The third fixing plate 14 is fixed to an edge of the second fixing plate 13, extends from the second fixing plate 13 to a direction away from the first fixing plate 12, and is used for fixing the second template 300 by matching with the substrate 11 and the second fixing plate 13. In an embodiment, the third fixing plate 14 is obliquely disposed from the edge of the second fixing plate 13 to a direction close to the substrate 11, so that when the second mold plate 300 is inserted, the port of the second fixing plate 13 and the substrate 11 are attached to the second mold plate 300 for clamping and preventing the second mold plate 300 from shaking, thereby achieving an effect of performing preliminary pre-tightening on the second mold plate 300. In an embodiment, an included angle between the third fixing plate 14 and the second fixing plate 13 is an acute angle, and a guide plate (not shown) is disposed at an end of the third fixing plate 14 away from the second fixing plate 13 to facilitate installation of the second form 300. It is understood that the specific value of the included angle between the third fixing plate 14 and the second fixing plate 13 can be determined according to the actual size of the second mold plate 300.
The third fixing plate 14 is provided with a plurality of third fixing holes 141. The plurality of third fixing holes 141 are used to provide a passage for the connection of the connecting assembly 10 and the second template 300. In one embodiment, the third fixing holes 141 are formed in the third fixing plate 14 at equal intervals. It is understood that the position where the third fixing hole 141 is disposed is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the third fixing hole 141 is randomly disposed on the third fixing plate 14.
The base plate 11, the first fixing plate 12 and the second fixing plate 13 enclose a mounting groove 15, and the first mold plate 200 is fixed on an end surface of the first fixing plate 12 deviating from the mounting groove 15.
The fixing grooves 16 are used for accommodating the second mold plate 300, and it should be noted that a distance between the edge of the third fixing plate 14 away from the second fixing plate 13 and the substrate 11 is adapted to a height at which the second mold plate 300 extends into the fixing grooves 16, and a distance between the edge of the third fixing plate 14 and the substrate 11 varies with a height of the second mold plate 300.
In one embodiment, a plurality of fixing blocks (not shown) are disposed on an inner wall of the fixing groove 16, and when the second template 300 is inserted into the fixing groove 16, the fixing blocks are inserted into the second template 300, so that the second template 300 is more firmly fixed.
Referring to fig. 1, the template connecting device 100 further includes a plurality of first fixing members 20. The first fixing members 20 are disposed in the mounting groove 15 and extend out of the first fixing holes 121, so as to fix the first mold plate 200 to the first fixing plate 12. In one embodiment, the first fixing member 20 is a pin, a bolt, or the like. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first fastener can be of other structures with equivalent functions or efficacies. The number of the first fixing members 20 is matched with the number of the first fixing holes 121.
Referring to fig. 1, the template connecting device 100 further includes a plurality of second fixing members 30. The second fixing members 30 can extend into the second fixing holes 131 and are sleeved on the second fixing plate 13, the third fixing plate 14 and the second mold plate 300, so that the second mold plate 300 located in the fixing grooves 16 can be fixed. In one embodiment, the second fixing member 30 is a cable tie, and the distance between two adjacent second fixing members 30 is less than or equal to 500 mm. The distance between two adjacent second fixing members 30 can also be 450mm, 400mm, 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 50mm and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, the formwork connecting device 100 further includes a plurality of third fixing members 40. The third fixing members 40 extend into the third fixing holes 141 and the second template 300, and are used for matching with the second fixing members 30 to fix the second template 300 in the fixing grooves 16. In one embodiment, the third fixing members 40 are iron nails, and a distance between two adjacent third fixing members 40 is less than or equal to 200 mm. It is understood that the type of the third fixing member 40 and the distance between two adjacent third fixing members 40 are not limited thereto, and the third fixing members 40 may also be screws or bolts, etc. in other embodiments. The distance between two adjacent third fixing pieces 40 can also be 180mm, 160mm, 140mm, 120mm, 100mm, 80mm, 60mm, 40mm, 20mm and the like.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the third fixing holes 141 are provided with a plurality of rows and are equally spaced on the third fixing member 40, and the third fixing member 40 can extend into the third fixing holes 141 to fix the second template 300 in the fixing groove 16, and the fixing is firm. In one embodiment, the third fixing holes 141 are arranged in three rows in the third fixing plate 14. The number of rows in which the third fixing holes 141 are arranged is not limited to this, and as in another embodiment, the third fixing holes 141 are arranged in four rows in the third fixing plate 14.
When the first fixing member 20 works, the first fixing member is placed in the mounting groove 15, and extends into the first fixing hole 121 to be connected with the first template 200.
The second template 300 is placed in the fixing groove 16, and the second fixing member 30 is sleeved on the second fixing plate 13, the third fixing plate 14 and the second template 300 through the second fixing hole 131, so that the second template 300 is fixed in the fixing groove 16.
The third fixing member 40 is inserted into the second template 300 through the third fixing hole 141, and further, the second template 300 is fixed in the fixing groove 16.
