Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reusable paper bag, and more particularly to a reusable paper bag in which a filling port of contents can be easily and strictly sealed when used again after being used once.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, paper bags made of kraft paper used to transport feed, cement, grain, fertilizer, resin pellets, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “contents”) are pleated with both ends formed by stepping. A cylindrical body is the main component, and a resin-based hot-melt adhesive is applied to the staircase surface (hereinafter referred to as the "stepped surface of the mouth") at one end of the pleated tubular body that forms the mouth of the paper bag. In general, the other end portion of the shaped member is sealed according to a standard method and configured as a bottom closed portion.
[0003]
In order to facilitate the opening of the paper bag, the conventional paper bag as described above is filled with the contents and sealed in the mouth, and when the contents are taken out after being used for transportation or storage. Something that is devised is also known. As an example, there is one in which a unique device has been made in the bottom closing portion described above.
[0004]
Specifically, the structure of the bottom closing part is folded with the other end of the pleated tubular body so as to be wound a plurality of times, and is a cover paper with an opening tape having a length over the entire width so as to straddle the folded part. It is formed by enclosing, and bonding both ends of the pad to each wall surface of the pleated tubular body with an adhesive.
[0005]
According to such a paper bag, at the time of opening after filling the contents, the paper bag is turned upside down and the bottom closing part is turned up by lowering one end part which was the contents filling port, Pull up the opening tape attached to the inner surface of the paper to tear the paper, pull out the other end, which is the folded part of the pleated tubular body, from the inside, and then fold it back to make the opening is there.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, there has been a demand for repeated use of products from the viewpoint of resource saving, and this type of paper bag is no longer an exception. However, the configuration of the conventional paper bag cannot be used repeatedly unless at least a part of it is reworked.
[0007]
That is, in the conventional paper bag, after the contents are filled, the hot melt adhesive applied to the stepped surface of the mouth is reactivated and then bent and firmly adhered to the wall surface of the pleated tubular body. Therefore, the only way to open this sealing mouth is to cut it with a blade, and if it is opened in that way, it is almost difficult to easily re-seal.
[0008]
In addition, in the case of the above-described easy-opening paper bag, the bottom closed portion is bent (wrapped) several times at the end, and the folded portion is surrounded and fixed by the backing paper, so the backing paper is torn and wound. It is also difficult to easily re-seal the opened part after opening the end part and opening it.
[0009]
The reason for this will be briefly explained. When reusing a simple paper bag used at home, in most cases, there is no need to worry about leakage of contents or reduction in volume. After performing a process such as forming a flap again using a scissors or the like so that it can be resealed, the contents can be put again and then the flap can be glued and sealed.
[0010]
However, when reusing paper bags for commercial use such as transportation and storage with feed, cement, grain, fertilizer, resin pellets, etc., reseal them strictly so as not to cause leakage. There is a need and the volume must not be reduced. For this purpose, the worker cannot rework the opening of the paper bag at the contents filling site, and if the paste is not applied precisely, it may cause leakage.
[0011]
Therefore, in order to be able to reuse this type of paper bag (use it twice), it is impossible to make a thorough preparation at the bag making factory, that is, design that can be reused. However, conventional paper bags do not have such a configuration because there is essentially no idea for reuse, and in most cases, they have been incinerated.
[0012]
An object of the present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, and a paper bag that has been used once can be reused easily without causing leakage and without changing its internal volume. It is to provide a usable paper bag.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The reusable paper bag of the present invention has one end of a pleated tubular body provided with a closing flap at each end, and the other end is closed so as to be a future opening. In the pleated paper bag as the bottom closing part, the pleated cylindrical shape that becomes the opening for closing the opening when the pleated paper bag is reused after opening the bottom closing part and taking out the contents. Resealing means using an adhesive as an element is provided in advance at the other end of the body, and the other end of the pleated tubular body provided with the resealing means is bent at least twice. When forming the bottom closed part by surrounding and fixing the part with a cover paper with an opening tape, the adhesive constituting the resealing means is in a non-adhered state, and when reusing the pleated paper bag Before filling the contents from the opening And the adhesive constituting the re-sealing means bondable state, by bending the opening mouth end is pleated paper bag to re-seal adhered to the wall surface of the pleated tubular body, the re-sealing means Aside from the above-described adhesive, there is provided an adhesive for adhering the backing paper with the opening tape to the wall surface of the pleated tubular body .
[0014]
The reusable paper bag according to the present invention is characterized in that the resealing means is provided over substantially the entire width of the other end of the pleated tubular body.
[0015]
The reusable paper bag of the present invention is characterized in that the resealing means is an adhesive layer covered with a release paper.
[0016]
Reusable paper bag of the invention is characterized in that the adhesive of the re-sealing means is a hot-melt adhesive.
[0017]
The reusable paper bag of the present invention is characterized in that the resealing means is provided on a surface of a closing flap at the other end of the pleated tubular body.
[0018]
In the reusable paper bag of the present invention, the resealing means is provided on a wall surface of the pleated tubular body on which the closing flap at the other end of the pleated tubular body is folded and overlapped. It is characterized by.
[0019]
In such a reusable paper bag, it is preferable to form the pleated cylindrical body in two layers. Of course, the pleated cylindrical body may be formed of two or more layers.
[0020]
The reusable paper bag according to the present invention is characterized in that the both end portions of the pleated tubular body are formed by stepping, and the stepped surfaces of the both end portions are respectively the flaps.
