need go on through roller handle 330 when dismouting cleaning roller 300 can, avoided the inconvenient experience of the last sewage of contact cleaning roller 300.
Further, in order to improve the sealing performance of the air path of the cleaning robot 1 and enhance the suction effect of the cleaning robot 1 on the dirt on the floor, the storage box 200 further includes a sealing ring 250, and the cleaning robot 1 further includes a plurality of sealing rubber rings 350. Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the sealing ring 250 is disposed on the periphery of the receiving groove 204 and has a closed shape. The first groove 101 has a mounting surface corresponding to the sealing ring 250, when the storage box 200 is stored in the first groove 101, the sealing ring 250 abuts against the mounting surface of the first groove 101, and the sealing connection between the periphery of the storage groove 204 of the storage box 200 and the mounting position of the first groove 101 is realized, so that external air is prevented from entering the storage groove 204 from a gap at the contact position of the storage box 200 and the mounting surface of the first groove 101, that is, wind power provided by the fan assembly 700 is prevented from being dispersed to an object in the first groove 101 for adsorption, and the adsorption effect of the cleaning robot 1 on the ground dirt is improved.
Specifically, the sealing ring 250 has a first side glue section, a second side glue section, and two arc glue sections respectively connecting two ends of the first side glue section and the second side glue section corresponding to the periphery of the receiving groove 204. Correspondingly, the mounting surface of the first groove 101 has a first side mounting surface, a second side mounting surface, and two arc-shaped mounting surfaces connecting two ends of the first side mounting surface and the second side mounting surface, wherein the first side rubber section is supported and abutted on the first side mounting surface, the second side rubber section is supported and abutted on the second side mounting surface, and the two arc-shaped rubber sections are respectively supported and abutted on the two arc-shaped mounting surfaces, so that the air tightness around the accommodating groove 204 is ensured, and the suction force of the suction channel on the accommodating groove 204 is further improved.
The plurality of seal rubber rings 350 includes a first seal rubber ring 351 and a second seal rubber ring 352.
In order to install the roller handle 330 in the first groove 101, the side wall of the first groove 101 is provided with a slot, the slot penetrates through a part of the installation surface, namely the slot penetrates through a part of the arc-shaped bearing surface, in order to avoid the air tightness damage of the slot, one end part of the roller handle 330 is provided with a first sealing rubber ring 351, the end part is inserted into the slot, so that one end of the cleaning roller can be rotatably borne on the side wall of the first groove 101, wherein the first sealing rubber ring 351 seals the installation connection part of the end part and the slot, and therefore the air tightness is ensured by sealing the slot part connected with the arc-shaped bearing surface.
Further, first sealing rubber ring 351 has the concatenation face, and the arc setting is personally submitted in this concatenation, and then concatenation face and the concatenation of arc loading end connect into complete arc, and a sealing washer 250's arc is glued the section and is spliced a face adaptation butt, has further improved the gas tightness.
The other end of the roller handle 330 forms a handle portion, which is convenient for the user to directly lift the end of the cleaning roller to take out the cleaning roller, as shown in fig. 11.
Further, the roller handle 330 is integrally V-shaped, the first sealing rubber ring 351 is nested and covers the small end of the roller handle, and the handle portion is arranged at the large end of the roller handle. The slots are positioned to correspond to the roller handles 330.

In this embodiment, the first fluid passage 205 is defined by a surrounding member 260 and a wall of the receiving groove 204. Optionally, two opposite guide grooves 2041 are formed in the groove wall of the accommodating groove 204 in the strip-shaped groove structure, and the guide grooves 2041 extend in the axial direction of the cleaning roller 300; accordingly, the end of the side portion 261 remote from the bottom portion 262 has a guide bar 2611 matching with the guide groove 2041, and each guide bar 2611 is inserted into one corresponding guide groove 2041. In this embodiment, the liquid outlet portion 206 is disposed on one of the two side portions 261 far away from the suction channel 202, that is, the liquid outlet portion 206 is disposed on one side of the first liquid channel 205 far away from the first outer port 2022, and correspondingly, the side portion 261 far away from the suction channel 202 is recessed toward the other side portion 261, so that a gap is formed between the side portion 261 far away from the suction channel 202 and the sidewall of the receiving groove 204 for the cleaning liquid to pass through. It is worth mentioning that the provision of the liquid outlet 206 at one side portion away from the suction channel 202 aims to reduce the probability of the liquid outlet 206 being clogged by dirt on the cleaning roller 300 as much as possible. The first outer port 2022 is disposed between the first side 2042 and the axis of the cleaning roller 300, i.e., the first outer port 2022 is disposed between the first side 2042 and the top of the accommodating groove 204; since the first side 2042 is closer to the ground and the first outer port 2022 is closer to the first side 2042, it is easier for dirt to climb along the wall of the receiving groove 204 from the side to enter the suction channel 202. The first fluid passage 205 is disposed between the second side 2043 and the top of the receiving groove 204. That is, the first external port 2022 is disposed between the first side 2042 and the first fluid passage 205.
Further, the storage box 200 further includes a pressing portion to draw dirt on the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller 300 into the storage chamber 201 as much as possible and to reduce the possibility of the liquid outlet 206 being blocked. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, in conjunction with other figures, the scraping portion 270 is fixed on a wall of the accommodating groove 204, and is disposed near the first outer port 2022 and between the first outer port 2022 and the first liquid channel 205. The scraping part 270 is a convex structure, and is configured to at least partially embed into the cleaning roller 300 when at least a portion of the cleaning roller 300 is received in the receiving slot 204, so as to scrape dirt on the cleaning roller 300, and the dirt is sucked into the receiving cavity 201 through the suction channel 202 under the suction action of the fan assembly 700; at the same time, the scraping portion 270 also functions to separate the first outer port 2022 from the first fluid channel 205, so as to prevent the dirt entering the suction channel 202 from passing through the scraping portion 270 and covering the blocking liquid outlet portion 206.
Further, referring to fig. 6 in combination with other figures, the storage box 200 further has a second liquid channel 207 located in the storage cavity 201 and isolated from the storage cavity 201, the second liquid channel 207 having a liquid inlet 2071 and a liquid outlet 2072; the liquid inlet 2071 is disposed on the box 210 and is used for communicating with the liquid supply mechanism, and the liquid outlet 2072 is communicated with the first liquid channel 205. Further optionally, the box 210 further has a limiting structure (not shown in the drawings), which is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 201 and located at the top end of the guide groove 208, and is used for preventing the float 280 from leaving the guide groove 208 from the top of the guide groove 208; in this embodiment, the stop structure extends at least partially into the channel 208. A first hall element (not shown) is installed at the housing 110 and disposed near the top of the guide groove 208, and is used to cooperate with the first magnet 281 to detect whether the float 280 floats to a predetermined position; the preset position is a position close to the top of the storage cavity 201, when the float 280 floats to the preset position, the first hall element detects that the float is in place, and then a signal is transmitted to the controller, and the controller performs related operations according to the signal so as to guide a user to clean dirt in time.
Further, referring back to fig. 3 in combination with other figures, the robot main body 100 further includes an output module 140, and the floor washing robot 1 realizes human-computer interaction with a user through the output module 140, so as to guide the user to clean dirt in time when the liquid level in the storage cavity 201 is higher than a preset value. Specifically, the output module 140 is installed on the top of the housing 110, electrically connected to the controller, and configured to output a warning signal; when the float 280 floats to the preset position, the first hall element detects that the float 280 is in place and sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the output module 140 to output a warning signal according to the signal. Optionally, the output module 140 includes a display panel for displaying visual warning signals such as images and texts to prompt the user to clean the dirt in the storage box 200; in addition, in some of other embodiments, the output module 140 may further include an audio output device, where the audio output device is a device capable of outputting sound, such as a speaker, a buzzer, etc., and the audio output device is used for outputting an audible warning signal of a set audio frequency, so as to prompt a user to clean the accommodating box 200; of course, in other embodiments, the output module 140 may also include both a display panel and an audio output device.
Further, in some embodiments, in order to enable the controller to know in time whether the storage box 200 is accommodated in the first groove 101 and is installed in place, so as to facilitate the subsequent cleaning operation, the storage box 200 further includes a second magnet (not shown in the drawings); correspondingly, the hall element module further includes a second hall element (not shown) used in cooperation with the second magnet, and the second hall element is electrically connected to the controller. A second hall element (not shown) is installed at the housing 110, and is disposed near the bottom of the case 210, and is used for cooperating with a second magnet to detect whether the storage box 200 is installed in place; when the storage box 200 is installed in place, the second hall element detects that the storage box is in place, and then a signal is transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the floor cleaning robot to be switched to a mode state capable of performing cleaning operation according to the signal, and otherwise, the floor cleaning robot is switched to a mode state incapable of performing cleaning operation.
Further, in some embodiments, to facilitate user access to the receptacle 200, the receptacle 200 further includes a handle. Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6 in combination with other figures, the handle 290 is generally arcuate, and both ends of the handle 290 are rotatably mounted on the top or top wall of the side wall 2112 of the box 210, respectively, and can be rotated to be perpendicular or parallel to the top wall of the box 210, so that a user can take the storage box 200 by picking up the middle area of the handle 290. Preferably, the outer surface of the top wall of the box 210 is provided with a handle receiving groove (not shown in the figure) adapted to the handle 290, so that when the storage box 200 is received in the first groove 101, the handle 290 can rotate into the handle receiving groove, so as to avoid the effect of the first flip-open cover 120 covering the opening of the first groove 101 due to the protrusion of the handle 290 on the surface of the box 210.

The scraper bar 800 is used to form a shelter behind the cleaning roller 300, so as to form a nearly closed negative pressure space together with the cleaning roller 300 and the robot main body 100, and further prevent the outside air from entering the space, thereby improving the negative pressure adsorption effect of the cleaning robot on the floor dirt and the dirt on the cleaning roller 300. in the sealing position, the cover plate seals the first internal port and the second internal port;
and at the unsealing position, the cover plate unseals the first internal port and the second internal port.
3. The storage case of claim 2, wherein the cover is rotatably coupled to the case.
4. The storage box of claim 3, wherein a boss is formed on the box body in the storage cavity, and one end of the cover plate is rotatably connected with the upper surface of the boss.
5. The storage box of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the first inner port and the second inner port are flush.
6. The storage box of claim 3, wherein a direction in which the first inner port points toward the second inner port is parallel to an axis of rotation of the cover plate.
7. The storage box of claim 2, wherein the cover assembly further comprises a partition plate, one end of the partition plate is fixed to the cover plate, and the other end of the partition plate extends towards the bottom wall of the box body;
the baffle is at least partially positioned between the first inner port and the second inner port.
8. The storage box of claim 2, wherein the air outlet channel is provided with a filter.
9. The storage box of claim 2, wherein the cover driving assembly comprises a push rod, one end of the push rod is disposed below the cover, the other end of the push rod penetrates through the bottom wall of the box body to extend out of the box body, and the push rod is movable relative to the box body to move between a first position and a second position;
in the first position, the cover plate is in the sealing position;
and in the second position, the push rod pushes the cover plate to the unsealing position.
10. The storage box of claim 9, wherein the push rod is located between an end of the cover plate connected to the box body and the second inner port.
11. The storage bin of claim 9, wherein the lid drive assembly further comprises a seal;
the box shaping has the diapire that link up the box and with accomodate the through-hole of chamber intercommunication, the push rod is located the through-hole just can at least partly pass the through-hole is in order to support to push away the apron, the sealing member inlays to be located between the inner wall of through-hole and the outer wall of push rod.
12. The storage box of claim 2, further comprising a locking assembly coupled to the cover assembly and the box body, respectively, for maintaining the cover in the sealed position.
13. The storage box of claim 12, wherein the locking assembly comprises a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member;
the first magnetic part is mounted on the cover plate assembly, the second magnetic part is mounted on the box body and arranged close to the first inner port or the second inner port, and the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are used for being mutually adsorbed to enable the cover plate to be maintained at the sealing position.
14. The storage box of claim 12 or 13, wherein the locking assembly comprises a compression spring, one end of the compression spring abuts against the cover plate, and the other end of the compression spring abuts against a top wall of the box body;
and/or, the locking subassembly includes the torsional spring, the apron through the pivot with the box pin joint, the torsional spring cover is established on the pivot, one end butt in the apron, the other end butt in the box.
15. A cleaning robot comprising a robot main body and the storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the storage box being mounted in the robot main body.
