When the cooking cavity is in a high-pressure environment, the gas in the cooking cavity floats upwards by the buoyancy of the gas in the check valve 22, passes through the through hole 210 of the check plate 21, is blocked by the check valve 22, the check plate 21 cannot slide outwards, so that the check rod 23 is kept in the inner pot cover 1, the check rod 23 interferes with pot teeth (not shown) of the pot body, the pot cover is prevented from rotating relative to the pot body (not shown), and the purpose of prohibiting the pot cover from rotating is achieved.
When the cooking chamber is in a safe pressure environment, the valve 22 sinks and is separated from the through hole 210 due to its own weight. The open-stop plate 21 is not restricted by the open-stop valve 22, and is restored to be free to slide inward and outward. At this time, when the user rotates the lid, the teeth (not shown) of the pot body can push the stop rod 23 outwards, so as to force the stop plate 21 to slide outwards until the stop rod 23 is pushed out of the inner pot cover 1, and the lid rotates to a position where the locking with the pot body is released, namely, the open position.

Referring to fig. 2, the guide member 24 is provided with a generally arcuate sidewall 241, and a guide rib 242 extends inwardly from a middle portion of the sidewall 241 toward the sidewall 12. The elastic member 25 is a spring in the present embodiment, and is sleeved outside the guiding rib 242, one end of the elastic member 25 abuts against the side wall 241, and the other end of the elastic member 25 abuts against the bottom end of the opening stop plate 21 and pushes the opening stop plate 21 toward the side wall 12, so that the opening stop rod 23 passes through the through hole 13 on the side wall 12 and protrudes into the inner lid 1. The stop lever 23 is of hollow design and is provided with a groove 230 for accommodating the guide rib 242, so that the stop lever 23 slides in and out following the stop plate 21. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in the initial state, the distance from the front end face 243 of the guide rib 242 to the groove bottom surface of the groove 230 is smaller than the movement stroke of the opening stop lever 23, and at the end of the stroke of the opening stop lever 23, the front end face 243 of the guide rib 242 does not interfere with the groove bottom surface of the groove 230, so that the guide rib 242 can be designed to avoid influencing the movement stroke of the opening stop lever 23.
With reference to fig. 2, the opening stop plate 21 is a metal plate, and includes a horizontal section 211 located on the upper side of the top wall 11 of the inner lid 1, a vertical section 212 located on the outer side of the side wall 12 of the inner lid 1, and an inclined section 213 connecting the horizontal section 211 and the vertical section 212, and the opening stop rod 23 is located on the vertical section. Specifically, the stop rod 23 and the groove 230 thereof are directly formed in the vertical section 212 by punching in a punch forming mode, so that the forming is simple and the manufacturing is convenient.
Fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 3, and one end of the guiding rib 242 near the side wall 12 is provided with a guiding inclined surface 244 to guide the guiding rib 242 into the groove 230 during the assembly of the opening preventing plate assembly 2. The diameter of the guiding rib 242 is smaller than that of the groove 230, the diameter difference between the two is within 0.2mm-0.8mm, the diameter difference is too small and is easy to interfere, sliding of the check valve is affected, and good correction guiding effect cannot be provided if the diameter difference is too large.
In this embodiment, the guide rib 242 has a substantially uniform front-to-rear diameter, and alternatively, the guide rib 242 may have a tapered shape with a smallest diameter near the end of the side wall 12 to facilitate the guide rib 242 to be inserted into the groove 230.
