With continued reference to fig. 4, 6 to 9, the wire feeding assembly 322 is configured to provide a welding wire (not shown), which may be a metal wire such as copper, aluminum, tin, etc., or a non-metal wire, and the wire feeding assembly 322 includes a wire reel 3221, a roller seat 3222, a wire feeding roller 3223 rotatably mounted on the roller seat 3222, and a roller driving member 3224 for rotating the wire feeding roller 3223, wherein the wire reel 3221 is disposed on the upper spraying bracket 3211, and the roller seat 3222 is supported on the lower spraying bracket 3212. In this embodiment, the wire feeding assembly 322 further includes a wire feeding conduit (not shown) for the welding wire to pass through and guide the welding wire to move, a wire reel 3221 is supported on the supporting platform 3214, the wire feeding conduit is connected to a wire feeding angle control block 3225, and the wire feeding angle control block 3225 is rotatably disposed on the guiding rod 3215; the welding wire of the wire disc 3221 is fed into the thermal spray nozzle 323 through the wire feeding conduit sequentially via the wire feeding inlet 3213a, the inside of the enclosure 3216 and the wire feeding roller 3223. It will be readily appreciated that by rotating wire feed angle control block 3225, the angle of the wire feed conduit may be adjusted for delivery of the welding wire.
Specifically, the wire reels 3221 are rotatably supported on the supporting table 3214, the number of the wire reels 3221 is, but not limited to, two, and the two wire reels 3221 are arranged in parallel and at intervals in the direction parallel to the Y axis; the roller seat 3222 is mounted on a lifting plate 3217 of the lower spraying bracket 3212 by any conventional fixing means such as screws, welding, etc., the roller seat 3222 is parallel to two opposite sides in the Y-axis direction, each side is respectively provided with a roller group consisting of two wire feeding rollers 3223, and the two roller groups are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two wire discs 3221. A wire clamping gap is formed between the two wire feeding rollers 3223 of each roller set for the welding wire to pass through, the roller driving member 3224 is, but not limited to, a servo motor, the roller driving member 3224 is fixed on the roller seat 3222 and is connected to each wire feeding roller 3223, it can be understood that the roller driving member 3224 drives the wire feeding rollers 3223 to rotate, so as to feed the welding wire from both sides of the roller seat 3222 downward to the thermal spraying nozzle 323.
As can be seen from fig. 4, 6 to 9, the thermal spray nozzle 323 is used to melt and spray the welding wire down onto the surface of the product 10, the thermal spray nozzle 323 is located in the inner cavity 311 and is disposed below the wire feeding assembly 322, the thermal spray nozzle 323 may be a plasma nozzle based on arc discharge, or may be a laser nozzle, in this embodiment, the thermal spray nozzle 323 is, but not limited to, a plasma nozzle, and is internally provided with an air blowing pipe (not shown), and the arc generated by the thermal spray nozzle 323 melts the welding wire and is then sprayed onto the upper surface of the product 10 through the air blowing pipe, so as to achieve thermal spraying onto the surface of the product 10.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 to 9, the thermal spraying mechanism 320 further includes a dust hood 324 disposed in the inner cavity 311 and located below the wire feeding assembly 322, the dust hood 324 has a spray cavity 3241, the thermal spraying nozzle 323 is located in the spray cavity 3241, and a thermal spraying port 3242 corresponding to the thermal spraying nozzle 323 is disposed at the bottom of the dust hood 324; the dust hood 324 is provided with a hood exhaust hole 3243, and the hood exhaust hole 3243, the spray cavity 3241 and the thermal spray port 3242 are communicated in sequence. In this embodiment, the thermal spray nozzle 323 and the dust hood 324 are respectively connected and fixed with the lifting plate 3217 of the lower spray bracket 3212, the hood exhaust hole 3243 of the dust hood 324 is connected with an exhaust pipe (not shown), and is connected with an external dust removing device (not shown) through the exhaust pipe, and the box 310 is provided with a through hole 317 penetrating through the exhaust pipe on the side wall of the working cavity 315. By adopting the thermal spraying mechanism 320 with the dust hood 324 and the thermal spraying nozzle 323 arranged in the spraying cavity 3241, the dust of the product 10 is extracted through the dust hood 324 and the dust removing equipment during spraying, thereby reducing the dust concentration, and it is pointed out that by designing the two-stage dust removing structure of the dust hood 324 and the dust removing cavity 316, the dust hood 324 can extract a large amount of dust generated during thermal spraying out of the box body 310, and the dust flowing out from the periphery of the dust hood 324 can be extracted out of the box body 310 through the dust removing cavity 316, thereby effectively extracting the dust in the box body 310, and greatly improving the dust removing effect.
In this embodiment, the dust hood 324 is in an inverted cone shape, and includes a hood head portion 3244 connected to the lifting plate 3217 of the lower spraying bracket 3212, a hood foot portion 3245 located below the hood head portion 3244, and a hood body portion 3246 extending downward from the periphery of the hood head portion 3244 and inward obliquely to the periphery of the hood foot portion 3245, wherein the hood ventilation hole 3243 is disposed on the hood head portion 3244, and the thermal spraying port 3242 is disposed on the hood foot portion 3245.
As can be seen from fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, the dust removal cover 324 includes a first cover body 324a and a second cover body 324b connected to the first cover body 324a, the thermal spray nozzle 323 has a circular cross section, and the first cover body 324a and the second cover body 324b are symmetrically arranged in the axial direction of the thermal spray nozzle 323. The first cover 324a and the second cover 324b are fixedly connected by any existing fixing method such as screws and welding, and both the first cover 324a and the second cover 324b are provided with cover ventilation holes 3243.
