Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that all the directional indicators (such as upper, lower, left, right, front and rear … …) in the embodiment of the present invention are only used to explain the relative position relationship between the components, the motion situation, etc. in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicator is changed accordingly.
A novel cup washing device, comprising:
a bearing platform 1;
the driving motor 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the bearing platform 1;
the cup washing platform 3 is self-rotating installed on the bearing platform 1, and a central cleaning rod 4 and a circumferential cleaning rod 5 are installed on the cup washing platform 3; the central cleaning rod 4 is arranged in the middle of the cup washing table 3 in a self-rotating manner, and the plurality of circumferential cleaning rods 5 are circumferentially arranged on the cup washing table 3;
the gear assembly 6 comprises a driving gear 61 connected with the driving motor 2 and a combined rim 62 arranged below the cup washing table 3; the driving gear 61 drives the combined rim 62 to rotate; the combined rim 62 includes an outer rim 621 and an inner gear 622, the inner gear 622 being disposed inside the outer rim 621, meshing with the outer rim 621; the outer rim 621 is used for driving the cup washing table 3 to rotate, and the inner gear 622 is connected with the central washing rod 4 and the circumferential washing rod 5 in a rotating and driving manner.
When the cup is cleaned, the cup is reversed, the central cleaning rod 4 extends into the cup, and the circumferential cleaning rod 5 clamps the outer side wall of the cup. The driving motor 2 is started, and the motor drives the cup washing table 3 to rotate through the gear assembly 6. The cup washing table 3 rotates, and the circumferential cleaning rod 5 rotates to circumferentially clean the outside of the cup following the cup washing table 3. On the other hand, the center washing bar 4 does not circumferentially rotate following the cup washing table 3. It should be noted that, during the rotation of the cup washing table 3, the central washing rod 4 and the circumferential washing rod 5 simultaneously keep rotating. The central cleaning rod 4, the circumferential cleaning rod 5 and the cup washing table 3 are rotated to clamp the cup, so that the cup is cleaned.
In particular, the gear assembly 6 comprises a driving gear 61 and a combined rim 62. As shown in fig. 1, the center of the driving gear 61 is connected to the driving rod of the driving motor 2 to realize synchronous rotation. The cup washing platform 3 is suspended on the bearing platform 1 and is connected by the support, and the combined rim 62 is arranged below the cup washing platform 3, namely in the space between the cup washing platform 3 and the bearing platform 1.
As shown in fig. 2, it should be noted that the combined rim 62 includes an outer rim 621 and an inner gear 622, wherein the outer rim 621 is annular and is connected to the cup washing table 3, and the drive gear 61 rotates to drive the outer rim 621 to rotate, so as to finally realize the rotation of the cup washing table 3. In another aspect. An internal gear 622 is also installed below the cup washing table 3, and is connected to lower ends of the central washing bar 4 and the circumferential washing bar 5. The inner gear 622 is positioned inside the outer ring 621 and meshes with the outer ring 621. One of the inner gears 622 is fixed to the middle of the outer ring 621, called a fixed inner gear, without contacting the outer ring 621, and the other inner gear 622 is engaged with the outer ring 621, called a moving inner gear. The moving inner wheel is simultaneously engaged with the fixed inner wheel and outer rim 621. It will be appreciated that the mobile inner wheel is connected to the circumferential cleaning bars 5 and the fixed inner wheel is connected to the central cleaning bar 4. The wheel drives circumference in the removal and washs pole 5 rotation, and the rotation mode is the same with circumference washing pole 5. The fixed inner wheel drives the central cleaning rod 4 to rotate in the same way as the central cleaning rod 4. The outer rim 621 and the internal gear 622 are arranged, the revolution and the rotation of the circumferential cleaning rod 5 and the rotation of the central cleaning rod 4 are realized, the cup is clamped between the central cleaning rod 4 and the circumferential cleaning rod 5, and the cleaning effect is good.
In one embodiment, the number and position of the plurality of internal gears 622 correspond one-to-one to the number and position of the central cleaning rods 4 and the circumferential cleaning rods 5.
The lower ends of each of the center washing bars 4 and the circumferential washing bars 5 are correspondingly connected to a single inner gear 622, and the inner gear 622 is rotationally moved corresponding to the center washing bars 4 and the circumferential washing bars 5.
In one embodiment, the outer rim 621 is a circular ring structure having outer and inner gear teeth, and the inner gear 622 is engaged with the inner gear teeth.
The outer gear teeth of the outer rim 621 are engaged with the driving gear 61, and additionally, a transition gear 7 may be disposed between the driving gear 61 and the outer rim 621 to prevent the driving gear 61 and the outer rim 621 from being directly engaged with each other, which may cause the driving motor 2 and the cup washing table 3 to be too close to each other. On the other hand, the inner gear is meshed with the inner gear 622, the drive gear 61 rotates the outer ring 621, and the outer ring 621 rotates the inner gear 622.
In one embodiment, one inner gear 622 is rotationally fixed in the middle of the outer rim 621, and three inner gears 622 are circumferentially spaced evenly inside the outer rim 621.
The internal gear 622 is disposed in the same manner as the central cleaning rod 4 and the circumferential cleaning rod 5. Generally, three circumferential cleaning rods 5 are adopted to clamp the outer wall of the cup, so that a good clamping effect is achieved.
In one embodiment, a transition gear 7 is also connected between the drive gear 61 and the composite rim 62.
As shown in fig. 1, the driving gear 61 and the combined rim 62 are directly connected to the driving motor 2 and the cup washing table 3, respectively. The number of rotations of the driving motor 2 per unit time is the number of rotations of the driving gear 61, and similarly, the number of rotations of the combination rim 62 is the number of rotations of the cup washing table 3. On the other hand, in order to ensure that the driving motor 2 has enough power to drive the cup washing table 3 to rotate, a certain speed of rotation needs to be maintained. When the rotation speed is constant, the larger the diameter of the drive gear 61 is, the larger the stroke of the drive motor 2 per unit time is. It will be appreciated that the cup washing station 3 is of a fixed format in order to ensure a good gripping and spin cleaning action on the cups. The effect reflected on the cup washing table 3 is that the rotating speed of the cup washing table 3 is faster when the driving motor 2 moves a larger stroke in unit time. In order to avoid the difficulty of the washing operation caused by the excessively high rotation speed of the cup washing table 3, the diameter specification of the driving gear 61 is limited. It should be noted that too small a drive gear 61 also creates a safety problem with the motor being too close to the cup washing station 3. A transition gear 7 is provided between the drive gear 61 and the combination rim 62, and the distance between the drive motor 2 and the cup washing table 3 can be freely adjusted.
In one embodiment, the outer surfaces of the central wash bar 4 and the circumferential wash bar 5 are of cleaning material. What achieves the cleaning effect is the cleaning material, and the central cleaning rod 4 and the circumferential cleaning rod 5 rotate the cleaning material to enable the cleaning material to rub against the cup, so that the cleaning effect is provided.
In one embodiment, the cleaning material is one of cloth, brush, sponge or cleaning gel.
In one embodiment, the driving motor 2 is a waterproof device.
The utility model discloses can place and realize wasing in different places, in embodiment one, the utility model discloses put on the platform, wash pole 4 and circumference at the center and wash the surface of pole 5 and add cleaner and water etc. can add the cup utensil and wash.
In embodiment two, the utility model discloses soak in the clean pond, can be used to wash the cup utensil, for avoiding soaking driving motor 2 and causing the damage, make the waterproof setting of driving motor 2.
In one embodiment, the drive motor 2 is sheathed with a waterproof shield.
Specifically, the surface of the driving motor 2 is sleeved with a waterproof shield, so that the motor is prevented from being damaged by the cleaning pool water.
