the limiting block is circumferentially limited in the limiting groove when one end of the brush handle is accommodated in the mounting groove so as to limit the relative rotation of the brush handle and the brush head in the circumferential direction;
a concave part communicated with the limiting groove is arranged in the brush head, and a convex part is arranged on the limiting block; or a convex part extending into the limiting groove is arranged in the brush head, and a concave part is arranged on the limiting block;
the convex part and the concave part form concave-convex fit when one end of the brush handle is accommodated in the mounting groove so as to limit the relative movement of the brush head and the brush handle along the longitudinal direction.
