the personnel disinfection cabin is connected with the internal and external disinfection cabins of the vehicle through a first personnel outlet door and is provided with a third personnel outlet door, and a second micro-fog terminal connected with the micro-fog disinfection system is arranged in the personnel disinfection cabin;
the cleaning chamber is connected with the vehicle internal and external disinfection cabin through the second personnel outlet door and is connected with the personnel disinfection cabin through the third personnel outlet door;
and the control system is respectively connected with the vehicle in-out door, the first personnel out-door, the second personnel out-door, the third personnel out-door, the micro-fog disinfection system, the dry fog disinfection system, the plasma wind circulation system and the light wave disinfection system and controls the work of the systems.
2. A special vehicle decontamination center as defined in claim 1, further comprising:
a rest room connected with the clean room through a fourth personnel exit door.
3. A special vehicle decontamination center as defined in claim 1, further comprising:
and the automatic non-contact car washing area is arranged on one side of the inner and outer disinfection cabins of the vehicle.

8. The special vehicle disinfecting center of claim 1, wherein a camera is arranged at a vehicle access door of the vehicle interior and exterior disinfecting chamber, and the camera is connected with the control system.
9. The special vehicle disinfection center of claim 1, wherein a reading module capable of reading signals of the RFID module is disposed at a vehicle access door of the vehicle interior and exterior disinfection chamber, and the reading module is connected to the control system.
10. A special vehicle decontamination center as claimed in claim 1, wherein a position sensor is provided within said vehicle interior and exterior decontamination chamber, said position sensor being connected to said control system.
