In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A toothbrush head 100 and an electric toothbrush 200 according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 34.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application provides a toothbrush head 100, wherein the toothbrush head 100 includes a brush head body 110, a bristle holder 130 and a driving member 140.
The brush head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
In detail, the toothbrush head 100 includes a head body 110, a bristle holder 130, and a driving member 140. The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112 of the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 can drive the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The brush head body 110 includes first bristles 114 and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132. The first bristles 114 are fixed on the support 112, and when the driving member 140 drives the bristle setting base 130 to move relative to the support 112, the second bristles 132 also move relative to the first bristles 114.
Specifically, the electric toothbrush 200 includes a brush head 100. When the electric toothbrush 200 is operated, the first bristles 114 vibrate due to the operation of the motor 212 of the electric toothbrush 200. The second bristles 132 can also move relative to the first bristles 114 while vibrating, i.e., the second bristles 132 both move and vibrate, so that the second bristles 132 more easily conform to the teeth, and the cleaning effect of the teeth can be effectively improved. In addition, since the second bristles 132 can move with respect to the first bristles 114 when the electric toothbrush 200 is operated, a tooth cleaning area is increased, and tooth cleaning efficiency can be accelerated.
That is, through the reasonable arrangement of the cooperation structure of the brush head main body 110, the bristle setting seat 130 and the driving member 140, the tooth cleaning mode of the bristles of the toothbrush head 100 is enriched, that is, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 are combined, the vibration tooth cleaning and the movement tooth cleaning are integrally combined, the tooth cleaning efficiency can be improved while the tooth cleaning effect is ensured, the running energy consumption of the product is reduced, and the use performance and the market competitiveness of the product are improved.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, on the basis of embodiment 1, embodiment 2 provides a toothbrush head 100, the toothbrush head 100 including a head main body 110, a bristle bearing 130, and a driving member 140.
The brush head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, 9, 10, 17, 18 and 19, the bristle holder 130 includes a first holder 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first holder 134.
The driving member 140 is configured to drive the first base 134 to reciprocate along a first direction.
In detail, the structure of the bristle holder 130 is further defined, and in particular, the bristle holder 130 includes a first holder 134, the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first holder 134, and the first holder 134 serves as a mounting carrier for the second bristles 132. The first housing 134 can reciprocate in a first direction by the driving member 140, and thus, the second bristles 132 can reciprocate in the first direction by the driving member 140.
It will be appreciated that the first bristles 114 vibrate to clean the teeth and the second bristles 132 vibrate to clean the teeth while the toothbrush head 100 is in operation, and are also capable of reciprocating in a first direction. In the process of the reciprocating movement of the second bristles 132, the contact area between the bristles of the toothbrush head 100 and the teeth is increased, and meanwhile, the cleaning frequency of the bristles to the teeth can be ensured, so that the bristles are more easily attached to the teeth, and the tooth cleaning effect is improved.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, on the basis of embodiment 2, embodiment 3 provides a toothbrush head 100, the toothbrush head 100 including a head main body 110, a bristle bearing 130, and a driving member 140.
The brush head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 includes a first holder 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first holder 134.
The driving member 140 is configured to drive the first base 134 to reciprocate along a first direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, 13, 15 and 16, the first side of the support 112 is provided with a relief void 1122, the second side of the support 112 is provided with a relief opening 1124, and the first bristles 114 are provided on the second side of the support 112.
At least a portion of the first housing 134 is positioned within the relief void 1122 and the first housing 134 is movable relative to the relief void 1122; the second bristles 132 extend out of the outer surface of the support 112 through relief openings 1124.
In detail, the first side of the support 112 is provided with an avoidance gap 1122, the second side of the support 112 is provided with an avoidance opening 1124, the first side of the support 112 and the second side of the support 112 are disposed opposite to each other, and the avoidance opening 1124 is in communication with the avoidance gap 1122.
At least a portion of the first housing 134 is positioned within the relief void 1122 and the first housing 134 is movable relative to the relief void 1122. That is, the avoidance space 1122 has the function of accommodating the first housing 134, and the avoidance space 1122 does not hinder the movement of the first housing 134. This arrangement rationally utilizes the structure of the support 112, and does not increase the size of the brush head main body 110 in the thickness direction while satisfying the use requirement of the movable connection of the bristle holder 130 and the support 112.
It will be appreciated that the second bristles 132 extend out of the outer surface of the support 112 through the relief openings 1124, i.e., when the brush head body 110 and the bristle holder 130 are assembled, the second bristles 132 sequentially pass through the relief voids 1122 and the relief openings 1124 and connect the support 112 and the first holder 134 together. The relief openings 1124 and relief voids 1122 also function to limit the path of movement of the first housing 134, providing effective and reliable structural support for ensuring the mating dimensions of the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132.
It will be appreciated that the first bristles 114 are disposed on a second side of the support 112 and the second bristles 132 extend beyond the outer surface of the support 112 through the relief openings 1124. That is, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 are located on the same side of the support 112.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, on the basis of embodiment 2 or embodiment 3, embodiment 4 provides a toothbrush head 100, the toothbrush head 100 including a head main body 110, a bristle holder 130, and a driver 140.
The brush head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the first bristles 114 comprise a plurality of rows of first bristles 1142; the second bristles 132 comprise a plurality of rows of second bristles 1322, wherein a row of second bristles 1322 is sandwiched between any two adjacent rows of first bristles 1142.
In detail, the first bristles 114 include a plurality of rows of first bristles 1142, the second bristles 132 include a plurality of rows of second bristles 1322, and define a mating arrangement of the plurality of rows of first bristles 1142 and the plurality of rows of second bristles 1322 such that any two adjacent rows of first bristles 1142 sandwich a row of second bristles 1322, the second bristles 1322 being movable relative to the first bristles 1142. In this way, the matching area of the first hair bodies 1142 and the second hair bodies 1322 is thinned, the cleaning mode of the tooth unit area is enriched, and the second hair bodies 1322 can reciprocate along the first direction relative to the first hair bodies 1142, namely, a plurality of rows of first hair bodies 1142 and a plurality of rows of second hair bodies 1322 form a grid-shaped staggered structure, which is more beneficial to cleaning dirt in the tooth gaps by the hair bodies and can ensure the tooth cleaning effect.
Example 5:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, on the basis of any one of embodiments 2 to 4, embodiment 5 provides a toothbrush head 100, the toothbrush head 100 including a head main body 110, a bristle bearing 130, and a driving member 140.
The brush head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 includes a first holder 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first holder 134.
The driving member 140 is configured to drive the first base 134 to reciprocate along a first direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, the bristle holder 130 further includes a second holder 136, and the second bristles 132 are further disposed on the second holder 136.
The driving member 140 is further configured to drive the second seat 136 to reciprocally rotate along a second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction.
In detail, the bristle holder 130 further includes a second holder 136, the second bristles 132 are further disposed on the second holder 136, and the second holder 136 serves as a mounting carrier for the second bristles 132. The second base 136 can reciprocally rotate in the second direction under the action of the driving element 140, and thus, the second bristles 132 can reciprocally rotate in the second direction under the action of the driving element 140.
It will be appreciated that when the toothbrush head 100 is in operation, the first bristles 114 vibrate to clean the teeth, and the second bristles 132 on the first housing 134 vibrate to clean the teeth, and simultaneously reciprocate in a first direction, and the second bristles 132 on the second housing 136 vibrate to clean the teeth, and simultaneously reciprocate in a second direction. In the process of the reciprocating movement of the second bristles 132, the contact area between the bristles of the toothbrush head 100 and the teeth is increased, and meanwhile, the cleaning frequency of the bristles to the teeth can be ensured, so that the bristles are more easily attached to the teeth, and the tooth cleaning effect is improved.
Because the movement directions of the second bristles 132 on the first base 134 and the second bristles 132 on the second base 136 are different, the arrangement ensures that the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 can clean teeth in a plurality of ways from a plurality of directions and a plurality of angles when the toothbrush head 100 works, enriches the ways of cleaning teeth and is beneficial to improving the tooth cleaning effect.
In this embodiment, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 on the first housing 134 are identical in shape, and the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 on the second housing 136 are different in shape. Specifically, the first bristles 1142 are rectangular in shape, the second bristles 1322 on the first housing 134 are rectangular in shape, and the second bristles 1322 on the second housing 136 are cylindrical in shape. That is, the second bristles 132 on the first housing 134 are cleaned differently from the first bristles 114, but the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 on the first housing 134 are shaped identically, the second bristles 132 on the second housing 136 are cleaned differently from the first bristles 114, and the second bristles 132 on the second housing 136 are shaped differently from the first bristles 114. Different cleaning modes are matched with specific bristle shapes, so that the cleaning effect can be improved.
In other embodiments, the first bristles 114, the second bristles 132 on the first housing 134, and the second bristles 132 on the second housing 136 are all the same shape.
In other embodiments, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 are different in shape.
Example 6:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, on the basis of embodiment 5, embodiment 6 provides a toothbrush head 100, the toothbrush head 100 including a head main body 110, a bristle bearing 130, and a driving member 140.
The brush head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The bristle holder 130 includes a first holder 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first holder 134.
The driving member 140 is configured to drive the first base 134 to reciprocate along a first direction.
The bristle holder 130 further includes a second holder 136, and the second bristles 132 are further disposed on the second holder 136.

Further, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 14 and 15, the second side of the support 112 is further provided with a sink 1126 and a mating shaft 1128, and the mating shaft 1128 is provided in the sink 1126.
At least a portion of the second housing 136 is positioned within the sink 1126, and the second housing 136 is rotatably coupled to the mating shaft 1128.
Wherein, the second side of the support 112 is further provided with a sink 1126, at least a portion of the second seat 136 is located in the sink 1126, and the second seat 136 is rotatably connected to the mating shaft 1128, and the second seat 136 can rotate around the axis of the mating shaft 1128.
The sink 1126 serves to accommodate the second seat 136, and the sink 1126 does not obstruct the movement of the second seat 136. This arrangement rationally utilizes the structure of the support 112, and does not increase the size of the brush head main body 110 in the thickness direction while satisfying the use requirement of the movable connection of the bristle holder 130 and the support 112.
It will be appreciated that the second bristles 132 extend through the notches of the countersink 1126 beyond the outer surface of the support 112, i.e., the second housing 136 extends into the countersink 1126 and connects the support 112 and the second housing 136 when the brush head body 110 and the bristle holder 130 are assembled. The mating shaft 1128 has the effect of limiting the path of movement of the second housing 136, providing effective and reliable structural support for ensuring the mating dimensions of the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the second side of the support 112 is further provided with a clamping position 1130, where the clamping position 1130 is used to limit the second seat 136 in the height direction of the support 112.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the toothbrush head 100 further includes an elastic member 160, and the elastic member 160 is connected between the second housing 136 and the mating shaft 1128.
The second side of the support 112 is further provided with a clamping position 1130, the clamping position 1130 is matched with the second seat 136, and the clamping position 1130 has the function of limiting the second seat 136 along the height direction of the support 112, so that the use requirement of the movable connection between the second seat 136 and the support 112 can be met, and the situation that the second seat 136 is separated from the support 112 can be avoided.
Specifically, the locking portion 1130 is disposed in the recess 1126.
In addition, the toothbrush head 100 further includes an elastic member 160, the elastic member 160 having a first end and a second end, the first end of the elastic member 160 being coupled to the second housing 136, the second end of the elastic member 160 being coupled to the mating shaft 1128. The elastic member 160 has a force that slows down the movement of the second seat 136, so that the movement of the second seat 136 with respect to the support 112 is smoother.
Specifically, the elastic member 160 includes a spring, a snap spring, and the like, which are not illustrated herein.
Specifically, the fitting shaft 1128 is provided with a fitting groove, and the second end of the elastic member 160 is located in the fitting groove and is connected with the groove wall of the fitting groove.
Further, the groove wall of the sink 1126 includes a first arc-shaped wall, and the outer circumferential wall of the second housing 136 includes a second arc-shaped wall.
The second arc-shaped wall is arranged corresponding to the first arc-shaped wall, and the shape of the second arc-shaped wall is matched with that of the first arc-shaped wall.

The link 142 is rotatably coupled to the channel 120.
The first end of the driving shaft 144 is connected to the connecting rod 142, the second end of the driving shaft 144 extends out of the channel 120 and is connected to the first seat 134, and the connecting rod 142 drives the first seat 134 to move through the driving shaft 144.
The first end of the positioning shaft 146 is connected to the connecting rod 142, the second end of the positioning shaft 146 extends out of the channel 120 and is rotatably connected to the first housing 134, and the first housing 134 is rotatable about the axis of the positioning shaft 146.
In detail, the brush head body 110 is provided with a channel 120, and the driving member 140 is disposed in the channel 120, that is, the channel 120 has a function of accommodating the driving member 140.
The driving member 140 includes a link 142, a driving shaft 144, and a positioning shaft 146, the driving shaft 144 and the positioning shaft 146 are connected to the link 142, and the link 142 is connected to a driving shaft 2122 of the motor 212. The rotation angle of the driving shaft 2122 of the motor 212 is greater than 0 ° and less than 90 °, and the motor 212 can drive the connecting rod 142 to reciprocate along the third direction, and the connecting rod 142 drives the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction through the driving shaft 144.
It will be appreciated that the second end of the positioning shaft 146 extends out of the channel 120 and is rotatably connected to the first housing 134, the first housing 134 is capable of rotating about the axis of the positioning shaft 146, and the positioning shaft 146 serves as a pivot point for rotation of the first housing 134 and has the function of limiting the rotational path of the first housing 134. The drive shaft 144 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to ensure the mating dimensions of the first housing 134 relative to the support 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the first base 134 is provided with a first locking groove 1342, and the second end of the driving shaft 144 is locked in the first locking groove 1342.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 9 and 10, the driving member 140 further includes a positioning shaft 148, the positioning shaft 148 connects the support 112 and the first housing 134, and the first housing 134 can rotate around an axis of the positioning shaft 148.
The first seat 134 is provided with a first clamping groove 1342, and the second end of the driving shaft 144 is clamped in the first clamping groove 1342, that is, the connecting rod 142 and the first seat 134 are connected into a whole through the driving shaft 144, so as to realize that the connecting rod 142 drives the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction.
The driving member 140 further includes a positioning shaft 148, the positioning shaft 148 connects the support 112 and the first housing 134, and the first housing 134 can rotate relative to the positioning shaft 148. The first end of the positioning shaft 146 is connected to the support 112, and the second end of the positioning shaft 146 is rotatably connected to the first housing 134, and the first housing 134 can rotate around the axis of the positioning shaft 148. That is, the first housing 134 and the stand 112 are coupled as one body by the positioning shaft 148.
It will be appreciated that the axis of the positioning shaft 148 is collinear with the axis of the positioning shaft 146, and that the positioning shaft 148 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to connect the link 142, the first housing 134 and the support 112 as a single unit. The positioning shaft 148 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to serve as a pivot point for the rotation of the first housing 134, and limit the rotation path of the first housing 134. The drive shaft 144, the positioning shaft 148 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to ensure the mating dimensions of the first housing 134 relative to the support 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, head body 110 also includes a securing member 116 and a handle 118.
Handle 118 is connected between mount 116 and support 112, and a passageway 120 is defined between mount 116 and handle 118.
Wherein, the brush head main body 110 further comprises a fixing piece 116 and a brush holder 118, the brush holder 118 is located between the fixing piece 116 and the support 112, and the fixing piece 116 and the support 112 are connected with the brush holder 118, and the fixing piece 116 and the brush holder 118 cooperate to surround a channel 120 for accommodating the connecting rod 142.
