Abstract

一种树脂造粒装置,可以将热熔的树脂造成粒度 均匀的固体颗粒,它主要由壳体,加热夹套、孔板、导 杆、造粒杆及造粒杆板等组成,壳体内有热熔树脂,热 熔树脂周围有加热夹套,壳体导杆连有造粒杆板,造 粒杆板上连有若干个造粒杆组件,该装置可大大减轻 工人的劳动强度,不污染环境,生产出的产品便于计 量、包装、运输和客户使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种树脂在热融状态下冷却为固体颗粒的树脂造粒装置。
现有技术中,热融树脂通常流放到一个大槽内,冷却为大块固体,再由粉碎机粉碎成小碎块,或者用槽体排放到钢带上,冷却为片状固体,再由工人用铁锹打碎,装入包装袋,利用这种装置生产树脂不便采用计量包装,难以准确自动计量,工人劳动强度大,环境污染十分严重,且粉碎后的产品形状不规则,不便使用和运输。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能生产出粒度均匀树脂、减轻工人劳动强度,且不污染环境的树脂造粒装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括有造粒杆8若干个、孔板10、壳体1、加热夹套2、转筒4或钢带、导杆5、造粒杆板6、滑动轴承7、缓冲弹簧9及造粒杆帽3;壳体1内盛有热融树脂,在壳体内热融树脂周围有加热夹套2,其内有加热介质,孔板10在壳体1底部与热融树脂的位置一一对应,与壳体1之间固定连接,孔板10的孔形状为锥形孔,在壳体1上端固定连接有数个导杆5,导杆5内有一盛油孔,盛有润滑油,在导杆5外侧有数个小孔与导杆5内的盛油孔相通,导杆5通过造粒杆板6上的滑动轴承7与其相连,在造粒杆板6上装有数个造粒杆板组件,即造粒杆帽3、缓冲弹簧9和造粒杆8,缓冲弹簧9装入造粒杆8上与造粒杆帽3固定连接上,在造粒杆板6和造粒杆组件之间留有间隙,造粒杆8下端为一与孔板10锥形孔相配合的上端大下端小的旋转体,在壳体1下端2~60mm处设置有一转动的转筒4或运动的钢板,在转筒4的内表面或钢板的背面有冷却介质。
本实用新型能够造出各种粒度均匀的树脂颗粒产品,便于采用计量包装,大大减轻工人的劳动强度,且不污染环境,生产出的产品便于运输和用户使用。
下面结合附图详细叙述本实用新型的技术解决方案。
图1为树脂造粒装置的示意图。
它包括有造粒杆8若干个、孔板10、壳体1、加热夹套2、转筒4或钢带、导杆5、造粒杆板6、滑动轴承7、缓冲弹簧9及造粒杆帽3;壳体1内盛有热融树脂,在壳体1内热融树脂周围有加热夹套2,其内有加热介质,孔板10在壳体1底部与热融树脂的位置一一对应,与壳体1之间固定连接,孔板10的孔形状为锥形孔,在壳体1上端固定连接有数个导杆5,导杆5内有一盛油孔,盛有润滑油,在导杆5外侧有数个小孔与导杆5内的盛油孔相通,导杆5通过造粒杆板6上的滑动轴承7与其相连,在造粒杆板6上装有数个造粒杆组件,即造粒杆帽3、缓冲弹簧9和造粒杆8,缓冲弹簧9装入造粒杆8上与造粒杆帽3固定连接上,在造粒杆板6和造粒杆组件之间留有间隙,造粒杆8下端为一与孔板10锥形孔相配合的上端大下端小的旋转体,在 壳体1下端2~60mm处设置有一转动的转筒4或运动的钢板,在转筒4的内表面或钢板的背面有冷却介质。
使用时,电动机驱动曲轴,曲轴带动连杆,进一步推动造粒杆板6在孔板10的锥形孔处做上下往复运动,使孔时开时闭,在加热介质作用下的热融树脂呈滴状物落到转筒4的表面,在转筒4内表面冷却介质作用下,形成粒度均匀的树脂颗粒产品,为了保证数个造粒杆同时压紧孔板10的锥形孔,造粒杆上均配有缓冲弹簧,靠弹簧的压缩不同来调节,在导杆5与造粒杆板6之间装有耐磨的滑动轴承防止因热膨胀造成导杆弯曲。造出的树脂粒度大小取决于造粒杆往复运动的频率、热融树脂粘度、孔板中孔的直径及造粒杆上升的高度。
上述转筒4也可用钢板代替。

1、一种树脂造粒装置,其特征在于它包括有造粒杆8若干个,孔板10,壳体1,加热夹套2,转筒4或钢带、导杆5,造粒杆板6,滑动轴承7,缓冲弹簧9及造粒杆帽3;壳体1内盛有热融树脂,在壳体1内热融树脂周围有加热夹套2,其内有加热介质,孔板10在壳体1底部与热融树脂的位置一一对应,与壳体1之间固定连接,孔板10的孔形状为锥形孔,在壳体1上端固定连接有数个导杆5,导杆5内有一盛油孔盛有润滑油,在导杆5外侧有数个小孔与导杆5内的盛油孔相通,导杆5通过造粒杆板6上的滑动轴承7与其相连,在造粒杆板6上装有数个造粒杆组件,即造粒杆帽3,缓冲弹簧9和造粒杆8,缓冲弹簧9装入造粒杆8上与造粒杆帽3固定连接上,在造粒杆板6和造粒杆组件之间留有间隙,造粒杆8下端为一与孔板10锥形孔相配合的上端大下端小的旋转体,在壳体1下端2~60mm处设置有一转动的转筒4或运动的钢板,转筒4的内表面或或钢板的背面有冷却介质。
