Or, in another embodiment, the first limiting groove 22 is opened on the outer wall of the brush handle 1, and the limiting block 4 is disposed on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2, for this embodiment, the thinning is not performed one by one, and the thinning structure is similar to the embodiment in which the first limiting groove 22 is opened on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2 and the limiting block 4 is disposed on the outer wall of one end of the brush handle 1.
It should be noted here that the longitudinal direction y refers to the extension trend of the length of the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1, and here, the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1 both extend along the longitudinal direction y, and do not limit the linear extension of the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1, and in fact, the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1 may extend linearly along the longitudinal direction y, may also extend obliquely, and may even extend along a curve. In which figure 7 is shown a sectional view of the toothbrush head 2 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction y, which in this view is vertical. It should be noted that the longitudinal direction y mentioned hereinafter also refers to the same direction as the extension trend of the length of the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1, and the structure mentioned hereinafter extends along the longitudinal direction y, also refers to the extension of the longitudinal direction y along a straight line, an inclination or a curve, which will not be explained one by one hereinafter.
In the embodiment of the application, one of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 is provided with the limiting block 4, the other is provided with the first limiting groove 22, and the side of the first limiting groove 22 is provided with the limiting structure 23. When the brush handle 1 is arranged on the toothbrush head 2, one end of the brush handle 1 is inserted into the connecting groove 21, and the limiting block 4 is correspondingly inserted into the first limiting groove 22; with brush holder 1 again along circumference relative rotation with brush head 2, stopper 4 is spacing in first spacing groove 22 along vertical y this moment, in order to form brush head 2 and brush holder 1 along vertical y spacing, and stopper 4 connects in limit structure 23 this moment, in order to form brush head 2 and brush holder 1 along ascending spacing in week, consequently strengthened the firm nature of being connected of brush head 2 and brush holder 1, avoid brush head 2 and brush holder 1 to produce not hard up, and the locking position of brush head 2 and brush holder 1 has been restricted, can guarantee to change brush head 2 back brush head 2 and brush holder 1's relative position, the comfort level of toothbrush use is improved. Moreover, when the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 are installed, the toothbrush can be realized only by inserting the toothbrush handle 1 into the toothbrush head 2 and then rotating around the toothbrush head 2; when the toothbrush is disassembled, the toothbrush handle 1 can be taken out from the toothbrush head 2 by rotating the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1, so that the disassembly and the installation operation of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 are very simple, and the use convenience of the toothbrush body is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a view in which the first retaining groove 22 is opened on the inner wall of the head 2. The first limiting groove 22 includes a first groove section 221 and a second groove section 222, and the first groove section 221 and the second groove section 222 are connected to each other and connected to the connecting groove 21. The first groove section 221 and the second groove section 222 extend in different lengths in the same direction, specifically, the length of the second groove section extending in the circumferential direction is greater than the length of the first groove section extending in the circumferential direction. Wherein, one end of the first groove section 221 extends to the outside along the longitudinal direction y, so that the stopper 4 can be inserted into the first groove section 221 from the outside, and the other end of the first groove section 221 extends to the second groove section 222 along the longitudinal direction y.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a view of the limiting block 4 disposed on the outer wall of one end of the brush handle 1. The limiting block 4 comprises a first protruding block 41 and a second protruding block 42, and the first protruding block 41 and the second protruding block 42 are both arranged on the outer wall of one end of the brush handle 1. The second bump 42 is connected to the first bump 41, or the second bump 42 is disposed beside the first bump 41.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second protrusion 42 can be inserted into the second groove section 22 from the first groove section 221, and form a limit fit with the second groove section 221 in the longitudinal direction y; and the first projection 41 can form a limit fit with the limit structure 23 along the circumferential direction after rotation. Specifically, when one end of the brush holder 1 is inserted into the connecting groove 21 along the longitudinal direction y, the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 are simultaneously inserted into the first groove section 221 along with the brush holder 1; after the handle 1 and the toothbrush head 2 are rotated relative to each other along the circumferential direction by a certain angle, the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 are simultaneously rotated with the handle 1 relative to the toothbrush head 2. At this time, the second protrusion 42 rotates along the circumferential direction and is limited in the second groove section 222, so as to realize the limitation of the second protrusion 42 along the longitudinal direction y; and the first protrusions 41 simultaneously rotate in the circumferential direction and are connected to the limiting structure 23, so as to realize the limiting of the first protrusions 41 in the circumferential direction.
Above, the second protrusion 42 is matched with the second slot section 222, and the first protrusion 41 is connected to the limiting structure 23, so that the relative movement of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 along the longitudinal direction y is limited, and the relative rotation of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 along the circumferential direction is also limited, thereby enhancing the connection firmness of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 and improving the use performance of the toothbrush.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 and 4 show the first retaining groove 22 opened on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2. Two first limiting walls 24 are formed on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2, the two first limiting walls 24 are spaced and arranged oppositely, and the two ends of the second groove section 222 along the longitudinal direction y are respectively cut off at one first limiting wall 24. When the second lug 42 and the brush holder 1 rotate around the toothbrush head 2 along the circumferential direction simultaneously, the second lug 42 rotates and enters the second groove section 222 to abut between the two first limiting walls 24, so that the second lug 42 is limited on the two first limiting walls 24 along the longitudinal y direction respectively, the limitation of the relative movement of the toothbrush head 2 and the brush holder 1 along the longitudinal y direction is realized, and the toothbrush head 2 and the brush holder 1 are prevented from loosening after being used for a long time.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a view of the stopper 4 disposed on the outer wall of one end of the handle 1. The first protrusion 41 is connected to the second protrusion 42, and the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 are integrally formed, so that the connection strength between the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 is enhanced, and the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 can rotate simultaneously when the handle 1 rotates around the toothbrush head 2. The length of the first slot section 221 extending in the circumferential direction is smaller than the length of the second slot section 222 extending in the circumferential direction, correspondingly, the length of the first protrusion 41 extending in the circumferential direction is smaller than the length of the second protrusion 42 extending in the circumferential direction, and the second protrusion 42 is connected to the first protrusion 41 in the longitudinal direction y, so that the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 can be inserted into the first slot section 221 in the longitudinal direction y, and the second protrusion 42 can be fitted into the second slot section 222.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the direction of relative rotation in the circumferential direction when the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1 are mounted is set to be a first rotation direction, and the direction of relative rotation in the circumferential direction when the toothbrush head 2 and the handle 1 are dismounted is set to be a second rotation direction, and the first rotation direction and the second rotation direction are opposite. The first bump 41 and the second bump 42 are connected to form an "L" shape, and the second bump 42 extends from one end of the first bump 41 along the second rotation direction; alternatively, the second protrusion 42 may be disposed at one end of the first protrusion 41 to extend along the first rotation direction.
Or, alternatively, in another embodiment, the first bump 41 is connected with the second bump 42 and forms a "T" shape.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 and 4 show the first retaining groove 22 opened on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2. The limiting structure 23 is arranged on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2 and beside the first limiting groove 22. The limiting structure 23 comprises a convex portion 231 arranged at the side of the first limiting groove 22, a second limiting wall 25 is formed on the inner wall of the toothbrush head 2, the second limiting wall 25 and the convex portion 231 are arranged at intervals, and a second limiting groove 232 is formed between the second limiting wall 25 and the convex portion 231 at intervals. When the brush handle 1 is installed with the brush head 2, when the brush handle 1 and the brush head 2 rotate relatively along the circumferential direction, the first protruding block 41 rotates along the circumferential direction and passes through the outer wall of the protruding part 231 to tightly abut between the protruding part 231 and the second limit wall 25, namely the first protruding block 41 is limited in the second limit groove 232 along the circumferential direction, so that the brush head 2 and the brush handle 1 are limited along the circumferential direction.
Specifically, the second limiting groove 232 extends along the longitudinal direction y, one end of the second limiting groove 232 along the longitudinal direction y extends to the outside of the opening of the connecting groove 21, and the other end of the second limiting groove 232 along the longitudinal direction y is communicated with the second groove section 222. The protruding portion 231 extends along the longitudinal direction y, and the outer wall of the other end of the protruding portion 231 along the longitudinal direction y and the wall surface of the first limiting wall 24 are on the same plane, when the second protruding block 42 is rotated along the circumferential direction to tightly abut between the two first limiting walls 24, at least part of the second protruding block 42 can also tightly abut against the outer wall of one end of the protruding portion 231 at the same time, so that the limiting strength of the second protruding block 42 along the longitudinal direction is enhanced.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the limiting structure 23 includes at least two protrusions 231 disposed beside the first limiting groove 22, and the at least two protrusions 231 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction. The second limiting wall 25 is spaced apart from one of the protrusions 231, and the second limiting wall 25 is spaced apart from one of the protrusions 231 to form a second limiting groove 232. The at least two protrusions 231 are spaced apart from each other by two to form third limiting grooves 233, thereby forming at least one third limiting groove 233. The third limiting groove 23 also extends along the longitudinal direction y, one end of the third limiting groove 233 extends along the longitudinal direction y to the outside of the opening of the connecting groove 21, and the other end of the third limiting groove 233 along the longitudinal direction y is communicated with the second groove section 222. When the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 rotate relatively in the circumferential direction, the first protrusion 41 can rotate in the circumferential direction and can be tightly pressed between the two protrusions 231 through the outer wall of one protrusion 231, that is, the first protrusion 41 is limited in the third limiting groove 233 in the circumferential direction. When the number of the third limiting grooves 233 is two or more, at least two of the third limiting grooves 233 are circumferentially spaced, and the first protrusions 41 are circumferentially and alternately limited in each of the third limiting grooves 233 when rotating in the circumferential direction.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third limiting groove 233 and the second limiting groove 232 are circumferentially spaced. When the first protruding block 41 rotates along the circumferential direction, the first protruding block 41 can be alternately limited in the second limiting groove 232 and at least one third limiting groove 233 along the circumferential direction, that is, the first protruding block 41 can be locked at different positions of the toothbrush head 2 along the circumferential direction, and when the first protruding block 41 is limited in the second limiting groove 232 and the first protruding block 41 is limited in the third limiting groove 233, the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 are different in orientation along the circumferential direction. Therefore, different use requirements can be met due to the arrangement of the second limiting groove 232 and the third limiting groove 233, the user can adjust the circumferential upward orientation of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 according to the specific use requirements, and the use convenience of the toothbrush is remarkably improved.
More specifically, in this embodiment, one end of the second slot segment 222 in the circumferential direction is communicated with the first slot segment 221, the other end of the second slot segment 222 in the circumferential direction is stopped by a third limiting wall 26, and the second protrusion 42 can be limited by the third limiting wall 26 when rotating in the circumferential direction, so as to limit the stroke of the second protrusion 42 in the circumferential direction, that is, the stroke of the toothbrush head 2 and the toothbrush handle 1 in the circumferential direction.
