本实用新型属于管件技术领域,涉及一种防逆流编织管总成。
背景技术
在给排水工程中,需要通过管路对水进行输送,管路由各种管子连接而成,管子根据材料质地的不同可分为硬管和软管。编织管是软管的一种,在需要柔性连接的管路中被广泛使用。编织管包括内管,内管的外侧设置有不锈钢编织层或者尼龙编织层,用于保护内管。编织管在进入消费市场之前会在工厂中进行组装,形成编织管总成,编织管总成包括编织管本体以及固定在编织管本体两端的接头。
中国专利文献资料公开提出了一种不锈钢编织管[申请号:CN201020284271.1;公布号:CN201757232U],由垫圈、内管、螺帽、芯子、编织层、钢套组合而成。螺帽一端的内孔中设有挡肩,芯子包括连成一体的端部和位于端部下面的连接杆,端部与连接杆之间有卡扣,连接杆的外表面有倒齿形结构。螺帽套装在芯子上,卡扣与挡肩形成卡接。芯子端部装有垫圈,芯子的连接杆与内管紧密套接,内管外包覆有编织层,芯子与内管连接处的编织层外面紧固有钢套,钢套、芯子、内管冲压紧密连接。
将不锈钢编织管安装到管路中时,不锈钢编织管一端连接进水管,另一端连接终端供水设备,如水龙头或者花洒或者马桶水箱或者热水器水箱等。当发生停水时,由于不锈钢编织管不具有防逆流功能,在水压的作用下,水会发生逆流,导致被污染的水进入到家庭供水管路中,当再次正常供水时,这些被污染的水会通到水龙头中供日常饮用,容易引起疾病。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提出了一种防逆流编织管总成,解决了现有的编织管总成不具有防逆流功能的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种防逆流编织管总成,包括编织管本体、进水接头和出水接头,所述进水接头固定在编织管本体的进水端,所述出水接头固定在编织管本体的出水端,所述编织管本体包括内管以及设置在内管外侧面上的编织层,其特征在于,所述进水接头内固定有止回阀,所述进水接头的内侧面上具有挡肩,所述进水接头进水端的内侧面上卡接有挡圈,所述止回阀轴向限位于挡肩和挡圈之间,所述止回阀包括呈筒状的阀体,所述阀体的外侧面与进水接头的内侧面之间设置有密封件,所述阀体内设置有可滑动的阀芯,所述阀体进水端的内侧面上设置有阀座环,所述阀体的出水端上固定有导向架,所述导向架上具有通孔,所述阀芯与导向架之间连接有弹簧,所述弹簧作用在阀芯上使阀芯抵靠在阀座环上并形成密封,所述阀芯出水端的端面上具有凸出的呈圆柱状的导向杆,所述导向架上设置有呈六棱柱状的导向孔,所述导向杆插设在导向孔内并能够在导向孔内滑动。
正常供水时,进水管中的水从进水接头的进水端进入止回阀中,在水压的作用下,水流克服弹簧的弹力将阀芯推开,水从阀芯与阀座环之间的间隙处进入到阀体的出水端,然后通过导向架上的通孔流出止回阀,之后从进水接头的出水端流出并进入到编织管本体中。停水时,弹簧作用在阀芯上使阀芯与阀座环抵靠并形成密封,而阀体的外侧面与进水接头的内侧面之间设置有密封件,这样编织管本体中的水不能从止回阀处流出进入到进水管中,止回阀的设置使编织管总成具有防逆流的功能。通过挡肩和挡圈将止回阀轴向限位在进水接头内,挡肩能够避免顺流的水将止回阀冲走而导致止回阀失效,挡圈能够避免逆流的水将止回阀带出进水接头而导致止回阀失效,保证了本编织管总成的防逆流功能。另外挡肩还具有安装定位作用,方便止回阀在进水接头内的安装。而导向杆与导向孔具有导向作用,使阀芯在阀体内滑动有序进行,保证在停水时阀芯能够准确的与阀座环抵靠并形成密封,保证了止回阀的可靠性。而导向杆呈圆柱状,导向孔呈六棱柱状,可以避免导向杆在导向孔内发生卡顿,提高了止回阀的可靠性。因此,本编织管总成具有防逆流功能,且防逆流性能稳定可靠。
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述导向架包括外沿环和中心柱,所述外沿环与中心柱之间一体固定有连接条,所述连接条有四个并沿周向均匀排列,所述导向架上相邻两个连接条之间形成所述通孔,所述导向孔设置在中心柱上,所述外沿环与阀体的出水端固定连接。
这样设置导向架使导向架的结构稳定,提高了止回阀使用的可靠性,使本编织管总成的防逆流性能稳定可靠。
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述弹簧套装在导向杆外侧,所述阀芯出水端的端面上绕着导向杆设置有呈环形的定位槽,所述中心柱的进水端具有向阀芯延伸形成的安装部,所述弹簧的进水端插入到定位槽内并抵靠在定位槽的底面上,所述安装部插入到弹簧的出水端内且弹簧的出水端抵靠在连接条上。
弹簧这样安装使弹簧在阀芯滑动时伸缩稳定,从而提高了止回阀使用的可靠性,使本编织管总成的防逆流性能稳定可靠。
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述阀体出水端的内侧面上设置有卡槽,所述外沿环上设置有卡凸部,所述卡凸部插入到阀体出水端中并卡入到卡槽内。通过卡槽和卡凸部使导向架固定在阀体上,提高了止回阀结构的稳定性,有利于使本编织管总成的防逆流性能稳定可靠
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述卡槽上远离阀体出水端端面的侧壁面与卡槽的底面之间具有凸出的加强凸环。加强凸环的设置可以提高阀体出水端处的结构强度,有利于提高止回阀结构的稳定性,使本编织管总成的防逆流性能稳定可靠。
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述卡凸部的外侧面上具有倾斜设置的导向面。导向面的设置使卡凸部嵌入到卡槽内方便。
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述阀座环出水端的端面上具有呈倒圆锥形的密封面,所述阀芯的外侧面上固定有密封圈,所述密封圈抵靠在密封面上并形成密封,所述阀芯进水端的端面上具有呈圆柱状的限位部,所述限位部插入到阀座环的内孔中。
密封面呈倒圆锥形,一方面使密封圈与阀座环形成可靠的密封,另一方面密封面对限位部具有导向作用,使限位部能够顺利进入到阀座环的内孔中,且限位部位于阀芯环的内孔中对阀芯具有径向限位作用,使止回阀的防逆流性能稳定可靠。
在上述的防逆流编织管总成中,所述阀芯出水端端面的外沿处具有呈圆锥形的导流面。导流面的设置使顺流的水平稳流过阀芯,减少阀芯与阀体撞击引起的损伤,保证止回阀防逆流性能稳定可靠。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:

如图1-图4所示,一种防逆流编织管总成,包括编织管本体1、进水接头2和出水接头3,编织管本体1包括内管1a以及设置在内管1a外侧面上的编织层1b。进水接头2固定在编织管本体1的进水端,出水接头3固定在编织管本体1的出水端,进水接头2上套接有螺帽4。进水接头2内固定有止回阀5,进水接头2中部的内侧面上具有挡肩2a,进水接头2进水端的内侧面上卡接有挡圈6。进水接头2进水端的内侧面上设置有固定槽2b,挡圈6嵌入到固定槽2b。止回阀5轴向限位于挡肩2a和挡圈6之间,止回阀5的出水端抵靠在挡肩2a上,止回阀5的进水端能够抵靠在挡圈6上。挡圈6设置有开口,这样方便将挡圈6卡入到固定槽2b内。
止回阀5包括呈筒状的阀体5a,阀体5a的外侧面与进水接头2的内侧面之间设置有密封件7。阀体5a的外侧面上设置有环形槽5a1,密封件7呈环形并固定在环形槽5a1内,密封件7的外侧面贴靠在进水接头2的内侧面上并形成密封。阀体5a内设置有可滑动的阀芯5b,阀芯5b的外侧面上设置有呈环形的凹槽5b1,凹槽5b1内固定有密封圈5b2。阀体5a进水端的内侧面上设置有呈环形的阀座环5a2,阀座环5a2的内孔呈圆柱状,阀座环5a2出水端的端面上具有呈倒圆锥形的密封面5a3,密封圈5b2抵靠在密封面5a3上并形成密封。阀芯5b进水端的端面上具有呈圆柱状的限位部5b3,限位部5b3插入到阀座环5a2的内孔中。阀芯5b出水端端面的外沿处具有呈圆锥形的导流面5b4,阀芯5b出水端的端面上具有凸出的呈圆柱状的导向杆5b5。
阀体5a的出水端上固定有导向架5c,导向架5c上具有通孔5c1,导向架5c上设置有呈六棱柱状的导向孔5c2。导向杆5b5插设在导向孔5c2内并能够在导向孔5c2内滑动。导向架5c包括外沿环5c3和中心柱5c4,外沿环5c3与中心柱5c4之间一体固定有连接条5c5,连接条5c5有四个并沿周向均匀排列,导向架5c上相邻两个连接条5c5之间形成通孔5c1,导向孔5c2设置在中心柱5c4上,外沿环5c3与阀体5a的出水端固定连接。阀体5a出水端的内侧面上设置有卡槽5a4,外沿环5c3上设置有卡凸部5c6,卡凸部5c6插入到阀体5a出水端中并卡入到卡槽5a4内。卡槽5a4上远离阀体5a出水端端面的侧壁面与卡槽5a4的底面之间具有凸出的加强凸环5a5。卡凸部5c6的外侧面上具有倾斜设置的导向面5c7。
阀芯5b与导向架5c之间连接有弹簧5d,弹簧5d作用在阀芯5b上使密封圈5b2抵靠在阀座环5a2的密封面5a3上并形成密封,使限位部5b3插入到阀座环5a2的内孔中。弹簧5d套装在导向杆5b5外侧,阀芯5b出水端的端面上绕着导向杆5b5设置有呈环形的定位槽5b6,中心柱5c4的进水端具有向阀芯5b延伸形成的安装部5c8。弹簧5d的进水端插入到定位槽5b6内并抵靠在定位槽5b6的底面上,安装部5c8插入到弹簧5d的出水端内且弹簧5d的出水端抵靠在连接条5c5上。
正常供水时,进水管中的水从进水接头2的进水端进入止回阀5中,在水压的作用下,水流克服弹簧5d的弹力将阀芯5b推开,水从阀芯5b与阀座环5a2之间的间隙处进入到阀体5a的出水端,然后通过导向架5c上的通孔5c1流出止回阀5,之后从进水接头2的出水端流出并进入到编织管本体1中。停水时,弹簧5d作用在阀芯5b上使阀芯5b与阀座环5a2抵靠并形成密封,而阀体5a的外侧面与进水接头2的内侧面之间设置有密封件7,这样编织管本体1中的水不能从止回阀5处流出进入到进水管中,止回阀5的设置使编织管总成具有防逆流的功能。通过挡肩2a和挡圈6将止回阀5轴向限位在进水接头2内,挡肩2a能够避免顺流的水将止回阀5冲走而导致止回阀5失效,挡圈6能够避免逆流的水将止回阀5带出进水接头2而导致止回阀5失效,保证了本编织管总成的防逆流功能。而导向杆5b5与导向孔5c2具有导向作用,使阀芯5b在阀体5a内滑动有序进行,保证在停水时阀芯5b能够准确的与阀座环5a2抵靠并形成密封,保证了止回阀5的可靠性。而导向杆5b5呈圆柱状,导向孔5c2呈六棱柱状,可以避免导向杆5b5在导向孔5c2内发生卡顿,提高了止回阀5的可靠性。因此,本编织管总成具有防逆流功能,且防逆流性能稳定可靠。

1.一种防逆流编织管总成,包括编织管本体(1)、进水接头(2)和出水接头(3),所述进水接头(2)固定在编织管本体(1)的进水端,所述出水接头(3)固定在编织管本体(1)的出水端,所述编织管本体(1)包括内管(1a)以及设置在内管(1a)外侧面上的编织层(1b),其特征在于,所述进水接头(2)内固定有止回阀(5),所述进水接头(2)的内侧面上具有挡肩(2a),所述进水接头(2)进水端的内侧面上卡接有挡圈(6),所述止回阀(5)轴向限位于挡肩(2a)和挡圈(6)之间,所述止回阀(5)包括呈筒状的阀体(5a),所述阀体(5a)的外侧面与进水接头(2)的内侧面之间设置有密封件(7),所述阀体(5a)内设置有可滑动的阀芯(5b),所述阀体(5a)进水端的内侧面上设置有阀座环(5a2),所述阀体(5a)的出水端上固定有导向架(5c),所述导向架(5c)上具有通孔(5c1),所述阀芯(5b)与导向架(5c)之间连接有弹簧(5d),所述弹簧(5d)作用在阀芯(5b)上使阀芯(5b)抵靠在阀座环(5a2)上并形成密封,所述阀芯(5b)出水端的端面上具有凸出的呈圆柱状的导向杆(5b5),所述导向架(5c)上设置有呈六棱柱状的导向孔(5c2),所述导向杆(5b5)插设在导向孔(5c2)内并能够在导向孔(5c2)内滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述导向架(5c)包括外沿环(5c3)和中心柱(5c4),所述外沿环(5c3)与中心柱(5c4)之间一体固定有连接条(5c5),所述连接条(5c5)有四个并沿周向均匀排列,所述导向架(5c)上相邻两个连接条(5c5)之间形成所述通孔(5c1),所述导向孔(5c2)设置在中心柱(5c4)上,所述外沿环(5c3)与阀体(5a)的出水端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述弹簧(5d)套装在导向杆(5b5)外侧,所述阀芯(5b)出水端的端面上绕着导向杆(5b5)设置有呈环形的定位槽(5b6),所述中心柱(5c4)的进水端具有向阀芯(5b)延伸形成的安装部(5c8),所述弹簧(5d)的进水端插入到定位槽(5b6)内并抵靠在定位槽(5b6)的底面上,所述安装部(5c8)插入到弹簧(5d)的出水端内且弹簧(5d)的出水端抵靠在连接条(5c5)上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述阀体(5a)出水端的内侧面上设置有卡槽(5a4),所述外沿环(5c3)上设置有卡凸部(5c6),所述卡凸部(5c6)插入到阀体(5a)出水端中并卡入到卡槽(5a4)内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述卡槽(5a4)上远离阀体(5a)出水端端面的侧壁面与卡槽(5a4)的底面之间具有凸出的加强凸环(5a5)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述卡凸部(5c6)的外侧面上具有倾斜设置的导向面(5c7)。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述阀座环(5a2)出水端的端面上具有呈倒圆锥形的密封面(5a3),所述阀芯(5b)的外侧面上固定有密封圈(5b2),所述密封圈(5b2)抵靠在密封面(5a3)上并形成密封,所述阀芯(5b)进水端的端面上具有呈圆柱状的限位部(5b3),所述限位部(5b3)插入到阀座环(5a2)的内孔中。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的防逆流编织管总成,其特征在于,所述阀芯(5b)出水端端面的外沿处具有呈圆锥形的导流面(5b4)。
