For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the second left side wall 21 is folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, the rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the second left side wall 21 is folded to form an overlapped right-angled triangle, and as the second left side wall 21 and the top wall main body 511 are folded, the overlapped right-angled triangle portion formed at the upper side of the second left side wall 21 is partially overlapped with the side wall top connection portion 53, and at the same time, the side wall top connection portion 53 is overlapped with the first left side wall 11. Then, the upper side of the second left sidewall 21 is bonded to the first left sidewall 11 and the second left sidewall 21 by a bonding means such as heat sealing or adhesion. A rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the second right sidewall 22 is folded to form an overlapped right-angled triangle after being folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, and the overlapped right-angled triangle portion formed at the upper side of the second right sidewall 22 is partially overlapped with the sidewall top connection part 53 as the second right sidewall 22 and the top wall main body 511 are folded, and at the same time, the sidewall top connection part 53 is overlapped with the first right sidewall 12. Then, the upper side of the second right sidewall 22 is bonded to the first right sidewall 12 and the second right sidewall 22 by heat sealing or gluing, etc.
Preferably, the upper sides of the first left sidewall 11 and the first right sidewall 12 integrally extend upward to form a sidewall reinforcement portion 54. The side wall reinforcement 54 is cut away from the lid 60. The two side wall reinforcing portions 54 are folded in a predetermined manner and overlap the two folded side wall top connecting portions 53, respectively. Subsequently, the sidewall reinforcement portion 54 and the sidewall top connecting portion 53 are sealingly connected by correspondingly bonding by heat sealing or adhesion or the like.
It is worth mentioning that when the two sidewall reinforcements 54 are folded in a predetermined manner, one sidewall reinforcement 54 overlaps with a portion of the upper side of the first left sidewall 11. The other of the side wall reinforcing parts 54 overlaps with a part of the upper side of the first right side wall 12. For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, after the first left sidewall 11 is folded, a rectangular portion formed on the upper side of the first left sidewall 11 is folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, and the rectangular portion formed on the upper side of the first left sidewall 11 is folded to form an overlapping right triangle to overlap with the sidewall reinforcement portion 54. After the first right sidewall 12 is folded, a rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the first right sidewall 12 is folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, and a rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the first left sidewall 11 is folded to form a right-angled triangle to overlap the sidewall top connection portion 53.
The bottom wall 40 has a bottom wall body 41, wherein the rear side of the bottom wall body 41 is connected to the bottom side of the rear wall 10, and wherein the front side of the bottom wall body 41 is connected to the bottom side of the front wall 20. A sidewall bottom connecting portion 42 is provided between the lower side of the first sidewall 31 and the bottom wall body 41 and between the lower side of the second sidewall 32 and the bottom wall body 41, respectively.
The sidewall bottom connection part 42 provided on the lower side of the first sidewall 31 is connected to the left side of the bottom wall body 41, wherein the sidewall bottom connection part 42 provided on the lower side of the second sidewall 32 is connected to the right side of the bottom wall body 41, so that the lower sides of the first and second sidewalls 31 and 32 are sealingly connected to the bottom wall body 41.
In the present embodiment, the bottom side of the front wall 20 and the bottom side of the rear wall 10 are integrally connected to the front side of the bottom wall main body 41 and the rear side of the bottom wall main body 41, respectively. The bottom side of the second left side wall 21 and the bottom side of the second right side wall 22 extend integrally to form one side wall bottom connection portion 42, respectively. One of the sidewall bottom connecting portions 42 is folded in a predetermined manner and is sealingly connected to the first left sidewall 11 and the second left sidewall 21 overlapped with each other by a bonding means such as heat sealing or adhesion. The other of the side wall bottom connecting portions 42 is folded in a predetermined manner and is sealingly connected to the first right side wall 12 and the second left side wall 22 overlapping each other by bonding such as heat-sealing and then adhering.
Preferably, one side of the sidewall bottom connection portion 42 formed at the lower side of the second left sidewall 21 is integrally connected to the lower side of the first left sidewall 11. One side of the side wall bottom connection portion 42 formed at the lower side of the second right side wall 22 is integrally connected to the lower side of the first right side wall 12.
It is worth mentioning that when the first left sidewall 11 is folded, a rectangle formed by the lower side of the first left sidewall 11 is folded along the diagonal line thereof to form an overlapped right triangle, and the right triangle formed by the lower side of the first left sidewall 11 is partially overlapped with the connected sidewall bottom connection portion 42. Meanwhile, the first right sidewall 12 is also folded to overlap the first left sidewall 11, a rectangle formed by the lower side of the first right sidewall 12 is folded along a diagonal line thereof to form an overlapping right triangle, and an overlapping triangle formed by the lower side of the first right sidewall 12 is also overlapped with the sidewall bottom connection part 42 on the same side.
When the second left side wall 21 is folded, a rectangle formed by the lower side of the second left side wall 21 is folded along the diagonal line thereof to form an overlapped right triangle, and the right triangle formed by the lower side of the second left side wall 21 is partially overlapped with the side wall bottom connecting part 42 of the other side. Meanwhile, the second right sidewall 22 is also folded to overlap the second left sidewall 21, a rectangle formed by the lower side of the second right sidewall 22 is folded along a diagonal line thereof to form an overlapping right triangle, and an overlapping triangle formed by the lower side of the second right sidewall 22 also overlaps the sidewall bottom connection portion 42 on the same side.
It is understood that the rear wall 10, the front wall 20, the two side walls 30, the bottom wall 40 and the top wall 50 form the accommodating space 102 and the opening 101. When the lid 60 is folded over to cover the opening 101, the opening 101 is sealed by the lid 60 via the adhesion portion 103, and the accommodation space 102 is closed.
Preferably, the package 100 further includes a sealing sheet 70. The sealing sheet 70 has the same size as the opening 101. Specifically, the sealing sheet 70 integrally extends from the rear wall connecting portion 52 toward the front wall 20. The front and both sides of the sealing flap 70 are cut through relative to the top wall body 511. When the lid body 60 is folded back toward the front wall 20, the sealing sheet 70 is covered with the lid body 60 and covers the opening 101 together with the lid body 60. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the package 100 has better sealing effect because the opening 101 can be covered by the cover body 60 and the sealing sheet 70 at the same time.
More preferably, the top side of the sealing sheet 70 is coated with an adhesive substance to enable the sealing sheet 70 to be directly adhered to the cover 60.
It is worth mentioning that the sealing sheet 70 can be formed after being cut through along the front side edge and both side edges of the opening 101. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the opening 101 is formed by the window 501, the sealing sheet 70 can be formed by cutting through the top wall 50 along the front side edge and both side edges of the window 501. In another embodiment of the present invention, when the opening 101 is formed by the window 501 and the notch 201, the sealing sheet 70 can be formed by cutting through the front wall 20 and the top wall 50 along the front side edge and both side edges of the opening 101.
It is worth mentioning that after folding the rear wall 10 and the front wall 20 towards each other along the edge between the rear wall 10 and the bottom wall 40 and along the edge between the front wall 20 and the bottom wall 40, and subsequently folding the first left side wall 11 of the rear wall 10 and the second left side wall 21 of the front wall 20 towards each other and folding the first right side wall 12 of the rear wall 10 and the second right side wall 22 of the front wall 20 towards each other, the first left side wall 11 and the second left side wall 21 overlap one of the side wall bottom connections 42 of the bottom wall 40, and the first right side wall 12 and the second right side wall 22 overlap the other side wall bottom connection 42 of the bottom wall 40. The front wall 20 is then subsequently folded towards the rear wall 10 along the connecting line between the front wall 20 and the top wall 50, thereby enabling the top wall 50 to be formed. Further, the rear wall coupling portion 52 of the top wall 50 is sealingly adhered to the rear wall 10, and both the side wall top coupling portions 53 of the top wall 50 overlap with the first side wall 31 and the second side wall 32, respectively. The accommodating space 102 can then be formed by heat-sealing the two side walls 30 with the two side wall bottom connecting portions 42 and the two side walls 30 with the side wall top connecting portion 53, respectively.
The packing box 100 is made of a foldable band body, wherein the band body may be implemented by an aluminum-plastic composite film substrate (BOPP + AL + PET) or (BOPP + paper + AL + PET). In other words, the material forming the packing box 100 is adapted to repeatedly open and close the opening 101 by the cover body 60 after the adhesive substance is applied to form the attaching portion 103.
Referring to fig. 6A to 8, the belt body has a base 900, wherein the base 900 defines a middle region 91, a left side region 92 and a right side region 93. The left side of the middle region 91 integrally extends to form the left side region 92. The right side of the middle region 91 integrally extends to form the right side region 93. One end of the left side region 92 integrally extends to form a cover body region 94. One end of the right side section 93 integrally extends to form a top wall section 95.
Preferably, the end of the top wall region 95 is integrally extended to form a rear wall connecting region 96.
The base 900 is further formed with a cut-through wire 9001. In one embodiment of the present invention, the cut-through line 9001 is formed at the top wall region 95. In another embodiment of the present invention, the top wall region 95 and the right side region 93 together form the cut-through line 9001, at which point the cut-through line 9001 is formed by cutting through the top wall region 95 or the top wall region 95 and the right side region 93 of the belt body.
Preferably, after the cutting line 9001 is formed, a thickened region 97 is formed at the corresponding cutting line 9001, and one side of the thickened region 97 is integrally connected to the rear wall connection region 96.
The upper and lower sides of the left side region 92 are integrally extended to form a first upper side region 921 and a first lower side region 922, respectively. The upper and lower sides of the right side section 93 are integrally extended to form a second upper side section 931 and a second lower side section 932, respectively.
It is worth mentioning that before the strip is made into the package 100, an adhesive may be coated on the circumference of the cut-through line 9001 to form a pasting region 9002.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the cutting line 9001 is formed at the top wall region 95, the sticking region 9002 is formed at the top wall region 95 and the rear wall connecting region 96. Further, when the thickened region 97 is formed, the pasting region 9002 further includes the thickened region 97. In other words, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive substance may be directly coated on the top wall region 95, the rear wall connecting region 96 and the thickened region 97, thereby forming the pasting region 9002.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the cutting line 9001 is formed at the top wall region 95 and the right side region 93, the pasting region 9002 is formed at the top wall region 95, the right side region 93 and the rear wall connecting region 96, and the pasting region 9002 is wrapped around the cutting line 9001. When the thickened region 97 is formed, the pasting region 9002 further includes the thickened region 97. In other words, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive substance may be directly coated on the top wall region 95, the rear wall connecting region 96 and the thickened region 97, thereby forming the pasting region 9002.
In the present invention, a sidewall top connection region 951 is formed between the right side of the second upper side region 931 and the upper side of the top wall region 95. Another side wall top attachment area 951 is formed between the right side of the second lower side section 932 and the underside of the top wall section 95. Preferably, a sidewall reinforcement area 952 is formed on the left side of the first upper side area 921. More preferably, the left side of the first lower side region 922 forms another sidewall reinforcement region 952.
It is worth mentioning that a side wall top connection region 951 is integrally connected between the right side of the second upper side region 931 and the upper side of the top wall region 95. Another of the sidewall top attachment areas 951 is integrally attached between the right side of the second lower side section 932 and the underside of the top wall section 95.
In another embodiment, a sidewall top attachment region 951 is integrally attached to the upper side of the top wall region 95 forming a first tangent line 9003 with the second upper side region 931. Another sidewall top attachment region 951 is integrally attached to the underside of the top wall region 95 forming another first tangent 9003 with the second underside region 932, as shown in fig. 6B.
It is also worth mentioning that the two sidewall reinforcement zones 952 are integrally connected to the left end of the first upper side zone 921 and the left end of the first lower side zone 922, respectively. Meanwhile, a second tangent 9004 is formed between each of the two sidewall reinforcement regions 952 and the cap region 95.
A sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is formed between the left side of the second upper side region 931, the right side of the first upper side region 921, and the upper side of the middle region 91. Another sidewall bottom attachment area 911 is formed between the left side of the second lower side section 932, the right side of the first lower side section 922, and the underside of the middle section 91.
In the present embodiment, one of the sidewall bottom connecting regions 911 is integrally connected to the left side of the second upper side region 931, the right side of the first upper side region 921, and the upper side of the middle region 91, and the other sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is integrally connected to the left side of the second lower side region 932, the right side of the first lower side region 922, and the lower side of the middle region 91.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a left side of the sidewall bottom connecting region 911 with respect to the second upper side region 931, one of a right side of the first upper side region 921 and the middle region 91 upper side are cut to form a third tangent line 9005. The other of the side wall bottom attachment zones 911 is cut away with respect to the left side of the second lower side region 932, one of the second upper side regions 922, and the underside of the middle region 91 to form another third part cut line 9005.
The left side region 92 is folded back toward the right side region 93 at a boundary line formed between the left side region 92 and the middle region 91, and at the same time, the right side region 93 is folded back toward the left side region 92 at the boundary line formed between the right side region 93 and the middle region 91, and the left side region 92 and the right side region 93 are made parallel to each other, so that the middle region 91, the left side region 92, and the right side region 93 form the bottom wall main body 41, the rear wall 10, and the front wall 20 of the bottom wall 40, respectively.
Subsequently, the first upper side region 921 is folded along a boundary between the first upper side region 921 and the left side region 92, and at the same time, the second upper side region 931 is folded along a boundary between the second upper side region 931 and the right side region 93, so that the first upper side region 921 and the second upper side region 931 overlap in parallel with each other. The first and second upper side regions 921, 931 form the second side wall 32 upon subsequent sealingly joining the first and second upper side regions 921, 931. And wherein the first and second upper side regions 921, 931 form the first and second right side walls 12, 22, respectively.
The first and second lower side regions 922 and 932 are respectively folded along a boundary between the first lower side region 922 and the left side region 92 and along a boundary between the second lower side region 932 and the right side region 93 such that the first and second lower side regions 922 and 932 are overlapped in parallel with each other. The first and second lower side regions 922, 932 form the first sidewall upon subsequent sealingly joining the first and second lower side regions 922, 932. And wherein the first and second lower side regions 922, 932 form the first and second left side walls 11, 21, respectively.
It is worth mentioning that the two sidewall bottom connecting regions 911 are folded in a predetermined manner while the first and second upper side regions 921 and 931 are folded, so that the two sidewall bottom connecting regions 911 form the sidewall bottom connecting portion 42.
Subsequently, the top wall region 95 is folded along the boundary between the top wall region 95 and the right side region 93, and the top wall region 95 is kept parallel to the middle region 91, so that the top wall region 95 forms the top wall main body 511. At the same time, one of the side wall top connection regions 951 is folded in a predetermined manner such that the upper side of the top wall region 95 is sealingly connected to the first and second upper side regions 921 and 931 by one of the side wall top connection regions 951, such that one of the side wall top connection regions 951 forms one of the side wall top connections 53. Furthermore, the other side wall top attachment area 951 is folded in a predetermined manner such that the underside of the top wall section 95 is sealingly attached to the first and second lower side sections 922, 932 via one of the side wall top attachment areas 951, such that the other side wall top attachment area 951 forms the other side wall top attachment 53.
Preferably, after the base body 900 defines the rear wall attachment area 96, the rear wall attachment area 96 is folded over and the rear wall attachment area 96 is bonded to the left side portion 92 such that the rear wall attachment area 96 forms the rear wall attachment portion 52.
Preferably, when the thickened area 97 is provided, the top of the thickened area 97 is coated with an adhesive substance, and the thickened area 97 is adhered to the rear wall 10 to form the opening 101 after the thickened area 97 is turned towards the rear wall 10. Accordingly, the thickened region 97 will correspondingly form the sealing sheet 70.
It is worth mentioning that the thickened area 97 is formed in the top wall area 95 by forming the cutting line 9001 in the top wall area 95. And the thickened region 97 is integrally connected to the rear wall connecting region 96.
In this way, the planar band can be made into the three-dimensional packaging box 100.
In another embodiment of the present invention, one of the sidewall top connection regions 951 is integrally extended from the right side of the second upper side region 931, and the sidewall top connection region 951 is cut through with the upper side of the top wall region 95. Another of the sidewall top attachment areas 951 extends integrally from the right side of the second lower side section 932 and is cut through between the sidewall top attachment area 951 and the underside of the top wall section 95.
As deformable, one of the sidewall top attachment areas 951 extends integrally from the left side of the first upper side region 921, and is cut through between the sidewall top attachment area 951 and the upper side of the lid body region 94. Another sidewall top attachment region 951 extends integrally from the left side of the first lower side region 922 and is cut through between the sidewall top attachment region 951 and the underside of the cap region 94. As shown in fig. 8.
In this modified embodiment, one sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is integrally extended from the left side of the second upper side region 931, and the sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is cut through between the upper side of the middle region 91 and the right side of the first upper side region 921. The other sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is integrally extended from the left side of the second lower side region 932, and the sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is cut through between the lower side of the middle region 91 and the right side of the first lower side region 922.
As deformable, another sidewall bottom connecting region 911 integrally extends from the right side of the first upper side region 921, and the sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is cut through between the upper side of the middle region 91 and the left side of the second upper side region 931. Another sidewall bottom attachment region 911 integrally extends from the left side of the first lower side region 922, and the sidewall bottom attachment region 911 is cut through between the lower side of the middle region 91 and the left side of the second lower side region 932. As shown in fig. 8.
Fig. 9 shows a perspective view of the package 100 made of this modified embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6A to 8 and 10, specifically, in the present embodiment, the manufacturing method of the packaging box includes:
(S1) providing a flat-shaped belt body, wherein the belt body has at least a base body 900, the base body 900 defines the middle section 91, the left side section 92, the right side section 93, the cover body section 94, the top wall section 95, wherein the base body 900 further defines integrally the first upper side section 921 and the first lower side section 922 respectively on the upper side and the lower side of the left side section 92, the base body 900 defines integrally a second upper side section 931 and a second lower side section 932 respectively on the upper side and the lower side of the right side section 93, the base body 900 defines one of the side wall top connection zones 951 between the right side of the second upper side section 931 and the upper side of the top wall section 95, the base body 900 defines the other of the side wall top connection zones 951 between the right side of the second lower side section 932 and the lower side of the top wall section 95, wherein the base forms one of the side wall bottom connection regions 911 between the right side of the first upper side region 921, the left side of the second upper side region 931 and the upper side of the middle region, the base forms another of the side wall bottom connection regions 911 between the right side of the first lower side region 922, the left side of the second lower side region 932 and the lower side of the middle region, wherein the top wall region 95 of the base 900 forms the cut-through line 9001 or the top wall region 95 and the right end of the right side region 93 together form the cut-through line 9001;
(S2) folding the left side region 92 and the right side region 93 toward each other along the boundary between the middle region 91 and the left side region 92 and along the boundary between the middle region 91 and the right side region 93 such that the middle region 91, the left side region 92 and the right side region 93 form the bottom wall 40, the rear wall 10 and the front wall 20 of the packing box 100, respectively;
(S3) overlapping the first and second upper side sections 921 and 931 by folding the first and second upper side sections 921 and 931 such that the first and second upper side sections 921 and 931 form the first and second right side walls 12 and 22, respectively, and overlapping the first and second lower side sections 922 and 932 by folding the first and second lower side sections 922 and 932 such that the first and second lower side sections 922 and 932 form the first and second left side walls 11 and 21, respectively;
(S4) folding one of the side wall top attachment areas 951 in a predetermined manner such that the side wall top attachment area 951 overlaps the first and second upper side regions 921, 931 overlapping each other in a manner capable of attaching the left side of the first upper side region 921, the right side of the second upper side region 931 and the upper side of the top wall region 95, wherein the side wall top attachment area 951 forms one of the side wall top attachment portions 53 of the package, folding the other of the side wall top attachment areas 951 in a predetermined manner such that the other of the side wall top attachment areas 951 is folded over the first and second lower side regions 922, 932 overlapping each other in a manner capable of attaching the left side of the first lower side region 922, the right side of the second lower side region 932 and the lower side of the top wall region 95, wherein the other of the side wall top attachment areas 951, The first and second lower side sections 922, 932 form one of the side wall top connections 53, the first and second left side walls 11, 21, respectively, of the package;
(S5) folding one of the side wall bottom attachment areas 911 in a predetermined manner such that the side wall bottom attachment area 911 is folded over the first and second upper side regions 921 and 931 overlapping each other in such a manner as to be able to attach the right side of the first upper side region 921, the left side of the second upper side region 931 and the upper side of the central region 91, such that one of the sidewall bottom connecting regions 911 forms one of the sidewall bottom connecting portions 42, and the other sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is folded in a predetermined manner, so that the sidewall bottom connecting region 911 is folded over the first and second lower side regions 922 and 932 overlapping each other in such a manner as to be able to connect the right side of the first lower side region 922, the left side of the second lower side region 932, and the lower side of the middle region 91, so that the other sidewall bottom connection region 911 forms the other sidewall bottom connection portion 42;
(S6) combining one of the sidewall top attachment areas 951 to the first and second upper side areas 921 and 931 overlapping each other, combining the other of the sidewall top attachment areas 951 to the first and second lower side areas 922 and 932 overlapping each other, combining one of the sidewall bottom attachment areas 911 to the first and second upper side areas 921 and 931 overlapping each other, and combining the other of the sidewall bottom attachment areas 911 to the first and second lower side areas 922 and 932 overlapping each other, to form the first and second sidewalls 31 and 32, respectively.
Further, the manufacturing method of the packaging box comprises the following steps:
(S7) the base 900 integrally defines a rear wall attachment area 96 at one end of the top wall area 95, folding the rear wall attachment area 96, and joining the rear wall attachment area 96 to the left side area 92.
Preferably, the cutting line is implemented as a C-shaped cutting line, and after the C-shaped cutting line is formed on the body 900, a portion surrounded by the C-shaped cutting line forms the thickened region 97, and the manufacturing method of the packing box includes: the thickened region 97 is bonded to the cap region 94.
Further, the manufacturing method of the packaging box comprises the following steps:
(S8) applying an adhesive to the substrate 100 at a location surrounding the cut-through line 9001.
Preferably, in the step (S8), the adhesive substance is coated on the thickened area 97 at the same time.

(S9) applying an adhesive to the tape body to form the affixed region 9002.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the attachment area 9002 is formed by applying an adhesive to the cover area 94.
Preferably, the manufacturing method of the packaging box comprises the following steps:
(S10) manufacturing the tape body, wherein the method of manufacturing the tape body includes:
(S101) providing a ribbon 800;
(S102) marking said cap region 94 and said top wall region 95 or rear wall attachment region 96 of each of said substrates 900 of a plurality of strips at predetermined distances from said elongated strip 800;
(S103) die cutting said elongated strip 800 to form a plurality of said substrates 900 end-to-end on said elongated strip 800;
(S104) slitting the substrate 900 on the long tape 800 to form a plurality of substrates 900 independent of each other.
Further, in this manner, a plurality of substrates 900 can be mass-produced.
Further, an adhesive is applied to the base 900 of each tape body to form the pasting region 9002 on each base 900.
It is worth mentioning that the individual areas of each of the substrates 900 may be marked simultaneously with the marking of the elongate strip 800 and subsequently the elongate strip 800 is die cut. It is worth mentioning that it is also possible to apply the adhesive substance simultaneously to each of the bodies 900 being marked, and subsequently to slit the substrates 900 on the strip 800.
It can be understood that the package 100 manufactured by the above-described method for manufacturing a package can be manufactured in a batch manner, and has a simple process, and the lid 60 of the formed package 100 can be repeatedly opened a plurality of times, and has a good sealing effect after the opening 101 is closed after the plurality of times of opening.
In addition, since the cover 60 is integrally connected with the rear wall 10 of the packing box 100, the cover 60 is not easily torn off from the packing box 100 by a user. In other words, the cover 60 is not easily separated from the packing box 100.
A package according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 11 to 14 of the specification, wherein the package 100A can be used for containing stored materials such as food, medicine, etc. In addition, the manufacturing process of the packaging box 100A is simple. And the user is opening the packing carton repeatedly, packing carton 100A still has good sealed effect.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, the package 100A has a rear wall 10A, a front wall 20A, two side walls 30A, a bottom wall 40A, a top wall 50A and a cover 60A. An opening 101A and an accommodating space 102A communicating with the opening 101A are formed at the top of the packaging box 100A, and the opening 101A can be closed by the cover body 60A after being folded.
The package box 100A has a pasting portion 103A, wherein when the cover body 60A is covered on the opening 101A, the cover body 60A is lifted and hermetically covered on the opening 101A by the pasting portion 103A.
The adhering portion 103A, the adhering portion 103A is wrapped around the opening 101A, so that after the cover 60A is covered on the opening 101A, the cover 60A can be repeatedly lifted and sealed to cover the opening 101A by the adhering portion 103A.
Specifically, the upper side of the rear wall 10A integrally extends upward to form the cover 60A. The cover 60A can cover the opening 101A after being folded toward the front wall 20A. The rear portion of the top wall 50A is folded back and then adhered to the rear wall 10A. After the lid 60A is folded back toward the front wall 20A, the lid 60A is attached to the top wall 50A by the attachment portion 103A to cover the opening 101A.
The side wall 30A includes a first side wall 31A and a second side wall 32A. The left side of the rear wall 10A integrally extends outward to form a first left side wall 11A. The right side of the rear wall 10A integrally extends outward to form a first right side wall 12A. The left side of the front wall 20A integrally extends outward to form a second left side wall 21A. The right side of the front wall 20A integrally extends outward to form a second right side wall 22A. The first left side wall 11A of the rear wall 10A and the second left side wall 21A of the front wall 20A are folded in opposite directions and then overlapped with each other, and the overlapped first left side wall 11A and the second left side wall 21A are hermetically connected to form the first side wall 31A. The first right side wall 12A of the rear wall 10A and the second right side wall 22A of the front wall 20A are folded and overlapped with each other, and the overlapped first right side wall 12A and the second right side wall 22A are hermetically connected to form the second side wall 32A.
The top wall 50A forms a window 501A. Preferably, the top side of the front wall 20A forms a notch 201A, and the notch 201A is in communication with the window 501A.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the window 501A forms the opening 101A. In another embodiment of the present invention, the window 501A and the notch 201A together form the opening 101A. In the present embodiment, the notch 201A is provided to facilitate a user to take out a stored object located in the accommodating space 102A, wherein the stored object may be a food, a medicine, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the pasting part 103A is disposed inside the cover body 60A to form the pasting part 103A. When the lid 60A is folded back toward the front wall 20A, the attaching portion 103A is wrapped around the periphery of the package box forming the opening 101A. While the lid 60A is folded back toward the front wall 20A and the lid 60A closes the opening 101A, the opening 101A is sealed by the lid 60A because the lid 60A is bonded to the portion where the lid 60A touches through the bonding portion 103A. In one embodiment, the cover 60A is adhered to the top wall 50A by the adhesive 103A. In another embodiment, the cover 60A is adhered to the top wall 50A and the front wall 20A by the adhering portion 103A.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the opening 101A is formed by the window 501A of the top wall 50A, the adhesive portion 103A is disposed on the top wall 50A and surrounds the window 501A. When the opening 101A is formed by the window 501A of the top wall 50A and the notch 201A of the front wall 20A, the adhesive portion 103A is provided on the top wall 50A and the front wall 20A and surrounds the opening 101A.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the adhering portion 103A may be implemented as a portion coated with a viscous substance such as glue.
Furthermore, the packing carton is implemented to be made for aluminium-plastic composite film substrate (BOPP + AL + PET) or compound paper (BOPP + paper + AL + PET), so that lid 60A is opened the back repeatedly, still can pass through paste portion 103A adhesion and seal opening 101A.
The top wall 50A includes a top wall body 51A. The top wall body 51A forms the window 501A. Preferably, the rear side of the top wall main body 51A integrally extends to form a rear wall connecting portion 52A, wherein the rear wall connecting portion 52A is folded and then coupled to the rear wall 10A.
A sidewall top connecting portion 53A is provided on an upper side of the first sidewall 31A and an upper side of the second sidewall 32A, respectively. The side wall top connection part 53A provided on the upper side of the first side wall 31A is sealingly connected to the left side of the top wall body 51A, wherein the side wall top connection part 53A provided on the upper side of the second side wall 32A is sealingly connected to the right side of the top wall body 51A, so that the upper side of the first side wall 31A and the upper side of the second side wall 32A are sealingly connected to the top wall body 51A, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the upper sides of the second left sidewall 21A and the second right sidewall 22A are integrally extended upward to form the sidewall top connection portions 53A, respectively. One side of the side wall top connecting portion 53A is integrally connected to the side of the top wall main body 51A. The two side wall top connection portions 53A are folded in a predetermined manner, and one side wall top connection portion 53A overlaps the first left side wall 11A and the second left side wall 21A. The other of the sidewall top connecting portions 53A overlaps the first right sidewall 12A and the second right sidewall 22A. One of the side wall top connecting portions 53A is sealingly connected to the first left side wall 11A and the second left side wall 21A by heat sealing or bonding, etc., to form the first side wall 31A. The other side wall top connecting portion 53A is hermetically connected to the first right side wall 12A and the second right side wall 22A by heat sealing or bonding, etc., to form the second side wall 32A.
It is worth mentioning that, after the second left sidewall 21A and the second right sidewall 22A are folded, the two sidewall top connecting portions 53A are folded in a predetermined manner, and one sidewall top connecting portion 53A overlaps a portion of the upper side of the second left sidewall 21A. The other side wall top connecting portion 53A overlaps a part of the upper side of the second right side wall 22A. The packaging box has better sealing effect by the folding mode. For example, a rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the second left side wall 21A is folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, the rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the second left side wall 21A is folded to form an overlapped right-angled triangle, and as the second left side wall 21A and the top wall main body 51A are folded, the overlapped right-angled triangle portion formed at the upper side of the second left side wall 21A is partially overlapped with the side wall top connection portion 53A, and at the same time, the side wall top connection portion 53A is overlapped with the first left side wall 11A. Then, the upper side of the second left side wall 21A is bonded to the first left side wall 11A and the second left side wall 21A by a bonding means such as heat sealing or adhesion. A rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the second right sidewall 22A is folded to form an overlapped right-angled triangle after being folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, and the overlapped right-angled triangle portion formed at the upper side of the second right sidewall 22A is partially overlapped with the sidewall top connecting portion 53A as the second right sidewall 22A and the top wall main body 51A are folded, and at the same time, the sidewall top connecting portion 53A is overlapped with the first right sidewall 12A. Then, the upper side of the second right sidewall 22A is bonded to the first right sidewall 12A and the second right sidewall 22A by a bonding means such as heat sealing or pasting.
Preferably, the upper sides of the first left sidewall 11A and the first right sidewall 12A integrally extend upward to form a sidewall reinforcement portion 54A. The side wall reinforcing portion 54A is cut away from the lid 60A. The two side wall reinforcing portions 54A are folded in a predetermined manner and overlap the folded two side wall top connecting portions 53A, respectively. Subsequently, the side wall reinforcing portion 54A and the side wall top connecting portion 53A are sealingly connected by bonding by heat sealing or adhesion or the like, respectively.
It is worth mentioning that when the two side wall reinforcing portions 54A are folded in a predetermined manner, one side wall reinforcing portion 54A overlaps with a part of the upper side of the first left side wall 11A. The other of the side wall reinforcing portions 54A overlaps with a part of the upper side of the first right side wall 12A. For example, when the first left sidewall 11A is folded, a rectangular portion formed on the upper side of the first left sidewall 11A is folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, and a rectangular portion formed on the upper side of the first left sidewall 11A is folded to form an overlapping right triangle to overlap the sidewall reinforcement portion 54A. After the first right sidewall 12A is folded, a rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the first right sidewall 12A is folded along a diagonal line of the rectangular portion, and a rectangular portion formed at the upper side of the first left sidewall 11A is folded to form a right-angled triangle to overlap the sidewall top connection portion 53A.
The bottom wall 40A has a bottom wall body 41A, wherein the rear side of the bottom wall body 41A is connected to the bottom side of the rear wall 10A, and wherein the front side of the bottom wall body 41A is connected to the bottom side of the front wall 20A. A sidewall bottom connecting portion 42A is provided between the lower side of the first sidewall 31A and the bottom wall body 41A and between the lower side of the second sidewall 32A and the bottom wall body 41A, respectively.
The side wall bottom connection part 42A provided on the lower side of the first side wall 31A is connected to the left side of the bottom wall body 41A, and the side wall bottom connection part 42A provided on the lower side of the second side wall 32A is connected to the right side of the bottom wall body 41A, so that the lower side of the first side wall 31A and the lower side of the second side wall 32A are sealingly connected to the bottom wall body 41A.
In this embodiment, the bottom wall body 41A includes a rear bottom wall 411A and a front bottom wall 412A. The lower side of the rear wall 10A integrally extends downward to form the rear bottom wall 411A. The bottom side of the front wall 20A integrally extends to form the front bottom wall 412A. The rear bottom wall 411A and the front bottom wall 412A are overlapped with each other, and then are joined to each other by a joining method such as hot air or adhesion, to form the bottom wall body 41A.
The lower side of the first left sidewall 11A integrally extends to form a first left bottom wall connecting portion 111A, and the lower side of the first right sidewall 12A integrally extends to form a first right bottom wall connecting portion 121A. The lower side of the second left sidewall 21A integrally extends to form a second left bottom wall connecting portion 211A, and the lower side of the second right sidewall 22A integrally extends to form a second right bottom wall connecting portion 221A.
In the present embodiment, one side of the first left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 111A is integrally connected to the left side of the rear bottom wall 411A. One side of the first right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 121A is integrally connected to the right side of the rear bottom wall 411A. One side of the second left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 211A is integrally connected to the left side of the front bottom wall 412A. One side of the second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 221A is integrally connected to the right side of the front bottom wall 412A.
While the rear bottom wall 411A and the front bottom wall 412A are overlapped with each other, the first left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 111A and the second left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 211A are folded in a predetermined manner to be overlapped with each other on the left side of the rear bottom wall 411A and the left side of the front bottom wall 412A to form one side wall bottom connecting portion 42A. In the present embodiment, the left side of the rear bottom wall 411A and the left side of the front bottom wall 412A are hermetically connected by the first left bottom wall connecting portion 111A and the second left bottom wall connecting portion 211A after being combined with each other, and further, the first left side wall 11A and the second left side wall 21A are also hermetically connected with the left side of the rear bottom wall 411A and the left side of the front bottom wall 412A.
While the rear bottom wall 411A and the front bottom wall 412A are overlapped with each other, the first right bottom-wall bottom connecting portion 121A and the second right bottom-wall bottom connecting portion 221A are folded in a predetermined manner to be overlapped with each other on the right side of the rear bottom wall 411A and the right side of the front bottom wall 412A to form the other side-wall bottom connecting portion 42A. In the present embodiment, the right side of the rear bottom wall 411A and the right side of the front bottom wall 412A are hermetically connected by the first right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 121A and the second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 221A after being combined with each other, and further, the first right side wall 12A and the second right side wall 22A are also hermetically connected with the right side of the rear bottom wall 411A and the right side of the front bottom wall 412A.
It is worth one that the first left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 111A is folded as follows: a rectangular portion formed at the left side of the rear bottom wall 411A is folded along a diagonal line thereof to overlap each other, and then the first left side wall 11A and the rear bottom wall 411A are simultaneously folded and the first left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 111A is coupled to the left side of the overlapped rear bottom wall 411A.
The second left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 211A is folded as follows: a rectangular portion formed at the left side of the front bottom wall 412A is folded along a diagonal line thereof to overlap each other, and then the second left side wall 21A and the front bottom wall 412A are simultaneously folded and the second left bottom wall connecting portion 211A is joined to the left side of the overlapped front bottom wall 412A. The second left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 211A and the first left bottom wall bottom connecting portion 111A are overlapped and combined with each other.
It is worth mentioning that the first right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 121A is folded as follows: a rectangular portion formed at the right side of the rear bottom wall 411A is folded along a diagonal line thereof to overlap each other, and then the first right side wall 12A and the rear bottom wall 411A are simultaneously folded and the first right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 121A is coupled to the right side of the overlapped rear bottom wall 411A.
The second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 221A is folded as follows: a rectangular portion formed at the right side of the front bottom wall 412A is folded along a diagonal line thereof to overlap each other, and then the second right side wall 22A and the rear bottom wall 411A are simultaneously folded and the second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 221A is coupled to the right side of the overlapped front bottom wall 412A. The second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 221A and the first right bottom wall bottom connecting portion 121A are overlapped and combined with each other.
It is understood that the rear wall 10A, the front wall 20A, the two side walls 30A, the bottom wall 40A and the top wall 50A form the accommodating space 102A and the opening 101A. When the lid body 60A is folded over to cover the opening 101A, the attachment portion 103A seals the opening 101A with the lid body 60A, thereby sealing the accommodation space 102A.
Preferably, the package 100A further includes a sealing sheet 70A. The sealing sheet 70A has the same size as the opening 101A. Specifically, the sealing sheet 70A integrally extends from the rear wall connecting portion 52A toward the front wall 20A. The front and both sides of the sealing sheet 70A are cut through with respect to the top wall main body 51A. When the lid body 60A is folded back toward the front wall 20A, the sealing sheet 70A is covered with the lid body 60A and covers the opening 101A together with the lid body 60A. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the package 100A has better sealing effect because the opening 101A can be covered by the cover body 60A and the sealing sheet 70A at the same time.
More preferably, the top side of the sealing sheet 70A is coated with an adhesive substance to enable the sealing sheet 70A to be directly adhered to the cover 60A.
It is to be noted that the sealing sheet 70A can be formed after being cut through along the front side edge and both side edges of the opening 101A. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the opening 101A is formed by the window 501A, the sealing sheet 70A can be formed by cutting through the top wall 50A along the front side edge and both side edges of the window 501A. In another embodiment of the present invention, when the opening 101A is formed by the window 501A and the notch 201A, the front wall 20A and the top wall 50A are cut through along the front side edge and both side edges of the opening 101A, and the sealing sheet 70A can be formed.
It is worth mentioning that after first folding the rear wall 10A and the front wall 20A towards each other along the edge between the rear wall 10A and the bottom wall 40A and along the edge between the front wall 20A and the bottom wall 40A, and then folding the first left side wall 11A of the rear wall 10A and the second left side wall 21A of the front wall 20A towards each other and folding the first right side wall 12A of the rear wall 10A and the second right side wall 22A of the front wall 20A towards each other, the first left side wall 11A and the second left side wall 21A overlap one of the side wall bottom connecting portions 42A of the bottom wall 40A, and the first right side wall 12A and the second right side wall 22A overlap the other of the side wall bottom connecting portions 42A of the bottom wall 40A. The front wall 20A is then subsequently folded toward the rear wall 10A along the connecting line between the front wall 20A and the top wall 50A, thereby enabling the top wall 50A to be formed. Further, the rear wall connecting portion 52A of the top wall 50A is sealingly adhered to the rear wall 10A, and both the side wall top connecting portions 53A of the top wall 50A overlap with the first side wall 31A and the second side wall 32A, respectively. The accommodating space 102A can then be formed by heat-sealing the first side wall 31A and the second side wall 32A with the two side wall bottom joining portions 42A and the first side wall 31A and the second side wall 32A with the side wall top joining portion 53A, respectively.
Referring to fig. 15 to 17B, the packing box 100A is formed of a planar band composite body in which two foldable bands in a planar shape are stacked in a predetermined manner, wherein the two bands may be implemented as an aluminum plastic composite film substrate (BOPP + AL + PET) or (BOPP + paper + AL + PET). In other words, the material forming the package box 100A is adapted to repeatedly open and close the opening 101A by the cover body 60A after the adhesive substance is applied to form the attaching portion 103A.
Specifically, the package 100A is made of a tape complex 900A formed by stacking a first tape 901A and a second tape 902A in a predetermined manner.
More specifically, the first belt 901A defines a left side section 91A. The upper and lower sides of the left side section 91A extend integrally to form a first upper side section 911A and a first lower side section 912A, respectively. The left side of the left side section 91A integrally extends to form a left bottom wall section 913A. The right side of the left side region 91A integrally forms a top wall region 914A. The first band 901A forms a tangential line 9001A.
Preferably, the end of the top wall region 914A further forms a back wall attachment region 915A.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cut-through 9001A is formed in the top wall region 914A. In another embodiment of the present invention, the top wall region 914A and the left side region 91A together form the cut-through line 9001A, at which point the cut-through line 9001A is formed by cutting through the top wall region 914A or the top wall region 914A and the left side region 91A of the belt body.
Preferably, after the cut lines 9001A are formed, a thickened region 916A is formed at the corresponding cut line 9001A, and one side of the thickened region 916A is integrally connected to the rear wall connection region 916A.
A top wall attachment area 9141A is formed between the upper side of the top wall region 914A and the first upper side region 911A. The top wall attachment region 9141A is integrally attached to an upper side of the top wall region 914A. Another top wall attachment area 9141A is formed between the upper side of the top wall area 914A and the first lower side area 912A. Another of the top wall attachment areas 9141A is integrally attached to the underside of the top wall area 914A.
A first upper bottom wall connecting section 917A is formed between the upper side of the left bottom wall region 913A and the left side of the first upper side region 911A. One side of the first upper bottom wall attachment region 917A is integrally attached to the left side of the first upper side region 911A, and one side of the first upper bottom wall attachment region 917A is integrally attached to the upper side of the left bottom wall region 913A. A first lower bottom wall attachment area 918A is formed between the lower side of the left bottom wall area 913A and the left side of the first lower side area 912A. One side of the first lower bottom wall connecting region 918A is integrally connected to the left side of the first upper side region 911A, and one side of the first lower bottom wall connecting region 918A is integrally connected to the lower side of the left bottom wall region 913A.
The second belt body 902A defines a right side section 92A, wherein the upper side and the lower side of the right side section 92A integrally form a second upper side section 921A and a second lower side section 922A, respectively. The right side of the right side section 92A extends integrally to form a right bottom wall section 923A. The left side of the right side region 92A integrally extends to form a cap region 924A.
A second upper bottom wall connection region 927A is formed between the upper side of the right bottom wall region 923A and the right side of the second upper side region 921A. One side of the second upper bottom wall connection region 927A is integrally connected to the right side of the second upper side region 921A, and one side of the second upper bottom wall connection region 927A is physically connected to the upper side of the right bottom wall region 923A. A second lower bottom wall attachment zone 928A is formed between the underside of the right bottom wall section 923A and the right side of the second lower side section 922A. One side of the second lower bottom wall connection region 928A is integrally connected to the right side of the second upper side region 921A, and one side of the second lower bottom wall connection region 928A is integrally connected to the lower side of the right bottom wall region 923A.
The left side of the second upper side region 921A integrally extends to form a sidewall reinforcement region 929A. A first tangent 9002A is formed between the sidewall reinforcement 929A of the second upper section 921A and the upper side of the cap section 924A, so that the second upper section 921A is separated from the cap section 924A. The left side of the second lower section 922A integrally extends to form another sidewall reinforcement region 929A. Another first tangent 9002A is formed between the sidewall reinforcement zone of the second lower section 922A and the underside of the cap body zone 924A, so that the second lower section 922A is cut away from the underside of the cap body zone 924A.
The first and second planar bands 901A and 902A have the same width. After the second tape body 902A is attached to the first tape body 901A, the first upper side region 911A and the second upper side region 921A are kept flush, and the first lower side region 912A and the second lower side region 922A are kept flush. Further, the side wall reinforcing region 929A formed on the left side of the second upper side region 921A is overlappingly joined to the top wall attachment region 9141A formed on the right side of the first upper side region 911A, and the other side wall reinforcing region 929A formed on the left side of the second lower side region 922A is overlappingly joined to the other top wall attachment region 9141A formed on the right side of the first lower side region 912A. In this manner, the second tape 902A can be formed into the tape composite 900A after being attached to the first tape 901A, as shown in fig. 16.
Preferably, when the first tape body 901A defines the rear wall connection area 915A, the rear wall connection area 915A is also attached to the left side portion of the right bottom wall area 923A after the second tape body 902A is attached to the first tape body 901A to form the tape body composite.
Preferably, an adhesive may be applied to a position of the first tape body 901A surrounding the cut-through line 9001A, so as to form an adhesion area 9003A. In one embodiment of the present invention, the cut-through 9001A is formed in the top wall region 914A, and thus, the pasting region 9003A may be formed in the top wall region 914A, as shown in fig. 17A. In an embodiment of the present invention, the cut-through line 9001A is formed on the top wall area 914A and the left side area 91A, and the pasting area 9003A may also be formed on the top wall area 914A and the left side area 91A, as shown in fig. 17B.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive material may be coated on the reverse side of the cover body area 924A to form a pasting area 9003A, and after the second belt body 902A is pasted on the first belt body 901A, the pasting area 9003A may be wrapped around the periphery of the cut-through line 9001A.
When the band body complex 900A is to be manufactured into the packaging box 100A, the right side region 92A is first folded along a boundary between the lid body region 924A and the right side region 92A, and the left side region 91A is folded along a boundary between the top wall region 914A and the left side region 91A, so that the left side region 91A and the right side region 92A are parallel to each other, and the right side region 92A, the left side region 91A, the top wall region 914A, and the lid body region 924A form the rear wall 10A, the front wall 20A, the top wall main body 51A, and the lid body 60A, respectively.
It is worth integrating that, when the rear wall connection area 915A is provided on the band body complex 900A, the rear wall connection area 915A forms the rear wall connection portion 52A after the right side portion 92A and the left side portion 91A are folded.
The first and second upper side regions 911A and 921A are then folded over, respectively, so that the first and second upper side regions 911A and 921A overlap each other. At the same time, the top wall attachment area 9141A and the side wall reinforcing area 929A, which overlap each other, are folded in a predetermined manner so that the upper side of the first upper side area 911A and the upper side of the second upper side area 921A are attached to the upper side of the top wall area 914A at the same time through the top wall attachment area 9141A and the side wall reinforcing area 929A, which overlap each other, and thus the first upper side area 911A, the second upper side area 921A, and the top wall attachment area 9141A and the side wall reinforcing area 929A, which overlap each other, form the second left side wall 21A, the first left side wall 11A, and one of the side wall top attachment portions 53A, respectively. The second left sidewall 21A and the first left sidewall 11A are hermetically joined to each other to form the first sidewall 31A.
The first and second lower side regions 912A, 922A are then folded over, respectively, such that the first and second lower side regions 912A, 922A overlap one another. At the same time, the other of the top wall attachment area 9141A and the other of the side wall reinforcing areas 929A overlapped with each other are folded in a predetermined manner so that the lower side of the first lower side area 912A and the lower side of the second lower side area 922A are simultaneously attached to the lower side of the top wall area 914A through the other of the top wall attachment area 9141A and the other of the side wall reinforcing areas 929A overlapped with each other, so that the first lower side area 912A, the second lower side area 922A, and the top wall attachment area 9141A and the side wall reinforcing area 929A overlapped with each other form the first right side wall 12A, the second right side wall 22A, and the other of the side wall top attachment portion 53A, respectively. The first right sidewall 12A and the second right sidewall 22A are sealingly joined to each other to form the second sidewall 32A.

It is worth mentioning that the pasting region 9003A forms the pasting part 103A of the packing box 100A.
In this manner, the package box 100A can be manufactured by using the band composite 900A. As shown in fig. 11-13.
Referring to fig. 18, it is worth mentioning that the first strap 901A and the second strap 902A may be made of the straps of the first embodiment described above.
More preferably, in any of the above embodiments, the package 100A is provided with a lining box, wherein the lining box is configured to support the outline of the package 100A.

Claims (10)

1. Packing carton, its characterized in that, wherein the packing carton includes:
a rear wall, wherein an upper side of the rear wall is integrally extended to form a cover, wherein left and right sides of the rear wall are respectively integrally extended to form a first left side wall and a first right side wall;
two side walls, specifically a first side wall and a second side wall;
a front wall, wherein a left side and a right side of the front wall respectively extend integrally to form a second left side wall and a second right side wall, wherein the second left side wall and the first left side wall are folded toward each other and are combined with each other to form the first side wall, and the second right side wall and the first right side wall are folded toward each other and are combined with each other to form the second side wall;
a top wall, wherein the top wall has a top wall body, wherein a side wall top connection portion is provided between one side of the top wall body and the upper side of the first side wall, wherein the other side of the top wall body and the upper side of the second side wall are respectively provided with a side wall top connection portion, wherein the upper side of the front wall integrally extends upward to form the top wall body, wherein one of the side wall top connection portions is hermetically connected to the left side of the top wall body, wherein the other of the side wall top connection portions is hermetically connected to the right side of the top wall body, such that the upper side of the first side wall and the upper side of the second side wall are respectively hermetically connected to the top wall body, wherein a window is formed in the middle of the top wall body;
a bottom wall, wherein the bottom wall has a bottom wall body, wherein one side wall bottom connection portion is provided between the lower side of the first side wall and the bottom wall body, wherein another side wall bottom connection portion is provided between the second side wall and the bottom wall body, wherein the rear side of the bottom wall body is connected to the bottom side of the rear wall, wherein the front side of the bottom wall body is connected to the bottom side of the front wall, wherein one side wall bottom connection portion is connected to the left side of the bottom wall body, wherein another side wall bottom connection portion is connected to the right side of the bottom wall body, such that the lower side of the first side wall and the lower side of the second side wall are respectively hermetically connected to the bottom wall body, wherein the rear wall, the first side wall, the second side wall, the front wall, the top wall and the bottom wall form a receiving space, wherein the receiving space is provided in communication with the window; and
and the cover body can be repeatedly lifted and hermetically covers the window after being folded towards the front wall.
2. A package according to claim 1, wherein the top of the front wall defines a notch, wherein the notch is in communication with the window to collectively define an opening, and wherein the lid is sealingly adhered to the front wall by the adhesive portion to sealingly close the opening.
3. A package according to claim 2, wherein the top wall has a rear wall connecting portion, wherein the rear wall connecting portion integrally extends from a rear side of the top wall main body, wherein the rear wall connecting portion is hermetically bonded to the rear wall after being folded.
4. A package according to claim 3, wherein the package comprises a flap, wherein the flap is integrally connected to the rear wall connecting portion and is dimensioned to be the same as the opening, wherein the flap is formed by cutting through a central portion of the top wall body and a top portion of the front wall along a portion forming the opening.
5. A package according to claim 4, wherein the top face of the flap is bonded to the lid portion.
6. A package according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lid has an inner side, wherein the inner side of the lid is coated with an adhesive substance to form the adhering portion.
7. A package according to claim 1, wherein an adhesive substance is applied to the top wall body surrounding the window opening to form the adhesive portion.
8. A package according to claim 2, wherein an adhesive substance is applied to the top wall body and the front wall surrounding the opening to form the adhesive portion.
9. The packing box according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall main body includes a rear bottom wall and a front bottom wall, a lower side of the rear wall integrally extends downward to form the rear bottom wall, a lower side of the front wall integrally extends to form the front bottom wall, the rear bottom wall and the front bottom wall are sealingly overlapped with each other, a lower side of the first left side wall integrally extends to form a first left bottom wall connecting portion, a lower side of the first right side wall integrally extends to form a first right bottom wall connecting portion, a lower side of the second left side wall integrally extends to form a second left bottom wall connecting portion, a lower side of the second right side wall integrally extends to form a second right bottom wall connecting portion, one side of the first left bottom wall connecting portion is integrally connected to a left side of the rear bottom wall, and one side of the first right bottom wall connecting portion is integrally connected to a right side of the rear bottom wall, one side of the second left bottom wall bottom connecting portion is integrally connected to the left side of the front bottom wall, one side of the second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion is integrally connected to the right side of the front bottom wall, the first left bottom wall bottom connecting portion and the second left bottom wall bottom connecting portion are folded in a predetermined manner to be overlapped with each other on the left side of the rear bottom wall and the left side of the front bottom wall when the rear bottom wall and the front bottom wall are overlapped with each other to form one side wall bottom connecting portion, and the first right bottom wall bottom connecting portion and the second right bottom wall bottom connecting portion are folded in a predetermined manner to be overlapped with each other on the right side of the rear bottom wall and the right side of the front bottom wall while the rear bottom wall and the front bottom wall are overlapped with each other to form the other side wall bottom connecting portion.

The package according to claim 9, wherein the package is made of a planar tape body composite body formed by stacking a planar first tape body and a planar second tape body in a predetermined manner, left side of the left side section integrally extending to form a left bottom wall section, a right side of the left side section integrally forming a top wall section, the first tape body forming a cut-off line, wherein a top wall connecting section is formed between the upper side of the top wall section and the first upper side section, the top wall connecting section being integrally connected to the upper side of the top wall section, another top wall connecting section being formed between the upper side of the top wall section and the first lower side section, and another top wall connecting section being integrally connected to the lower side of the top wall section, a first upper bottom wall connecting region formed between an upper side of the left bottom wall region and a left side of the first upper side wall region, a side of the first upper bottom wall connecting region being integrally connected to a left side of the first upper side wall region, and a side of the first upper bottom wall connecting region being integrally connected to an upper side of the left bottom wall region, a first lower bottom wall connecting region formed between a lower side of the left bottom wall region and a left side of the first lower side wall region, a side of the first lower bottom wall connecting region being integrally connected to a left side of the first upper side wall region, a side of the first lower bottom wall connecting region being integrally connected to a lower side of the left bottom wall region, the second tape body defining a right side wall region, wherein an upper side and a lower side of the right side wall region respectively integrally form a second upper side region and a second lower side region, and a right side of the right side
