Therefore, the top and the bottom of the vehicle can be disinfected and cleaned simultaneously in the process of rotating the spray arm around the vehicle for one circle.
The conveyor 300 includes motors and tracks, and the motors are used for driving the tracks to move, so that the vehicles are driven by the tracks to move from the outside of the preliminary disinfection chamber 100 to the inside of the first vehicle passage 110, from the inside of the preliminary disinfection chamber 100 to the inside of the second vehicle passage 210, and from the inside of the second vehicle passage 210 to the outside of the final disinfection chamber 200.
The preliminary sterilization chamber 100 and the final sterilization chamber 200 further include a pedestrian passageway disposed in parallel with the first vehicle passageway 110 and the second vehicle passageway 210. The pedestrian passageway comprises a protective equipment removing area 910 and a shower area 920, the protective equipment removing area 910 and the shower area 920 are sequentially distributed along the vehicle travelling direction, personnel can remove protective equipment from the protective equipment removing area 910 in advance and then travel to the shower area 920 for disinfection, and medical materials can be transported out through the pedestrian passageway along the direction opposite to the vehicle travelling direction.
The vehicle washing and disinfecting system operates as follows:
first, the vehicle drives onto the track outside the preliminary sterilization chamber 100.
Next, the automatic recognition device 930 recognizes the license plate and registers the entered license plate number.
Next, the first lift gate 410 is opened and the tracks convey the vehicle into the first vehicle tunnel 110 of the preliminary sterilization chamber 100.
Next, when the vehicle triggers the first infrared detection device 710, the vehicle is located in the first vehicle tunnel 110, and the controller controls the conveyor 300 to stop conveying the vehicle.
Thereafter, the first lift gate 410 is closed, so that the preliminary sterilization compartment 100 is relatively sealed and the driver does not get off the vehicle.
Thirdly, the washing and protecting integrated car washer 500 is started, the disinfectant is sprayed to the car through the spray nozzles, and in the spraying process, the spray arms drive the spray nozzles to surround the car for a circle so as to disinfect the top of the car, the periphery of the car and the bottom of the car.
Then, high-pressure clear water is sprayed to the vehicle through the spray nozzles, and in the spraying process, the spray arms drive the spray nozzles to surround the vehicle for a circle so as to clean the appearance of the top of the vehicle, the periphery of the vehicle and the bottom of the vehicle. Sewage generated during the disinfection and cleaning process leaks from the ground into the sewage treatment system 800.
And then, starting the fan to dry the vehicle.
Thereafter, the second lift gate 420 is opened and the tracks transfer the vehicle into the second vehicle tunnel 210 of the terminal sterilization chamber 200.
Next, when the vehicle triggers the second infrared detection device 720, the vehicle is located in the second vehicle tunnel 210, and the controller controls the conveyor 300 to stop conveying the vehicle.
Thereafter, the second lift gate 420 is closed, the terminal sterilization chamber 200 is relatively sealed, and the driver opens all doors of the ambulance, and gets off the ambulance, and enters the personnel access for personal cleaning and sterilization.
Then, the dry mist sterilizer 600 is activated to sterilize the inside and outside of the vehicle.
Thereafter, after sterilization is complete, third lift gate 430 is activated and the tracks transport the vehicle out of second vehicle aisle 210 of terminal sterilization chamber 200.
The present embodiments also provide a vehicle washing and disinfecting method, including:
opening a first lift door 410 disposed rearward of the first vehicle tunnel 110;
transporting the vehicle from outside the preliminary sterilization chamber 100 to a first vehicle passage 110 in the preliminary sterilization chamber 100 by a conveyor 300, the first vehicle passage 110 being a one-way passage;
closing the first lift gate 410 and plugging the first vehicle tunnel 110;
washing and disinfecting the vehicle by a wash and protect integrated car washer 500 disposed within the first vehicle tunnel 110;
opening a second lift gate 420 provided at the rear of the second vehicle tunnel 210;
transporting vehicles from within a first vehicle aisle 110 to a second vehicle aisle 210 via a conveyor 300, the second vehicle aisle 210 being a one-way aisle, the second vehicle aisle 210 being in communication with the first vehicle aisle 110;
closing the second lift gate 420 and plugging the second vehicle tunnel 210;
sterilizing the vehicle by a dry fog sterilizer 600 disposed in the second vehicle tunnel 210;
opening a third lift gate 430 disposed in front of the second vehicle tunnel 210;
the vehicle is transported from within the second vehicle tunnel 210 to outside the terminal sterilization chamber 200 by the conveyor 300.
In the above embodiment, the vehicle may be an ambulance, and in other embodiments, the vehicle may be another vehicle requiring sterilization and cleaning, which is not limited by the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle washing and sanitizing system, comprising:
the preliminary disinfection cabin is provided with a first vehicle channel, and the first vehicle channel is a one-way channel;
a terminal sterilization chamber having a second vehicle passage, the second vehicle passage being a one-way passage, the second vehicle passage being in communication with the first vehicle passage;
a conveyor for transporting the vehicle from outside the preliminary decontamination chamber into the first vehicle tunnel, from inside the first vehicle tunnel into the second vehicle tunnel, and from inside the second vehicle tunnel out of the final decontamination chamber;
the first lifting door is arranged behind the first vehicle channel and used for plugging the first vehicle channel;
the second lifting door is arranged behind the second vehicle channel and used for plugging the first vehicle channel and the second vehicle channel;
the third lifting door is arranged in front of the second vehicle passage and used for plugging the second vehicle passage;
the washing and protecting integrated car washer is arranged in the first vehicle channel and is used for carrying out surface washing and primary disinfection on the vehicle;
and the dry fog disinfection machine is arranged in the second vehicle passage and is used for carrying out terminal disinfection on the vehicle.
2. The vehicle cleaning and sanitizing system according to claim 1, further comprising a controller connected to said conveyor, said first lift gate, said second lift gate, said third lift gate, said wash and care integrated car washer, and said dry mist sterilizer, respectively, for controlling the opening and closing of said conveyor, said first lift gate, said second lift gate, said third lift gate, said wash and care integrated car washer, and said dry mist sterilizer.
3. The vehicle washing and disinfecting system of claim 1, further comprising an automatic recognition device for recognizing a license plate and registering entry of the license plate number.
4. The vehicle washing and disinfecting system of claim 2, further comprising a first infrared detecting device disposed in the first vehicle tunnel for detecting whether a vehicle is in place and connected to the controller, and a second infrared detecting device disposed in the second vehicle tunnel for detecting whether a vehicle is in place and connected to the controller.
5. The vehicle washing and disinfecting system of claim 1, further comprising a sewage treatment system provided at the bottom of the preliminary disinfecting chamber and the final disinfecting chamber for collecting sewage generated by disinfection and washing.
6. The vehicle cleaning and sanitizing system according to claim 1, wherein said wash and care integrated car washer comprises a skid, a spray arm, a spray nozzle, a sanitizer storage tank, a clear water storage tank, and a valve; the slide rail is arranged in the preliminary disinfection cabin; the spraying arm is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner; the spray nozzles are arranged on the spray arms and are used for spraying disinfection water and clean water; the disinfectant storage tank is communicated with the nozzle; the clear water storage tank is communicated with the nozzle; the valve is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the disinfectant storage tank and the nozzle and the connection and disconnection of the clear water storage tank and the nozzle.

The vehicle washing and disinfecting system of claim 6, wherein the slide rail comprises a front and rear slide rail fixedly disposed at the top of the preliminary disinfecting compartment and disposed along the traveling direction of the first vehicle passageway, a slider slidably coupled to the front and rear slide rail, a rotary rail fixedly disposed on the slider and disposed along the traveling direction perpendicular to the first vehicle passageway, a rotary seat slidably coupled to the transverse slide rail, the rotary seat rotatably coupled to the rotary seat, and a rotary table fixedly coupled to the spray arm.
8. The vehicle washing and disinfecting system of claim 7, wherein the spray arm comprises a cross beam and a vertical arm, one end of the cross beam being fixedly connected to one end of the vertical arm, the cross beam being fixedly connected to the rotary table, the cross beam and the vertical arm each having the spray nozzle disposed thereon.
9. The vehicle washing and sanitizing system of claim 1 wherein said conveyor comprises a motor and a track, said motor for driving said track in motion.
10. A vehicle washing and disinfecting method for disinfecting by means of the vehicle washing and disinfecting system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising:
opening a first lift gate disposed rearward of a first vehicle aisle;
conveying the vehicle from the outside of the primary disinfection cabin to a first vehicle channel in the primary disinfection cabin through a conveying device, wherein the first vehicle channel is a one-way channel;
closing the first lifting door and plugging the first vehicle channel;
cleaning and disinfecting the vehicle through a washing and protecting integrated car washer arranged in the first vehicle channel;
opening a second lift gate disposed rearward of the second vehicle aisle;
conveying a vehicle from a first vehicle lane into a second vehicle lane by a conveyor, the second vehicle lane being a one-way lane, the second vehicle lane being in communication with the first vehicle lane;
closing the second lifting door and plugging a second vehicle channel;
sterilizing the vehicle by a dry fog sterilizer disposed within the second vehicle tunnel;
opening a third lift gate disposed forward of the second vehicle tunnel;
and conveying the vehicle from the second vehicle channel to the outside of the terminal disinfection cabin through the conveying device.
