A control circuit board mounting structure of an electric vehicle multi-module intelligent driving system comprises a three-phase alternating current motor and a controller group for controlling the three-phase alternating current motor, wherein a stator of the three-phase alternating current motor adopts a first winding unit and a second winding unit; the controller group comprises a first motor driver unit and a second motor driver unit which are respectively and correspondingly electrically connected with the winding units and are used for controlling the operation of the corresponding winding units; the motor driving device is characterized in that the first motor driver unit and the second motor driver unit comprise a first winding three-phase MOS tube group and a second winding three-phase MOS tube group which are respectively arranged on the control circuit board; control circuit board insulation is installed on bottom heat dissipation base plate, and wherein, each winding three-phase MOS nest of tubes all includes three-phase MOS pipe unit, and each looks MOS pipe unit includes 2 at least MOS pipes that concatenate and singly be equipped with the electric heat dissipation aluminium pig of passing of winding electrical contact output point, and the welding of pin one side of each MOS pipe is in on the control circuit board, simultaneously the opposite side output end fixed mounting of MOS pipe cross on the heat dissipation aluminium pig and with it is connected to cross the heat dissipation aluminium pig electricity, cross heat dissipation aluminium pig fixed mounting be in on the control circuit board, and with bottom heat dissipation base plate insulation contact.
2. The mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the over-current heat dissipation aluminum block is fixedly mounted on the control circuit board by fasteners distributed in a triangular shape.

The mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the over-current heat dissipation aluminum block is integrally mounted and connected to the bottom heat dissipation substrate through an insulating fastening sleeve, and an insulating adhesive layer is disposed between the over-current heat dissipation aluminum block and the bottom heat dissipation substrate.

The mounting structure of a control circuit board according to claim 1, wherein the first winding three-phase MOS tube group and the second winding three-phase MOS tube group are arranged in parallel; each phase of MOS tube unit comprises 3 MOS tubes which are connected in series and are arranged on a single over-current heat dissipation aluminum block in parallel.

The control circuit board mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the first motor driver unit and the second motor driver unit are electrically connected to a battery of the electric vehicle through a three-phase power supply MOS pipe group, respectively, wherein the three-phase power supply MOS pipe group includes three-phase power supply MOS pipe units, each phase power supply MOS pipe unit includes at least 2 power supply MOS pipes connected in series and a single over-current heat dissipation aluminum bar provided with a power supply positive electrode electrical contact point, the power supply negative electrode electrical contact point is provided on a single over-current heat dissipation aluminum block, and the over-current heat dissipation aluminum block is mounted on the bottom heat dissipation substrate in an insulated manner; the pin one side welding of each power MOS pipe is on control circuit board, simultaneously the opposite side output of power MOS pipe respectively fixed mounting cross on the heat dissipation aluminium strip and with cross the electricity and dispel the heat the aluminium strip electricity and be connected, cross heat dissipation aluminium strip fixed mounting cross on the control circuit board, and with bottom heat dissipation base plate insulation contact.
