图3示出采用电动夹紧闩锁系统的车门锁闭系统21的一个实施例,其中在有可能导致密封发生破坏的状况期间自适应地控制电动夹紧功能以增加密封件压缩。具有已知结构的机械闩锁22(包括用于产生电动闭合移动的可操作部件)使用通过诸如鲍登电缆的联接机构24 耦接到闩锁22的夹紧马达23来执行电动夹紧功能。夹紧马达23在闩锁控制单元26的控制下由桥接件25驱动。为了在要打开门时对闩锁22进行解锁,释放马达27也在闩锁控制单元26的控制下由马达桥接件28驱动。齿轮30将马达27与闩锁22联接,以用于以已知的方式释放闩锁22。闩锁22可例如具有棘轮机构,所述棘轮机构可相对于固定到车门的撞销选择性地旋转以便对车门进行锁闭和解锁。提供了一种棘爪,所述棘爪选择性地接合棘轮以阻止棘轮旋转。齿轮 30可以在接合位置与脱离接合位置之间驱动棘爪。
闩锁部件和车门本身的位置的监测可以利用设置在各种闩锁部件上并且通过霍尔效应传感器块32检测的各种磁体31来完成。对应的位置信号被提供给闩锁控制单元26以执行受控的移动,包括使用电动夹紧模式将车门总成拉动成处于微下嵌状况。特别地,锁闭系统21具有:A)标称锁闭状态,在所述标称锁闭状态下,车门总成相对于车门开口处于齐平状况;以及B)微下嵌锁闭状态,在所述微下嵌锁闭状态下,电动夹紧模式将车门总成拉动成处于微下嵌状况,其中对挡风雨条密封件的压缩增加。如下文更详细地解释的,当车辆的监测速度大于低速阈值并且振动参数(对足够剧烈以使密封件泄漏的振动的可能性进行表征)大于振动阈值时,闩锁控制单元26启用微下嵌锁闭状态。优选地,连续保持微下嵌锁闭状态(以避免电动夹紧部件的过度磨损),直到闩锁控制器26响应于检测到监测的车辆速度小于低速阈值而停用微下嵌状态。一个或多个振动参数可包括车辆的垂直加速度、环境温度、车辆速度或其他感测的变量,例如,所述参数的当前值可以经由通信总线34从其他车辆电子模块或传感器33获得。
图4示出在车辆的每个行驶周期期间执行的本实用新型的优选方法。最初,车辆车门移动成处于(或保持处于)闭合状态。在步骤40 中,车门处于锁闭状态,并且电动夹紧功能是未激活的(例如,被关闭)。为了确保在车门处于闭合位置的情况下的车辆外观每当观察者能够轻易看到外部时都保持可接受地齐平,本实用新型使用低速阈值,低于所述低速阈值则不采用微下嵌状况。因此,在步骤41中进行检查以确定(例如,从动力传动系统控制模块获得的)车辆速度是否大于低速阈值。所述阈值可优选地具有在约5mph至约20mph的范围内的值,其中最优选的值为约10mph。如果车辆速度不大于阈值,则返回至步骤40,在所述步骤中,电动夹紧功能保持关闭(或被转换成关闭)。
为了评估车门密封件可能由于振动而趋于泄漏的状况,可以有用地采用的典型参数包括:1)(例如,在车辆悬架内或在乘客约束模块中测量的)垂直加速度,其用于指示车辆是否行驶在颠簸或不平坦的表面上,2)环境温度,其可在较高温度下提供以下指示:挡风雨条密封件的弹簧力可能会由于其组成材料的软化而降低,从而使得响应于相对较小的振动而发生密封件泄漏,以及3)车辆速度,其高于与增加的振动正相关的较高的速度阈值,并且还与也会导致另外的泄漏的较高的气压差相关联。
当车辆速度大于低速阈值时,则将振动参数与相应的振动阈值进行比较,以便检测可能导致密封件泄漏的条件的存在。因此,在步骤 42中,将(可从动力传动系统控制器或气候控制系统接收到的)环境温度与温度阈值进行比较。所述阈值可优选地具有在约85℉至约95℉的范围内的值,其中最优选的值为约90℉。如果温度大于温度阈值,则在步骤43中启用电动夹紧模式以将车门总成拉动成处于微下嵌状况。如果温度不大于温度阈值,则在步骤44中进行检查以确定车辆速度是否大于高速阈值。所述高速阈值可优选地具有在约35mph至约45mph的范围内的值,其中最优选的值为约40mph。如果车辆速度高于阈值,则在步骤43中启用电动夹紧模式。否则,在步骤45中进行检查以确定车辆垂直加速度是否大于加速度阈值。所述加速度阈值可具有在约1.3m/s2至约1.7m/s2的范围内的优选的值,其中优选的值为约1.5m/s2。如果车辆加速度大于阈值,则在步骤43中启用电动夹紧模式。如果步骤42、44和45中的振动参数均不大于对应的阈值,则所述方法返回至步骤41以继续参照低速阈值监测车辆速度。同样,在于步骤43中启用电动夹紧模式之后,所述方法在步骤41中继续监测车辆速度,使得无论车门是否已被拉动到微下嵌状况,任何时候只要车辆速度降至低于低速阈值,车门便呈现齐平状况。
齐平状况和微下嵌状况分别在图5和图6中更详细地显示。当车门10处于图5所示的齐平状况时,挡风雨条密封件14被压缩到提供第一压缩负载挠曲(CLD)的程度,所述第一压缩负载挠曲为车门的打开和闭合提供期望的性能。在图6所示的微下嵌状况下,挡风雨条密封件14由于车门总成10更进一步向内拉动而被另外压缩,从而产生具有显著高于第一CLD的值的微下嵌CLD。密封件14优选地具有在密封件14被压缩超过微下嵌状况之后产生增加的CLD变化率的构型。
可在车门处于微下嵌时修改挡风雨条密封件以进一步提高性能。图7示出挡风雨条密封球部(图9)的现有技术构型的力对位移曲线47。随着压缩距离在车门闭合期间增加,力(即压缩负载挠曲)逐渐增大,其中在将车门拉动到微下嵌状况之后,力的变化率之间没有特殊差异。通过修改球部密封件的形状或材料,获得了如图8所示的用于在本实用新型中使用的修改的力对位移曲线48。在车门的初始闭合期间并且直至闭合距离达到齐平状况之前,获得了基本上相同的力的变化率。之后,到达曲线的区段49,所述区段49在压缩距离d达到微下嵌范围时提供更高的变化率(即,斜率)。实际上,从齐平到微下嵌位置的增量距离只有约1mm至约3mm,以便获得足以更好地密封外部噪音并抑制车门振动/移动的CLD的增加。
图9示出挡风雨条密封件50,所述挡风雨条密封件50提供图7 所示的力位移曲线。密封件50具有带有接触侧52和基部侧53的主球部部分51。球部51具有基本上均匀的厚度,从而导致图7所示的平缓的CLD增加率。
图10示出适于产生图8所示类型的力对位移曲线的修改的密封件55。主球部56具有在中心线58右侧的接触侧57并且具有在中心线58左侧的基部侧60。在车门的闭合期间,当密封件在车门与车门框架之间压缩时,接触侧57首先移位。接触侧57具有基本上均匀的厚度64,以提供平缓的负载挠曲增加。基部侧60具有更大的厚度,所述厚度从最远离接触侧的最大厚度61通过朝接触侧57渐缩的逐渐减小的厚度62和63进行渐缩。当在将车门拉动到微下嵌状况期间发生球部56的更大的挠曲时,球部56的变形部分逐渐接近基部侧60 上的较厚区段,从而导致CLD变化率增加。

Claims (10)

1.一种车辆中的设备,其特征在于,其包括:
车门框架,所述车门框架限定开口;
车门总成,所述车门总成可移动地安装,以相对于所述开口在打开状态与闭合状态之间可选择地移动;
密封件,所述密封件安装到所述车门框架或所述车门总成中的一者,所述密封件在所述闭合状态下在所述车门框架与所述车门总成之间压缩;
车门闩锁,所述车门闩锁被配置为捕获所述车门总成并且具有电动夹紧模式以将所述车门总成拉动成处于所述闭合状态;以及
控制器,所述控制器被配置为监测所述车辆的速度和所述车辆的振动参数,并且其中所述控制器耦接到所述车门闩锁以可选择地启用所述电动夹紧模式;
其中所述车门闩锁具有标称锁闭状态,在所述标称锁闭状态下,所述车门总成相对于所述开口处于齐平状况;并且具有微下嵌锁闭状态,在所述微下嵌锁闭状态下,所述电动夹紧模式将所述车门总成拉动成处于微下嵌状况,其中对所述密封件的压缩增加;并且
其中当监测速度大于低速阈值并且所述振动参数大于振动阈值时,所述控制器启用所述微下嵌锁闭状态;并且
其中当所述监测速度小于所述低速阈值时,所述控制器停用所述微下嵌状态。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,在所述控制器启用所述微下嵌锁闭状态之后,则保持所述微下嵌锁闭状态直到所述监测速度小于所述低速阈值。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述低速阈值具有在5mph至20mph的范围内的值。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述振动参数包括所述监测速度,并且其中所述振动阈值包括大于所述低速阈值的高速阈值。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述高速阈值具有在35mph至45mph的范围内的值。
6.如权利要求1所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述振动参数包括环境温度,并且其中所述振动阈值包括温度阈值。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述温度阈值具有在85℉至95℉的范围内的值。
8.如权利要求1所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述振动参数包括所述车辆的垂直加速度,并且其中所述振动阈值包括加速度阈值。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述加速度阈值具有在1.3m/s2至1.7m/s2的范围内的值。
10.如权利要求1所述的车辆中的设备,其特征在于,所述密封件包括在所述车门总成与所述车门框架之间压缩的管状主球部,其中所述主球部具有接触侧,所述接触侧具有第一厚度,以在所述车门总成闭合至所述标称锁闭状态时提供齐平的压缩负载挠曲,其中所述主球部具有基部侧,所述基部侧具有朝所述接触侧渐缩至所述第一厚度的第二厚度,以随着将所述车门总成拉动成处于所述微下嵌状况而提供具有增加的变化率的微下嵌压缩负载挠曲。
