A preparation method of folium Artemisiae Argyi extract with antibacterial and anthelmintic effects comprises the following steps:
step (1): cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi stem and leaf without disease infection, soaking in 10 times of sterile clear water for 30-40 min, treating with ultrasonic wave every 5 min for 5-10 s, and sterilizing with ozone generator; taking out for later use after soaking; can effectively remove impurities such as protein, glucan and the like, reduce the generation of impurities in the extraction process of essential oil, remove harmful substances such as insoluble residues, pesticide residues and the like, and simultaneously, the ozone has good sterilization and disinfection effects.
Step (2): chopping the soaked folium Artemisiae Argyi stem and leaf, immersing the chopped folium Artemisiae Argyi stem and leaf in liquid nitrogen for 30-60min, taking out, lyophilizing, and crushing into 5cm small segments in a coarse crusher; then putting the small fragments into a fine crusher to crush the small fragments into stem and leaf powder of 80-150 meshes; the essential oil loss caused by cell wall breaking is avoided to the maximum extent at low temperature.
And (3): adding the stem leaf powder into sterile clear water, boiling in a pressure cooker for 1-2 hours, and filtering to obtain a first filtrate and filter residue; adding water into the filter residue, boiling for 1-2 hours in a pressure cooker, and filtering to obtain a second filtrate; mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate with 0.01-0.08 times of biological enzyme, and standing for 30-60min, wherein the biological enzyme is at least one of beta-glucosidase, pectinase and cellulase; then placing the first filtrate, the second filtrate and the biological enzyme in a concentration tank D for concentration to obtain a concentrated solution; then putting the concentrated solution into an extraction tank A for extraction to obtain a mixture of wormwood essential oil and water; the essential oil is easier to extract by biological enzyme and enzymolysis.
And (4): separating oil and water from the mixture of the wormwood essential oil and water by an oil-water separator F to obtain wormwood essential oil steam; introducing the wormwood essential oil steam into a cooler E for cooling and condensing, and collecting wormwood essential oil in a liquid collecting tank G to obtain wormwood essential oil, namely the wormwood extract. The nutritional ingredients in the wormwood are retained to the maximum extent, the quality of the final wormwood extract product is ensured, no residue is left, and the wormwood extract product is healthy and sanitary.
