As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment includes a cooker body 10 and a cooker cover 20. Wherein, the pot body 10 is used for containing food to be cooked, and a heating device is arranged in the pot body 10. The pot cover 20 is covered on the pot body 10. The lid 20 includes an upper lid and an inner lid 22. The inner cap 22 is provided with a pressure limiting valve 30 which is removable and movable after assembly. The upper cover is provided with a driving device 40 for driving the pressure limiting valve 30 to open. When the inner cap 22 is assembled to the upper cap, the pressure limiting valve 30 is sunk (integrally sunk or tilted) by gravity to avoid the driving jack 41 of the driving device 40.
With the electric pressure cooker of the embodiment, the movable pressure limiting valve 30 is arranged on the inner cover 22, and the driving device 40 for driving the pressure limiting valve 30 to open is arranged on the upper cover. When it is desired to fit the inner lid 22 to the upper lid, the upper lid is in an open state. A connecting rod structure is connected to the handle mounting part in the middle of the upper cover, and one end of the connecting rod structure, which is far away from the handle mounting part, is matched with the rear end of the driving ejector rod 41 of the driving device 40. When the upper cover is in an opened state, the handle mounting portion pushes the driving jack 41 forward through the link structure, and the driving jack 41 of the driving device 40 protrudes. In the assembly process, the pressure limiting valve 30 is sunk (integrally sunk or inclined) by gravity, so that the pressure limiting valve 30 cannot contact with the driving ejector rod 41 in the whole assembly process, so as to avoid the driving ejector rod 41 of the driving device 40, and further prevent the driving ejector rod 41 from being blocked by interference with the pressure limiting valve 30. When the inner lid 22 is assembled and the lid 20 is closed, the driving push rod 41 is retracted under the action of the return spring provided at the rear end, and a gap is provided between the driving push rod 41 and the pressure limiting valve 30. The structure is convenient for the assembly of the inner cover and the upper cover, and prevents the driving ejector rod and the pressure limiting valve from being interfered and blocked in the assembly process, thereby preventing the pressure limiting valve from not resetting and preventing leakage and slurry overflow under the working state.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, the distance from the center of the pressure limiting valve 30 to the rear end of the cover 20 is smaller than the distance from the center of the driving device 40 to the rear end of the cover 20. That is, when the inner cap 22 is assembled to the upper cap, the upper cap is in an open state, the center of the driving device 40 is above the center of the pressure limiting valve 30, and the pressure limiting valve 30 is sunk (sunk or tilted as a whole) due to gravity, so that the pressure limiting valve 30 can be moved in a direction away from the driving device 40, and the pressure limiting valve 30 cannot contact with the driving jack 41 during the whole assembly process, so that the driving jack 41 of the driving device 40 is avoided, and interference jamming between the driving jack 41 and the pressure limiting valve 30 is prevented. When the inner cover 22 is assembled and the pot cover 20 is closed, the pressure limiting valve 30 is reset, the driving ejector rod 41 is retracted under the action of a reset spring arranged at the rear end, and a gap is reserved between the driving ejector rod 41 and the pressure limiting valve 30. In addition, in consideration of the limited assembly space on the pot cover 20, the center of the driving device 40 is arranged above the center of the pressure limiting valve 30, so that the installation position of the driving device 40 can be moved upwards, the driving device 40 can be assembled on the pot cover 20 avoiding the outer edge of the pot cover 20, the assembly and the arrangement of the driving device 40 are more convenient, and the assembly space of the pot cover 20 is reasonably applied.
In the present embodiment, the driving device 40 is a solenoid valve, and the center of the driving device 40 is located above the center of the pressure limiting valve 30, so that the pressure limiting valve 30 is submerged by gravity to avoid the driving jack 41 of the driving device 40. Of course, the positional relationship between the driving device 40 and the pressure limiting valve 30 is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the driving device may be located below the pressure limiting valve (the distance from the center of the pressure limiting valve to the rear end of the pot cover is greater than the distance from the center of the driving device to the rear end of the pot cover), and the portion where the pressure limiting valve is matched with the driving ram of the driving device is provided with a recess for avoiding, so that when the inner cover is assembled on the upper cover, the pressure limiting valve is sunk by gravity, so that the front end of the driving ram is just placed in the recess for avoiding the front end of the driving ram, that is, the recess for avoiding the interference and jamming of the driving ram and the pressure limiting valve. In addition, the driving device and the pressure limiting valve can be arranged in a flush manner (the distance from the center of the pressure limiting valve to the rear end of the pot cover is equal to the distance from the center of the driving device to the rear end of the pot cover), so long as the driving ejector rod of the driving device can be avoided when the pressure limiting valve is submerged under the gravity.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, the drive piece 31 that cooperates with the drive jack 41 is provided on the circumferential outer surface of the pressure limiting valve 30. When the inner lid 22 is assembled to the upper lid, the upper lid is in an open state, and the driving piece 31 is located below the driving jack 41. The pressure limiting valve 30 is sinking under gravity, so that the driving piece 31 can move away from the driving device 40 (as shown by arrow in fig. 4), and the driving piece 31 cannot contact with the driving ejector rod 41 in the whole assembly process, so that the driving ejector rod 41 of the driving device 40 is avoided, and interference and locking between the driving ejector rod 41 and the pressure limiting valve 30 are prevented. When the inner cover 22 is assembled and the pot cover 20 is closed, the pressure limiting valve 30 is reset, the driving ejector rod 41 is retracted under the action of the reset spring arranged at the rear end, and a gap is reserved between the driving ejector rod 41 and the driving piece 31. The structure can enable the driving ejector rod 41 to be matched with the driving piece 31 in normal operation, and the front end of the driving ejector rod 41 is matched with the driving piece 31 to drive the pressure limiting valve 30 to open and exhaust, so that the driving is more stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, when the inner lid 22 is assembled to the upper lid, the upper lid is in an open state, the driving means 40 is located above the side of the pressure limiting valve 30, specifically, the driving means 40 is located above the right side of the pressure limiting valve 30. The above structure is more convenient for the arrangement of the driving device 40 and the pressure limiting valve 30 on the pot cover 20, so that the structure on the pot cover 20 is more compact.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, an inclined portion is provided on the circumferential outer surface of the pressure limiting valve 30. An escape recess portion recessed in the extending direction of the drive jack 41 is formed between the drive piece 31 and the inclined portion. When the inner cover 22 is assembled on the upper cover, the pressure limiting valve 30 is sunk under gravity, and the avoidance concave part can increase the distance between the front end of the driving ejector rod 41 and the pressure limiting valve 30, so that interference and clamping between the driving ejector rod 41 and the pressure limiting valve 30 and/or the driving piece 31 are further prevented. When the inner cover 22 is assembled and the pot cover 20 is closed, the driving ejector rod 41 is matched with the driving piece 31, and the front end of the driving ejector rod 41 is matched with the driving piece 31 to drive the pressure limiting valve 30 to open and exhaust, so that the driving is more stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 5, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, the upper portion of the pressure limiting valve 30 is a frustum 32. The circumferential outer surface of the frustum 32 forms an inclined portion. The space of the escape recess formed between the driving piece 31 and the inclined portion (the circumferential outer surface of the frustum 32) is larger. The inclined part formed by the frustum 32 is arranged at a position which is more suitable for the actual assembly environment, the avoidance effect is better, and the frustum 32 is more convenient to process. Of course, the specific form of the inclined portion is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the inclined portion may be other inclined structures, for example, the inclined portion may be an inclined cut surface formed on the circumferential outer surface of the pressure limiting valve.
As shown in fig. 5, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, the frustum 32 includes a first frustum 321 and a second frustum 322 which are sequentially connected from top to bottom. The angle between the rotation generatrix of the first frustum 321 and the axial direction of the pressure limiting valve 30 is larger than the angle between the rotation generatrix of the second frustum 322 and the axial direction of the pressure limiting valve 30. The circumferential outer surface of the first taper 321 serves as an intermediate transition, thereby preventing the protrusion from being formed due to too large angle difference of the outer surface of the pressure limiting valve 30, and preventing the front end of the driving jack 41 from interfering with the protrusion.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, the driving piece 31 is provided to extend in the radial direction of the pressure limiting valve 30. The above-described position of the driving piece 31 can be better matched with the driving jack 41. Of course, the arrangement of the driving piece 31 is not limited to this, and in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the driving piece may be at any angle to the radial direction of the pressure limiting valve. In addition, the structure of the driving piece 31 is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the driving piece may include a first driving piece and a second driving piece connected at an angle, the first driving piece is connected with a pressure limiting valve, a recess is formed between the first driving piece and the inclined portion, and when the inner cover is assembled and the cover is closed, the driving ejector rod is matched with the second driving piece.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, in the electric pressure cooker of the first embodiment, the upper cover includes the face cover and the inner liner 21 which are disposed in this order from top to bottom. The driving means 40 are provided on the inner liner 21. The liner 21 is provided with a mounting hole 23 for penetrating the pressure limiting valve 30. When the inner cap 22 is assembled to the liner 21, the pressure limiting valve 30 is penetrated to the liner 21 through the mounting hole 23Upper part. In the present embodiment, the liner 21Upper partA pressure limiting valve seat 24 is provided. When the inner cap 22 is assembled to the upper cap, the pressure limiting valve 30 is mounted to the pressure limiting valve seat 24. Limiting notches 241 are provided on the circumferential side wall of the pressure limiting valve seat 24. The driving piece 31 is located in the limit notch 241. The limiting notch 241 can limit the movement range of the driving plate 31, and ensure the working reliability and stability of the pressure limiting valve 30.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the electric pressure cooker of the second embodiment is mainly different from that of the first embodiment in that, when the inner lid 22 is assembled to the upper lid, the upper lid is in an open state, the driving means 40 is located above the side of the pressure limiting valve 30, specifically, above the left side of the pressure limiting valve 30. The specific position of the driving device 40 may be selected as required.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
