In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring now to figures 1-34, a toothbrush head 100 and a powered toothbrush 200 according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described.
Example 1:

The head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The hair-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the hair-planting base 130 comprises second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
In detail, the toothbrush head 100 includes a head body 110, a bristle base 130, and a driving member 140. Wherein, the bristle-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112 of the brush head main body 110, and the driving member 140 can drive the bristle-planting base 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The head body 110 includes first bristles 114 and the bristle holder 130 includes second bristles 132. The first brush hairs 114 are fixedly arranged on the support 112, and when the driving member 140 drives the hair-planting base 130 to move relative to the support 112, the second brush hairs 132 also move relative to the first brush hairs 114.
Specifically, powered toothbrush 200 includes a head 100. When the electric toothbrush 200 is operated, the first bristles 114 are vibrated by the operation of the motor 212 of the electric toothbrush 200. The second bristles 132 can also move relative to the first bristles 114 while vibrating, that is, the second bristles 132 not only move but also vibrate, so that the second bristles 132 are more easily attached to the teeth, and the cleaning effect of the teeth can be effectively improved. In addition, since the second brush 132 can move relative to the first brush 114 when the electric toothbrush 200 is operated, the tooth cleaning area is increased, and the tooth cleaning efficiency can be increased.

Example 2:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, in example 2, there is provided a toothbrush head 100 based on example 1, the toothbrush head 100 comprising a head main body 110, a bristle base 130 and a driving member 140.
The head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The hair-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the hair-planting base 130 comprises second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the hair-planting base 130 to move relative to the support 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, 9, 10, 17, 18 and 19, the bristle-implanting base 130 includes a first base 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first base 134.
The driving member 140 is used for driving the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction.
In detail, the structure of the bristle planting base 130 is further limited, and specifically, the bristle planting base 130 includes a first base 134, the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first base 134, and the first base 134 serves as a mounting carrier for the second bristles 132. The first seat 134 can reciprocate along the first direction under the action of the driving member 140, and therefore, the second bristle 132 can reciprocate along the first direction under the action of the driving member 140.
It will be appreciated that during operation of toothbrush head 100, first bristles 114 vibrate to clean teeth and second bristles 132 vibrate to clean teeth while also being capable of reciprocating in a first direction. In the process of the reciprocating motion of the second bristles 132, the contact area between the bristles of the toothbrush head 100 and the teeth is increased, and the cleaning frequency of the bristles to the teeth can be ensured, so that the bristles are more easily attached to the teeth, and the tooth cleaning effect is favorably improved.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, in addition to embodiment 2, embodiment 3 provides a toothbrush head 100, and the toothbrush head 100 includes a head main body 110, a bristle base 130, and a driving member 140.
The head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The hair-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the hair-planting base 130 comprises second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the hair-planting base 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The bristle setting base 130 includes a first base 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first base 134.
The driving member 140 is used for driving the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, 13, 15 and 16, the support 112 has an avoidance space 1122 on a first side, an avoidance opening 1124 is provided on a second side, and the first bristles 114 are provided on the second side of the support 112.
At least a part of the first seat 134 is located in the avoidance vacant position 1122, and the first seat 134 can move relative to the avoidance vacant position 1122; the second bristles 132 extend out of the outer surface of the support 112 through the bypass opening 1124.
In detail, the first side of the support 112 is provided with an avoidance vacant position 1122, the second side of the support 112 is provided with an avoidance opening 1124, the first side of the support 112 and the second side of the support 112 are oppositely arranged, and the avoidance opening 1124 is communicated with the avoidance vacant position 1122.
At least a portion of the first seat 134 is located in the avoidance vacant position 1122, and the first seat 134 can move relative to the avoidance vacant position 1122. That is, the avoiding vacant position 1122 has the function of accommodating the first seat 134, and the avoiding vacant position 1122 does not obstruct the movement of the first seat 134. The structure of the support 112 is reasonably utilized, so that the size of the brush head main body 110 in the thickness direction can not be increased while the use requirement of the movable connection of the hair-planting base 130 and the support 112 is met.
It can be understood that the second bristles 132 extend out of the outer surface of the support 112 through the avoidance opening 1124, that is, when the brush head body 110 and the bristle base 130 are assembled, the second bristles 132 sequentially pass through the avoidance empty space 1122 and the avoidance opening 1124, and connect the support 112 and the first seat body 134 together. The avoidance opening 1124 and the avoidance space 1122 also have the effect of limiting the motion trajectory of the first seat 134, providing effective and reliable structural support for ensuring the matching dimensions of the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132.
It will be appreciated that the first bristles 114 are disposed on a second side of the support 112 and the second bristles 132 extend out of the outer surface of the support 112 through an escape opening 1124. That is, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 are located on the same side of the support 112.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, based on embodiment 2 or embodiment 3, embodiment 4 provides a toothbrush head 100, and the toothbrush head 100 includes a head main body 110, a bristle base 130, and a driving member 140.
The head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The hair-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the hair-planting base 130 comprises second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first bristles 114 include a plurality of rows of first bristles 1142; the second brush hairs 132 include a plurality of rows of second hairs 1322, and a row of second hairs 1322 is sandwiched between any two adjacent rows of first hairs 1142.
In detail, the first bristles 114 include a plurality of rows of first bristles 1142, the second bristles 132 include a plurality of rows of second bristles 1322, and the multiple rows of first bristles 1142 and the multiple rows of second bristles 1322 are cooperatively structured, so that a row of second bristles 1322 is sandwiched between any two adjacent rows of first bristles 1142, and the second bristles 1322 can move relative to the first bristles 1142. as shown in fig. 1 to 19, based on any one of embodiment 2 to embodiment 4, embodiment 5 provides a toothbrush head 100, the toothbrush head 100 including a head body 110, a bristle base 130, and a driving member 140.
The head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The hair-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the hair-planting base 130 comprises second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the bristle holder 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The bristle setting base 130 includes a first base 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first base 134.
The driving member 140 is used for driving the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 17, fig. 18, fig. 19, fig. 20, fig. 21, fig. 22, fig. 23, fig. 24 and fig. 25, the bristle-implanting seat 130 further includes a second seat 136, and the second bristles 132 are further disposed on the second seat 136.
The driving member 140 is further configured to drive the second seat 136 to rotate reciprocally along a second direction, where the first direction is different from the second direction.
In detail, the bristle-implanting seat 130 further includes a second seat body 136, the second bristles 132 are further disposed on the second seat body 136, and the second seat body 136 serves as a mounting carrier for the second bristles 132. The second seat 136 can rotate reciprocally in the second direction under the action of the driving element 140, so that the second bristles 132 can rotate reciprocally in the second direction under the action of the driving element 140.
It will be appreciated that when the toothbrush head 100 is operated, the first bristles 114 vibrate to clean teeth, the second bristles 132 of the first seat 134 vibrate to clean teeth while reciprocating in a first direction, and the second bristles 132 of the second seat 136 vibrate to clean teeth while reciprocating in a second direction. In the process of the reciprocating motion of the second bristles 132, the contact area between the bristles of the toothbrush head 100 and the teeth is increased, and the cleaning frequency of the bristles to the teeth can be ensured, so that the bristles are more easily attached to the teeth, and the tooth cleaning effect is favorably improved.
Because the moving directions of the second bristles 132 on the first holder 134 and the second bristles 132 on the second holder 136 are different, when the toothbrush head 100 works, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 can clean teeth from multiple directions and multiple angles in multiple ways, so that the tooth cleaning way is enriched, and the tooth cleaning effect is improved.
In the present embodiment, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 of the first holder 134 have the same shape, and the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 of the second holder 136 have different shapes. Specifically, the first hair body 1142 has a rectangular shape, the second hair body 1322 of the first fastening structure 134 has a rectangular shape, and the second hair body 1322 of the second fastening structure 136 has a cylindrical shape. That is, the second bristles 132 of the first seat 134 are different from the first bristles 114 in cleaning manner, but the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 of the first seat 134 are the same in shape, the second bristles 132 of the second seat 136 are different from the first bristles 114 in cleaning manner, and the second bristles 132 of the second seat 136 are different from the first bristles 114 in shape. Different cleaning modes are matched with the specific bristle shapes, so that the cleaning effect can be improved.
In other embodiments, the first bristles 114, the second bristles 132 of the first seat 134, and the second bristles 132 of the second seat 136 are all the same shape.
In other embodiments, the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132 are shaped differently.
Example 6:
as shown in fig. 1 to 19, based on embodiment 5, embodiment 6 provides a toothbrush head 100, and the toothbrush head 100 includes a head main body 110, a bristle base 130, and a driving member 140.
The head body 110 includes a support 112 and first bristles 114, the first bristles 114 being disposed on the support 112.
The hair-planting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the hair-planting base 130 comprises second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the hair-planting base 130 to move relative to the support 112.

Further, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 14 and 15, the second side of the support 112 is further provided with a sinking groove 1126 and a matching shaft 1128, and the matching shaft 1128 is provided in the sinking groove 1126.
At least a portion of the second seat 136 is disposed in the slot 1126, and the second seat 136 is rotatably connected to the mating shaft 1128.
Wherein, the second side of the support 112 is further provided with a sinking groove 1126, at least a portion of the second fastening body 136 is located in the sinking groove 1126, and the second fastening body 136 is rotatably connected to the mating shaft 1128, and the second fastening body 136 can rotate around the axis of the mating shaft 1128.
The sinking groove 1126 has a function of accommodating the second seat 136, and the sinking groove 1126 does not obstruct the movement of the second seat 136. The structure of the support 112 is reasonably utilized, so that the size of the brush head main body 110 in the thickness direction can not be increased while the use requirement of the movable connection of the hair-planting base 130 and the support 112 is met.
It will be appreciated that the second bristles 132 extend out of the outer surface of the support 112 through the notches of the sinking groove 1126, i.e., when the head body 110 and the bristle base 130 are assembled, the second fastening structure 136 extends into the sinking groove 1126 and connects the support 112 and the second fastening structure 136 together. The fitting shaft 1128 has the function of limiting the motion track of the second seat 136, and provides effective and reliable structural support for ensuring the fitting size of the first bristles 114 and the second bristles 132.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, a position-limiting portion 1130 is further disposed on the second side of the supporting base 112, and the position-limiting portion 1130 is used for limiting the second seat 136 in the height direction of the supporting base 112.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, toothbrush head 100 further includes an elastic member 160, and elastic member 160 is connected between second housing 136 and mating shaft 1128.
The second side of the support 112 is further provided with a position clip 1130, the position clip 1130 is matched with the second seat body 136, and the position clip 1130 has the function of limiting the second seat body 136 along the height direction of the support 112, so that the use requirement of the movable connection between the second seat body 136 and the support 112 can be met, and the situation that the second seat body 136 is separated from the support 112 can be avoided.
Specifically, detent 1130 is disposed in slot 1126.
In addition, the toothbrush head 100 further comprises an elastic member 160, the elastic member 160 has a first end and a second end, the first end of the elastic member 160 is connected to the second housing 136, and the second end of the elastic member 160 is connected to the mating shaft 1128. The elastic member 160 has an action force for slowing the movement of the second fastening body 136, so that the movement of the second fastening body 136 relative to the support 112 is smoother.
Specifically, the elastic member 160 includes a spring, a snap spring, etc., which are not listed herein.
Specifically, the fitting shaft 1128 is provided with a fitting groove, and the second end of the elastic member 160 is located in the fitting groove and connected to a groove wall of the fitting groove.
Further, the walls of the sinking groove 1126 include a first arc-shaped wall, and the outer peripheral wall of the second seat 136 includes a second arc-shaped wall.
The second arc-shaped wall is arranged corresponding to the first arc-shaped wall, and the shape of the second arc-shaped wall is matched with that of the first arc-shaped wall.

Link 142 is pivotally connected to channel 120.
The first end of the driving shaft 144 is connected to the connecting rod 142, the second end of the driving shaft 144 extends out of the channel 120 and is connected to the first seat 134, and the connecting rod 142 drives the first seat 134 to move through the driving shaft 144.
A first end of the positioning shaft 146 is connected to the connecting rod 142, a second end of the positioning shaft 146 extends out of the channel 120 and is rotatably connected to the first fastening structure 134, and the first fastening structure 134 can rotate around an axis of the positioning shaft 146.
In detail, the head body 110 is provided with a channel 120, and the driving member 140 is provided in the channel 120, that is, the channel 120 has a function of accommodating the driving member 140.
The driving member 140 includes a link 142, a driving shaft 144 and a positioning shaft 146, the driving shaft 144 and the positioning shaft 146 are connected to the link 142, and the link 142 is connected to a driving shaft 2122 of the motor 212. The rotation angle of the driving shaft 2122 of the motor 212 is greater than 0 ° and smaller than 90 °, the motor 212 can drive the connecting rod 142 to rotate back and forth along the third direction, and the connecting rod 142 drives the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction through the driving shaft 144.
It can be understood that the second end of the positioning shaft 146 extends out of the channel 120 and is rotatably connected to the first fastening structure 134, the first fastening structure 134 can rotate around the axis of the positioning shaft 146, and the positioning shaft 146 acts as a fulcrum for the rotation of the first fastening structure 134 and has a function of limiting the rotation path of the first fastening structure 134. Drive shaft 144 and positioning shaft 146 cooperate to ensure a desired size of first body 134 relative to mount 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the first seat 134 is provided with a first locking slot 1342, and the second end of the driving shaft 144 is locked in the first locking slot 1342.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 9 and fig. 10, the driving element 140 further includes a positioning rotating shaft 148, the positioning rotating shaft 148 is connected to the support 112 and the first fastening structure 134, and the first fastening structure 134 can rotate around the axis of the positioning rotating shaft 148.
The first seat 134 is provided with a first engaging slot 1342, and the second end of the driving shaft 144 is engaged with the first engaging slot 1342, that is, the connecting rod 142 and the first seat 134 are connected as a whole through the driving shaft 144, so that the connecting rod 142 drives the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction.
The driving member 140 further includes a positioning shaft 148, the positioning shaft 148 connects the support 112 and the first seat 134, and the first seat 134 can rotate relative to the positioning shaft 148. A first end of the positioning shaft 146 is connected to the support 112, a second end of the positioning shaft 146 is rotatably connected to the first fastening structure 134, and the first fastening structure 134 can rotate around an axis of the positioning shaft 148. That is, the first fastening body 134 and the support 112 are connected as a whole by the positioning rotation shaft 148.
It will be appreciated that the axis of the positioning shaft 148 is collinear with the axis of the positioning shaft 146, and the positioning shaft 148 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to connect the connecting rod 142, the first seat 134 and the support 112 as a whole. And the positioning rotating shaft 148 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to jointly serve as a pivot for the rotation of the first seat 134, and have an effect of limiting the rotation path of the first seat 134. The driving shaft 144, the positioning rotation shaft 148 and the positioning shaft 146 cooperate to ensure the fitting dimension of the first fastening body 134 relative to the support 112.

The bristle setting base 130 is movably connected with the support 112, and the bristle setting base 130 includes second bristles 132.
The driving member 140 is disposed on the brush head body 110, and the driving member 140 is used for driving the hair-planting base 130 to move relative to the support 112.
The bristle setting base 130 includes a first base 134, and the second bristles 132 are disposed on the first base 134.
The driving element 140 is used for driving the first seat 134 to reciprocate along the first direction.

The second seat 136 has a fitting portion 1362, the second end of the secondary moving shaft 150 is connected to the fitting portion 1362, and the first seat 134 drives the second seat 136 to move through the secondary moving shaft 150.
In detail, the driving member 140 includes a secondary shaft 150, the secondary shaft 150 has a first end and a second end, the first end of the secondary shaft 150 passes through the avoiding hole 1132 and is connected to the first seat 134, and the second end of the secondary shaft 150 is connected to the matching portion 1362 of the second seat 136. The second seat 136 has a slide 1368, the second end of the link 152 extends into the slide 1368, and the second end of the link 152 is slidably engaged with the slide 1368.
In detail, the driving member 140 includes a first end and a second end, the first end of the connecting member 152 is connected to the support 112, and the second end of the connecting member 152 is slidably engaged with the slide 1368 of the second seat 136. The connecting member 152 connects the support 112 and the second fastening structure 136 into a whole, and this arrangement can ensure the matching size of the support 112 and the second fastening structure 136, and can prevent the second fastening structure 136 from being separated from the support 112 while ensuring that the second fastening structure 136 can rotate reciprocally in the second direction.
In addition, when the toothbrush head 100 moves, the slide 1368 moves relative to the link 152, and the slide 1368 cooperates with the second end of the link 152 to define the rotation path of the second seat 136.

The present invention provides a power toothbrush 200, which includes the toothbrush head 100 according to any one of the first aspect, and thus, has all the advantages of the toothbrush head 100, which will not be described herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 31, 32, and 33, the host 210 further includes: the housing 214, the housing 214 includes a connection pipe 2142.
The motor 212 is disposed in the housing 214, and a first portion of the driving shaft 2122 extends out of the outer surface of the housing 214 through a connection pipe 2142 and is connected to the link 142.
The length h1 of the connecting pipe 2142 is greater than or equal to 18mm and less than or equal to 22mm; a distance h2 from the end of the first portion of the driving shaft 2122 to the starting end of the connecting pipe 2142 is 30mm or more and 45mm or less.
In detail, by properly arranging the fitting structures of the housing 214 and the driving shaft 2122, the first portion of the driving shaft 2122 protrudes out of the outer surface of the housing 214 through the connection pipe 2142 of the housing 214 and is connected to the link 142.
The length h1 of the connection pipe 2142 is equal to or greater than 18mm and equal to or less than 22mm, and this arrangement can ensure the structural strength of the assembly of the toothbrush head 100 and the housing 214, so that the toothbrush head 100 can be stably and firmly assembled to the main body 210, and the shaking amount of the toothbrush head 100 when the electric toothbrush 200 is operated can be reduced.
Specifically, the length h1 of the connecting pipe 2142 includes 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, and the like, which are not enumerated herein.
A distance h2 from the end of the first portion of the driving shaft 2122 to the starting end of the connecting pipe 2142 is 30mm or more and 45mm or less. That is, the length of the first portion of the driving shaft 2122 is secured, and the coupling length of the driving shaft 2122 and the link 142 is secured, so that the brush head 100 can be stably and securely assembled to the main body 210, and the shaking amount of the brush head 100 when the electric toothbrush 200 is operated can be reduced.
Specifically, the distance from the end of the first portion of the driving shaft 2122 to the starting end of the connecting pipe 2142 includes: 32mm, 34mm, 36mm, 38mm, 40mm, 42mm, 44mm, etc., to name but a few.

as shown in fig. 26, 27, 29, 30, 31 and 34, on the basis of embodiment 10, embodiment 11 provides an electric toothbrush 200 including: a host 210, the host 210 including a motor 212; and head 100 of the first embodiment, drive shaft 2122 of motor 212 is connected to link 142 of head 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 31 and 32, in the direction of the drive shaft 2122 to the link 142, a first portion of the drive shaft 2122 includes a first drive section 2124 and a second drive section 2126.
A portion of the peripheral wall of the second drive segment 2126 is a mounting plane 2130, the mounting plane 2130 being closer to the axis of the drive shaft 2122 than the peripheral wall of the first drive segment 2124.
In detail, the first portion of the drive shaft 2122 includes a first drive section 2124 and a second drive section 2126, with the second drive section 2126 being located between the first drive section 2124 and the abutment 112.
A part of the outer peripheral wall of the second driving segment 2126 is a mounting plane 2130, the mounting plane 2130 is closer to the axis of the driving shaft 2122 than the outer peripheral wall of the first driving segment 2124, a mounting slot is formed between the mounting plane 2130 and the first driving segment 2124, and the connecting rod 142 is provided with a first convex part which is inserted into the mounting slot. When motor 212 is in operation, mounting surface 2130 cooperates with first driver portion 2124 to effectively position toothbrush head 100 to prevent toothbrush head 100 from slipping and causing toothbrush head 100 to rotate and fail.
Further, as shown in fig. 32, an end of the first portion of the drive shaft 2122 is formed with a chamfer 2127.
In which a chamfer 2127 is formed at an end of a first portion of the driving shaft 2122, and the chamfer 2127 has a guiding function to facilitate insertion into the toothbrush head 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 31 and 32, the outer circumferential wall of the second driver section 2126 is provided with a second catching groove 2128.

Further, the motor 212 is a sonic motor 212; the rotational angle of the drive shaft 2122 is greater than 0 ° and equal to or less than 90 °. For example, the rotation angle of the driving shaft 2122 includes 10 °,20 °, 30 °, 40 °, 50 °, 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, etc., which are not listed herein.

The elastic member 160 is installed in the matching shaft 1128, the second seat 136 is installed on the retaining portion 1130 of the support 112, and the connecting member 152 is inserted into the support 112 to fix the second seat 136 on the support 112.
A drive shaft 144 and a positioning shaft 146 are in turn assembled to linkage 142, the assembly of which is housed within handle 118.
The securing member 116 is mounted on a handle 118.
The driving shaft 2122 of the motor 212 is provided with a mounting plane 2130, and the driving shaft 2122 is inserted into the passage 120 of the toothbrush body and is connected to the link 142. The driving shaft 2122 rotates the link 142 in the third direction. The connecting rod 142 can drive the first seat 134 to swing left and right and drive the second seat 136 to rotate. The swing angle of the first seat 134 is identical to the output angle of the driving shaft 2122 of the sonic motor 212.
The rotation angle of the second seat 136 can be adjusted at will, and the rotation angle of the second seat 136 is greater than 0 ° and less than or equal to 90 °.
When the connecting rod 142 rotates around the axis of the driving shaft 2122 in an oscillating manner, the first seat 134 oscillates left and right, and the oscillation amplitude of the first seat 134 is greater than that of the first bristles 114 on the support 112. The amplitude of the oscillation of the first bristles 114 on the support 112 is in accordance with the sonic motor 212. The second base 136 can drive the second brush 132 to rotate back and forth at a certain angle.
The driving shaft 2122 of the motor 212 is inserted into the toothbrush head 100 to drive the connecting rod 142 to rotate, and the driving shaft 144 provided on the connecting rod 142 swings left and right to drive the first seat 134 to swing left and right. The secondary shaft 150 disposed on the first seat 134 swings left and right at the same time, and further drives the second seat 136 to rotate left and right in a reciprocating manner.

Claims (19)

1. A toothbrush head, comprising:
the toothbrush head comprises a toothbrush head main body, a handle and a handle, wherein the toothbrush head main body comprises a support and first bristles;
the hair-planting base is movably connected with the support and comprises second bristles;
the driving piece is arranged on the brush head main body and used for driving the bristle planting base to move relative to the support.
2. A toothbrush head according to claim 1 characterised in that the bristle holder comprises:
the second brush bristles are arranged on the first seat body;
the driving piece is used for driving the first base to reciprocate along a first direction.
3. The toothbrush head of claim 2, wherein the first side of the support is provided with an avoidance vacancy, the second side of the support is provided with an avoidance port, and the first bristles are arranged on the second side of the support;
at least one part of the first seat body is positioned in the avoidance vacancy, and the first seat body can move relative to the avoidance vacancy;
the second bristles extend out of the outer surface of the support through the avoiding opening.
4. The toothbrush head of claim 2 wherein the first bristles include rows of first bristles;
the second bristles comprise a plurality of rows of second bristles, and one row of the second bristles is clamped between any two adjacent rows of the first bristles.
5. A toothbrush head according to any one of claims 2 to 4 characterised in that the bristle holder further comprises:
the second seat body, the said second brush hair is still located in the said second seat body;
the driving piece is further used for driving the second base to rotate in a reciprocating manner along a second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction.
6. The toothbrush head of claim 5, wherein the second side of the support is further provided with a sink and a mating shaft, the mating shaft being disposed in the sink;
at least one part of the second seat body is positioned in the sinking groove, and the second seat body is rotatably connected with the matching shaft.
7. The toothbrush head of claim 6, wherein the second side of the support is further provided with a detent for limiting the second seat in the height direction of the support;
the toothbrush head further comprises an elastic member connected between the second seat and the matching shaft.
8. The toothbrush head of claim 6 wherein the walls of the sink include a first arcuate wall, the peripheral wall of the second body includes a second arcuate wall, the second arcuate wall corresponding to the first arcuate wall, and the second arcuate wall conforming to the shape of the first arcuate wall.
9. A toothbrush head according to claim 5 characterised in that the head body is provided with a channel in which the drive member is located;
the driving member includes:
a connecting rod rotatably connected with the channel;
the first end of the driving shaft is connected with the connecting rod, the second end of the driving shaft extends out of the channel and is connected with the first seat body, and the connecting rod drives the first seat body to move through the driving shaft;
the first end of the positioning shaft is connected with the connecting rod, the second end of the positioning shaft extends out of the channel and is rotatably connected with the first seat body, and the first seat body can rotate around the axis of the positioning shaft.
10. A toothbrush head according to claim 9 characterised in that,
the first seat body is provided with a first clamping groove, and the second end of the driving shaft is clamped in the first clamping groove;
the driving piece further comprises a positioning rotating shaft, the positioning rotating shaft is connected with the support and the first seat body, and the first seat body can rotate around the axis of the positioning rotating shaft.
11. A toothbrush head according to claim 9 wherein the head body further comprises:
a fixing member;
and the brush handle is connected between the fixing piece and the support, and the channel is enclosed between the fixing piece and the brush handle.
12. A toothbrush head according to claim 5 characterised in that the abutment is provided with a relief hole;
the driving piece comprises a secondary moving shaft, and the first end of the secondary moving shaft penetrates through the avoidance hole and is connected with the first seat body;
the second seat body is provided with a matching part, the second end of the secondary moving shaft is connected with the matching part, and the first seat body drives the second seat body to move through the secondary moving shaft.
13. A toothbrush head according to claim 12 characterised in that the engagement portion comprises:
a first bump;
the second lug is arranged on one side of the first lug at intervals, and the second end of the secondary moving shaft extends into the space between the first lug and the second lug;
the distance between the first lug and the second lug is larger than the shaft diameter of the secondary moving shaft.
14. A brushhead according to claim 5, wherein the drive member includes:
the first end of the connecting piece is connected with the support;
the second seat body is provided with a slide way, the second end of the connecting piece extends into the slide way, and the second end of the connecting piece is in sliding fit with the slide way.
15. An electric toothbrush, comprising:
a main machine including a motor; and
a toothbrush head according to any one of claims 1 to 14 wherein the drive shaft of the motor is connected to a link of the toothbrush head.
16. The electric toothbrush of claim 15, wherein the main body further comprises:
a housing including a connection tube;
the motor is arranged on the shell, and the first part of the driving shaft extends out of the outer surface of the shell through the connecting pipe and is connected with the connecting rod;
the length of the connecting pipe is more than or equal to 18mm and less than or equal to 22mm;
the distance from the end of the first part of the driving shaft to the starting end of the connecting pipe is more than or equal to 30mm and less than or equal to 45mm.
17. The electric toothbrush according to claim 16,
the first portion of the drive shaft includes a first drive section and a second drive section in a direction from the drive shaft to the connecting rod;
a portion of the peripheral wall of the second drive segment is a mounting plane that is closer to the axis of the drive shaft than the peripheral wall of the first drive segment.
18. The electric toothbrush of claim 17,
the end of the first part of the driving shaft is provided with a chamfer;
the periphery wall of second drive section is equipped with the second draw-in groove.
19. The electric toothbrush according to any one of claims 15 to 18,
the motor is a sound wave motor;
the rotation angle of the driving shaft is larger than 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 90 degrees.
