Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the cleaning device further comprises a cleaning roller brush 19 and a driving device 20, wherein the cleaning roller brush 19 is arranged between the heating device 2 and the cleaning cloth mounting plate 5; the driving device 20 is provided on the sweeper body 1, and the driving device 20 drives the cleaning roller brush 19 to rotate.
In the above embodiment, the cleaning roller brush 19 can roll, and after the heating device 2 leaks hot water onto the floor, the cleaning roller brush 19 rolls over the floor to apply a certain force to the stubborn dirt, so that the dirt is more thoroughly dissolved in the hot water. The rag mounting plate 5 is positioned behind the cleaning roller brush 19, the sweeper moves forwards, and after the cleaning roller brush 19 brushes the ground, the rag can clean sewage left on the ground, so that the cleaning effect of the sweeper on the ground is better.
The driving device 20 may be configured as a motor and a speed reducer, and the motor provides power to drive the speed reducer to rotate. The reduction mechanism 22 is a separate component consisting of a gear drive, a worm drive, a gear-worm drive enclosed in a rigid housing, acting to match the rotational speed and transfer torque between the motor 21 and the cleaning roller brush 19. The motor 21 drives the speed reducing mechanism 22 to rotate, and the speed reducing mechanism 22 drives the cleaning rolling brush 19 to rotate. The driving device 20 drives the cleaning rolling brush 19 to rotate at a high speed to rub the ground, so that the acting force of the cleaning rolling brush 19 on the ground stains is increased, the stains attached to the ground are completely dissolved in hot water, and the cleaning effect of the sweeper is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in one embodiment, the cleaning device further comprises a scraping bar 23 and a sewage tank 24, wherein the scraping bar 23 is arranged between the cleaning rolling brush 19 and the rag mounting plate 5, and the sewage tank 24 is arranged behind the cleaning rolling brush 19; an opening is formed in one end, close to the cleaning rolling brush 19, of the sewage tank 24, a baffle plate 25 is arranged at the opening, the baffle plate 25 is positioned in the sewage tank 24, and one end, far away from the bottom of the sweeper main body 1, of the baffle plate 25 is hinged with the sewage tank 24; the first end of the scraping strip 23 extends along the oblique front direction from the end of the opening near the bottom of the main body 1 of the sweeper; the scraping strip 23 is made of soft rubber material; the wiper strip 23 is provided with a reinforcing rib at one end far from the bottom of the sweeper body 1.
In the above embodiment, the wiper 23 is provided between the cleaning roller brush 19 and the cloth mounting plate 5, the sump 24 is provided at the rear of the cleaning roller brush 19, and the wiper 23 is connected to the sump 24, so that the cloth mounting plate 5 may be provided on the sump 24 or at the rear of the sump 24. The sewage tank 24 is provided with an opening, which may be provided at a certain height from the bottom of the sewage tank 24 in order to prevent water in the sewage tank 24 from leaking out of the opening, while in the above-described embodiment, a baffle 25 is provided at the opening. The first end of the scraping strip 23 is arranged at the opening of the sewage tank 24 and extends to the second end of the sewage tank 24, when the sweeper is used, the cleaning rolling brush 19 rolls and brushes the ground with hot water to splash sewage beads, the scraping strip 23 receives the sewage beads, meanwhile, the scraping strip 23 contacts the ground to scrape the ground with sewage, the sweeper drives the scraping strip 23 to move forwards, so that the sewage moves to the opening of the sewage tank 24 along the scraping strip 23, the baffle 25 at the opening is hinged with the sewage tank 24 and can be turned and opened towards the direction inside the sewage tank 24, part of sewage with a certain momentum can push away the baffle 25 to enter the sewage tank 24, and the rest sewage is cleaned by the rag. The cleaning rolling brush 19 brushes the ground with hot water, stains are dissolved in the hot water, sewage can be left on the ground, the arrangement of the scraping strips 23 and the sewage tank 24 enables the residual sewage on the ground to be cleaner, and the cleaning capability of the sweeper is improved.
The soft rubber material has high wear resistance, high flexibility and difficult deformation, the scraping strip 23 of the soft rubber material can be in interference contact with the ground without being damaged, and noise can not occur when the scraping strip 23 rubs with the ground. The reinforcing ribs can improve the strength of the scraping strip 23, so that the scraping strip is more durable and less prone to damage. In addition, the middle part of the scraping strip 23 in the extending direction can also be provided with a wavy bending structure, so that the surface is not smooth, but is in a bending and undulating shape, the structure can strengthen the strength of the scraping strip 23 and prevent the situation of flanging when the scraping strip 23 rubs with the ground; it should be noted that the scraping strip is not limited to a linear type, but may be curved with an opening facing the advancing direction of the sweeper, so that the scraping strip has the effect of gathering sewage at the same time, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in an embodiment, the floor sweeper further comprises a sewage pump 2, wherein the sewage pump 2 is arranged in the floor sweeper body 1, and the sewage pump 2 comprises a sewage pump water inlet 2 and a sewage pump water outlet 28; a sewage suction hole 29 is formed in one end of the sewage tank 24, which is close to the bottom of the sweeper body 1, and the sewage suction hole 29 is communicated with the outside; the sewage pump water inlet 2 is communicated with the sewage suction hole 29, and the sewage pump water outlet 28 is communicated with the sewage tank 24.
In the above embodiment, when the sweeper is in use, the sewage tank 24 is provided with the sewage suction hole 29 on the side close to the ground, the sewage suction hole 29 is communicated with the outside, and sewage can enter the sewage tank 24 through the sewage suction hole 29. The sewage pump 2 is also a water pump, the sewage pump water inlet 2 is communicated with the sewage suction hole 29 through a water pipe, vacuum negative pressure is generated at the sewage pump water inlet 2 after the sewage pump 2 operates, so that residual sewage on the ground cleaned by the cleaning rolling brush 19 and the scraping strip 23 enters the sewage pump 2 along the water pipe under the pressure of the external atmospheric pressure, then water flows out from the sewage pump water outlet 28, the sewage pump water outlet 28 is communicated with the sewage tank 24, and the sewage is discharged into the sewage tank 24 for storage. Thus, the sewage remained on the ground after the cleaning by the hot water can be cleaned more thoroughly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in an embodiment, the water adding control device 30 is further included, the clean water tank 3 is provided with a second water outlet 31, and the water adding control device 30 controls whether the second water outlet 31 of the clean water tank 3 outputs water or not; the clean water flowing out of the second water outlet 31 flows into the cleaning cloth.
In the above embodiment, the water addition control device 30 controls whether the second water outlet 31 of the clean water tank 3 is discharged. The water feeding control device 30 may be configured as a water pump, one end of which is connected to the clean water tank 3 and the other end is connected to the cleaning cloth, and the water pump is turned on when needed to pump water in the clean water tank 3 to flow from the second water outlet 31 to the cleaning cloth, and the water pump is turned off when not needed. The water supply control device 30 can also be arranged as a pressurized system which is opened when needed to increase the air pressure in the fresh water tank 3, under the effect of which water also flows from the second water outlet 31 to the cloth, and closed when not needed. The water adding control system can humidify the cleaning cloth, when a user needs to wipe the floor with the wet cleaning cloth, the water adding control device 30 can be opened to water in the clean water tank 3 into the cleaning cloth, and when the cleaning cloth does not need to be wet, the water adding control system is closed, so that water cannot flow into the cleaning cloth.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the water feed control device 30 includes an air pump 32 and a water feed column 33; the water inlet column 33 is of a hollow structure, the water inlet column 33 is arranged in the clear water tank 3, one end of the water inlet column 33, which is close to the bottom wall of the clear water tank 3, is communicated with the clear water tank 3, and the other end is communicated with the second water outlet 31; the air pump 32 is provided with an air pump air inlet 34 and an air pump air outlet 35, the air pump air inlet 34 is communicated with the outside, and the air pump air outlet 35 is communicated with the clean water tank 3.
In the above embodiment, the water inlet column 33 is arranged in the clean water tank 3, typically at the bottom of the clean water tank 3, so that water can still be added to the cleaning cloth when there is less water in the clean water tank 3. One end of the water inlet column 33, which is close to the bottom wall of the clean water tank 3, is communicated with the clean water tank 3, and a notch can be formed in one end of the water inlet column 33, which is close to the bottom wall of the clean water tank 3, so that water in the clean water tank 3 can enter the water inlet column 33 through the notch at will. After the air pump 32 is started, air is injected into the clean water tank 3, the air pressure in the clean water tank 3 is increased, water enters one end of the water inlet column 33 close to the bottom wall of the clean water tank 3 under the action of the air pressure, flows to the other end of the water inlet column 33 along the hollow structure of the water inlet column 33, flows into the second water outlet 31 from the water inlet column 33 through the water pipe, and flows into the cleaning cloth from the second water outlet 31. Since the water outlet of the water inlet column 33 is higher than the water inlet of the water inlet column, air pressure is needed to provide force for the water in the clean water tank 3 to enter the water inlet column 33, so when the air pump 32 is closed, the water in the clean water tank 3 stops flowing out of the second water outlet 31 and does not flow into the cleaning cloth.

Claims (7)

1. The sweeper with the hot water cleaning system is characterized by comprising a sweeper body, a heating device, a clean water tank, a clean water pump and a rag mounting plate;
the heating device, the clean water tank, the clean water pump and the cleaning cloth mounting plate are all arranged on the sweeper main body;
the rag mounting plate is used for mounting rags;
the clean water pump comprises a clean water pump water inlet and a clean water pump water outlet, the heating device comprises a heating device water inlet and a heating device water outlet, and the clean water tank comprises a first water outlet;
the water inlet of the clean water pump is communicated with the first water outlet, the water outlet of the clean water pump is communicated with the water inlet of the heating device, and the water outlet of the heating device is communicated with the outside;
if the clear water pump is started, enabling clear water in the clear water tank to enter the heating device through the water inlet of the heating device, and spraying the clear water to the outside from the water outlet of the heating device after the clear water is heated to a preset temperature by the heating device;
the advancing direction of the sweeper is the front, and the water outlet of the heating device is arranged in front of the cleaning cloth mounting plate;
the heating device comprises a resistance wire, a water storage box and a water outlet pipeline;
the resistance wire is arranged at the bottom of the water storage box;
the water inlet of the heating device is arranged on the water storage box, and the side surface of the water storage box is provided with a water outlet of the water storage box;
one end of the water outlet pipeline is communicated with the water outlet of the water storage box, and the water outlet of the heating device is arranged at the other end of the water outlet pipeline;
the water outlet of the water storage box is at a certain height from the bottom of the water storage box;
the water storage box further comprises at least one first partition plate, at least one second partition plate, a first side wall and a second side wall;
the water inlet of the heating device is arranged at one side of the water storage box away from the water outlet of the water storage box;
the first side wall and the second side wall are oppositely arranged at intervals, and the first side wall and the second side wall are adjacent to the water inlet of the heating device and the water outlet of the water storage box; one end of the first partition plate is connected with the first side wall, and a water flow channel is formed between the other end of the first partition plate and the second side wall;
one end of the second partition plate is connected with the second side wall, and a water flow channel is formed between the other end of the second partition plate and the first side wall;
the first partition plates and the second partition plates are alternately arranged.
2. The sweeper with a hot water cleaning system according to claim 1, wherein the water outlet pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlets of the heating device, and the plurality of water outlets of the heating device are arranged at intervals.

The sweeper with a hot water cleaning system of claim 1 further comprising a cleaning roller brush, a drive, the cleaning roller brush being disposed between the heating device and the wipe mounting plate; the driving device is arranged on the sweeper body and drives the cleaning rolling brush to rotate.
4. The sweeper with a hot water cleaning system of claim 3 further comprising a wiper strip disposed between the cleaning roller brush and the wipe mounting plate and a sump disposed behind the cleaning roller brush;
an opening is formed in one end, close to the cleaning rolling brush, of the sewage tank, a baffle is arranged in the sewage tank, and one end, far away from the bottom of the sweeper body, of the baffle is hinged with the sewage tank;
the first end of the scraping strip extends along the inclined front direction from one end of the opening, which is close to the bottom of the main body of the sweeper;
the scraping strip is made of a soft rubber material;
the scraping strip is provided with a reinforcing rib at one end far away from the bottom of the sweeper main body.
5. The sweeper with a hot water cleaning system of claim 4 further comprising a sewage pump disposed within the sweeper body, the sewage pump including a sewage pump water inlet, a sewage pump water outlet;
a sewage suction hole is formed in one end, close to the bottom of the sweeper main body, of the sewage tank, and the sewage suction hole is communicated with the outside;
the sewage pump water inlet is communicated with the sewage suction hole, and the sewage pump water outlet is communicated with the sewage tank.

The sweeper with a hot water cleaning system according to claim 1, further comprising a water addition control device, wherein the clean water tank is provided with a second water outlet, and the water addition control device controls whether the second water outlet of the clean water tank is discharged or not;
the clean water flowing out of the second water outlet flows into the cleaning cloth.
7. The sweeper with a hot water cleaning system of claim 6 wherein the water addition control means includes an air pump and a water inlet column;
the water inlet column is of a hollow structure, the water inlet column is arranged in the clear water tank, one end of the water inlet column, which is close to the bottom wall of the clear water tank, is communicated with the clear water tank, and the other end of the water inlet column is communicated with the second water outlet;
the air pump is provided with an air pump air inlet and an air pump air outlet, the air pump air inlet is communicated with the outside, and the air pump air outlet is communicated with the clean water tank.
